Dear diary,
When I walked in, this nurse that I love patted : stroked my head and was like omg hey
It's almost midnight and I'm on night shift. It's been a while since I've stayed up, I've been such a grandma lately I've been sleeping before 11pm. Actually I say that but in Dubai I was sleeping really late and also when I go out with friends or A, I normally sleep late too lol. So idk why I'm struggling so much tonight. I'm tempted to have my break early and I normally go for break around 2am😭😭
We worked really well together tho. There's me and two nurses and I was secretly wishing one of these nurses would be working tonight cos I love her so much she makes nights so fun so when I seen her I was so happy I even told her I was hoping you'd be working tonight 😂
In all fairness I've done LOADS tonight. I always do. I've come here to work and I don't wanna give people a reason to think I don't work.
I just sat down and she said wow what a team. We've done so well tonight. Everything is pretty much done and it's not even midnight. All we need to do now is the obs. Which is a bit tedious. Cos as soon as you've sat down, you've got others to do. I have about three to do at midnight which is in a few mins, but if the other nurse helps me out then it should be fine.
I finally did my RQI and I texted my manager saying I completed it when I finished it with an emoji lol and she loved the message.
I didn't tell my dad the guy took my phone cos he'd have been livid. He was threatening the guy over the phone anyway lol.
My eyes are burning omg. I keep going through tiredness phases. The patients tonight are lovely, and we don't have many. One patient is a 16 year old and he's high off his face on medication. It's actually funny bless him. He talks to me as if I'm his friend.
My break is at 2:30, but we get two hours yayyy. We aren't allowed to tell people like the day shift people how much we get on nights, but honestly it depends how busy it is, there's been times I've barely sat down.
I also think this hospital is haunted , the radiators made a weird noise and me and the nurse were so spooked out lol. Im the worst at instigating horror stories 😂😂
I wanna write more for the last few days.
I'm mainly talking to tash she's been sending me funny TikTok's lol
Also two years ago today around this time I went to Tesco with A lol
And also a distant friend died from leukemia. Hit me hard. I cried in the car when I was parked up in work
