Cherish's POV:
Iris said, "We should go out for dinner?"
I am just in my thoughts, I am uneasy about Wade but I crossed line with Riccardo, I get this weird feeling when I am around him. He is all over my mind since that day....
What is this feeling, I can't define it....
I am going insane at this point.
The memory of that day is so blur in my mind, but the sensation is so wild and clear. I ... I slept with Riccardo, and I am losing control over my brain.
Iris said annoyed, "You are not listening.... Did your husband scold you?"
I looked at her as I said, "Nonsense.... I am just not myself....."
Iris stated, "Maybe good food will help... My treat.... let's go somewhere, you choose...."
I knew, she won't agree till she cheers me up. I choose the place.
Iris said, "I got premier for new movie, want to join next weekend...."
I said really excited this time, "You don't have to ask... I am ever ready...."
My smile vanished as I saw Wade there with Helena, she had her hands around Wade. She looked so comfortable around them. I noticed the smirk she gave me.
Helena were friend once, when we were in college, We were in good terms. Until she went against me in every way possible. My theory is she is just jealous of me.
She tries to take everything I have, but she can never be me.
I am disappointed in Wade, My hearts does break, my eyes do get teary.... my heart felt the betrayal and pain.
But Wades hateful words are quite alive in me.
I looked away and trying to pass to another table, but my feet stopped as I realized he is cheating on me.
He didn't took much to turn is skin off.
Iris said, "What.... I am hungry girl!"
I said, "One minute..."
I walked back to Wade, I slapped him without waiting a second, the café feel silent. The staff were looking at me.
Wade was surprised, while Helena said, "How dare you!!"
She marched at me trying to hit me back, before I could grab her Iris grabbed her hand as she said, "Hey!... Chickpea... be wise.... before you touch my friend...."
Helena freed her hand from Iris, she helped Wade with her soothing words. Wade was looking at me with hate.
I whispered, "How dare you!!!... You cheat on me... with this trash, you are disgusting...."
Wade was about to tower me in anger but Iris pushed him back, she said, "Hey! what you think you doing?"
Wade kept his eyes on me, He said, "Cheat... have a look in the mirror Cherish.... What you did?... Why so bother if I move on?"
He whispered, "You are just selfish!... and greedy...."
Helena said, "Baby.... does it hurt?... she is crazy, she just can't assault you!!" I can't even talk to her, I hate her that much.
Wade said, "Cherish.... I thought this meant something... but you didn't took a minute to abandon me.... and go to some other guy!"
I almost screamed, "I was forced!!!!... But you don't trust me.... you ruined everything we had with this girl..... I don't want to see your face...." I somehow tried to not to show my tears, I know I was failing.
I thought I had a future with him, but he doesn't trust me.
Wade replied, "I don't trust you anymore, Cherish..... I left you behind.... Don't show me your face..." I saw a winning smile on Helena's face.
hours later,
I returned home, its late.
I know.... Riccardo will be angry again.
I switched my phone off since I was in no mood. One more reason for him to teach me about right and Wrong.....
But every time I am wrong?
That's not fair.
Isaac says I am a Burden....maybe Everyone things the same.
Now, Wade is stating I was his mistake.
Was all first love stories meat to end like this? Why it hurts so much?
But I don't even want to cry on this, this is so painful.
I sat on the bed giving up, I sighed. I noticed Riccardo on the sofa going to through phone.
He noticed me, he asked, "You look off..... how was your day?....."
He got up standing in front of me, "I told you hundred times, Wife..... don't switch off your phone, I hate when I can't reach you....."
I grabbed his hand, I said, "It died..... I didn't meant too..."
I kept my eyes on him. He looked at me suspicious. I got up standing close to him, I pulled him to myself kissing him.
I noticed his surprise, but I don't care. I entangled my hands around him as my eyes gave up on controlling my tears.
I just want to forget about him.
That's it....
I don't care about the price, I pay.
Riccardo grabbed into my waist, he pulled away looking at my face. He whispered, "Cherish...."
I pressed my finger on his lips, I whispered, "I need you...."
I pulled him closer to me, finally we landed on the bed. He seemed tense. I kissed him again, I ignored his suspicious eyes.
He just needs me... I need him right now.
I need to move on from this heart break.
I felt Riccardo pulling off from me. He looked at me pressing me down by my shoulder, Riccardo had a deep stair in my eyes, he got up leaving me behind.
I sat up disappointed and confused, I said, "Riccardo...."
He stood near the bed glaring at me. Does he also doesn't want me after just one night.
I whispered, "What's wrong?" I tried to grab his hand.
Riccardo took a step back he said, "Don't you dare..... Don't touch me right now..... Not when you think about someone else.... it's all over your face....."
I was stunned by his words. He could sense it.
Riccardo kept an angry look on his face, I said, "You should just care about what you get, Riccardo...."
He replied, "I want you only when you want to be mine.... not because you want a replacement......"
My eyes flooded again, I kept looking at him like iditot!
Riccardo said, "Riccardo Valentine is no replacement for a low life...... I rather die in your arms than let you take me for someone else...."
I whispered, "You shouldn't care till you get benefit...."
Riccardo warned, "Marriage is not dependent on benefit!!.... Wife..... remember this, never degrade our relationship..."
Relationship!.... Is he idiot!!! This adjustment is not my fantasy.
Riccardo said, "This means something for me....."

But I do understand he doesn't want to be replacement. No one wants that.
Riccardo said, "Cherish.... You should rest.... I will be in my study, Wife..."
I said in a low voice, "I want to forget him.... that's it..."
He sighed, I looked at him in tears, Riccardo said, "This is not the right way to forget that low life..... I want you when you want me...... or I don't want to touch you...."
He seemed angry,
I looked away wiping my tears, I saw him walking away from corner of my eyes.
Riccardo said, "You look like you lost your mind.... I will see you in morning..."
I whispered, "Then.... let's start over...."
He faced me, "Excuse me...." He looked surprise.
I face him as I said, "Your chance..... You wanted it right..... Make me feel like I am yours..... I want to see how this ends...."
He kept his eyes on me, he said, "then.... this is never going to end for you, My Wife..."
