"Poppy Pipopapo." Hiiro called the pink-haired Bugster. "Just what happened to the intern?"
Poppy shook her head and was completely clueless about their situation. "I don't know either, Ophie-chan?"
The former goddess exhales softly. "It's the second time I've seen that transformation when we fought Zaizen back then." She answered half of the truth without revealing Emu's history.

"Hiiro..." Ophelia called the genius surgeon worriedly and he looked at her. "I don't know how to say this... but— I sense something that changed him inside for a little bit." She informed him after analyzing Emu's aura.
"Like how, Ophie-chan?" Poppy asked while Luna understood what her master's meant.
"I don't know if that change is for better or for worse." Ophelia answered while clutching her necklace. "The Mighty Brothers XX Gashat didn't disappear this time and it's in Emu's possession now."
"Master." Luna called Ophelia and she looked up. "It's getting late now and we need to go home."
Ophelia glanced at the clock as the time was nearly midnight. "You're right. We should probably go."
"I'll take you guys home." Hiiro volunteered to bring them home.
He walked out before Ophelia could protest the idea of him taking them home. Poppy gushed behind her hand after watching Hiiro offer them a ride.
"It's so adorable!" Poppy exclaimed in shock leaving Ophelia flustered for having a witness.

Ophelia didn't expect Emu to visit her at their hospital. She didn't receive any messages from them but his visit here is unusual. "Hi, Emu. Is everything okay?" She asked the genius gamer curiously.
Ophelia is grateful for not having Sakura with her or she would tease her nonstop. The former goddess knew she'd return to work with them next week.
"Can we talk privately?" Emu asked and didn't want anyone to eavesdrop on their conversation. "Somewhere when no one could hear our talk."
Ophelia nodded her head and led him to an isolated rooftop. It's one of her and Sakura's sacred places to hide when they need time. Emu is amazed at how their hospital is big compared to theirs and isn't surprised to be famous at her job. He even heard some male nurses or doctors trying to ask her out and flatly rejected them even the male patients. The genius gamer felt sorry for them because her heart already belonged to Hiiro.
"What do you need to talk about?" Ophelia asked him curiously. "If it's related to yesterday... I'm sorry that I couldn't return your feelings, Emu." She feels bad if her actions mislead Emu and assumes she's into him. "I only think of you as a friend and brother figure... nothing else."
"Yo-you got it all wrong, Fee-chan!" Emu waves it off in denial. He didn't have any romantic feelings towards Ophelia because their relationship was simply sibling-type and nothing else. "I didn't come here for that! I know you still have feelings for Hiiro-san!"
She gives him a look to be silent and Emu bites his lips. "What brings you here then?"
"I'm trying to convince Hiiro-san to operate Shirakawa-san's condition." Emu explained and Ophelia looked at him to elaborate more. "Do you remember when he said the operation won't help him?"
Ophelia remembered it clearly on the day while his expression looked defeated and hopeless. "Yeah."
"He had a Pancreatic Cancer." Emu answered with a solemn tone and she looked surprised to hear. "I know that using your healing powers isn't a good idea because it would raise suspicion and take advantage of you. I'm going to try and convince Hiiro-san to operate him."
"You're telling me to convince him in case things didn't work out your plan?" Ophelia asked him.
"Yeah, and Alhambra targeted Hiiro-san for a reason." Emu pointed out.
"Both of them are genius doctors and Shirakawa-san hopes Hiiro can cure him despite not voicing out— how he wants to be saved." Ophelia commented sighing heavily. "Of course, the downside of being a talented surgeon is refusing to seek medical advice from another genius because of their stupid pride. Let's not forget one mistake would lead to ruin their reputation."
Emu laughs nervously knowing she hit the spot on. "I'm surprised you didn't become a doctor, Fee-chan."
"I hate to be in their position and too much pressure. That's why I prefer to be a nurse." She explained her choice of career. 'I was a personal doctor at S.O.N.G while being a singer part-time.' Ophelia recalled her memories of her past life as Briar Elena Grace. "The operation to remove the cancer is extremely difficult. I know Hiiro is capable of doing it. I wish you luck in convincing him, Emu."
"Thank you, Fee-chan." Emu thanked the former goddess and she responded with a smile. He could always rely on her for everything.

Hiiro decided to give Ophelia a call knowing Emu would rope her into his shenanigans. After two rings Ophelia answered the call.
"Hello, Hiiro." Her warm tone makes his annoyance disappear from Emu's taunts.
"Hello, Ophelia." Hiiro greeted her back. "Did you know about it?"
"Emu would try to convince you something?" She chuckled in amusement. "Yes, and I take it went successful."
"He did and I wasn't surprised he would drag you too." He shook his head.
Ophelia laughs softly after hearing his frustrated tone. "Don't blame him for it. Emu wanted to make his patients happy without leaving them in despair. He did a good job convincing you though."
"Don't start, Elena." Hiiro rarely used her past life name if she intended to tease him about Emu's successful schemes.
"I'll stop, Hiiro." She assured him with a soft smile. "I have confidence and faith in you, Hiiro. It's one of the difficult operations and trust me— I've experienced that kind of department in my life before."
"I'm glad we work in different hospitals knowing you would be involved in his plot and distract him." He pointed out and she chuckled in amusement.
"I made the right decision." Ophelia nodded her head in agreement. "I need to go. I have few babies to tend in their room and good luck." She hangs up the call.
"I will, my Moon." He whispered after hearing the last beep.
Hiiro grabs his wallet to see the picture of Ophelia alone outside of the temple when they pray together on Christmas Day. He asked her out to have a date and she accepted it. Ophelia enjoyed their time together without dealing with their usual problems. She even wore the kimono from Hiiro's Christmas gift.
The genius surgeon wouldn't forget her happiness in receiving a beautiful kimono as her Christmas gift whereas he received a navy blue denim jacket. The former goddess suggested to try and use it in the future to wear casual outfits for off-days rather than wearing a business suit. Hiiro didn't deny her idea of it and tried to wear different outfits at some other time.
"Someday... I'll make it up to you, Ophelia." He vowed caressing the picture with a ghost smile on his face.

Emu is in a difficult situation right now. Kuroto joined in and vowed to take back his Gashat with Alhambra. He couldn't keep in touch with Ophelia because Poppy evacuated the people out of the building. 'At this rate, I'll be in big trouble!' He thought and remembered Kanade's face in her Gungnir form. 'I wish someone would assist me!' The genius gamer rolled down and reverted to normal.
"As the gamemaster, I forbid you to create irregular games without my approval." Kuroto pointed out and it angered him someone is capable of creating a new Gashat other than him. "I will delete that game."
"His priorities are different objective from yours, Dan Kuroto." They turned around to see an unknown grey armor with a blue outline on his armor appear out of nowhere. "I'll handle him and you take care of the Bugster."

Taiga and his new companion, Saiba Nico, are shocked at the new guest's arrival.
"Woah, is that a new Kamen Rider?" Nico couldn't help but ask.
"No." Taiga answered and narrowed his eyes. "He doesn't have a driver and Gashat. Who the hell is he?"

Ophelia gasps in shock and drops her metal tray in the process. She ignored their surprise and sensed a familiar aura far from her place. 'Could it be—' The former goddess decided to leave the hospital and find the person.

"Another Bugster?" Kuroto tilts his head and tries to examine him.
"No. I'm just like their friend... Silver Knight." The unknown guest introduced himself. "Focus on your main objective, Ex-Aid."
Emu nodded his head and was grateful for his sudden arrival. He activated his new Gashat.
"Mighty Brothers XX!"
"I will change the fate of my patients!" Emu declared. "Henshin!"
"Double Gashat! Gacchaan! Level up! Mighty Brothers, two as one entity! Mighty Brothers, two leads to a victory X!"
"Gacchaan!"
"Dai! Henshin!" He upgraded himself more.
"Gacchaan! Double up! I am you, you are me! We are Mighty, Mighty Brothers XX!"
Double Emu summoned their weapon. "Gashacon Key Slasher!" The orange Emu holds it.
"I am you!" The orange Emu pointed out.
The blue Emu nodded his head. "You are me!"
"Let's clear it together with super co-op play!" Double Emu declared it together.
"Silver-san, we leave Genm to you." The blue Emu bows his head.
Silver Knight nodded his head in agreement. He dashed fast at the speed of light before Kuroto saw him, Silver Knight's fists glowed blue and punched his stomach.
He summoned his sword and slashed vertically to summon one of his offensive attacks.
𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑾𝒂𝒗𝒆
Silver-blue slashes appeared and struck Kuroto's body. His body is covered with electricity and nothing pain can handle it. Kuroto shoots Silver Knight but he deflects it and stabs his sword on the ground.
𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔
Pillars surrounded him to cause a huge explosion. It's just when Silver Knight is about to end Kuroto. "You and that nuisance Fairy... always getting in my way." He growled in annoyance.
"To stop your schemes and hurt people for your greedy desires." Silver Knight retorted back coldly. "How many lives do you intend to use them as a sacrifice? A lot and it's unforgivable."
"I'll end you like I did to their fallen comrade." Kuroto activates the final attack.
"Critical dead!"
A dark shadow appeared from the ground to reveal an undead people trying to drag Silver Knight down.
"It's futile." His silver-blue aura appeared and dispelled his attack just when Emu defeated the Alhambra.
"Game clear!"
Kuroto clicked his tongue in annoyance and used his device to suck the Bugster to his equipment.
"What did you just do!?" The orange Emu asked Kuroto in a stern tone.
"Even if you change the patient's fate... you can't change the greater fate." Kuroto stepped back and fled the scene.
Silver Knight narrowed his gaze at Kuroto's words. 'What is his intentions to absorb the Bugster after they defeated them?' He thoughts.
"Gacchaan! Gashuun!" Emu reverts to normal.
Just when the genius gamer is about to thank Silver Knight, his head is in pain, and he clutches it.
"Hey!" Silver Knight called him worriedly and caught him before he could damage his head more. 'She did the right thing to ask me and observe him closely. It's the second time he had a headache and lost consciousness after using Mighty Brother XX Gashat.' He thought and glanced behind the boat. "Come out, you've been observing us long enough without aiding your ally." Silver Knight called them in a stern voice.
Both of them revealed themselves in front of Silver Knight while they were wary of his sudden appearance.
"What will you do about it?" Nico asked in a snarked tone while Silver didn't like her tone and attitude. "You're going to snitch us?"
"It's none of my business, girl." He retorted back calmly. "You have your reasons? I have my own. I appreciate it if you watch your tongue, young lady. That attitude of yours is going to get you in trouble." Silver glares at her coldly behind the helmet.
Nico squeaks in fear and hides behind Taiga. "He's scary!"
"Who the hell are you?" Taiga ignored Nico. "You mentioned you're Silver Knight. Are you like her too?"
"Yes, in fact he is." They turned around to see Ophelia in a nurse outfit. She ignored Taiga and Nico but looked at Silver Knight with a longing look. "I felt you when you used that form. Please, reveal yourself to me." The former goddess pleads hoping her assumptions are right.
Silver Knight reverts himself to normal and Ophelia's breathing stops in shock to see his face again. "Zi-Zi-Zi-Zilar?" She stuttered nervously in shock.
"It's been a long time, Ophelia." Zilar greeted her with a wistful smile. "I'm sure you have plenty of questions to ask about me. Someday, when we cross paths again, Moon Knight." He disappeared before Ophelia could speak.
Taiga silently took the blood from Emu's mouth using the handkerchief and placed it inside the evidence bag. The unlicensed doctor shook her shoulder. "Oi, get a grip!" He noticed Ophelia froze in shock after seeing her old companion.
"Taiga?" Ophelia whispered and knelt after the shock of seeing Zilar again. "Please, tell me I wasn't seeing things." She pleads and tears come out from her eyes.
"It's not." Taiga feels uncomfortable when a woman is in tears. He didn't know how to comfort them. "Who the heck was that guy?" He asked curiously.
"His name is Zilar." Ophelia sniffs and wipes her tears. "He's like me— one of the Knights. Silver Knight. Zilar is one of my closest friends."
"Why the heck are you crying after seeing him?" Nico asked bluntly. "Is he your ex or something?" She didn't even know if Ophelia had dated someone before.
"He isn't my ex and we lost contact." Ophelia lied and wasn't ready enough to tell them the whole story, especially the girl she just met. "He showed up and helped Emu..." She glanced at Emu's unconscious form. "You guys should go, I'll stay with him."
Taiga silently agreed and dragged Nico away from them. Ophelia couldn't help but recognize the girl somewhere and didn't remember when. She shook her head and waited for Emu to wake up.

Emu's head feels warmed and opened his eyes to see Ophelia's face. He yelled in surprise at their sudden closeness and pushed himself away from her. "Fee-chan!?"
"I'm glad you're awake, Emu." Ophelia spoke softly and stood up while brushing the dirt on her skirt. "How are you feeling?"
"I feel fine now and wait have you seen a new guy!?" Emu remembered a certain Knight aiding him to stop Kuroto from intervening. "He called himself—"
"Silver Knight and I knew him, personally." Ophelia assured him. "His name is Argent Zilar and left after I showed up."
"Why can't he wait up?" Emu asked curiously and wondered how she knew Silver Knight known as Argent Zilar.
"He knew you're safe with me and said we'll cross paths again someday." Ophelia recited his words and hoped he would answer her questions.
"Ah, that's right! The operation!" Emu realized something and looked at her. "Fee-chan can you fly us towards the hospital."
Ophelia smiles and transforms herself as Moon Knight. She holds Emu behind and flies off towards Seito University Hospital.

Asuna is outside of the operation room waiting for Emu to come back. She's surprised to see him and doesn't expect Ophelia would show up with her nurse uniform.
"Emu and Ophie-chan!" Asuna approached them.
"Is it over?" Emu asked her nervously.
"Not yet." Asuna answered truthfully. "Ophie-chan, did you ditch your work?"
"Last minute came up and he had a help." Ophelia answered with a slight smile. "It was over by the time I arrived."
"Who—?" They heard a door open to reveal Hiiro in his scrub.
"Hiiro-san!" Emu called out his name. "How was the operation?"
They looked tense and waiting for Hiiro to answer his question. He raises his hand. "There is nothing I cannot cut." He answered and it relieved them.
"Thank goodness!" Asuna exclaimed in relief and hugged Ophelia. "He did it!"
"Without a doubt." Ophelia commented and returned the gesture.
"Wait!" Emu stops Hiiro from leaving them to change his clothes. "For all you've done... thank you!" He bows his head at him while Asuna copies his action.
Ophelia noticed Hiiro's amused smile before he walked away from them. 'Hiiro, you've changed a bit.' She thinks and Emu's phone begins to ring.
"Hello?" Emu accepted the call and glanced at Ophelia. "Fee-chan, it's for you."
"Who?" Ophelia asked him curiously.
"Luna." He answered and handed the phone to her.
"Lu—" She cringed and pulled the phone away from her ears.
"MASTER! I CAN'T HANDLE THE SITUATION ANYMORE! PLEASE COME BACK!" Luna wailed and couldn't handle the pressure she was dealing with right now. "YOU LEFT WITHOUT GIVING YOURSELF AN EXPLANATION AND I'M RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS! PLEASE HURRY!"
Ophelia laughs nervously and blames herself for her sudden leave. "Sorry, Luna. I'll explain when I get back. I'll make it up to you." She ends the call and hands the phone back to Emu. "Duty calls and I feel bad leaving Luna behind without an explanation."
"Poor Lu-chan." Asuna feels sorry for the female android knowing it's hard to impersonate Ophelia.
"Yeah, I'll see you guys later." Ophelia waves to them before leaving the hospital.
Emu felt like she was not telling him everything about Zilar and hoped she would explain everything about him.
