Night time 3AM
I tossed and turned in bed cause I could not sleep. I kicked my blanket away in frustration.
"Why can't I sleep?"
Ugh... Of all days to not sleep. I sighed spread my bed and sat down on my study chair to read.
Meanwhile at Outei
Nosaka's POV
' Akari Minawa,why does she look so familiar? She must be very important if Mr.asked me to dig deep into her.' I thought getting up.
Morning 🌄. Back to Akari's POV
I woke up to the sun's warm rays as I groaned in pain at my sore neck. I fell asleep while reading!
I got out of the chair and did some stretches before I grabbed my towel and my casuals to take a shower.
I took my beloved shower,had breakfast then sped off to school.
I almost immediately spotted the guys.
"Morning everyone," I greeted.
"Morning M
Akari," they greeted back.
We hurried off to practice cause all of us were late. We arrived in time with coach
"Sorry coach were late," we bowed and he forgave us.
"Today I want you to play a little game before practice," he began as we all looked at him surprised.
"Ta-da! This is the mystery lottery box no.3. You will put your hands in and pull out the first thing you touch without looking inside and don't open till I say so. Okay go!" I picked up a small piece of paper eager to see what was inside.
"Ok, before you open the paper, those who get a green tick get the day off today and begin their special practice tomorrow while those who get a red cross will continue with the routine. Now you may open them." He finished.
I opened mine only to see a red cross. The only people who got a green tick were Hiura and Golem.
"Ok then! Let's start practicing," coach said and we ran but as I was about to start dribbling but he suddenly yelled that we would practice long passes until our match day.
"EH?!"
'Man we gotta stop doing that or am I the only one whose ears are smarting?'
I turned to Goujin who was running far away so that I could pass a long pass to him.
"Ready Goujin? Here I go!" I yelled kicking the ball to him and he gave me a thumbs up when he caught it. We played back and forth until we got bored which was 3 minutes later.
"Okay,this is boring. Got something else in mind?" I ask turning to him
"Nah. Hey,can I ask you something?" He asked.
"Sure,what is it?"
"Before we left my dad told me to discover a strong hissastu while on the mainland but every time I tell my friends about it,they keep laughing and telling me it's fire tornado not fire lemonade." He explained.
"Oh.. I see. Well what is fire lemonade?" I asked.
"Dad told me that it's a hissastu that has the burst of a lemon and is strong enough to pass a good keeper."
"Wow! That's sounds so cool but let me tell you something. Don't listen to what they tell you,keep on practising and surprise everyone one day." I said tapping his shoulder.
"I'll support you every step of the way."
"Hey you two, enough chit chat and get back to practice!"
Michinari yelled across the pitch.
"Ok? Now,come on before we get into trouble!" I said snickering making him laugh.
"You're really fun to be around." He grinned and I smiled him.
"Did I tell... YOU!" I spoke up passing him the ball.
"No? Tell me...What?" He asked passing the ball back to me.
"I'm boarding today. I'll be with you guys 24/7 from today," I announced and he smiled.
"Welcome! It will be fun with you around!" I chuckled softly as we passed on.
Night-time
" You guys! I have a surprise for y'all." I heard Goujin announce. I can't believe I had agreed to hiding as a surprise.
"You know how we all miss one another and one of us here probably feels lonely...-"
"Just get to the point!" Kozoumaru said impatiently.
'that was rude!' I thought.
"Well, we have a guest who'll be with us from now on. Ta-da! It's Akari Minawa!" Goujin announced pulling the door open almost smashing his face but smashing Asuto's.
I stifled a laugh when Asuto and Goujin dramatically gasped.
"Hi you guys," I waved and everyone but Kozoumaru tackled me in a hug resulting in all of us falling to the floor.
I spotted Kozoumaru storm off outside and once I had gotten hugs from everyone especially Norika and Asuto, I excused myself and went outside.
"Kozoumaru?" I called out softly and he turned his gaze towards me.
"What do you want?" He asked a bit annoyed but I just sat down with him and began stargazing.
He broke the silence by asking me a question." Why are you nice to me all the time, I mean don't you hate me?"
I just smiled and shook my head 'no' while he just stared at me.
"If I hate you and I haven't got to know you better whose fault would it be?"
He nodded.
" You really are an interesting person to be around." There it was,again that compliment.
I chuckled and thanked him. I then gestured him to go back inside with me to which he hesitated.
"Hey,is something bothering you? You can tell me if there is,"
"Everyone hates me and I don't like that, I try to fit in but my stupid temper always ruins everything." He opened up after a while
"You know, it's okay. We all get angry sometimes cause we are human and no one is perfect,"
"Still... can't I just control it somehow?"
"Hmm... You could try thinking of what made you happy or you could look the other way,"
"Look the other way?" I nodded.

"I hope dad isn't lonely..." I thought not realising I was thinking aloud.
"I'm sure he is fine and proud of his daughter for finally boarding,"he spoke
"Thanks, but I still feel like something is off about me and him."
"A lot of people know me but I don't, I asked my dad about it and he totally blew me off,"
"I'm sorry to hear that but what I can advise you is just like you said, look the other way."
The next day practice went on well until Goujin kicked the ball out of the gate. I put my hands on waist and gave him a playful glare.
"Sorry," he apologized scratching his head grinning.
I ran for the ball and I couldn't see it near the gate. Geez,just how far had he kicked it?
"Looking for this?" I turned to the voice and saw Nosaka holding the ball whilst smiling.
"Yeah, oh my gosh! It didn't hit you did it?" I asked worried.
"No I just saw it on the ground as I was walking by." He smiled sweetly handing it to me.
"Where were you going?" I asked approaching him to take it.
"Back to camp. Why? Wanna take me?" He teased while I blushed.
"No, just curious. Sorry about almost hitting you, again" I replied.
" It's okay, I'm fine that's what matters."I smiled beaming up
"Shouldn't you be practising?" I asked and he told me that he had already finished. I nodded understanding and he spoke up.
"I can see you're practising judging by your uniform so I don't want to hold you back any longer. I'll see you around then." He approached and gave me a hug. I hugged him back then ran back to the pitch to a bored Goujin.
I kicked the ball to Goujin who asked how far he had kicked the ball. I told him not that far but far and he said I took along time to get it.
I smiled and we went on with practice.
