Ophelia yawned after she finished her last round to check the patients. She's working the night shift at Tokyo Hospital as a Paediatric Nurse. The black-haired woman prefers to work with children because they're easier to deal with than adults.
"You finish the last round, Barron-san?" She hums and turns around to meet one of her colleagues, Ena Sakura.
Ena Sakura is one of the Pediatrician Doctors and Ophelia's colleagues. Sakura and Ophelia have clicked each other fast due to their similar interests.
"Yes. I'm going to go home after this, Sakura-san." Ophelia assured her fellow doctor.
"You're working so hard for your first day and have fans already, girl." She teased the black-haired woman and she laughed nervously.
"I'm doing the job, ma'am and I'm sure you have also a fan too." Ophelia retorted back with a teasing smile while Sakura rolled her eyes.
"Flattering will get you nowhere, Barron-san. Please, stop calling me ma'am 'cause I feel so old." Sakura whined and Ophelia chuckled under her breath. "Go before I'll give you an extra job." She threatened her with a hint of a joke.
"Thank you and have a nice day at work." She only received a wave from her.
"You too, have a nice deep sleep, sleeping beauty." Sakura teased the black-haired woman while she laughed in response.
Once Ophelia left the hospital she sighed in relief and couldn't wait to sleep in her bed all day. "All in the day's work and beautiful weather for a good day—" Her phone beeps and she looks at the caller to see Emu. "Hello, Emu." She greeted her childhood friend.
"Ah, Fee-chan!" She yelps and pulls her phone away from the yell. "Are you busy!?"
"First of all, lower your voice before you damage my eardrum." Ophelia warned Emu and he immediately apologized for raising his voice. "Second, I just finished my night shift. Is there something wrong?"
"We have a new patient and he has two Game Syndrome inside of him." Emu explained. "I know you're tired and I just wanted to tell you about it." He feels bad after knowing Ophelia just finished her night shift work.
"Look, Emu." Ophelia rubs her forehead. "From the performance you and the others did for the past few days, I don't think you need me." She wanted to help them but the more she was involved, the black Ex-Aid and the Bugster would investigate about her. Ophelia is involved twice given her sudden appearance back then and the enemies are going to be more curious and wary of her abilities. "I trust your judgment and if it makes you feel at ease, Luna will join you." Ophelia suggested and no doubt Luna would agree.
"No offense, Fee-chan. How can Luna help us if she's small?" Emu couldn't help but doubt Luna's help.
"She's more than just an android, my friend." She assured him and Emu couldn't help but feel dreadful about the idea of leaving Luna with him.

"I trust my master's judgment but you? Never!" Luna exclaimed she was currently in the CR's quarantine room with Asuna and Emu.
Just as Ophelia's promise, Luna is going to join them alone without her given she's tired from the night's job. Luna never trusts them even one bit because she barely knows them despite the reassurance. The female android simply glares at Emu and Asuna while they gulp nervously at the menacing attitude they'd received.
"For someone small, she's scary." Emu commented in a hushed tone while Asuna rapidly nods her head. "Um... thank you for coming here, Luna-san."
"Hmph!" She crosses her arms and huffs in anger. "If Ophelia-sama didn't ask me to come, I wouldn't be here but to stay by her side! " Luna didn't want to refuse Ophelia's requests knowing she's going to get worried if they're in grave danger. Her job is to aid them and call Ophelia if things get rough.
"You are devoted to her." Asuna couldn't help but gape at her loyalty towards Ophelia.
"I'd scanned the patient and he had two strains." Luna changed the subject and analyzed his body.
"Wow, you're right!" Emu exclaimed while he watched the screen after Luna scanned the patient's body. It amazed him how Ophelia created Luna to scan the patients.
"He also had two Gashats inside of him and you need to do an operation straight away!" Luna informed them.
"Ye-yes ma'am!" Emu yelled terrified that she might slap him.
"I will operate him." Hiiro walks into the room and holds his Gashat. "Stand down, intern."
Emu walks towards him. "I don't trust you to handle it even if Fee-chan isn't joining us for today." He gives him a look and leaves no choice but to accept it.
"Mighty Action X!"
"Taddle Quest!"
"Henshin!"
"Henshin!"
"Gashatto!"
"Gashatto!"
"Let's game!"
"Meccha game!"
"Muccha game!"
"What's your name!?"
"I'm a Kamen Rider."
"The patient will be cured if we defeat that!" Emu declared once the Bugster appeared.
"Commencing Bugster removal operation." Hiiro announced.
"All right! I'll clear this with no continues!" He points at the two dragon-like Bugsters.

Haima sits alone in the office room in deep thought. He was bragging of his son's achievements but Hiiro retorted back to keep him quiet. "He told me to be quiet..." He whispered and lowered his head. "He even told me not to get involved between them." The director isn't that dense they still have that chemistry despite being in denial. "Hiiro needs to step up before someone sweeps Ophelia-chan's feet."
He heard an explosion as the building started to shake. "What!?" Haima runs towards the window to look at the quarantine room to see Emu and Hiiro fighting against two Bugsters inside the room. The director yelled in shock. 'At this rate, they'll destroy the whole building!' He wailed. "No, no, no! You'll break the quarantine room!" Haima gives them a sign to fight somewhere else to avoid destroying the building.

Luna noticed the director was giving them sign language and she immediately understood what it meant. "Guys, find a place that's safe enough not to destroy the whole building!" She yelled.
"Got it!" Emu yelled and changed the scene to avoid causing more damage.
"Stage select!" The genius gamer immediately chose the sea scene.
"I will clear the game!" He declared and pressed a button on his hammer.
"I will complete the operation!" Hiiro declared as they both attacked in sync to destroy the Bugster in the process.
Emu kneels to check on the patient, Yoshio. "Yoshio-san!" He taps his shoulder lightly.
Two Bugsters appeared as Luna predicted having two Gashats on their heads. "The remaining two stolen Gashats?" Hiiro asked curiously.
"His game is Giri Giro Chambara." Emu answered. "It's a sword fighting game where one hit decides victory or death. Fee-chan is good with swords and I'm sure she would defeat it without a doubt."
"Of course!" Luna huffs proudly and smiles. "Master is the best swordswoman and she would kick their butt!" She raises her hand happily. "What about that one?" The female android points at the other Gashat curiously.
"That one is..." Emu trailed off and gasped in shock to see the black Ex-Aid again.
"You again?" Hiiro growled in anger at his interruption.
"This is bad." Luna bites her lower lips nervously. She wished Ophelia would give her another ability apart from gathering information and barriers.
"I will not go easy on you anymore." Black Ex-Aid declared and noticed the female knight didn't join them. He mentally shrugged and made his job easier as he shot them.
Luna immediately creates a barrier to defend from the attack. "Thanks, Luna." Emu thanked the small android. "He's already level 3? Luna, I want you to hide somewhere else safe." He's worried about Luna getting hurt if she gets involved in their fight.
"Are you sure about this, Emu?" Luna asked in a wary tone. She wanted to help them despite her annoyance against them.
"Yeah, I wouldn't forgive myself if anything happened to you." He answered and Luna sighed softly.
"Fine, watch your back." Luna warned the genius gameplayer and hid somewhere safe.
"Nobody gets in the way of my operations!" Hiiro declared and leveled himself up to 3 as Emu did the same thing.
"DoReMiFa Beat!"
"Gekitotsu Robots!"
"Gashatto!"
"Skill level 3."
"Gacchaan!"
"Dai dai dai henshin!"
"Level up!"
"Gacchaan!"
"Knock him out! Assault, clashing punch! Gekitotsu Robots!"
"Okay! Do Re Mi Fa Beat! To the beat! To the Beat! Do Re Mi Fa Beat!"
Hiiro fights against black Ex-Aid while Emu fights against Giri Giro Chambara Bugster. The genius gameplayer bends down to avoid getting hit by the sword. "That was close!" He exclaimed and rolled down to avoid getting hit. "Wait!" He dodges every attack and he misses it. "He's too fast! I can't get a hit in!"
Hiiro dodges the wheel attack from Black Ex-Aid while Emu yells in shock and bends down as he nearly slices his upper body. "Barely safe!" The genius gameplayer exclaimed sighing in relief.
The three of them noticed they disappeared out of their sight. "Black Ex-Aid used that attack move as a distraction to disappear out of our sights." Luna couldn't help but point out with a scowl look on her face.

"I'm sorry." Emu apologized to Haima for letting the Bugsters and black Ex-Aid get away from their grasp. "The Bugsters got away."
"Come on!" Haima yelled angrily while Luna rolled her eyes in annoyance. "You'll take responsibility if anything happens to the patient!"
"Aren't you being biased right now?" Luna couldn't help but retort. "You're giving him an earful but you didn't involve your son too? Talk about favoritism and black Ex-Aid came out of nowhere so he's the main fault here!"
The screen turns on to reveal Poppy. "Lu-chan is right! The black Ex-Aid was the one at fault!"
"Ha!? Since when are we becoming best friends!?" Luna asked angrily at the pink-haired girl. She barely knows her and she's given a nickname already.
"Don't yell at Poppy that way, Luna-san." Haima scolded the android girl and she scoffs. "Oh right. It's not your fault." He assured Emu.
"If he had not gotten in our way..." Hiiro breaks the silence.
"Right! If he had not gotten in your way..." He said happily and copied Hiiro's words while Luna sighed heavily.
"If you wanna beat the black Ex-Aid." They heard a familiar voice and turned around to see Kiriya. "Need me to lend a hand?" He asked while closing the folder in his hands.
"Kiriya!" Poppy yelled and crashed the screen by accident. "Pi~"
"Hey! How did you get in here?" Haima couldn't help but ask about his sudden visits without knowing their secret code room.
"It was thanks to a certain someone." Kiriya answered and handed the folder to Haima. He glanced at the small android while she narrowed her gaze. "Ah, you must be the Goddess's assistant, right?" Luna didn't react to his words while Hiiro hid his fists under the table. "Please send her my thanks for saving my life. Her voice is beautiful like the sound of an angel."
"Flattering will get you nowhere Kujou Kiriya." Luna spoke coldly and Emu stared at her in shock of the cold attitude. "I'll tell her that without your compliments. I'm surprised you know about me."
Kiriya shrugged his shoulder. "I was half conscious that time and saw her heal me through singing. If she's not a Bugster, what or who is she?"
"It's classified information until my master is ready to speak up her abilities." Luna answered in a stern tone. She refused to reveal Ophelia's secret as it's not her place to say it.
"What do you want?" Hiiro changed the subject and masked his jealousy. "Why are you sticking your nose in?"
"Because I want to solve the mystery of the Bugster." Kiriya answered. "I told you before. On Zero Day... my friend fell victim to the Bugster..."
"That..." Haima trailed off unsure how to respond.
"Didn't you say that was a lie?" Emu asked with a hint of hesitation to trust Kiriya's words or not.
"Did I?" Kiriya asked curiously.
"Eeh?" Haima's eyes widened in shock.
"Speaking with a forked tongue again?" Hiiro asked coldly. "You lied about Graphite being the black Ex-Aid."
"That's another matter." Kiriya gets off the table. "I was trying to protect you from the truth."
All of the screens are on as Poppy's face appears. "Guys, don't fall for his wheedling!" She warned them before coming out from the screen. "He must be scheming something!"
"You cannot be trusted." Hiiro commented and never trusted Kiriya even one bit. He hated the way Kiriya complimented Ophelia's voice. "Contact me if the Bugster is found, father." He ordered Haima before he left.
Emu gasps. "That's right! Let's check on the patient." He runs off towards the quarantine room to check Yoshio's condition.

Hiiro crosses his arms while waiting for the elevator to stop at his destination. "There is something I want you to investigate." He breaks the silence and asks Haima to gather information.
"Hmm?" Haima hums and looks at Hiiro.
"Look into Kujou Kiriya." He stares at his eyes. "I want you to gather information about him and find out if his friend is involved at Zero Day."
"Of course." He nodded his head.
"One more thing, Ophelia's parents." Haima stares at him curiously. "Does she know her parents work with us?" Hiiro asked curiously. Haruka and William worked with them secretly to ensure they were doing their best to help them from the Bugster virus.
"I'm unsure if Haruka and Will told her about it." Haima answered and didn't think about it. "I wouldn't be surprised if Ophelia-chan knows of her parent's involvement and her rare abilities."
"I know Haruka-san and William-san would keep their daughter's ability secret without telling anyone." Hiiro pointed out. "Now that she revealed herself and healed Kiriya in public, Ophelia is careful not to expose much of her abilities." It's going to be difficult for him to protect her knowing she's stubborn and willing to help at all costs.
"Ophelia-chan is a strong woman and I wish she would accept my proposal." Haima whined. He wanted Ophelia to be part of their team and she still refused to work with them.
Hiiro leaves his father once the door opens. The genius surgeon wonders how she's doing on her first day of work as a nurse.

Emu and Asuna invited Yoshio's daughter, Shiori to visit him. Yoshio is surprised to see his daughter's face. "Shiori..." He sits up to face her properly. "What? You're here again? Go home already!"
"What's with that attitude?" Shiori asked Yoshio sadly. "I've been helping you with your business all this time, and that's how you treat me?"
"Yeah, of course!" He answered coldly. "You serve no purpose in being here!"
Emu intervened and worried Yoshio's stress would be an increase in their situation. "Please calm down! It's dangerous to accumulate stress. Okada-san, you have Game Syndrome."
The father-daughter duo asked. "Game Syndrome?" They asked and never heard of the term before.
Luna wanted to smack Emu's head for being blunt and didn't want to reveal herself in public. 'Geez, he needs to change his wording to deal with them!' She exclaimed angrily.
"It's a dangerous illness that can be life-threatening." Emu explained of Yoshio's condition.
"You're fired." Yoshio breaks the silence.
"Eh?" Shiori asked her dad.
"Didn't you hear me?" Yoshio asked in a stern voice to dismiss his daughter from his company. "You have been fired. You don't have to bother with the business anymore!"
Asuna approached Yoshio worriedly. "Calm down, Okada-san."
"Sorry!" He apologizes to the nurse and doctor. "But this is a problem between me and my daughter." Yoshio lays down and ignores to look at them.
Shiori clenches her hands tight before walking out of the room. Emu gasps to see her leaving. "Shiori-san! Shiori-san!" He yelled and tried to call the woman back but she refused to listen.
Someone blocks his way and slams him hard to reveal Kiriya. "It's amazing you came this far with such naive honesty." He commented sarcastically. "If you're gonna be a doctor, then you need to be more sensitive about telling patients about their illnesses."
Luna showed up coming from Emu's pocket and shoved Kiriya away. "Don't you dare lay a hand on him, mister." She warned the red leather jacket man. "I hate to admit it, he's right. You need to be aware of how you say things to your patient." The female android planned to wash her mouth on agreeing with Kiriya's opinion.
"Eh?" Emu stares at them.
"Telling the truth isn't always the right choice." Kiriya pointed out. "The truth... can ruin people's lives!" He had a flashback from his past about Jungo.
"Kiriya-san?" He called his name worriedly.
Kiriya fixes Emu's coat before he walks away and stops. "That girl said that she helps out with her father's business, didn't she? That patient is keeping his daughter away from himself because he cares about her life."
"The parents are going to sacrifice themselves to ensure their children's life and happiness." Luna commented under her breath while Emu heard it.
"The Bugster is on the move!" Asuna barges in without knowing she's interrupting them.
Emu and Luna are checking Yoshio's condition to see his agony and beginning to fade by the pain.
"Let's go." Kiriya called them. "The Bugster will likely attack his daughter to cause him stress." He pointed out and they all left to save Shiori.

Shiori is surrounded by two Bugsters and panics seeing there's nothing to escape. She sees Emu, Asuna and Kiriya are here to save her.
"See? Like I said." Kiriya spoke up and looked at them. "Now do you have a little more faith in me?" He asked.
Asuna and Luna helped Shiori to move far away from them. Luna mentally gives a location signal to Ophelia and helps them out soon. Emu and Kiriya step in front to stop the two Bugsters from chasing them.
Kiriya raises his hand. "This is the revival of our combi!" He stares at Emu. "Let's work together to defeat him." He wanted to work together with him like the last time. Kiriya's Kamen Rider is more of a vehicle mode than a humanoid one.
"You will get tricked again if you believe in him." Emu looks up to see Hiiro is joining in. "Coroner, I have looked into your past." Kiriya lowered his arm.
"I heard lots of explosions near my apartment and couldn't help but look and see." They turn around to see Ophelia in her Moon Knight form. "I guess we're dealing them." She pointed at the two Bugsters.
"Fee-chan!" Emu exclaimed to see his best friend. "I didn't know you live near this area."
"I did and you guys need to transform." She reminded them.
Hiiro silently readied his driver. "Taddle Quest!"
"Henshin!"
"Let's game!"
"Meccha game"
"Muccha game"
"What's your name?"
"I'm a Kamen Rider"
"Skill level 2." He upgraded himself.
"Gacchan! Level up! Pursue wander! Pursue wander! Taddle Quest!"
"Ophelia, with me!" Hiiro yelled and Ophelia silently teamed up with her ex-boyfriend.
Ophelia and Hiiro are in sync fighting together until the black Ex-Aid appears out of nowhere. Ophelia suddenly shoves the black Ex-Aid away and simply glares at him.
"You again." Ophelia grips her sword tight. "Emu and Kiriya, we leave the Bugster to you guys while we deal with him!" A Hologram whip surrounds the black Ex-Aid's body and throws him far from them.
"You heard the Goddess, Emu." Kiriya smirked. "Have to obey her orders."
Emu smiles nervously behind his mask. "I don't think Fee-chan appreciates calling her a goddess."
Ophelia and Hiiro are helping each other to defeat the black Ex-Aid. He hates them to see working perfectly in sync and barely hits them. "Why are you siding with them when you're not a rider?"
"Whether I am a Kamen Rider or not, I'm going to help them." Ophelia answered while her sword glowed. "Just because I'm not blessed with the others, I'm not going to stand by and do nothing." She increased her moves to stab the black Ex-Aid but he deflected them.
"You could've joined us."
"Never!" She yelled back. "Kagami!"
Hiiro changes his fire sword element to ice and freezes the black Ex-Aid's legs. Both of their attacks combine to land a hit on black Ex-Aid. They heard a motorbike heading toward them but they dodged it.
Emu and Kiriya joined in after they defeated the Bugster. The genius gameplayer pressed the button of Gashat. "Giri Giri Chambara! Game start!" The neon green robot appeared. "Gacchaan!"
"3rd Gear." Kiriya announced and let Emu put the slot in his gear.
"Let's go!" Emu yelled.
"Gashatto!"
"Thank you!" Kiriya thanked Emu.
"Gacchaan! Level up!" Emu immediately gets off Kiriya and lets him transform differently. "Roaring! Leading, speeding! Rampaging, Bakusou Bike! I gotcha! Giri Giri Chambara!" He's amazed to see him a humanoid for a change rather than in vehicle mode.
"I finally got a humanoid form!" Kiriya commented as he felt relieved to have a body for a change. He couldn't wait to test out his new abilities in this form.
"Woah, you're a samurai!?" Emu asked excitedly while staring at him. "Hey! Wait! Hey!" He yelled while Kiriya ignored him.
"Now, show us your true identity... GENM Corporation CEO... Dan Kuroto." Kiriya revealed the true identity of black Ex-Aid.
"Eh!?" He yelled in shock to find out black Ex-Aid's identity.
"What!?" Hiiro couldn't believe what he's hearing right now.
"How?" Ophelia couldn't help but ask.
"I saw him..." Kiriya spoke up and remembered Kuroto's transformation as a black Ex-Aid. "When he transformed."
"No way!" Emu couldn't believe what he was hearing. Kuroto is the one who created the Kamen Riders and helped them to stop the Bugsters. To think he's siding with the Bugsters makes no sense to him or everyone.
Ophelia wouldn't be surprised if Kuroto is behind the plan. She and her S.O.N.G team were betrayed by Ryoko Sakurai as she was masking her real identity as Finé. It hurts to know someone you trust would backstab behind your back. Ophelia trusts Kiriya's words but knows Kuroto will have a plan to cover his identity without revealing himself yet.
Black Ex-Aid remained quiet and showed his second Gashats to level himself up to Level 3.
"Shakariki Sports!"
"Gacchaan! Gashatto! Level up! Mighty Action X! I gotcha! Shakariki, Shakariki! Bad, bad, shaka and riki and Shakariki Sports!"
"It can't be true." Emu is still in denial.
"Can't believe it?" Kiriya asked them. "Watch!" He summons his weapon.
"Gashacon Sparrow!" He pressed a button to split his weapons into small sickles.
"I'll prove it to you right now!" Kiriya declared and readied his stance.
"Su-paan!"
"Lazer!" Emu called out his Rider's name worriedly.
Lazer and black Ex-Aid are battling each other. They throw each other's attack while Kiriya is taunting him and angering him more. Ophelia's heart is racing nervously to see them fight. She wanted to join the fight and help Kiriya out but it's not in her place to intervene.
"Zu-doon!"
Kiriya merges his weapon and shoots the wheel to deflect it back at the black Ex-Aid. "Let's go." He pressed the button to use his final attack move and began to hit the black Ex-Aid.
"Gashatto! Finisher!"
"Eat this!"
"Giri giri critical finish!"
Hundreds of arrows appeared and surrounded the black Ex-Aid. "Go!" Kiriya yelled and it hit the black Ex-Aid in one go.
It causes a huge explosion as Emu, Hiiro and Ophelia join Kiriya's side. "Now, let's see his unmasked face, shall we?" He asked them.
The smoke disappeared and revealed someone else. They all look shocked to see the real identity of black Ex-Aid.
"Who are you?" Kiriya couldn't help but ask in a bewildered tone. 'I know it was Kuroto the black Ex-Aid. Did he swap someone else to cover his identity?' He couldn't help but ask himself a question.
The mysterious man smiles while holding the Gashat. "I had fun and it's a pleasure to meet someone who isn't a Kamen Rider." He glances at Ophelia and only receives a stern look from her. "Let's play again." He left without a trace.
All of them revert to normal and Hiiro stares at Kiriya. "You did lose a friend five years ago." He breaks the silence. "But it was not due to the Bugster. He died from an ordinary accident."
"Eh?" Emu looked surprised to hear Kiriya's past.
"Getting close to us was also part of your plan to obtain a new Gashat, wasn't it?" He asked coldly before removing his coat and passing it to Ophelia who's wearing a pajama. "There is not a single bit of truth to his words."
Ophelia looks surprised at his sudden gesture but the look in his eyes insists on putting it on. She eventually gives in and wears his coat. The black-haired woman couldn't understand him at all. "You guys don't need me here anymore. Come, Luna." The small android appeared and sat in her usual spot.
"Yes, master." She answered in a low tone.

Ophelia and Luna walked away from them. Hiiro followed them behind and she glanced back at him curiously. "I can take care of myself, Kagami. You don't have to follow me."
"We don't know if the Bugster appear and give you a surprise attack, Ophelia." Hiiro answered and walked right next to her.
"I'm also a fighter and I don't need a babysitter." She retorted back and secretly gave Luna a look. To give them privacy, the small android leaves without a trace. "Since when did you start caring about me?" Ophelia couldn't hold back her questions any longer.
Ever since Ophelia showed up, Hiiro gets overprotective and jealous whenever she's involved in their fight or a guy tries to flirt with her. Emu can be overprotective but not extreme like Hiiro. She thought Hiiro had cut her off completely. It didn't make sense to Ophelia even one bit.
"Ophelia... I—" Hiiro stops and tries to find words to express how he truly feels.
He still liked Saki but ever since their encounter 3 years ago, Hiiro's feelings had grown more deeper than he had with her. Saki did change his life despite his cold attitude when he moved on as he'd promised. Hiiro never thought of Ophelia as Saki's replacement because they're both different people. The biggest regret he'd done was manipulating her feelings or family reputation. Granted, she should've chosen her singing career, but Ophelia decided to become a nurse and help those people.
"Ever since I came back and somehow got involved, you've been always checking up on me whether I was okay or not." Ophelia pointed out and tried not to lash out in anger at him. Noticing his strange behavior whenever she was with him. "Kagami, I asked your father many times not to pester me about my job but you refused my decisions."
"He thought it would be convenient for you not to make any excuses whenever there are Bugsters." Hiiro pointed out and Ophelia didn't believe him. "The hospital you're working didn't know anything about it."
"You expect me to drop my work out of the blue and transfer straight away?" She asked sarcastically. Ophelia huffs before handing the coat back to Hiiro and transforming into Moon Knight. "Thanks for lending me your coat, for the last time... I refuse." The former goddess disappeared out of their sight before Hiiro could even protest.
Hiiro sighed heavily and remembered how stubborn she could be. The genius surgeon wished she could listen to him.
