"Hojou Emu, Kagami Hiiro, Hanaya Taiga and Kujou Kiriya." Ophelia reads each one of the information about them in deep thought. She's back in Japan after years of studying and working abroad between the United Kingdom and U.S. She's now a full-grown young woman in her 20s and working as a nurse. "Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kamen Rider Brave, Kamen Rider Snipe and Kamen Rider Lazer."
Her hair color is straight black on the waist level. Her eyes are hazel. Ophelia is grateful to be back in her actual age
Ophelia observes her childhood friend, Emu Hojo ever since he becomes a Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. She observed his battling skills and lost the bet from Taiga's condition. The former goddess is about to intervene and take back the Gashat but Kiriya does it instead. An unknown black Ex-Aid Kamen Rider attacked them out of nowhere and considered them enemies.
"Kinda reminds me back of the days we fought each other and gradually became allies and friends." Ophelia commented and reminisced about her past life with them. She misses them dearly every day and things are different from them.
The Kamen Riders are fighting against their enemies called Bugster Virus. Five years ago it existed and came from the computer virus. When someone is infected or causes negative emotions, it triggers the virus and weakens their immune system. Only the Kamen Riders have the ability to save their life by defeating them.
Ophelia saw it beforehand when Emu transformed and saved his patient. The first stage is when a human becomes a Bugster and second stage they separate from each other and then defeat the main objective. Her healing powers can also purify them without defeating the Bugster virus twice. However, she never encountered this kind of virus before and it drained her powers. Ophelia is conserving her powers by being cautious.
Ophelia only met 4 Kamen Riders so far to defeat the virus and 1 rogue Kamen Rider. She couldn't expose herself to them because it's not her fight.
"You've been in Japan for a month now and didn't visit Emu-kun." A small female long dark-haired android pointed out while watching her read the files. "When are you going to show up?"
"It might happen soon, Luna." Ophelia answered truthfully to her loyal android. "The storm is coming and I have to reveal myself at some point."
Ophelia created her first loyal android, Luna. Luna is 16 centimeters tall with long dark hair tied in two ponytails and two large bells containing her plugin ties. She has fair skin and deep-purple eyes. She also has a bob-like hairstyle with blunt bangs. Her outfit is a white kimono with a large red obi-bow in the front. The black-haired woman used her alchemist skills to make her alive and be her own android thanks to Elfnein's lesson.
The small android couldn't stop worshiping and admiring her master's achievements and was forever loyal to her. She has the ability to access all the files without being caught by them. Luna is always careful whenever Ophelia asks to gather information.
"Are they really worth to aid those humans, Ophelia-sama?" Luna couldn't help but ask curiously about her intention to aid them. "Considering we're no longer dealing with any related of Noise or Symphogear."
"Yeah." Ophelia answered truthfully and closed the folder. "Until now, the question still remains in my head... why am I here? What's my purpose to be reborn in this world? Any interesting news about them?" She changed the subject.
"Yeah!" Luna nodded her head. "The creator of the Gashat, Dan Kuroto. Apparently, someone broke into his company and stole his latest invention to help Kamen Riders increase their power." Both of them research Dan Kuroto and they don't trust him even one bit. They never encounter each other yet but they shouldn't judge his information easily.
It catches Ophelia's attention. "I wonder... if there's an ulterior motive about it." She voiced her own opinion. "So far we don't even know the fifth Kamen Rider." The black-haired woman feels like they're playing a chess game.
"What should we do?" Luna asked her curiously.
"I'll say we're going to observe them and step in if we must." Her hazel eyes flashed blue for a minute. "I have a feeling the stealing and an unknown Kamen Rider's plan are a setup. To gather all the Kamen Riders."
"As expected of Ophelia-sama!" Luna clasps her hands and admires Ophelia's deduction. 'She's the smartest and graceful master I've had!'

Ophelia and Luna watch the Bugster being confronted by Emu, Hiro and their assistant Pipopapo Poppy who's disguising herself as Asuna.
"When will the fifth appear?" Luna asked curiously.
"Soon but it appears like someone is joining." The black-haired woman glanced to see Taiga and Kiriya join in.
"The stolen Gashat... will be mine." Taiga announced and the small android sighed in annoyance.
"He's such an arrogant." Luna commented under her breath in annoyance while Ophelia shook her head. "I wouldn't be surprised if he has a bad temper."
"Their dynamics are off— it'll take time to be in sync and working as a team." Ophelia commented.
"Taiga, how did you know about that?" Asuna asked and she was surprised to see Taiga again. She never told him about stolen items.
"Was it the CEO of GENM?" Hiiro asked coldly and scoffed in annoyance. "What a meddler."
"Let's have a match." Taiga announced and brushed off Hiiro's question. "Ex-Aid... Brave... and Lazer." He twists his head to see Kiriya join in.
"Whatever you like." Kiriya commented casually. "My target... is this guy." He smirked to see the black Ex-Aid again in his level 3 transformation.
"That's him again." Ophelia muttered while clenching her left hand.
"I'll deal with all of you at once." The black Ex-Aid Kamen Rider warned them in his distorted voice.
Taiga smirked darkly. "Interesting."
Kiriya took off his sunglasses. "I have many things to ask you."
Emu steps forward. "Please wait! Are we going to fight a Game Syndrome patient?" He asked them worriedly.
"Intern." Hiiro called Emu and got his Gashat's ready. "'No thank you' to your presence." He brushed him off and Ophelia sighed heavily.
"He's still the same as I can remember." Ophelia commented sadly while watching them.

"Victory to the one who strikes first!" Kiriya attacked first towards the black Ex-Aid.
The black Ex-Aid deflects his punches and attacks him aggressively. Emu couldn't stand to see them fighting. "Lazer, please stop!" He yelled worriedly.
"Tactics level 2." Taiga announced and to level his Kamen Rider up.
"Gacchaan! Level up!"
"Skill Level 2." Hiiro levels up his Kamen Rider.
"Gacchaan! Level 2!"
"Ba-Ba-Bang! Bang-Ba-Bang! (Yow!) Bang Bang Shooting!"
"Taddle meguru! Taddle meguru! Taddle Quest~!"
"Was it really necessary to announce whenever they transform?" Luna couldn't help but ask out loud.
"Hibiki-san and the others sing before and after we transform to fight." Ophelia pointed out.
"Mission start!" Taiga readied his gun.
"We know your true identity." Kiriya revealed it to the black Ex-Aid.
The black Ex-Aid shoved Kiriya hard. He readied his wheel and attacked all three Kamen Riders non-stop without giving them a chance to defend themselves. Their health status is low and can't take any more hits for fear of being killed.
Asuna stares at them worriedly. "As I thought, they can't beat a Level 3." She exhales nervously. "Everyone, run!" They have no chance to defeat them with their current condition.
The black Ex-Aid kicked or punched Kiriya nonstop while the others stared at Kiriya helplessly. Asuna is worried about Kiriya. "No! You'll get a Game Over!"
"Master?" Luna looks at Ophelia curiously wondering if she's going to intervene in the fight or not.
"Not yet." Ophelia answered.
"Ahh!" Kiriya screamed in pain and slammed by the stairs. He immediately took off his Gashat.
"Gashuun"
He turns himself back to normal and is covered in bruises due to the black Ex-Aid's attack.
The Bugster couldn't attack them and Hiiro reverts back to normal after dodging it. "The risk is too much." He groaned in pain.
Taiga noticed that Hiiro and Kiriya were unable to retrieve the Gashat. "The Gashat will be mine!" He declared and attacked the Bugster.
The black Ex-Aid approached Emu. "What's the matter, Ex-Aid?" He asked the genius gamer. "Come at me."
"Why are you doing this?" Emu asked and wanted to know his intentions. "I just want to cure you!"
He chuckled in amusement. "There must be a misunderstanding." Turning his head to see the thief joins in.
"Him?" Hiiro couldn't help but ask in shock.
"He isn't the black Ex-Aid?" Asuna yelled in surprise. 'If it's not him, who's behind it!?'
The thief held a purple device and Emu recognized it back them. "That weapon! Why does he have that?" Emu couldn't help but ask.
"Cultivate." The thief spoke.
"Infection! Let's game! Bad game! Dead game! What's your name?! The Bugster!" The thief transforms into a green Bugster.
"Bugster?" Emu gape in shock.
Taiga recognized the green Bugster. "Graphite... so it was you, you bastard!?" He asks angrily and shoots him.
Graphite blocks his attacks and attacks him back using a blade pole-arm-like weapon. He shoves Taiga away and his weapon glows red. "Raging Dragon Fang."
Taiga uses his final move to clash with Graphite's final attack before he reverts back to normal.
Emu couldn't believe his three companions were down and he was the only one left standing. 'They're down, what should I do?' He thought worriedly. He gasps as the black Ex-Aid chokes him while lifting him up.
"Only the strong survive. As someone familiar with the world of games, you should know that best... genius gamer M." Black Ex-Aid commented. "There's no point in trying to think like a doctor here."
Emu yelled in pain and began to see black spots. A blur appeared out of nowhere and punched black Ex-Aid chests. Someone catches him and sees a glimpse of his savior.
"I've seen enough hurting them mercilessly." Emu gape in shock to see his childhood friend, Ophelia.
"Fee-chan!?" He yelled out her nickname back when they were young. 'How did she know I'm here? I know she's strong but NOT that strong to punch black Ex-Aid!'
"You..." Black Ex-Aid couldn't believe a mere human could throw a strong punch.
"Sorry for not aiding you when you needed it the most, Emu." Ophelia apologizes to Emu and lowers him. "How are you feeling now?"
"Fine, how?" Emu glances at Ophelia and the black Ex-Aid back and forth. "You could've damaged your hand!" It amazed him to see no bruises or broken hands.
"I'm fine, see." She showed her right hand to see no signs of bruises.
"Ophelia." Hiiro is surprised to see her again and doesn't expect she knows Emu. 'Why is she here? How did she know about intern?' He's wondering what relationship they have between them.
"Who are you?" The black Ex-Aid demands answers from the unknown black-haired woman.
Ophelia stands up and faces him. "When you said about only strong survive? You're wrong. Even the strong ones need help sometimes. Normally, I wouldn't intervene in this kind of situation. Considering the fact this problem is none of my—"
Black Ex-Aid throws punches at her but she bends down and kicks his stomach hard. She shoves him far to crash a tree. "I'll make this short. Hurting my friend is crossing the lines and I'm here to help." The black-haired woman is angry at the fact she's being interrupted.
"You're not a Kamen Rider!" Asuna exclaimed worriedly. She's surprised that her strength isn't a normal average human.
"Who said I am?" Ophelia asked and glanced at the disguised person. "I'll explain everything once we solve this problem first." Her whole body glowed. "Just to be clear, I'm not a Bugster." She shines bright as everyone covers their eyes.
"Who the hell is this chick?" Taiga couldn't help but ask.
"Emu, you're not the only one who can transform." Her voice changes including her appearance.
Ophelia's hair becomes a dark lilac-purple while her eyes turn blue. Her hair becomes very long and is worn in twin tail braids while her bangs and the hair that frame her face are somewhat longer. Her hairclips turn into small black circular pieces with glowing blue X on them. Her suit resembles a black skintight leotard with purple segments and silver pieces along it. The boots/leg armor is above the knee.
"Ophelia?" Emu stares at her new appearance. 'If Fee-chan isn't a Bugster or Kamen Rider. What or who is she?'
"Let's see how long you can fight!" The black Ex-Aid throws wheels at her.
Ophelia remained calm and deflected it at ease using her hologram sword. Her sword glowed and sliced the wheel in half as it destroyed it.
The others stare at her in shock to see she managed to destroy the final attack without any struggle. "Emu, do me a favor." Ophelia called out the genius gamer while staring at the black Ex-Aid.
"Ye-ye-yes ma'am!" Emu answered nervously. 'Even though her appearance and attitude changed. I feel so intimidated and scared that she might kill me!'
"I'll deal with him and you deal with the others." Ophelia answered and positioned her sword up.
"Right! Let me deal with him after I take the Gashat's back." Emu declared. "I want to fight him one-on-one, Fee-chan."
She closes her eyes and sighs softly. "If that's what you want. I'll hold him off." Ophelia obeyed his requests.
"Thank you, Fee-chan!" Emu thanked her before transforming himself.
"You're a worthy opponent." The black Ex-Aid complimented her as Emu chose a venue from his Gashat's ability.
Ophelia remained silent and deflected his attacks. The black Ex-Aid growls in annoyance. "Why are you helping them when it's none of your business?"
"What my reasons and actions are my own." Ophelia answered and swung her sword to cut down the wheels. "Dance, my blades." She summons her hologram swords and throws an attack at him.
The black Ex-Aid tries to deflect her attack and he misses out the swords. 'Why is she interrupting my plan!?' He growls in annoyance.
"Fee-chan, switch!" Emu yelled after he retrieved the Gashat.
They give each other high-fives to switch and let the genius game player deal with the rogue Kamen Rider. Ophelia reverts back as a human and glances back at Asuna.
"Are you injured?" She asked Asuna worriedly while checking any signs of injury.
"No-no-no! Not at all!" Asuna waves it off nervously. "If anything, I'm worried about Emu." She's nervous about her sudden appearance and the fact she's not a Kamen Rider like them. 'How does she know Emu?'
"He's going to be fine and trust him." Ophelia assured her with a smile. "If there's something I know about him, Emu wouldn't back down." She and the others are watching their fight.
Emu calls his Gekitotsu Robots to upgrade his Kamen Rider level 3. "Gekitotsu Robots" He's startled by the small red robot's appearance. It suddenly attacked black Ex-Aid while he tried to defend himself.
"Gacchaan. Gashatto!" Emu put his new Gashat in his belt.
"Dai Dai Dai Henshin!"
"Gacchaan! Level up! Mighty jump! Mighty kick! Mighty mighty! Action X"
"It ate him!" Asuna yelled in shock.
"More like merging it together to upgrade his suit." Ophelia corrected her while watching the fight.
"Gotcha! Knock him out! Assault! Clashing Punch! Gekitotsu Robots!"
"That's..." Hiiro trailed in shock to see Emu obtain the new Gashat.
"Level 3." Taiga finished his sentence.
"I'll clear this with no continues!" Emu declared and defended the punch from the black Ex-Aid.
Emu pushed black Ex-Aid's hand and punched it on his chest as he continued to punch him. He didn't give him time to fight back and pushed the black Ex-Aid away. He pressed his Gashat to summon his final move.
"Gashatto! Finisher! Gekitotsu critical strike!" He gives one punch towards black Ex-Aid and it gives a direct hit. "Perfect!" Emu gives him a final blow.
It creates a huge smoke and notice the black Ex-Aid disappeared seeing he used it as an opportunity to escape. "Huh?" Emu is shocked to see him gone while the others are having the same reaction as him. "Done already!? Fight me!"
Ophelia approaches him and grips his shoulder. "That's enough now, Emu."
"But... Ophelia, he—" Emu tried to reason her out.
"You're angry I know." She stares at him with an understanding look. "You need to cool down before you get yourself hurt or worse."
Emu reverts himself back and stares at her hazel. "Fee-chan... I-I-I'm sorry." He apologized for his strange behavior. "After what he did to them, I can't help it."
"It's okay to get angry but if you keep bashing like that without controlling your emotions. Things would go wrong." She commented glancing at Kiriya's unconscious body. "I should—"
"What are you doing here, Ophelia?" Hiiro finally decided to ask her. His father didn't mention anything of her arrival but then he doesn't have the right to know what she's doing in her lifestyle. Seeing her here and joining in the fight for a short period of time, he has a lot of questions running in his head.
"To help and see you guys nearly got defeated by that guy." Ophelia answered and walked towards Kiriya. "You guys have a lack of teamwork in here."
"Tch, like you know anything about it." Taiga clicks his tongue in annoyance. It annoyed him of her sudden appearance and she's different. "Just what are you if you're not a Bugster?"
"Helper." They wanted to know more about her reason. "Unlike you guys, I don't need to be a Kamen Rider since I have my own ability to do what I want." She explained and kneeled down to examine Kiriya's injury.
"How long have you had it?" Emu couldn't help but ask curiously. It's his first time to see her change differently and how she fought black Ex-Aid.
"A long time." Ophelia answered and hummed while smiling lightly. "He got four broken ribs and spinal injury. The ambulance would take a long time to get here."
"What will you do with him?" Asuna asked her curiously.
"Unlike you two." She referred Taiga and Hiiro. "You guys don't take much serious injury like him. I can heal him."
"That's impossible!" Hiiro exclaimed in shock after Ophelia's suggestion to heal Kiriya without going to the hospital. "You don't have that kind of ability to heal an injured person, Ophelia!"
"I do but I intend to keep it a secret." Ophelia hovers her hand on Kiriya's body. "I know that I'm just a stranger who came out of nowhere and helped you guys. Trust me on this."
She exhales softly before opening her mouth to sing.

Kiriya's body glowed and all his injuries disappeared. All of them are shocked to see Ophelia perform a miracle healing to cure his injury. Emu knows she's talented when it comes to singing and dancing but he didn't know her singing could heal an injured person. The genius gamer thought he knew his childhood friend but he was wrong. He didn't know half of Ophelia's life.
"I healed his injury but he would feel sore body and needs time to rest." Ophelia explained and stood up without facing them. "Your friend should be fine." She walks away from them and Emu immediately grabs her wrist to stop from walking away.
"Fee-chan, thank you." He thanked Ophelia for healing him. "Welcome home."
Ophelia smiles without facing back. "I'm back." He lets her go and she continues to leave them.
Taiga glares at Emu for letting her go. "I have some questions about that woman."
"I do too!" Emu exclaimed and he was willing to wait until she was ready to tell them. He knew her past was terrible due to her behavior when they were young children. "I'm not forcing her until she's ready."
"How did you know about her, Emu?" Asuna asked Emu curiously about their relationship.
"She's my childhood friend and haven't seen her for 2 years." Emu answered truthfully before glancing at Hiiro. "I'm shocked you know her, Hiiro-san."
Hiiro remained silent and refused to give information. He made a final decision to meet up with Ophelia and explained everything. 'When did you be able to heal someone? Are you actually a Bugster and pretend you're not like them?'
