It's been a great few days since the battle against Pain, Taiyo and Naruto were having the time of their lives being the new heroes of the leaf, Taiyo especially is. The citizens and ninja have banded together to repair their damaged village, Tsunade had been injured too much in the battle against Pain that she is in coma and there is no Hokage now. On the outside of the village, two ninja from the Cloud Village were looking for information, their names are Karui and Omoi; members of Team Samui.
Omoi: This looks like the place, but damn it's in shambles
Karui: (Mad) I don't care about that, I just want information on Sasuke Uchiha!
(Back in the village)
We now find our heroes walking with their team in the village.
Naruto: It sure does feel good being hero, huh Taiyo?
Taiyo: (Smiles) It feels really good, like I've finally accomplished something in my life! Now it's time to save the entire world!
Kakashi: Slow down there kid, take some time for yourself before saving the world
Sakura: Yeah, you just saved the village and now you want move to the bigger picture
Sai: It won't do you any good if you collapse and die, now would it
Taiyo: (Sighs) I guess you guys are right
Just then the five notice two figures jumping towards them, the figures jumped down and they were revealed to be Kiba and Akamaru.
Kiba: (Panting) Guys, I'm glad I caught you all! It's trouble!
Taiyo: What's wrong man?
Kiba: Since Lady Tsunade is still in her coma and can't Hokage, the council made Danzo the new acting Sixth Hokage!
Sakura: What!?
Kakashi: Not Danzo...
Naruto: Damn it!
Taiyo: How the hell could a twisted guy like him be Hokage!? Thanks for telling us Kiba, (looks at Sai) looks we got some talking to do
Kiba: No problem guys, see ya later (he and Akamaru jump away)
Kakashi: Why don't you all go to a more private place to talk, it wouldn't do good to talk about so delicate like this
Taiyo: Good point, come on guys let's go near the training ground
Naruto: Right!
The quartet go to the location and turn to Sai for questions.
Naruto: Alright pal, you wanna explain this to us
Taiyo: Anything you could tell us about Danzo is planning?
Sai: (Opens his lower lip) I am unable to talk about Lord Danzo
On his lower lip was a tattooed symbol.
Sakura: (Realizes) That's a curse mark, so you're cursed and can't talk about Danzo right?
Sai: That is correct
???: Hey you four, I want answers!
The four look behind them to see Karui and Omoi approaching them.
Karui: You guys are Leaf ninja and I want answers on Sasuke Uchiha!
Taiyo: (Cautious) Why do you wanna know about Sasuke?
Karui: Uchiha was reported being seen in Akatsuki robes and he killed our master
Naruto: (Shocked) What? Sasuke joined the Akatsuki?
Taiyo: He wouldn't!
Sakura: (Tears up) Why would he?
Karui: I want answers now before I bust some heads open!
Omoi: Uh..you probably shouldn't threaten these guys, we are in their village remember?
Karui: Shut the hell up, Omoi! Now give me answers
The two moved closer and Karui aimed her sword at the four, Taiyo reached for his tanto and....
....slashed at them, which caused them to be pushed back.
Taiyo: (Threatening) I'll make one thing clear, if anyone threatens my friends I won't go easy
Naruto: I have a question, was your master a Jinchuriki?
Karui: (Shocked) How did you know?
Naruto: I'm a Jinchuriki and hunted by the Akatsuki, Taiyo over here is hunted too. Come on we can talk about it somewhere else (he starts to walk away)
Taiyo starts to walk with him, but Naruto held up his hand.
Naruto: No Taiyo, this is something I have to do. (Looks at Karui and Omoi) Come on you two
The Cloud ninja follow the blonde haired teen away towards another location.
Taiyo: What does he have planned?
(Later)
The orange haired teen was walking through the village, he was still thinking about Sasuke being a criminal and Danzo being the Hokage, it was all so confusing and it had to happen after his fight against Pain.
???: Hiyah hah hah!
Taiyo heard grunting coming from behind a building and decided to check it out, what he saw shocked him. Naruto was on the floor getting pummeled by Karui while Omoi just watched.
Karui: You ready for the next one?!
Naruto: (In pain) Huh....
Karui was about to punch him again, but her fist was caught by someone and she looked up at the person.
Taiyo: (Calm anger) If you hit him one more time, you're gonna suffer for it
Karui stops and jumps back next to Omoi while Taiyo checks on Naruto.
Omoi: He still wouldn't sell out a comrade and the other saved him without hesitation, I like these two
???: (Annoyed) What are two doing?
Karui and Omoi: Samui-Sensei!
The now named Samui glared at her students.
Samui: I don't wanna hear it, we have intel on Sasuke Uchiha. Let's get back to the Raikage
Taiyo: Excuse me, but do you mind if me and my friend here speak to the Raikage, we have questions?
Samui: I'm sorry, but the Raikage isn't accepting any social call. Come on team, let's go!
Team Samui jumps away and Taiyo was left with a barely conscious Naruto.
Taiyo: (Looks at Naruto) You damn fool, is this why didn't want me come? (Picks him up) Come on, let's get you healed up
Taiyo carries his friend to the nearest medic.
(Later that day in a Medical Tent)
Taiyo was sitting on the side while Naruto was getting patched up by a medic, Kakashi walks into the tent.
Kakashi: (Looks at Naruto) What happened to you?
Taiyo: Two Cloud ninja approached us and Naruto took a beating from one of them
Kakashi: You ok kid?
Taiyo: I'm fine, but he isn't
Naruto soon opens his eyes and sits up.
Taiyo: Hey man, not so fast
Naruto: Where am I?
Kakashi: You're in a medical tent, Taiyo brought you here
Naruto: (Looks at Taiyo) So that means you saw what happened?
Taiyo: And stopped it from going further, why didn't you bring me with you?
Naruto: I didn't want any saving, I wanted them to pour all their hatred on me for what Sasuke did
Taiyo: You didn't want me to stop it because you understood their hatred, but I do too man. (Smiles) You can't handle everything on your own, that's why you have me by your side brother
Naruto: (Smiles) Thanks brother. (Looks at Kakashi) We need to talk to the Raikage about Sasuke
Kakashi: What? Why?
Taiyo: We want him to stop hunting Sasuke
Kakashi: That's gonna be hard because the Five Kage Summit is in a few days and the Raikage is going to the summit
Naruto: Damn, they we need to stop him before he gets there! Listen Kakashi-Sensei, I met with the Fourth Hokage before I fully transformed into the Nine-Tails
Kakashi: And what did he say?
Naruto: (Smiles) He believes in me
Kakashi: (Smiles) Well a father always believes in his son, isn't that right Taiyo?
Taiyo: That's true, Kakashi. (Looks at Naruto) Also, I knew the Fourth was your dad
Naruto: (Shocked) What? How?
Taiyo: (Smirks) Come on man, it's me. Also the spikey yellow, blonde hair and bright, blues eyes, they were a dead giveaway
Naruto: Why didn't you tell me you knew?
Taiyo: I wanted to wait until you told me
Kakashi: Well guys, what are we waiting for? Let's get Yamato and go to the Raikage
Taiyo and Naruto: (Smile) Right!
