(For those new readers who skipped to this chapter, this used to be a series of the same story but now it's just random chapters of random demon slayer characters, mostly Giyu)
Im going to give some background on what happened,
Backround: Muzan controlled Giyu into killing Tengen wives, so they sent him to a mental lab. Tengen comes to visit him after 8 months
"So you want to see No. 2742?" A 'doctor' asks Tengen
Tengen was a little surprised they identify their patients as numbers. But it was Tomioka so he didn't care "Yes" he replies.
"Another customer is occupied with him right now. Come with me to the camera room, you can look at him through the camera then you can go" The Doctor/scientist
Tengen follows him to the camera room, he sees many cameras but he only looked at one which was labeled 'No. 2742'
"Oh he seems to be resisting, I'll be right back. You stay here" The scientist walks away to go into the room Giyu is in.
Tengen can also hear what was happening in the room or cell. "NO NO! PLEASE STOP!" Giyu yells "Shut up you slut!" The man insides forcefully takes Giyu's shirt off while Giyu tries to push him away with tears in his eyes. Then the scientist comes in and hits Giyu hard with a whip "No. 2742 you better behave or today will be a lot worse than yesterday" The scientists says, Giyu looks up at him in horror before nodding "Yes master..."
The scientist exists Giyu's cell or room, after a few seconds the man starts to touch Giyu's body all over, and Giyu couldn't do anything but cry. Then the scientist comes into the camera room where Tengen is.
"Does that happen to him every day?" Tengen asks
"Well, yes but it usually would be 6 men instead of just 1. Since you came to visit before afternoon, Nothing happened to No. 2742 yet" The scientist explains
After 6 hours
Tengen saw the whole thing through the camera, he just felt sorry for Giyu now. Giyu's now lying on the floor not moving, like a lifeless doll. "It seems that you can go to No. 2742 now, take this in case he misbehaves" The scientist hands Tengen a whip.
When Tengen got the Giyu's room
He opened the door slowly, he sat across Giyu. Giyu saw the whip he was holding then saw Tengen was holding it, he moved away into a farthest corner from Tengen. He brought his legs up to his chest and puts his hands over his head, he started to shake in fear."I-If your going to hit me do it already..." Giyu's voice sounded worn out
"I won't hurt you" Tengen puts the whip down.
Giyu stays silent, and only just shakes more. "I came to tell you, Muzan is waging a war with us. Shinobu forced to inform you, that's the only reason I'm here." Tengen says before waiting for a bit.
"How's Z- Z-Zenitsu and In- Inosuke doing...?" Giyu looks up at Tengen
"Their doing fine, they'll be visiting you here once their mission is done." Tengen replies
"Your the first person who walked in here with that then didn't hit me, your also the only person who didn't do anything to me the second they came in.... Oh- I'm sorry for speaking...." Giyu puts his head back onto his arms
Tengen replies that it's alright, then he says he's going to leave "Wait! Don't leave me so soon please... They'll torture me after you leave... please stay for a bit more.." Giyu begins to cry. Tengen hesitates but he leaves "You deserve to be here" he says before walking out of the room, then he walks past someone walking into Giyu's room. He decides to see what will happen. It was silent first, but then he heard screams, then nothing again. Then muffled noises.
He looks into the room and sees that they are torturing Giyu, he goes through this every day? He decides to then leave the lab.
At The demon slayer headquarters
"So Uzui, did you tell him?" Shinobu walks up to him
"I did, go send Zenitsu and Inosuke to buy him from that lab or something" Tengen replies
"Why? You know we're keeping him there for years right? Then we're handing him over to prison." Sanemi said
"Nevermind, I'll tell you later" Tengen walks away
After the battle and after their healed and like 2 years after the battle
"I WANT TO SEE TOMIOKA SAN!" Zenitsu yells
"I'll take you there" Tengen walks into the room
When they got into Giyu's room
"He's like a lifeless doll at this point, do we really have to keep him her longer? It's already been years" Zenitsu asks
"You can buy No. 2742 if you want, actually, take him for free." A scientist walks past the cell.
"Let's Take Tomioka San out of here, I want him to see the world with no demons" Zenitsu says
"Fine" Tengen Picks Giyu up
When they got back to the butterfly mansion, everyone was there
"What's Tomioka doing here!?"
"It's even worse" Zenitsu says whileThe Tengen puts Giyu down "No. 2742, stand up" Zenitsu says, then Giyu stands up "turn around and walk next to me" Giyu turns around and walks next to Zenitsu "And he seems to have forgotten his name, he only responds when you call him No. 2742" Zenitsu continues
"No. 2742, you can speak freely" Zenitsu says
"I- u-" Giyu tries to speak, but he seems to have forgotten
"No. 2742, are you alright?"
"I-Ino-?" Giyu asked Zenitsu
"at the infirmary" Zenitsu replied
Giyu bows as in a thanks, then walked to the infirmary Giyu turned around with a confused look on his face
"I'll take you there" Zenitsu walks to giyu then he leads him to the infirmary
When they got there
"Inosuke? Tomioka San is here!" Zenitsu walks into the room then drags Giyu into the room "though the place they sent him to call him No. 2742, he won't respond if you call him by his name"
"No. 2742?" Inosuke asks
Giyu walks towards Inosuke, then hugs him.
"No. 2742, your name is Giyu Tomioka from now on" Inosuke says
"Hey, aren't you the water hashira Muzan used to talk about?" Douma looks at him "You look, lifeless."
Giyu looks at Douma and tries to speak what seems to be the word traitor. "Can you understand him?" Inosuke says
"He said that I'm a traitor. And that is true, I'm the one who got him out of Muzan's control" Douma replies
Giyu hugged Inosuke tighter.
"Giyu" Zenitsu walks behind him
Giyu lets go of Inosuke and turns around.
"Do you want food?" Zenitsu asks, Giyu hesitates before nodding. Zenitsu held out his hand
When they got to the kitchen, Tanjiro and Nezuko were there.
"Nezuko, Giyu san is here" Tanjiro says, Nezuko turned around instantly "He probably dosen't remember us, nor like us anymore. We encouraged that he goes to that facility remember?"
"You're right.." Tanjiro finishes making the tea then walks out with Nezuko following him from behind
"Come on Giyu, I'll cook you something" Zenitsu hold Giyu's hand but Giyu wouldn't move "No. 2742, your name is Giyu Tomioka" Zenitsu says, then Giyu starts to follow Zenitsu
"What do you want to eat?" Zenitsu asks. Giyu looks around, he opens a cupboard and hands it to Zenitsu "a frozen ramen pack? Sure" Zenitsu takes a pot, puts a little tiny bit of water then he places it in the pot. Giyu stepped back when it started to boil and when Zenitsu grabbed the handle.
"I won't dump it on you, you're free from that treatment" Zenitsu checks if it's cooked, when it is he took a bowl and put it in the bowl. He put the meat and everything else on the top, he was cooking them in a different pan
He put the bowl on the table and took some chopsticks, he gave them to Giyu but he seemed like he didn't know what to do. "You even forgot how to eat? Here, I'll do it for you" Zenitsu takes the chopsticks from Giyu and pick on some of the ramen with it, he puts it near Giyu's mouth "open your mouth, chew this, and then swallow it" Giyu does just that
After feeding Giyu
"You're probably tired. I'll take you to where you can sleep" Zenitsu stands up, hold Giyu's hand and guides him to the room, he lets Giyu get on a bed, he tucks the blanket over Giyu and he fell asleep in an instant.
"You must really be tired.." Zenitsu pats Giyu's head, he can hear the sound of relief coming from Giyu
