Arinya was at a beach sitting on a picnic blanket as she was giggling talking with a girl who was talking about how amazing her boyfriend was.
Anong: You know he is so sweet, such a gentleman, kind and respectful definitely my dream guy!
Arinya: Well...it's nice that you got yourself a boy you really like bestie, but as your best friend for almost your whole life I just want to let you know that, I don't really trust him so I'm going to keep an eye on him!
Anong: Okay okay! My protective big baby, you can get all your research done about him.
Arinya: That, I'm going to do no matter what!
Arinya walked into the memorial house as the girl looked like she was trying to find a certain someone. After finding the thing she was searching for she smiled slightly while thinking of the memory, wondering if only she would have done enough research her soul sister would have been alive today and the old Arinya would have have also been alive today.
She sat down as she stared at her first and bestfriend's memorial infront of her. She smiled before placing her favorite flowers besides her picture before speaking.
Arinya: Hello nong! I know you might be cursing at me from heaven about how you are older than me but, it's been long since you left...I miss you soo muchh....A day doesn't pass by when I don't miss you.......Sometimes I feel so helpless that I want to be by your side and just hug you tight.....
Arinya didn't what to cry, she didn't wish to cry but the tears couldn't stop themselves and started falling slowly one after another.
Arinya: I bought you Convallaria your favorite flowers......I hope you like them... They were your favorite cause according to you they represent the two of us...... I agree they symbolize the two of us joy, purity, innocence and mature just like you and in loss and pain just like me.....I miss you soo muchh......You promised you will be there forever, always there when I need you....You broke your promise, I need you now...I'm unable to find you.....Please come back....I need you.....
Arinya sniffed after every sentence as it was getting harder for her to speak.
It's been months since Arinya had cried and today she couldn't help but cry like a baby as she hugged her bestfriend's diary close to her heart.
After spending an hour at the memorial house Arinya rode back home as she just wanted to lock herself in a room and never come out. She reached the Jarustiwa mansion and started walking in only to find her brother and his friends chilling in her living room.
MJ who noticed her as soon as she entered asked.
MJ: Where did you go!?
But as soon as he asked the question his eyes met hers and he immediately remembered what day it was today.
Along with MJ there was another certain someone who noticed the girl's eyes which looked lifeless and hopeless today. He eyed were red and slightly swollen along with her cheeks her nose kind of red, the boy could guarantee that something has happened, because as far as he knew Arinya Jarustiwa didn't cry herself but made other's cry.
Arinya could feel a turmoil of emotions inside of her, the girl knew one thing she will not cry here, especially not infront of these people. So she just walked past them in her room and locked the door.
MJ's facial expressions changed as soon as his eyes met his sisters, F4 and Gorya immediately noticed how his expression became tensed and worried. Confused they stared at the boy about to question but before they could he rushed towards his sister's room.
Arinya was sitting in the corner of her room, her knees hugging her chest as tears fell down her face like an waterfall......Her headphones on as she was listening to Anong's favorite song. She could feel her anxiety creeping in as she didn't even try to do anything about it.
MJ on the other hand stood infront of his sister's room knocking unable to get a response. As he was doing so he saw the rest of F4 and Gorya staring at him curiously, which he didn't care shit about as his only priority right now was his little sister.
He started knocking the door harder as he wanted it to just open. Thyme kept a hand in his shoulder and spoke.
Thyme: Ai mung! Don't worry I'm pretty sure it's something small that made her upset..
MJ: Thyme not right now! Uhh...Arinya open the fvcking door!
Arinya who was drowned in the sorrow, pain, anxiety and loneliness of her's finally heard the door. She then took the headphones off...and breathed deeply trying to calm herself down and wiping the tears off her face before she stood up to open the door.
MJ was now almost banging the door which worried the group of boys and girl with him. Just then the door opened and Arinya peeped in while hiding herself behind the door. She didn't look all flawless like she usually does..her eye were void of any emotion, she looked super tired and her eyes we're red and swollen..
Arinya just stared at the group of friends as no one really noticed her trembling hand except her own brother who grabbed it and a certain Taemiyaklin boy.....
MJ: You okay!? Ari? And let me in.
Arinya just looked past him at his friends as he understood that she didn't want them their.
MJ: Guys! Can you please give us some privacy!?
The group of friends nodded as all of them walked away except Kavin who couldn't help but feel sad as he stared at the girl who annoyed him looked so fragile and in pain.
MJ then felt her grip on his hand tightened as he noticed that she was having difficulty in breathing. He immediately grabbed her waist as he guided her inside the room before making her sit on the bed.
Kavin walked down as he was in a deep thought about something. He was thinking of the way her breathing became unstable as soon as their eyes met. He saw the hurt and pain in her eyes which no one really noticed. The beautiful almond eyes which always held annoyance, confidence and sass were today blank, in pain and vulnerable.
Ren: Kavin!? Vin!? Hey Kavin!
Kavin was finally out of thoughts as Ren shook him.
Kavin: Huh!?
Gorya: Are you okay!? What are you thinking about?
Kavin: Didn't you guys notice how vulnerable Arinya looked today!? I always wonder why she hates the three of us but after looking in her eyes tonight I feel like there is something that happened which is also the reason she is skeptical and unable to trust us. It definitely has something to do with her past!
Thyme: How are you so sure!?
Kavin: I don't know but that's what my heart says!
MJ made her sit on the bed as she kept breathing heavily feeling the inability to breathe. Her hands shivering continuously as MJ was saddened at his sister's state. But main his priority right now was to help her.
He cupped her face with both his hands gently as he was met with her vulnerable eyes.
MJ: Okay babysis...Listen to what I have to say okay....look at me and follow what I do okay? Breathe with me..
Arinya just nodded as she was clutching on his shirt tightly.
MJ: On the count of three breathe in okay....1....2....3...
MJ looked at her as if she was a baby as he helped her calm down with his usual technique.
After almost half an hour the girl finally calmed down as MJ said.
MJ: Are you okay now!?
Arinya just nodded. MJ looked at his sister before he pulled her in his embrace. MJ knew her very well she would always claim to be fine even when she wasn't. So the only thing he could do as a brother was hug her till she was herself ready to tell him.
Arinya as soon as her head fell on her brother's chest she couldn't stop the tears which made their way out of her eyes. She just hugged him tightly as she sobbed in her safe place like a baby, knowing that the guy hugging her would be the last person on earth to judge her.
Arinya: Why.....why did she have to leave me phi....I miss her so much....she was the one that kept me sane in this insane world of ours....I can't live without her phi..... it's all my fault..... I'm the reason she is.....not here with us.....I want to just rest now everything is too much....
MJ: Shh....Ari...none of this was your fault and I'm pretty sure Anong would not like the fact that you are blaming yourself. And remember what she wrote right!? You need to live your life to the fullest cause that would make her the happiest...And I guess you should move on your nong would also want the same thing from you.... I'm not forcing you, all I'm saying is that just think will she be happy with how you have stopped being yourself! Hmm!?....She is in a better place now...but she will always be with you in your heart.... remember that kiddo!
Arinya just hugged her brother tighter as she heard him say those words. Somewhere even she wanted to move on but something was stopping her and the girl had no idea what it was.
After crying her heart out in MJ arms for almost half an hour she feel asleep from all the rollercoaster of emotions she has felt throughout the day. MJ tucked her in her bed as he kissed her forehead before looking at her tear stained face as he walked out of her room.
