I woke up early the next morning thinking about how I was going to explain our close connection at school. I got out of bed and threw on some clothes, and put the Chat Noir hoodie on top of it.
"Good morning Nixx." I grinned at him.
He raised a non existent eyebrow. "Wow, two days in a row?" He asked with a smirk.
"Yeah and?"
"Nothing." He shook his head smiling.
"Morning Sabine!" I greeted cheerfully.
She laughed "You're in a good mood."
"Yup! And I'm gonna go to school early, if that's okay?"
"Of course it is."
"Cool! Can I bring a few pastries too?"
"Of course grab as many as you want."
"Thanks! See you later!" I rush downstairs and grab a bag full of croissants and eclairs.
"Good morning Tom!" I say walking past the counter.
"Good morning, have a good day at school Y/n."
"I will."
I cross the walkway and head to the locker room. "Here Nixx, it's not celery, but have a croissant." I open my locker for him to sit inside and eat.
"Thanks Y/n." He says gratefully as he devours it.
"Don't eat all of them, I'm sure Plagg would want some for his cheese."
He rolls his eyes, "Plagg and his cheese."
I grin "Yup, alright buddy, I'll see you later 'Kay?" I give him a fist bump.
"Have fun with 'kitty'" he teases.
"Get out of here." I laugh closing the door.
I walk outside and sit on one of the steps waiting for a black limo to pull up.
A few minutes later it does and he steps out and grins at me.
Marinette had shown up at this point. "H-hi Adrien!" She greets from a little ways away.
He gives her a small wave and runs up to me skipping a few steps.
"Hey kitty." I grin holding a bag out to him.
He sits down and grabs the bag, "what's up princess." He wraps me in a hug which I give back.
"You're not calling me that."
"I'll just call you pup than." He smirks pulling out of the hug.
"That's worse." I groan.
"So princess it is." He laughs.
"I guess so kitty."
"Did you have any more of these?" He asks gesturing to the bag of goodies.
"Yeah in my locker, and had Nixx save some for Plagg and his cheese."
He wraps and arm around my shoulder, "You're a genius, he's gonna fall in love with you."
"Yeah I'm sure." I roll my eyes.
I look away from him and accidentally make eye contact with Marinette. She looks red, and looks like she could murder at this exact moment.
I shrug Adriens arm off me.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
"Nothing, just a little hot."
He smirks. "I do have that effect on people."
I groan and burry my head in my hands, "Please stop talking."
"Okay but seriously what's wrong?"
"I told you before, I don't want to get on anyone's bad side."
"Who's bad side?"
"Marinette." I say angrily.
"Huh- why would you get on Marinettes bad side?"
"Because she's in love with you?" Plagg said from inside his jacket.
"She is?"
I burst out laughing, "it's so obvious."
"Oh, uh that's awkward, I'll talk to her later about it."
"Don't tell her that I told you."
"I won't." He promises and wraps his arm around my shoulder again.
"Liar, 12 o'clock." Plagg says.
We look up to see a brunette with long hair tied in the back and weird sausage looking bangs.
"Adrien! I missed you so much! I just got back from my Vacation in Atchoo helping homeless kids with Prince Ali!" She gushes.
"Hey Lila." He says simply.
"Oh! Who are you?" She asks noticing me.
"I'm Y/n I just moved here. It's great to meet you." I grin, she seems nice.
"She's a liar." Plagg whispers in my hair.
"Ahh!" I shriek.
"What's wrong?" Adrien asks turning his attention to me.
I smile again. "A bug flew past my ear. I'm fine now."
I turn back to Lila. A liar huh? So I'm guessing she didn't go to help homeless kids.
"Well uh Y/n, you promised me more food right? We should get going." Adrien apologizes to Lila standing up and pulling me with him.
"Uh yeah I did." I stand up and he moves his hand in mine and pulls me into the school.
"Sorry, but I had to get out of there, that girl lies in every breath."
"Yeah Plagg told me from inside my hair"
Plagg came out of Adriens jacket and shrugged, "had to tell you somehow, and where is this bread?"
"My locker, Nixx is in there too."
"Yes, you're my favorite." He gave my cheek a hug and flew off.
Adrien grinned, "Told you."
"You did." I sighed.
I looked down and noticed he was still holding my hand. "Um, you're still holding my hand."
I commented.
He quickly pulled away, "My bad." He scratched the back of his head.
"It's fine." I shrugged. Students starting walking in getting rid of the awkwardness between us.
"Let's go to class."
"Yeah." I murmur.

I had to sit with Lila in all my classes that day.
Lunch was awkward with multiple people glaring. And me and Adrien not speaking.
The last bell rang and Adrien caught up to me. "Hey, I can't hang out today, I have lost of photo shoots and stuff." He apologizes.
"It's all good, I'll see you tomorrow then, since there's no patrol tonight."
He nods "yeah, see you tomorrow, and please bring more treats, Plagg loves them."
"I will, cya!" We change directions and I walk to the bakery.
"Y/n!"
I turn and see Lila.
"Yeah, whats up?"
"I just wanted you to know that Adrien is mine, and he will never want you, so keep your grubby hands off him."
These girls I swear
"Yeah, ok, got it Lila." I walk off and into the bakery.
I reach my room and start my homework.

Tom knocks on my door an hour later.
"Come in!"
Hé walks in "I was just wondering if you wanted to help in the bakery?"
"Of course!"
I jump out of bed and head downstairs to the bakery.

After being in the bakery for about 2 hours, I'm dismissed.
"We're all done here, thanks for the help." Tom says gratefully.
"Anytime." I go back upstairs and check my phone.
I see I have a message from Adrien. From about 15 minutes ago.
Kitty: Can I come over? I can leave the house as Adrien.
You: ofc, I was in the bakery working, sorry, you can come over.
Kitty: thanks, be there soon.
Three minutes later I hear a knock at my balcony door. I get up quickly and open it to see Chat Noir grinning.
"Wanna play video games?"
"Absolutely"
I pull out the chairs in my desk and turn on the tv.
"I'm gonna win."
"Sure you are."

We play for about an hour until it gets dark outside.
He yawns. "Can I sleep here for a little bit? I don't wanna go home yet."
"Sure, I'm gonna go get changed I'll be right back."
I grab my pajamas and change in the bathroom across the hall.
I come back in to see him detransformed.
"Chat Noir, you transform back right now." I hiss.
"Why?"
"Because I don't want someone to walk in and see Adrien freaking Agreste in my bed."
He rolls his eyes "Plagg transform me." And he's back in his hero suit.
I get in bed next to him and open my phone.
Alya: Hey
You: Whats up.
Alya: What was with you and Adrien today?
You: Nothing why?
Alya: Idk u guys just seemed rly close all of a sudden.
You: yeah I guess.
Alya: can we call?
I look over at Chat who's almost asleep.
You: not tonight sry I'm abt to go to bed
Alya: Alr gn
You: gn

I woke up the next morning to a cold spot beside me and a not on my bedside table.
Thanks for having me over Princess :) see you tomorrow.
I grin and fold it back up putting it aside as I get ready for the day.

I get to school at a normal time and walk into class.
To see Lila in Ninos spot.
I grin as I make my way up to my spot where Nino is. He looks angry but as soon as I sit down he looks up and grins.
"What's up Nino?" I ask giving him a fist bump.
He groans. "Lila has Mrs.bustier switch spots with me so she could sit with Adrien. Totally not cool."
I laugh, "Oh this is going to be a field day."
He chuckles, "Yeah I guess so."
At that moment Marinette walked into class.
She looked back and forth between Adrien and Lila, her face red.
"And what do you think you're doing in Ninos seat?" She was seething.
"Why does it concerned you? It's not like you sat here anyways."
"It's my problem because-"
"Because you're in love with me." Adrien answered for her.
Everyone stopped talking to stare at them.
"I-uh what?" Marinette was freaking out.
He sighed, "I know that you're in love with me, or a crush, something, but I don't like you back I'm sorry, I think I like someone else."
He turned to look at Nino but made eye contact with me.
I raised my eyebrows trying not to burst out laughing.
He sighed and turned to her again. "I'm sorry."
"Okay." She turned and shuffled to her seat.
At that second Chloe burst out laughing. I tried my best not to laugh with her, this class was hopeless after all.
Mrs.Bustier walked in to see a class going through many emotions.
Anger, sorrow, happiness, all of it.
Nino looked between Adrien and me. Then he grinned.
"What?" I asked.
He raised his hand. "Mrs.Bustier? Can I switch seats with Adrien, Y/n is being very distracting."
I gasp, "I am not. What the hell do you think you're doing do you want me to get detention?"
He looked back at me, "it's a small sacrifice I need to make."
"Yes Nino, if Y/n can promise to not be distraction." Mrs.Bustier replies.
"Huh? Uh yeah I'm not distracting." I say confused.
"Great, see you later!" Nino practically squeals.
The fuck was up with him?
He grabbed his stuff and went down to the front row.
He whispered something to Adrien and the blonde turned red and covered his mouth looking around to make sure no one heard him.
Adrien grabbed his bag and walked up and sat next to me.
"Hey kitty." I whisper.
"Hey princess." He winks.
I roll my eyes at him as Mrs.Bustier starts the lesson.
A few minutes later his arm slides over and touches mine. Neither of us do anything to fix it.
