In college, Khwaahish and Armaan's bond continued to grow stronger with each passing day. During an antakshari game with their senios , khwaahish sang a song with her soulful voice. As she stole glances at Armaan, he pretended to be focused on his work, but a smile gave away his true attention. After her performance, he complimented her, and their unspoken connection deepened, filling their hearts with joy and the promise of something beautiful.(the song was nazm-nazm)

Next day:-
Armaan is going to cafeteria for a work where he overheard the news from juniors which fueled his anger...
Armaan, feeling agitated after hearing some juniors discussing his relationship with Khwaahish in the cafeteria, decided to step outside for some fresh air. The rumors were spreading like wildfire, and he couldn't bear the thought of Khwaahish being dragged into such gossip.

After a few minutes of contemplation, Khwahish composed her reply, determined to maintain a composed and understanding demeanor.
Khwahish: Hey sir , I appreciate your honesty and respect your feelings. I understand the need for distance, and I want you to know that we're good even with some space between us. I've always valued our friendship, and I never had any romantic feelings for you.
As she typed those words, she couldn't help but feel a sense of acceptance washing over her. She realized that her initial crush on Armaan was just a fleeting infatuation, and she now understood that their friendship meant more to her than any romantic involvement.
