Xiang Yi Mo lifted her eyelids in a daze and looked out the window at the dark sky. She didn’t know how long she had been asleep.
Her slender, fair arms supported her sore body as she sat up slowly and leaned against the bed headboard. Her eyes shifted slightly and fell on the clean clothes within easy reach.
Her mind wandered a little. After sitting there for a few seconds, her dazed mind cleared up as she slowly remembered her lovemaking session with Lu Wang Chen before falling asleep.
Her face turned red and became incredibly warm.
Xiang Yi Mo shook her tiny head in an attempt to dump those embarrassing memories out of her head. She lifted her beautiful hands and patted her face to calm herself down.
She glanced at the panel and saw that Lu Wang Chen’s Love Juices value increased by ten points. (Whimper) This is so tough for me.
Retracting her gaze, she reached out her hand towards the clean clothes.
Xiang Yi Mo put on her clothes and walked out.
The moment the door handle of the lounge was turned, and the door opened, the people in the office heard the movement and subconsciously looked over.
Lu Wang Chen had just finished instructing some matters to his subordinates. When he looked up and saw Xiang Yi Mo, there was an instant warmth in his quiet and indifferent gaze, and his cold, taut face softened.
He immediately walked over and took the little girl’s hand. He said gently, “You’re awake. Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?”
Xiang Yi Mo’s ears flushed. She darted a glance at the department manager receiving work-related instruction. The department manager was so dumbfounded that his feet were rooted to the ground. Feeling somewhat uneasy, she squeezed that hand and glared at him. She said, “No. What are you talking about?! There are people here!”
Lu Wang Chen frowned slightly at the dumbstruck manager. Lu Wang Chen’s tone changed to the familiar indifferent tone that President Lu usually had.
“Why are you still here?”
The cold voice sent a chill down the manager’s spine.
The manager extended his arms to wipe the cold sweat from his forehead and hastily apologised, “Sorry, I zoned off. I’ll leave now.”
A particular manager hurriedly exited the office before he dared to catch his breath. Clutching his papers, he quickly returned to where his department’s floor was located and sat down to calmly reflect on what he had just witnessed and heard in his boss’s office.
He unlocked his phone and scrolled to the news everyone had discussed this afternoon’s group chat about the boss bringing back a woman.
He recalled the Xiang Yi Mo he had just seen and compared it to the young girl who was talking and laughing with the boss in the video.
Miss Xiang changed her clothes. She walked out of the boss’s lounge with that ambiguous mark on her neck. After finally combining with what the boss said at the time… Ahem.
She’s really the President’s wife!
He just couldn’t imagine that the strict and calm boss would also be, mm, too enamoured in the office.
The manager burst out laughing and got a little excited inwardly.
The manager sent his observations in the President’s office to the staff group. He deliberated, selected and affirmed the comments they had made this afternoon about the boss’s wife, causing a stir of emotions in the group chat.
In the evening, Xiang Yi Mo returned with Lu Wang Chen to her villa in Baishui Yuntian, bringing her running away from home to an end.
After dinner, the men dragged Xiang Yi Mo to sit down and discuss things together, such as the allocation of time for Xiang Yi Mo and them to spend together, especially their sleeping time.
Even though they had long accepted sharing a girlfriend with each other and had mentally moved past it, they would, of course, still want time alone with their little girl.
Thus, after a few discussions, it was decided that Xiang Yi Mo would have Sundays for herself. As for Monday to Saturday, each of them would be allocated a day on the odd-numbered days. The even numbered days could be for two persons or all of them together.
With that said, in the end, Xiang Yi Mo found that she sometimes didn’t even have Sundays for herself at all!
