It's been a month since the Baby shower now all are very careful with Rajni Ma they are not letting her do any work as per her promise Reena and Priya are taking care of her.
Rocky didn't even let her walk without him the triplets got even more active with their kicks when they heard their Appa voice.
Rajni woke up to see Raja snuggling into her boobs like a kid she just giggled and started to wake him up

He just shakes his head and snuggled more
She sighed saying "I have four babies three are in my stomach and the big one is on my boobs"
Rocky got up smiling at her and kissed her forehead saying

Rocky just carried her to Bathroom saying
"i am going to bath you today"
He bathed her with so much care which made tears in her eyes he just kissed the tears away knowing it was her hormones
He got the scented smoke and started to dry her hair with it and Wrapped the saree around her like she likes and applied vermilion on her hair which made her look so beautiful

He just kissed her softly as she just sighed into it and said
"I am hungry"
Hearing that Rocky just took her to the dining hall she giggled at how fast he changed
And all treated them as they great back Rocky just feed her less oil food as Rajni asked not feeling like eating
After that, she started to feed him and he just smiles at her
All just smiled at the couple till this date love between them only grew stronger
Rocky put his hand on the belly
Rocky said " Now we have to go shown don't worry we will come back to lunch"
She just smiled saying
"Go"
With that Rajni is taken to her room by Reena and Priya as she felt like sitting in her rocking chair
She just sat and wrote her dairy
As Reena is looking into files and Priya helping her
It was nearing Lunch hour Rajni felt a small pain but she ignored it after some time she felt a sharp pain and gaped clutching her belly which made Reena and Priya run to her and saw water laying near her legs
They both looked at Rajni with wide eyes As Priya said
"Di don't get scared but your water just broke"

Reena said " Okay calm down let's change you into a comfortable nighty and we can do the birth as Doctor is On her way as Priya sent the Helicopter"
Fatima Amma came inside running and helped them To change Rajni into her Nighty
The Guard Ramu went to the Factory to see if all are there as he said
"Sluthan, Malika is giving birth"
With that all of them ran to the mansion as the doctor enter with them when they came to Rocky ANd Rajni's bedroom they saw their sultana sweeting with her face showing pain
Doctor ran to Rajni and asked Calmly
"Mrs.Bariya on 1 to 1 scale who much is your pain"
Rajni sobs saying " 15 if i say"
Doctor said " Except for the father all out"
Rocky just stood beside Rajni as he have her his hand to squease which is squeasing it to death but he knows her pain is more
It's seems like days since the birth started but it only 4 hours Doctor saw that it id diluted and she can give birth
Doctor said " Now Mrs.Bariya push"
Rajni just shouted a she pushed the first baby
They heard a cry sound as Rocky and Rajni have tears in their eyes as Doctor Clean the baby and said
" Baby A is the Boy"
She put the baby on Rajni's chest which she kissed his head softly saying
"Welcome home Little one"
And she felt pain ripped through her and shouted
"Ahhhh!"
Malaamma came inside and took the baby and stood in the room
As Rajni started to push the baby out and slumped in relief
Doctor said " Baby B is a Boy"
She put the baby on Rajni's chest which she kissed his head softly saying
" Welcome home little khana"
After a few minutes, Rajni started to push the baby out as she shouted one last time
The doctor said smiling " Baby C the last Baby of the triplets the youngest one is a baby girl"
Rocky have tears in his eyes as Doctor gave him the baby He look at her in aww
As he said " Welcome home ma"
The doctor called all of them in as they came inside Rocky said
" We are proud parents of two Two princes and A beautiful Princess"
All the people outside the mansion started to celebrate the birth of their Two princes and Princess
Reena and Priya Took the kids in their arms and cooed
Priya said " Now I want one"
Farman kissed her cheek while playing with the Little Kahana finger
"Don't worry baby we will"
Priya just hides her face in shyness as all chuckle
Lorenzo is carrying the Little princess he looks at Rajni who is drenched in sweat after the whole birthing process
"Thank you for giving me Great grandchildren now I am going to enjoy all the things i missed with you guys"
All smile at that all are happy at the occasion of the birth of hires and heiress of the Sultan and Sultanat of KGF
