The Bismarck sits idle in its secure port,
Since the failure of the manifestation process, and the subsequent re-securing of the ship by its crew, preparations are in order for the vessel to set sail.

Fritz, Daniel, Bismarck (the Kansen) Nimi, and U-556 are all still near the middle of town, almost unaware of the situation taking place.
By now, in the real world it was getting late, and Fritz was still using his phone as he had been for the last four hours nonstop.
Azur lane, being a gacha game, did not exactly allow your avatar to move, so the only thing Fritz could do was speak and listen to what was happening in World around him thanks to his Bluetooth earbuds connected to his phone.
However, he could keep an eye on his resources.
A decent amount of oil. A good amount of coins. Fresh out of gems, and about a dozen wisdom cubes.
However, something very drastic was about to happen.

Armored drydock
The Bismarck was immediately being attended to by his crew,
The leaks and ruptures in the fuel tanks that he had sustained in the battle for the Denmark strait in his homeworld had been fully repaired,
Thee were slight differences in the construction of the material that the Bismarck was being repaired with in comparison to its original hull, but other than this minor difference, the ship was all but new.
There was no disparity of ammunition, but the fuel tanks were completely empty, luckily for the crew however, the drydock did have refueling facilities that fed directly from the main oil fuel storage.

The Battleship Bismarck has a fuel capacity of ~6400 tons with a standard configuration, and a range of some ~8000 nautical miles at a speed of 19 knots.
The average barrel of fuel has 136 kilograms of fuel in it.
Since 6400 tons is 6400000 kilograms, the Bismarck can chock away a total of around 47 THOUSAND barrels of oil to fill the tank.
(A Shipgirl takes around 10 barrels of oil for comparison)
Fritz has a grand total of 15,289 barrels of fuel in his resource stockpile,
So, if the Bismarck was fueled up with every single barrel of fuel that Fritz has, it would have about ~40% tank of gas, plenty enough to get far out into the Atlantic Ocean.
Imagine having to fuel that thing up in Azur lane.

Daniel picked himself up from near Fritz,
One of his wisdom cubes had just vanished randomly just a few minutes ago, which was strange, but this was a game, so maybe this was a glitch?
"Guys! Guys!" Fritz shouted through his mic
"What?...." Daniel said,
"All of my oil just freaking disappeared, like it was getting leeched away by something! I swear I didn't start a mission or anything!" Fritz blurted.
"Well what does-" Daniel said, but his attention was quickly averted.
Just outside, was a whole gaggle of around ten or so Kriegsmarine sailors running through the port streets in their summer blue uniforms.
And then they were followed by around eight or so more.
All of the were running towards the port,
Daniel had been sitting around in the banquet hall with Bismarck, Fritz, Nimi, and U-556 for a while, waiting for the situation to cool down,
But apparently something crazy was happening.
Daniel ran out of the door,
There was a German sailor screaming orders,
"This way! Everyone come this way!" He was shouting.
"Excuse me! Why are you shouting!" Daniel said.
The German sailor whipped around, and immediately fired off a salute upon seeing Daniel.
At first Daniel was confused why the sailor would be saluting him, but then he realized that he was in a petty officer's uniform that he'd gotten to enter the banquet hall in the first place,
So for all intents and purposes, the sailor (and all other sailors) thought of Daniel as a superior.
"Sir! The captain has ordered all crew to return to the Bismarck at once, we are leaving port!" The sailor shouted.
"O-oh! Uh, many thanks sailor, I will be departing there immediately!" Daniel said, in the most imposing voice he could possibly make.
Daniel then immediately looked back inside the room
"Hey Fritz! I think I know where all your oil went!" Daniel shouted, immediately catching his newly formed gang off guard
"Where?!" Fritz shouted.
"Down near the port! The Bismarck is leaving!" Daniel shouted.
"Bismarck? Isn't she supposed to be around here?" Fritz said.
"Well, uh... there's the Bismarck in game and the.... Uh....
NEVER MIND! I'll explain it later, We have to go RIGHT NOW!" Daniel shouted.

Ironblood Atlantic Naval command Headquarters building, Hamburg.
"What do you MEAN the manifestation process failed!?!" Grand Admiral Shmekelberger raged into a phone speaker
"....?!" (Someone talked back over the phone)
"What?! They lost control of the ship?... To its crew?!?!
I don't care what you have to do! Stop it from escaping!"
"...."
"I don't care if you have to unleash ROON for God's sakes to keep it contained! Do anything!!" The grand admiral shouted.
*SLAM!
A soldier in full gear then busts into the command room
"Sir!" A soldier shouted.
"WHAT IS IT NOW?!?" The grand admiral said.
"Sir... it's the sirens" the soldier said
"At our port?!" The grand admiral raged
"Sir! Radar scopes are picking up a large surface formation, due North! Twenty kilometers away and closin-...."
"What! why did you stop?!"
"Dear god, it's huge!" Someone else in the control room said.
At that moment, air raid sirens started blaring, along with the emergency alert system telling everyone to take shelter.
"Sir, this is unlike any siren force encountered before, I can't count the number of enemy ships!" Someone then said.
"Argh! They caught us at a bad moment! Prepare the port defenses! Scramble all Kansen groups! Immediately!!" The grand admiral shouted.

"Yes ma'am, I already have sent forces there, I must say, I was not expecting the report our mole gave on the anomaly not being manifested, instigator seems to think that the boy encountered earlier has something to do with this, but based on her current state I would take her words... lightly." Observer said

"I will admit, this situation has been completely unforeseen,
It is quite imperative that it does not impede our studies on project ————." A mysterious figure said
"I guarantee you, I sent more than enough forces to silence the anomaly for good" observer said.
"And what of that loose end Bismarck, did the assassin strike her target?"
"Unfortunately, instigator failed in her objective, she claimed the boy Gotthard stopped her, and she does have the evidence to support this..."
"Well, it seems that a dedicated assassin has been proven ineffective,
Don't bother with just the anomaly, destroy the city and all possible witnesses, and...
Administer the proper punishment to unit instigator for ineptitude..."
"Yes... Empress."
"Good, I have no more need for your conversation, leave me at once."
"Actually... Empress, I have a request to make" Observer said.
"Oh, and what is this observer?"
"Is project Orochi available?"
