Plot: A secret clan member appeared and he's a...criminal?

"Haiii! What is this! Get me out of here!" (Y/n) kicked over the table as he looked at the guards surrounding his cell. "It's my release day! I need no person to escort me out of this fucken place alright?! I'm a grown-ass man and I do what I want you fucken bastards!"
"This will only add days to your sentencing, be glad we don't have the power to add to your sentencing. Your caretaker is already here for you." The head of the prison, the warden, warned (Y/n) as he sat on his bed aggressively. He already made a crack in the walls multiple times but it just kept regenerating. Knowing he has nowhere else to go (Y/n) glared at the warden as his cell finally opened up.
"Would you look at that, finally decided to hay hay hay! What the fuck is that!"
"Stop cursing with every sentence you speak, it's annoying."
Clipping the bracelet around his wrists it locked in place tightly, (Y/n) looked at it and tried to pry it off but was shocked slightly as a warning. "What is the fucken meaning of this!?"
"It's to restrict your essence flow so you can't do any hard with it, now get the fuck out of this cell and go get picked up by the miserable noble who's forced to be your watcher, you will stay with them for the next few years, most of the nobles paid off their fees for you. Honestly, if I was them I would rather die than look at you for more than a minute. "
The watchers change every month, it was a way to get money from the rich nobles because they can pay money to get off of the watcher duty for the month. Watcher is basically to get good criminals out on probation and be watched by many people. Since an average household doesn't have as many people as there is in a manner it was obviously for the richer families. Plus to skip being the watcher the fee was up to 20 million coins if not more. The least amount owed was around 15 million which was a few years ago when one of the noble's businesses was in a downhill cycle for many months.
Of course, when it comes to the people who can pay it off, the price doubles for the next person in line and will continue to double until accepted into a household, the next time it is their turn they have to accept and there will be no payoffs. Usually, there was never a chain reaction but once it did and the price can easily get into 9 digits (above 100 million) which ultimately ended up in someone keeping the criminal for a few months if not a year seeing how many people have skipped.
Not many people wished to skip unless it was necessary.
But (Y/n) was one of those criminals that no one wishes to keep. No one knows what he did but many rumors claim many different scenes. Not many people were there for his trial and those who were could only answer with a pale face and shiver before moving off of the topic immediately. It only intensified the situation when many were told about the release of the said man.
Obvious people because to take out private savings to pass being on watching duty for this guy.
The price on (Y/n)'s head eventually went into the tens of billions. His starting price was oddly low, with 10 million. But being known as the mysterious criminal no one was willing to risk it. 11 people in total skipped him so far. The next person would have to pay 40.96 billion as a fee.
No one was not willing to pay that much for a mysterious man. No one wasn't willing to pay that much for anything in this world. It was quite understandable. There was no one more rich than Aster in this entire continent so if that guy pays for the fees there is no hope for the person behind them.
The government is eating well tonight, that's for sure. 360.6 billion collected in total off of this one person so far and if Aster passes it it would go up to 400 billion.
Eiden was walking around the manor when he heard Aster scream near. Running over Eiden saw the horror in Aster's face as the vampire was laying on the couch his soul seemed to have separated from his body. Morvey was fanning the vampire looking equally as dead.
"I heard that shout! What happened?" Eiden said as a few visiting clan members appeared behind him as well.
Aster shakily pointed to the desk not too far away that had tons of mail on them. There were only a few open so far but one of them looked different from the rest. Yakumo went to get a cup of water for Aster as Edmond and Eiden dealt with the letter. Olivine appeared in the doorway soon as well, looking like he was ready to exercise a demon.
Edmond said the letter's contents out loud to Eiden as the other's face paled as well. He walked over to the floor beside the sofa as his soul was pulled out as well.
"Captain Edmond, what is the meaning of this?" Olivine asked, he walked over and looked at the letter, "I-I know about the Watcher system the royals had implemented hundreds of years ago but...I have never heard of the price going up this badly."
"It's 41 billion! 41 Billion just for one person! That's 9 zero's behind that number!"
"It's not like it'll make a dent in your bank," Morvey scoffed as Aster started to argue with him.
"Guys guys, that's not the most important thing here, what's more important is what caused this guy to have a bounty as such over his head. I mean he doesn't look too bad."
"It's not a bounty you idiot, it's the watcher system implemented a long time ago. You keep a good-acting criminal in your house for a month and during that time it'll be determined if he will be released or not. They only do this with major criminals, people who have been sentenced to jail for 10 or more years. Seeing how young this guy is... either he's not human and is a Yokai, or he's gone something unforgivable around the age of 10-15." Edmond finished as Eiden stared at him, they both know what each other was talking about.
"It's a stupid system."
"I know."
Eiden looked at the paper, "Edmond, do you know what guy did? What's his name?...there it is, (Y/n) (L/n). You're the captain of the royal guards, right? You should know something."
"Actually...I know nothing about this man, I've seen him in the cell before but he was always the top complaint to the people who work there. They had to have several essence oppressors on the man's body and-"
The door was knocked on as the atmosphere quickly darkened. Everyone's breath held still as they waited for the other party to speak.
"Sir Aster, it's time for the criminal to arrive, may we come in and do some safety procedures?" Aster quickly went over to the door and opened it, his hands telling the servants to go away.
"I just received the letter! How could it be?" Aster was baffled as he looked at the cloth-covered box behind the armed guards, "Also why is this man out if you're going to guard him anyway?"
"Sir, it's the law, we have no say in this matter, please, allow us to enter, and let you get to know the criminal."
"H-hold on, I'm weary, isn't there supposed to be a date until you can't pay for the fee to take this...guy in?"
"You never mailed us back, and during procedures like this, we have full right to assume it is allowed to bring the said criminal here. The date was yesterday and here we are."
Behind Eiden pointed out the date listed on the mail as Aster wanted to cry on the inside. He was between 41 billion dollars and keep this guy for a month-
"Also, it's for a full year. 11 people have skipped this man. Since the grand sorcerer was here it would be much safer. Plus with the new law the people before you are required to pay you-"
"We'll take him! Thank you so much!" Hearing the word pay immediately made Aster happy. The guards rolled in a cage that contained (Y/n) inside. Everyone could feel the oppressive essence coming from beneath the fabric that was hiding him from the public. The guards gave Aster a few tranquilizers and the key to the cell before running away.
Aster looked at the weapon in his hands before Olivine got the courage to pull down the cloth. A pair of sharp teeth immediately faced him as he pulled back scared out of his wits. Goose bumps formed on his skin as his book fell a few feet away from his body. The rest looked at the man as he pulled down the cloth through the gaps in the bars.
(Y/n) looked at the rest of the people as he sat down in his cage, pulling the cloth back as he huddled himself in it. He was not to be approached easily. A dog muzzled his face as he looked bored at the group of people in the room.
Eiden looked at (Y/n)'s outfit before noticing something on the middle of his neck. Nudging Aster he pointed to the sparkling thing, "Is that what I think it is?" Eiden asked as he looked at (Y/n)'s neck. The other glared back and hid his neck.
"Wait...is he wearing a ...dog muzzle?" Eiden pointed out. Aster shrugged, "Maybe he has the same as probably Karu has."
(Y/n) slammed against the cage as Eiden tried to walk closer, he repeated the motion as Eiden continued to approach. 'His essence...why do I have such a reaction?! This is not normal!' (Y/n) screamed inside his head as Eiden continued to walk.
"His essence...it's so...disoriented. Even more than the fire altar..." Eiden whispered as the other clan member's eyes widened. They looked at each other confused as another slam was heard from the cage. It was more and more often as Eiden kicked the chains that spread on the floor connecting (Y/n) to the cell via wrists. Bruises and wounds formed as (Y/n) eventually stopped his movements. Eiden reached his hand inside and touched (Y/n)'s head. A powerful wave of essence lashed out as wolves howling could be heard. Using his pets as an excuse Aster quickly escaped the suppressing essence.
(Y/n)'s expression fell off as he rested in Eiden's scent. His mind cleared finally.
"It says in the letter that the subject may become aggressive at random intervals of time, place him into the cage and cover it with the fabric. The subject is scared of the dark..." Edmond spoke as he approached the cage, "He seems to be better." Eiden agreed as he looked into (Y/n)'s eyes. It looked less foggy than before.
"I see, so that's why he can make it this far, his essence if affecting his actions and making him go feral. Perhaps his case was an accident due to his essence going out of control but he was good all other times." Edmond knelt looking at the (f/c) gemstone embedded into his neck, there were a few cracks in it.
"How odd..." Morvay finally spoke up, "I don't remember Huey making him a clan member..."
"An unknown member? Interesting..." Eiden mumbled as Edmond gave him the keys.
"You decide on what to do, I'll support any decision," Edmond said as he got his hand ready on his sword.
(Y/n) on the other hand, was still a little confused about what was happening. His eyes widened as he heard the cage door open and someone stepped inside. Vision still blurry he pounced on top of the person, the familiar essence of his head finally cleared up enough to recognize what was happening.
Eiden looked at the person on top of him. Seductive back curve, with a perky butt, sadly the outfit wasn't as revealing to show any other piece of skin but Eiden was just able to enjoy the show anyway.
