"Daniel! We have a lot to talk about!" Fritz basically yelled, through the Commander guy
"What do you....?" Daniel started
"I-I'm Fritz! I'm sitting here on my mic, in your world! You have to believe me!" Fritz shouted
Daniel blinked in disbelief
"Uh....
I not sure how to respond....
You have the same voice as Fritz..." Daniel said, talking to the commander guy.
"No! I AM Fritz! Your weeb friend! You know what I mean!" Fritz said.
To Fritz, he was desperately shouting through his mic, trying to get his friend (who was trapped in his game) to believe that he was talking to him
To Daniel, The commander guy was standing there, just talking awkwardly in Fritz's voice.
"Really? Well you certainly don't look like him..." Daniel said.
" *sigh
Okay. Daniel, I don't know what I look like, but you are trapped in a video game! You might be looking at my in game avatar!" Fritz voice shouted once again.
"Trapped in a video game?! But everything looks so real...." Daniel said.
"No! You are inside of a video game! Your mom tried to call me! She was looking for you!" Fritz shouted.
"She... she was?!?" Daniel said.
"Yes! Yes! You've been gone for a while and....!" Fritz shouted
Daniel could hardly hear anything that Fritz was going to say, instantly becoming overwhelmed by homesickness,
His parents still did exist, and to them he was completely gone, disappeared, and if Fritz was right, somehow trapped in his friend's phone.
If he wasn't upset before, now he sure was.
He was starting to hyperventilate
"A-A-Ah.... A-Ah Frick....." Daniel said to himself, attempting to contain his own panic
"S-so Fritz... what do I do?..." Daniel said.
"I don't know.... It's not like I know anyone who got Isekai'd or anything...." Fritz said
"...What the 'ell does Isekai mean...." Daniel said.
"Well, it is an anime trope where the protagonist gets sucked from their ordinary life and plunked into another world." Fritz said.
"Well...... uh..... I guess I figured out why everyone has such ridiculously sized eyes and pointy noses...." Daniel said.
"What did you say?" Fritz said.
"Nothing!
So... what happens in one of these Isekai anime things?" Daniel said, being completely unfamiliar to ANYTHING anime
"Well, let me think... the main character usually dies early on, probably getting run over by a truck or something, which ends their normal life..." Fritz started.
"Hmm, okay... so.... Wait? THEY DIE?!?" Daniel said.
"Yes, they die, so that they can be reincarnated into the world they are transported into
Uh, did you perhaps.... die?" Fritz said
Uh......
"No, I least I hope,
Well... uh....
My room got flooded in bright white smoke and I fell through the carpet floor like it wasn't even there." Daniel said
"Well, the reason why there's death is so that the main character isn't missing or anything in their old world, a convenient way for any loved ones to have closure, yknow?" Fritz said.
"So.............
......everyone is going to think I'm dead?........" Daniel said.
His face turned pale white.
"Well... I Uh....
*ahem!
Death isn't actually the only way to be Isekai'd!" Fritz shouted
"It isn't?...." Daniel said.
"No, there is a possibility that you need to defeat some big bad guy or something before you could return." Fritz said.
"So.... Like a chosen one or something?" Daniel said.
"Exactly." Fritz stated.
"So, well what is the bad guy I need to kill before I make it out of here?" Daniel said.
"Well, did you notice any aliens?" Fritz said,
Daniel was shocked, by the question
"I... yes! I was attacked by aliens! Twice in fact!" Daniel said.
"Mhm, purplish reddish, pointy looking ships?" Fritz said
"Why... yes?! How do you know all this stuff!?" Daniel said.
"Because I play this game dummy." Fritz said.

Z23 just stared, jaw-dropped, as Daniel and the Commander got into a LONG winded conversation about....
.....Who on Earth knows what.

"Okay, Fritz, I know you play this game...
MAY YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ON EARTH HAVE I GOTTEN INTO!?" Daniel yelled,
"Geez, you don't have to shout....
So.... Are you at a port right now?" Fritz said
"Uh, yes... there's a bunch of ships sitting around. And lots of empty space." Daniel said.
"Well, that's where all of my other ships would go. IF I HAD ANY!" Fritz shouted.
"What?" Daniel simply stated.
"I have, er.. um... used to have a whole buncha ships from other countries in my port...." Fritz said.
"What countries? And what happened to them?" Daniel said.
"Well, I kinda lost all of my ships from the Eagle Union, the Sakura Empire... Royal Navy........ and basically everything except for the Iron Blood." Fritz said.
"What the 'eck is an Eagle Union?!" Daniel said.
"Ohhhhhhh...... All of the countries in this game are Chinese brand knockoffs of real countries...
The Eagle Union is basically the United States, the Sakura Empire is basically Imperial Japan, and the Royal Navy is supposed to be the British Empire." Fritz said.
"Okay... the first two make sense, but in real life, the naval branch of the British armed forces is actually called the Royal Navy!" Daniel said.
"Oh. I guess Manjuu-Yostar ran out of braincells making that" Fritz said,
"What's this.... Manjuu-Yostar?....." Daniel said, with a deadpan expression
"Oh, it's the two Chinese companies that made this game, they split the profits, Manjuu literally has implemented its bird logo thing as actual characters in game." Fritz stated
"So those round yellow bird things running around the port.... Are CCP drones spying on everyone?" Daniel said.
"Uhhhhhhh..... I guess you could say that......." Fritz said
"Aaaaanyyyywayyy, so I suspect that you've seen shipgirls running around the port too?" Fritz said.
Daniel was yanked out of his train of thought,
"Uhhhh, yes actually. Z23 is staring at us right now." Daniel said, referring to the awestruck Z23 that was still processing the fact that the commander (Fritz) could talk now.
"Oh... OH! MEIN GOTT! Hi Nimi!!!" Fritz said, almost losing his self control instantly
Z23, or "Nimi" as Fritz said, immediately blushed as soon as her name was uttered.
"Hey Daniel, I can't exactly move my character... could you mind turning me to face Z23! Please bro!" Fritz said, practically pleading.
But Fritz.... In all of his playing of the game, never actually felt really connected to any of his shipgirls he acquired, being able to meet a videogame character who never really spoke to him before (unless she was coded to do so) was something that he had only been able to imagine or dream about, well, before this very moment.
As a result, his excitement was through the roof.
"Bro?? Ah, whatever..." Daniel said,
Since Fritz could only talk, his in-game body couldn't move, and so Daniel had to turn it around manually
Z23 only watched, in extreme startlement.
"Okay, you should be good, and your avatar is freaking heavy mein gott....." Daniel said, practically dragging Fritz's avatar towards Z23
"Hi Nimi!" Fritz shouted,
"Daniel! Can she hear me!" Fritz shouted once again.
"She's half a meter in front of you right now!" Daniel shouted.
Z23 was sweating profusely.
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhh....... A-Ahhhh...
N-nice to meet you C-Commander............" Z23 said.
