Y/N's POV

"I think I'm falling in love with you, Y/N," she confessed, her words hanging in the air between us.

A small smile tugged at the corners of my lips as I pulled her closer, stealing another tender kiss. "You're stuck with me," I teased, causing her to giggle.

Her laughter filled the room, and I couldn't help but smile in return. She drew me back in for another kiss, but this time, it felt different. It was filled with a pure adoration that left me breathless. Our lips molded together perfectly, sending waves of emotion through my body.

I held her tightly, my grip on her waist growing stronger as her soft lips pressed against mine. It was a moment that made my mind go haywire, my emotions overpowering everything else. When she finally pulled away, a smile danced upon her lips, and I couldn't help but stare at her in a daze.

"That was good," she breathed out, her words dripping with seduction.

I blushed profusely, feeling a warmth spread across my cheeks. "I think I've fallen in love with you too, Jennie," I admitted shyly, pulling her into a tight embrace.

My hands found their way to the nape of her neck, gently massaging her scalp as our bodies pressed closely together. A soft moan escaped her lips, causing a shiver to run down my spine. I froze for a moment, captivated by the sound.

"Let me make things clear, Y/N. We belong together," she said confidently, her feline eyes locking with mine.

I nodded slowly, lost in the depths of her gaze. She smirked and gave me one final peck before climbing on top of me.

"You don't belong to Lisa or anyone else," she whispered seductively, her hand sneaking underneath my shirt to stroke my skin with tenderness.

My head fell back against the pillow, my breathing quickening. I tried my best to keep my thoughts in check, not letting my imagination run wild. Her warm lips trailed along my jawline and towards my ear, sending chills throughout my entire body.

"I won't be able to sleep tonight without tasting you," she whispered, her words causing my body to freeze.

I understood her meaning immediately, but my body didn't outwardly show it. She took advantage of my inability to respond and started kissing down my neck and shoulders, leaving a trail of tiny kisses in her wake. She was determined to drive every inch of my body wild.

For a moment, she paused, pulling me up towards her and placing her hands on either side of my head. Our faces were so close that I could feel her breath mingling with mine, making my heart race even faster.

"Unless you want to take it slow and tender with me, Y/N," she suggested, her voice laced with desire. "Or maybe you wouldn't like it if I went all the way."

Her words sent a rush of blood to my core, every nerve in my body tingling with anticipation. She slowly backed away, giving me a moment to catch my breath and compose myself.

"You're such a tease for a first-timer," I playfully grumbled, trying to regain my composure.

She giggled, sitting next to me once again. Her arm rested on the pillow behind me, and she began playing with my hair gently.

"I don't want to lose you, Y/N," she whispered in a low and raspy voice. "Not to anyone. Not to anything."

I frowned, looking at her with confusion. "Why would you say that? I'm not going anywhere," I reassured her, feeling a twinge of guilt.

"I feel like Lisa is going to take you away from me," she clarified, her words striking a chord deep within me.

I shook my head, banishing all negative thoughts. "You're the only one who makes my heart beat faster. You're the only one who can make me happy, Jennie. Not Lisa. Not anyone else. Only you," I declared firmly.

She sighed deeply, leaning her forehead against mine. "It hurts knowing that you abandoned me last night just to meet her," she murmured quietly, breaking my heart.

Her words hit me like a punch to the gut. I hadn't realized the pain I had caused her by prioritizing someone else over her. The realization made my eyes widen in shock.

"I never meant to abandon you for Lisa," I confessed, my voice filled with regret.

"I swear, I'll never make that mistake again. Never," I promised, my voice brimming with sincerity.

I longed to tell her that she deserved nothing less, but my impulses were beyond my control.

She didn't respond, but instead leaned in and pressed a tender, lingering kiss on my lips, her fingers caressing my cheek with affection.

"Well, that's good to hear because I'm never letting you slip away from me again."

---

Since that day we shared our first kiss, Jennie and I hadn't progressed much in our relationship.

But with each subsequent kiss, it became increasingly difficult to rein in my desires.

I couldn't deny the powerful attraction I felt for her.

Whenever she was near, my body reacted in inexplicable ways, the air thick with unspoken tension.

This had been going on for a month now, and Jennie was the ultimate tease.

Her gaze held an intensity that I never anticipated, as if she wanted to consume me entirely.

And when it came to my hormones, they were certainly not behaving normally.

I felt utterly defenseless in Jennie's presence.

So, anyone who dares claim that I lack game should remember that they aren't the ones being thoroughly captivated.

As for her kisses, well, they had the power to drive me insane.

I had also distanced myself from Lisa ever since Jennie and I started dating.

It may seem cruel to abandon a friend in need, but I knew how much Jennie despised Lisa.

It may sound foolish, but I was doing it for Jennie's sake.

We decided to catch the new movie, "Insidious," a horror flick, on Saturday.

It happened to be one of my favorites.

"Wait here for me. I'll just pay for our movie tickets," I instructed, walking away to find the ticket counter.

"Sure thing, love," she called after me, flashing her radiant smile before returning to her book.

"Two tickets, please," I politely requested, handing over my card to the cashier.

He studied the card and scrutinized my features for a brief moment before handing me the receipt.

"Thank you very much, sir," I replied courteously.

I turned and made my way back to Jennie, reaching out to place my hands on her hips, drawing her closer as I planted a kiss on her neck.

"Ready?" I asked, peppering her collarbone with another gentle kiss before resting my chin on her shoulder.

"Mhmm," she replied.

---

"Finally!" I exclaimed, bursting through the theater door with exuberance.

There she stood, a bright smile adorning her face.

"Well, someone's excited today," she laughed lightly, grabbing my hand.

"Of course! I finally get to watch a movie with my girl," I winked, wrapping my arms around her waist as we made our way to our seats.

The previews were nearly finished, and my anticipation was mounting.

I had a feeling this movie wouldn't disappoint.

"Do you really enjoy these types of movies?" she asked curiously after settling into the plush red seat.

"Hell yeah, especially when I'm watching it with you, love," I beamed, leaning my head on her chest.

I felt her arms encircle my neck, her chin resting atop my head.

The lights dimmed, signaling the start of the movie.

We watched in silence, my fingers intertwining with hers as she held my hand tightly.

"Thank you, Y/N. I'm finally getting to experience all of these things," she whispered in my ear.

"Well, thank goodness for me," I smirked, oozing confidence.

She playfully glared at me.

"I should kick your ass for being so cocky."

"Oh, really?"

With a swift movement, I closed the distance between our faces and gently nibbled on her bottom lip.

She suppressed a moan, gripping my shirt tightly.

My fingers delicately traced the contours of her smooth skin, reveling in the soft curves that lay before me. Just as I was immersed in this intimate moment, a tap on my shoulder jolted me out of my reverie. I turned my head and there she was, Alice, my longtime friend.

Oh no, I panicked inwardly. Alice must have seen Jennie and me in this compromising position. I quickly released Jennie and scooted away slightly, my heart pounding. Trying to regain some composure, I awkwardly cleared my throat, avoiding Alice's gaze.

"Hey there. Sorry to interrupt whatever the hell is going on here, but I just wanted to say hello," Alice said, a mischievous glimmer in her eyes. She looked at Jennie and smiled warmly.

"Hi, you must be Y/N's girlfriend. I'm Alice, her long-lost best friend from work," she introduced herself, extending her hand for Jennie to shake. Jennie hesitated at first, not accustomed to physical contact with others. Sensing her unease, I gently squeezed her hand to offer reassurance.

"Nice to meet you, Alice," Jennie greeted, her voice soft and uncertain, shaking Alice's hand.

"I think I know why you girls are here," Alice said, pointing at the movie. "But Y/N, Rosé has been bugging me non-stop because of you. She's back from Australia and wants to catch up with you. Anyway, I'm just gonna leave you two lovebirds alone. Take care!" With a playful wink, Alice turned her attention back to the big screen.

I stole a quick glance at Jennie and noticed her expression was blank, her thoughts seemingly elsewhere.

"Sorry about my friend," I whispered apologetically. "She can be a bit overbearing at times. I hope you don't mind."

Jennie gave me a half-smile, her eyes revealing a mix of understanding and reassurance.

"No, it's okay," she assured me softly. "Looks like you have some catching up to do with Rosé."

She paused for a moment, her gaze locked with mine.

"Let's focus on the movie, shall we?" she suggested, her voice sweet and lighthearted.

Jennie's POV

It had been a week since our movie date, and every day it became harder and harder to resist being near Y/N. I had grown accustomed to spending time with her, and now I desperately missed the feeling of her presence. But I also understood that I couldn't keep her all to myself forever.

Lately, Y/N had been spending a lot of time with her childhood friend, Rosé. I hadn't seen Rosé yet, but I could tell she was an important person in Y/N's life. And that made me curious about what Y/N was hiding from me.

I sat down next to Y/N, wrapping my arm protectively around her waist.

"What movie are you guys going to watch?" I asked, trying my best to hide any hint of jealousy in my voice.

"Well, that depends on Rosé," Y/N replied nonchalantly.

"But you'll be back before bedtime, right?" I inquired with genuine concern.

"Yes, love. I promise," she reassured me.

Her words provided some comfort, but I couldn't help the lingering worry and concern in my voice.

"Are you sure? Because if you're staying over at her place tonight—"

"That won't happen. I'll be home by ten, and I'll come straight back here," she interrupted confidently, leaning in to give me a gentle peck on the cheek. With that, she got up from the couch and left the house.

As soon as the door closed, I couldn't resist the urge to secretly follow her. I knew it was wrong to stalk my own lover, but I couldn't bring myself to trust this so-called Rosé. Silently, I trailed behind Y/N, making sure she remained unaware of my presence.

Arriving at the cinema, I spotted Y/N walking towards the lobby. I maintained a safe distance, silently hoping to catch up with her.

"Heyyy babe!" a blonde girl exclaimed enthusiastically, running towards Y/N and engulfing her in a warm embrace.

Wait, what the hell? Is she cheating on me? I thought, trying to drown out the sound of Y/N's laughter.

Suddenly, I heard Y/N speak up.

"Rosé, I'm sorry about earlier. I was with Jennie, my girlfriend. You know? I almost forgot we had plans to watch a movie together," Y/N confessed.

My heart skipped a beat, and a wave of guilt washed over me for doubting her.

"Yeah... you told me," Rosé replied hesitantly.

"Well, I'm sorry," Y/N said apologetically, flashing a warm smile at Rosé.

"No worries. We should definitely hang out more often. We've got a lot of catching up to do. And hey, feel free to bring your girlfriend along next time," Rosé suggested cheerfully.

"Alright, let's get going then, Rose. Can't afford to miss the movie," Y/N declared, taking hold of Rose's hand as they made their way towards the lobby.

I couldn't help but scowl at their entwined hands, even as they disappeared through the cinema doors. Determined to shake off these jealous thoughts, I followed behind them.

I bought the tickets and took a seat in a nearby row, my frustration and irritation mounting with each passing moment.

As I watched the two of them sitting together, holding hands, a slight frown crept onto my face. I couldn't deny that their interaction was undeniably adorable.

During the movie, Rose turned towards Y/N, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek and whispering something that made Y/N blush. My blood boiled with anger once again.

Why was my girlfriend being all affectionate with another girl?

I clenched my teeth, tears welling up in my eyes, ready to burst forth. But the sound of the projector interrupted my thoughts.

The screen shifted from black and white to a breathtaking sunset, signaling that the movie was reaching its end.

As the credits rolled, I swiftly stood up, wiping away the tears with the sleeve of my hoodie, and left the theater without so much as a glance at Y/N.

I'm such a cry baby.

Stepping out into the cool, fresh air, I took a deep breath and closed my eyes, leaning against the chilly brick wall to gather my thoughts.

My mind couldn't help but wander back to the image of Rose's kiss on Y/N's cheek.

That wasn't what I expected.

Sure, Rose was an old childhood friend, but I never imagined them being so intimate, so open with each other.

---

Y/N's POV

After leaving the movie theater, I headed straight home to my loving partner.

As I walked through the front door, I was met with a pair of furious feline eyes.

"Did you have a good time at the movies with your childhood friend?" she growled, her tone laced with anger.

"What? Love, what's going on?" I asked, genuinely confused as to why she was upset.

"Don't play dumb. Did she kiss you or something?" she snapped, her frustration evident.

I furrowed my brow in confusion before replying, "I came home at the agreed-upon time, didn't I?"

I checked my phone for the time. "It's only 9:30 pm."

"I see," she huffed, clearly still annoyed.

She brushed past me, heading to the living room to grab a book before making her way upstairs.

"Where are you going?" I called after her.

"To take a bath," she snapped, turning towards me with fire in her eyes.

Her dark hair fell messily over her shoulders, and even in her pajamas, she looked stunning.

I couldn't help but wonder if she was truly angry with me or if it was all just in my head.

"You look incredibly attractive when you're angry," I blurted out without thinking, immediately covering my mouth in shock as I stared wide-eyed at her.

Jennie glared at me, her cheeks turning the darkest shade of crimson, before storming upstairs.

I let out a huge sigh of relief, slumping against the nearest wall as I leaned on it.

Did I do something wrong again?
