*Plasma POV
"Well, if we're going to go on a journey, I guess we'll need some supplies", I said, after we'd walked away from the others."Yeah, that makes sense", Cycle confirmed. "I'll rummage around my room and see what I can find". I thought about my life while she looked around. I still can't stop thinking about what Cycle said on our walk,'I really, really, like'. Was she going to say me? The instant I thought that I started blushing. Okay, I guess I do have a crush on her then. Cycle came back in a few minutes later. "The only things that I found were two TMs for transform", she said. I got them at a fair that was here last year. For some reason, it is compatible to me, even with all of this, that still doesn't make sense", she told me.
"Wait, those could actually useful! We could use them to infiltrate Team Sylver's base!", I exclaimed. "We could silently take out a few of the guards, and transform into them! That would give a time limit though. So, do we just sneak in, or do we use the TMs?", I asked. "Sneaking in would probably be a better idea, but when do we leave ", Cycle said. "Well, we have to let our injuries heal a little bit", I said. "So tomorrow?!", Cycle asked eagerly. "Wow, you really want to knock out a few mons, don't you?", I said. She nodded. "Okay then, tomorrow", I told her. "Can you stay with me tonight? I'm still kind of scared", Cycle asked, both of us knowing her true intentions. "I can sleep on the floor if you would like", I said. She nodded eagerly. "Alright then, good night", I said before falling asleep instantly.
The next morning
When I woke up, Cycle was poking me in the face. "Hey, what was that for!", I exclaimed as I sat up. "Because we need to go before the others get up or they'll try to stop us", she explained quickly before walking silently out the door. Once we both got outside, and ran a hundred feet, we were about to start flying, when I heard someone in the bushes. "Did you hear that?", I asked Cycle. "No", she said. "Come out, we know exactly why you're here", I said. "You want to come with us". "Ok, you got me, I want to help you two", Nightshade said as he crept out of the bushes. "It's the least I can do to make up for trying to drive you away from the house, Plasma", he told us. Me and Cycle both made up our minds instantly. "You can come, but only if you truly want to. Not just as apologies but your own decision", Cycle told him. "Considering that, will you come with us, or will you go back home?", I asked. "I will come with you; I don't care what happens as long as I help you!", Nightshade exclaimed. "But what if something happens to you? What about Echo? We can heal quickly but you can't heal very fast", Cycle said.
"I'm coming with you no matter how much you discourage me", Nightshade said. "The only thing is that you'll have to ride on my back because there hideout on an island near the sand continent", I said. "Wait, how do you know where Team Sylver's hideout is?", Nightshade asked. Both me and Cycle sighed. "Oh, I forgot", he said. "I'm still coming, though this will be a little bit awkward", he said. "There's nothing you can do about it, so get on", I said. Nightshade got onto my back and me and Cycle started flying. "Ahhhhhhhh!", Nightshade screamed in terror as we ascended. He then fainted. "Now that he's out, I'd like to ask you about Sylver", Cycle said. "What about her?", I asked, knowing what she was going to say. "Maybe about how she said that she is your mother", Cycle said. "Well yes she is, but she's also the reason my dad died", I said sadly. "You know, I'm just going to let you explain this", she said. "When I was eleven, Sylver was confronted by Eturnatus, since he knew that Sylver was the smartest scientist on the continent".
"He told her that she must create something to help him attain more power or else he would kill me and my siblings. I overheard her and my dad talking about it. She worked on something for a while before completing it. It was a device that would draw massive amounts of Dynamax energy to on Pokémon. But it didn't work as intended. After that Sylver was different. She didn't care about us as much as she did before and she was always absorbed in her work. It was on my thirteenth birthday when my dad died. He overheard Eturnatus saying that he would be the first test subject for their new experiment. My dad tried to take us and run after that, but they found us and incapacitated my father. Sylver then injected him with the earliest version of the serum that was used on us. His body began to change into a horrifying thing. He told us to run, and to leave him behind because he isn't going to make it out of this. So we ran and didn't see her again until I was captured", I said very sadly.
"Oh!, I can see why you never told anyone, but how do your siblings not know who she is?",Cycle asked. "Because they don't want to believe that she is back", I said. "Though they will have to believe it if we lose". "We can't lose! You're the strongest Pokémon I know!", Cycle exclaimed. "Well, I don't know if I can defeat a legendary Pokémon", I said. "Good point, that will be a very difficult battle", Cycle replied. We were silent after that and didn't speak until we arrived at Team Sylver's hideout.
*Cycle POV
After three hours of constant flying, we finally arrived at the lab. "Plasma, what should we do next", I said. "Hide until Nightshade wakes up", he replied. We did just that. We waited for about an hour which was when he awakened. After we got him ready, we walked stealthily into the lab. "Alright, no one talk from now on until we reach Sylver's office", I whispered. The other two nodded. We slowly crept through the halls surprisingly not seeing any other Pokémon. After walking a little bit further, we came across a large door. "This is the door to the meeting hall, obviously that's were everyone is. It would be a good idea to eavesdrop on their meeting to find out future plans", Plasma whispered. We nodded. "But how will we get in there without them noticing?", I asked. Plasma pointed towards the vent next to us. He broke it open and we went in single file before he sealed it shut. Once we were overtop of the meeting hall, we listened in to the conversation going on.
"I am Eturnatus and I am taking over the team. I am both a legendary Pokémon and have Sylver's consent and you can't do anything about it" he said. "Meeting dismissed". "Everyone follow me", Plasma said. "Why you?", Nightshade asked. Both Plasma and I sighed again. "Because I can sense heat signatures and you can't", Plasma told him. "Oh", Nightshade said. (As you can see, poor Nightshade is a little bit mentally challenged) We walked through the maze of vents for about twenty minutes before Plasma sensed something. "I found them, there isn't anyone else in there!", Plasma whispered. "Okay, is everyone ready?", I whispered back. Both of them nodded. "Alright, jump down in five, four, three, two, one, now!", I said as I blasted through the vent with a pollen puff.
"I have been expecting you", Eturnatus said. "We have come to defeat you and Sylver!", Plasma exclaimed. "You really think that you'll be able to stop me! Hahaha, that is hilarious!", Eturnatus mocked. I started charging an ice beam. "I see how you want this to go. Fairy types attack!", Eturnatus yelled. A small group of fairy types charged at us.
*Plasma POV
"I'll be offense!", I said. "Cycle, just do whatever and Nightshade be defensive!" "Why do I have to be defense?", Nightshade asked. "Look at your move set", Cycle said before shooting a pollen puff at the incoming Pokémon. There was at least thirty opposing Pokémon! I used thunder on a togekiss, bringing it down instantly as a grimmsnarl and a mimyku charged at me with darkest lariat and shadow claw respectively.
I dodged the darkest lariat, letting the grimmsnarl fly into the wall before both intercepting and crushing the mimyku with iron tail. The grimmsnarl tried to hit me with a spirit break once it got back up, but I simply used thunderbolt, obviously knocking it out. I really wish that I could use my dragon type moves right now. Oh well, I will vent that frustration onto Eturnatus. I dashed around the battle with extreme speed to see how the others were doing. Nightshade had been swarmed by a small squadron of sylveon, so I immediately rushed over to help. I used thunder, knocking out three of them. "Thanks!", Nightshade called out before knocking out another sylveon with dark pulse. I quickly finished off the sylveon by entrapping them and lasering them with thunder spheres. (Yes, I know that lasering isn't a word, but I don't care) I ran over to where Cycle was and saw the unconscious bodies of many fairy types around her. "That was easy", she said as we walked up to her. "Yeah, maybe too easy", Nightshade said.
*Echo POV
I woke up to Banana wailing that her sister was gone. I immediately rushed to her room. "She must have left with Plasma", she said with tears in her eyes. "You know that Plasma will protect her", I said. "But that's not enough", she cried. By then everyone else had entered Cycle's bedroom. "I haven't seen Plasma either", Corona said looking extremely scared but not crying. Coral, on the other paw, had collapsed in tears. "We can't lose him again! We just got him back!", she wailed. "Wait, has anyone seen Nightshade?", I asked. They all shook their heads. I ran straight to Nightshade's room to see no one inside. I went back to everyone else after that, now even more scared than before. "He's gone too", I said before collapsing into a heap of tears . Moon was the only one who was currently stable. "I'm sure that we'll see on the news tomorrow that they won and we'll see them back a little bit later", she said calmly. "But what if they don't!?", me, Coral, and Banana asked in unison. "If they don't come back home in three days or less, then we'll send out a search party", she said.
*Plasma POV
"Oh, you really think that that was too easy?", Eturnatus asked. "Then you're right! I still have a few tricks left! (Activate confusing lore!) "I have found and taken the main portion of the original Sunshine's and the original Alan's soul out of the remnants of the memory path and merged them together", he said, showing us a jar. "Now if I absorb them I will have near infinite power,hahaha! The only thing I have left is to find the last anamorphism, the one who calls itself Fluffy", Eturnatus said before crushing the jar in his hand. His body seemed to melt into berserker sludge, but sadly, it came back together. "Do you really think that you can defeat me now? You're only eighteen, Plasma, and I've had centuries of experience!", he said after he had reformed. He looked sort of like a category 1.5 berserker, but his eyes were blood red.
"Now that I have this new power, I can take control of another experiment I have", Eturnatus said as a crane dropped a box from a hole in the ceiling. It broke apart once it hit the ground, revealing Sylver. She had been infected! Her body was almost completely black and her eyes were as black as night instead of red like Eturnatus. "Category five berserkers are able to control any other berserker from category one, two, or four, so Sylver, attack!" Eturnatus yelled. She charged directly at us while using moonblast! "Everyone attack!", I hollered before using thunderbolt to stop the moonblast. Unbeknownst to us, a fairy type shot something at the wall behind us, creating a sort of portal.
That one attack nearly knocked Sylver out, but not before she could use play rough on Nightshade. Neither me or Cycle could stop her in time. A bug buzz hit Sylver, knocking her out almost immediately after the attack connected. Nightshade collapsed onto the floor. Then the same eerie, black substance that had coated Sylver's body began coating Nightshade's as well. "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that the virus spreads on physical contact", Eturnatus said sinisterly. "You must run, you can't defeat him", Nightshade said, the virus nearly completely coating his entire body. "But we can't leave you behind!",both Cycle and I said in unison. "Too bad, you're going to have to!", Eturnatus yelled before hitting me with a dragon tail, knocking me out. It also sent me flying into Cycle, sending us both through the portal and knocking her out in the process.
So, where will they go? (I think you guys know) And how will they get back? How will they defeat Eturnatus? Well, you have to wait for that, now I'm going to play tears of the kingdom now, so bye!!!
