Abhimanyu stood in silence, he didn't have any answer for Vansh's question. Neil came face to face to Abhimanyu and questioned...Bhai...aap chup kyu, bhabhi kaha hai?...Abhimanyu lowered down his head.
Neil looked at Vansh....Arey chintha mat kar Neil, Abhimanyu nahi tho kya baaki log batayega ki Akshu kaha hai? He looked at the rest of the family and questioned....So kaun batayega ki Akshu kidar hai?
Neil also looked at the family members, expecting any answer from the rest of the family members. But to his dismay none replied.
Maa...aap chup kyu ho? bhabhi kaha hai questioned Neil to Manjari.
Bas Neil....bahut din se dekh rahi hu...bhabhi bhabhi kar hai tum, uski vajha se tum coma mein tha, aur Abhi ne apna baccha koya tha, Aarohi tumhe konevali thi, aur tum tho uss ladki ko lekar hame saval kar rahi hu...exploded Manjari.
Maa uss mein bhabhi ki koi galti nahi hai...said Neil.
Kyu nahi hai...jo kuch bhi hua uss ke liye Akshara jimmedar hai, uss ladki ne hamesha apni manmani ki. Abhi ne uss kitna mana kiya concert naa jaane ke liye, phir bhi uss ne gayi thi tumhe saath leke, itna hi nahi tumhe tho maut ki hawale bhi ki thi uss ne...spoke Manjari.

For the first time post marriage Neil realized how delusional and self centered Aarohi is in her beliefs and impulsiveness.

Neil flung Abhimanyu's hands away and took a step back from him. Abhimanyu is surprised with Neil's behavior.
However Shefali held Neil and made him sit on the couch near by and questioned...Neil uss din kya hua tha? Mujhe bharosa hai Akshu par ki woh kabhi Abhimanyu ko diya hua vaada nahi todegi? Kisi ne bhi Akshu ko mauka nahi diya uss ki baath rakne ki, aur thu ek hi insaan hai jho uss din ki sachai jaanta hai.
Neil looked at Shefali and replied...Akshu bhabhi par aap kha bharosa sahi hai bhabhi....bhabhi concert nahi gayi, bhabhi ko pete main bahut dard horaha tha, tho mein ne bhabhi ko hospital leke gaya tha, doctor ne unhe treat karne ki baad jab ham vapas ghar arahe the tho bhabhi kho NGO se kissi ka call ayatha ki unn ladikiyo kho koi kidnap kiya tha and Neil narrated what all happened there after.
And the hell break loose. Abhimanyu stood numb till now he is in the impression that Akshara despite his promise had gone to concert, that lead to the disaster. On Neil's revelation he had his ground breaking reality check..
Manjari is in self denial to accept that they wronged Akshara....Neil tu jhoot bolraha hai naa uss Akshara ko bachane keliye...she asked. Neil plainly looked at Manjari without any expressions or words. Meanwhile Harsh made a phone call.

Neil now clearly understood what had transpired with his bhabhi in his absence.
Turning to Manjari who is shedding tears Vansh said...Aap ek bath sahi kaha Manjari aunty (Manjari looked at him) ki Akshara manoos hai.
Naa naa beta...mein asi hi bola tha...mera woh matlab nahi tha....Manjari tried to deny Vansh.
Vansh showed his hand to Manjari halting her...Pehle aap mujhe beta mat bolna mujhe mera kushi pyaari hai aur aap tho expert hai unn sab chein ne mai.
Aur Akshu hai manoos aunty, itini manoos ki usko....aap jaise maa mili... jho situational pyaar karne wala. Abhimanyu jaisa pati mila...jiska pyaar uski convenience pe chalte hai. Kairav jaisa bhai aur Goenkas jaisi family mili... jho kabhi mushkil ghadi mein uska saath nahi deta hai.
Itni manoosiyat kisike jindagi mein hota tho woh manoos hi hota naa aunty. Manjari shut her mouth unable to refute Vansh words.
He then turned to Goenkas who are standing still shedding tears....arey The Goenkas aap asi chup kyu kade ho. Arey itna rorahe hai kis ke liye. Aap ki Aaru ki pati tho wapas aya hai tho party warty..jhasn..washn...nahi karna hai.
He walked towards Kairav who is sobbing....wiping his tears...arey Kairav...tu abhi tak yahi kada hai.... aaj intni kush mauhal hai...aap ki Aaru tho intni din se dukhi thi ab woh kush hai tho...uske liye tho party arrange karna hai na bilkul uski man pasand ka....tho jaiye party ki planning kijiye.
Kairav collapsed on the floor crying on his knees unable to digest the things, but Vansh didn't pity him... today he want to stand as Akshara's bhai not anyone else relation.
Aarohi immediately rushed to Kairav and said...Bhai aap rona math hum Akshu ko dondenge aur hum usko ghar wapas leyange.
Hearing Aarohi's words Vansh laughed loudly. Aarohi looked at Vansh and asked...Vansh bhai aap huss kyu rahe ho? Hume Akshu ko doodna hai.
Aarohi tum na...ye Akshu ka fikar ka natak bandh karo....said Vansh glaring Aarohi.
Vansh bhai aap ase kyu bol raha hai, Akshu mere bhi kuch lagta hai...said Aarohi.
Sauteli hai Aarohi...tu Akshu ka sauteli behen hai...Vansh clarified Aarohi. Goenka's are taken aback with Vansh words. Aarohi stood numb it was always her who used to play this sauteli card with Akshara, but today Vansh had used it to shut her up publicly didn't sit well with her.
Vansh bhai..aap ase kaise keh sakthe hai...maana meri aur Akshu ke beech kuch galatfemiya hai... lekin woh meri behan hai jaisi Kairav bhai hai...aur mein apni bhai behen se bahut pyaar karthi hoon...she said.
Acha tu pyaar kartha hai apne suateli behen Akshu se aur sauteli bhai Kairav se...Vansh asked Aarohi.
Vansh tu ye kya bol raha hai....questioned AG, not liking the way Vansh is emphasizing Aarohi's love for her siblings.
Vansh ignored AG's words...pointing at Kairav who is on the ground with teary eyes...tu iss bhai se pyaar karthe hai? he questioned Aarohi again.
Haa Vansh bhai...ye mera bhai hai...mein Kairav bhai se pyaar karthi hu....she said tightening her hands on Kairav.
Hmmm...iss liye tu apni medical license ki renewal ke liye apni iss pyaara bhai ko bheej di.....he casually dropped the bomb.
Hearing Vansh's words Aarohi's grip on Kairav loosened. While the Gorilla's expect Mahima stood confused.

The Sharma house is decorated as a new bride. The decoration is minimal but heavenly. All the while Kabir and Muskaan stood aside sulking as they were not permitted to participate in any decorations. They feel wronged, they want to complain and they envied the rest of family members who escaped the punishment, while they got booked. They are powerless against the opposite party who none other than their Dadu and Dadi...Vasudeva Sharma and Devaki Sharma.
The Sharma's for generations are adherent devotees of Lord Krishna. Mr & Mrs senior Sharma's left to their pilgrim when Akshara is 6 months pregnant. Considering their age the Sharma's hasn't informed them about Akshara's condition. They just returned yesterday and came to know about their grand daughter's condition and birth of their great grand child. They were angered when they came to know that they were kept in dark while the family is facing tough times. However they were pacified by sacrificing the naughty siblings to face their wrath and it is working quite well.
Dadi is decorating the puja place while dadu is decorating the entire house with the foot steps of little Krishna the same way they did for their first great grand son Dhruv.
Kabir...do something...even I want take part in welcoming my nephew...said Muskaan. Even I also want to welcome my nephew....Kabir looked at dadu and said....dadu u will be tired let us help nooo.
Tum dono chup chaap wahi kada rahe...that's the best u both can do....said dadi. Dadi yaar this is not fine....mai chotu ka maasi hu aur mujhe bhi uske liye kuch karni hai....whined Muskaan. Mai uska sweet mamu...please dadi pleaded Kabir.
Dadi nodded them to join...It's time for Akshara and her son's arrival and she wants everything to be perfect and for that she need helping hands... Kabir and Muskaan are naughty duo but best in getting things done fast.
After a while a car reached the entrance of the Sharma house....Abhinav has parked his taxi at the entrance of the house so that, Akshara will be less strained as she needs complete bed rest for a month or so. Sumitra and Kailash helped Akshara to get down the car...while Abhinav is unloading their belongings.
Dadi had welcomed Akshara and her son first with eliminating the evil eyes and later by blessing them with long life. All this while Akshara is looking around the house. Tears formed in her eyes for the unconditional love this family is showering on her and her child with mere acquaintance of 6 months. She will forever be grateful for this family.
Akshara is led to the puja room. It took some while for all the puja to be done. Muskaan closed her eyes and made her walk to a particular part of her room. Slowly Muskaan opened her eyes and tears rolled down her eyes....adjacent to her bed a craddle decorated beautifully came into her sight.
Akshara looked at the Sharma family smiling at her....this family stood with her in her tough times. From being a stranger to her now they became part of her life more important and respectful than the Goenka family.
Thank u....all she could say, as she is unable to form words to express her gratitude. Dadi smiled at her and said...Akshu tu hamari iss chotu sa nand gopal ko uski paalna mein sula dena.
Akshara looked at her son, who is in her arms all the while...she walked towards dadi while handing her son she spoke...aap hi aapki nand gopal ko uski paalna mein sulana dadi. Mana mat kejiye dadi iss pure family ki ashirwad ke bina mere beta ka jindagi adhuri hai.
Dadi took chotu in her arms...looked at Akshara and asked...naam socha hai? Akshu moved to dadi and spoke into her ear, dadi looked at her surprised. Looking at dadi's expression even the rest of the family are curious to what had Akshara said.
Dadi and Dadu together had placed Akshara's son in the cradle and while swinging it they announced....Hamara iss chotu nand gopal ka naam hai....Abhir Akshara Sharma.
The Sharma's are happy very happy, they have long accepted Akshara as their family member, but they knew Akshara had her own insecurities to accept them, and they never forced her. But now they knew what place they hold in Akshara's life and also knew that Akshara has accepted them as her family. All the family member's are hugging each other in happiness while Kabir is capturing each and every moment in his camera.

The Gorila's are anxiously waiting outside the ICU of Birla hospital. It's been 2 hours since Abhimanyu has been hospitalized. Manjari as usual shedding a tank. They are waiting for the status of Abhimanyu's health. After a while Anand walked out of the ICU with a sad expression.
Family members hovered bombarding him with questions. Bhaisaab Abhimanyu ko kya hua hai? questioned Harsh. All are eagerly waiting for his response.
Anand took a deep sigh....Abhimanyu ko mild heart attack hua hai? Hearing Anand everyone gasped...A man as healthy as possible suffered a heart attack at the age of 29 shocked them.
Bhaisaab...mera..mera ...Abhi teek haina? questioned Manjari sobbing. He is stable for now, he will gain consciousness in some time said Anand and collapsed on the bench nearby.
Lekin bhaisaab....Abhi ko heart attack kaise aa sakta hai...uska umar bhi kam hai aur woh hamesha apna health ka dyaan raktha hai....expressed Manjari.
Ye tho hona hi tha Manjari...aaj Abhimanyu ka ye haal dekh kar mujhe realize hua ki hum Abhimanyu ko jaanthe hi nahi aur naahi uska dyaan raktha hai. Uss ka reports kehta hai ki woh bahut hi stress mein hai. Aaj nahi tho kal Abhimanyu ka yeh haal hokar hi rahega...cleared Anand.
Abhimanyu is not only his brother's child, but also his student and his pride. Even living in the same house he never had the idea of the amount of stress Abhimanyu is going through. He realized that he failed...he failed not only as a teacher...he failed as a Doctor and Abhimanyu's tauji too. Now Anand Birla is determined to help his child, his student Abhimanyu with all he could.
Manjari who is always in her own bubble was not ready to accept that she as Abhimanyu's mother failed to analyse her son's state, and she did what she deemed to sooth her so called mamta i.e blame Akshara.
All the family members who are rooted in their places worrying for Abhimanyu were stupdified when they heard....Sab uss Akshara ki wajha se ho raha hai. Uss ladki ki wajha se mera beta asi pada hai hospital mein....as usual Manjari started her blame game.
Iss mein Akshara bhabhi ki galti kya hai maa? questioned Neil...not under standing, the head and tail of his mothers blame.
Sab usi ki wajha se hua hai. Mere beta itni dukhi hui thi apne baccha kone se ki usko heart attack hua hai. Aur uss baccha kone ka jimmedar Akshara hai...Manjari said stupidly.
The sensible Birla's were agitated, while the senseless Goenka's stood silent...even after everything Manjari still had venom against Akshara.
Harsh looked at Manjari and laughed at her mockingly....Manjari mujhe pata hai tu bewkoof hai, lekin tu itni bewakoof nikli ki mujhe tum par hasi aarahi hai. Agar Abhimanyu ka heart attack ki wajha uski bacche kone se tho...woh 6 mahine pehele hona chahiye tha naaki aaj jab usko sara sach patha chelne ke baad nahi.
Before Manjari could speak something he cut her...agar hospital mein rehna hai tho apni muh band rakh. Agar koi tamasha ki tho bahar nikal wa luhgi...warned Harsh.
Fearing Harsh words Manjari stood in a corner as usual with her crocodile tears and none are bothered about her.
Harsh is lost in thoughts, he is neither an ideal father nor a delusional mother. And today's Abhimanyu's state raised doubts in him....Abhimanyu tu ne uss din kuch kia to nahi naa jis ki wajhe se tumhe pure jindagi pachtana padega.....
