"Good morning Ms Park,"
"HaRim, just call me Rosé,"
"OK Rosé, do you mind grabbing some coffee after we're done here?"
"No not at all, I think we'll be done quickly i-"
Rosé's comment was cut short when her phone suddenly rang.
Looking at the familiar caller id, a smile crept onto her face.
"Oh HaRim, I need to take this, excuse me,"she said as she left the room.
"Hey chipmunk!" The voice at the end of the line said.
"Hi Chim Chim, " she said as she smiled to herself.
"Are you free after work? Do you wanna go out for a movie or something?" He asked.
"Mmh, I might work late today so I don't think I might make it. Sorry," she says.
"I'll wait for you. What time do you expect to be done?"
"Mmh I think at around ten thirty-ish,"
"OK then, I'll be there to pick you up don't leave without me, ok?"
"OK, I'll wait, bye. I'm hanging up now," she said as she ended the call.
Today's was Chim's day off so he hadn't come to work.
She switched off her phone and went back to her office.
"You look happy any good news?" HaRim asked her as she sat back down.
"Oh it's just a friend,"
"Oh ok, so? Coffee?"
Rosé stepped out with HaRim and grabbed coffee. As she came back, she got a call from her dad.
"You wanted to see me dad?" She asked as she peeped into his office.
"Yes Roseanne come in. I need to give you something really important. Please sit down," he told her.
Her dad pulled out a red folder and placed it in front of the them.
"This is one of the last important documents I have to sign before I deep down as chairman. All the most important business men are flying to Seoul where we are holding a press conference while we sign this," he said," so I am giving you this for safe keeping until we fly to Seoul. Remember this is very important so don't lose it. I am counting on you."
Rosé assured her dad and went back to her office. She finished some work with HaRim and he also left.
"Rosé do wanna grab lunch? I'm paying," Mr Han popped out of nowhere.
"Oh uncle what are you doing here? It's lunch time already? Wow time flies when you have a lot to do," She said stretching.
"Yeah sure I feel like treating my niece to a great meal. Come on let's go," he said carrying her bag.
"What would you like to eat?"
"Umm I was in the mood of ttaebokki but now I feel like bulgogi,"she answered.
"OK I know this nice restaurant in Ulsan that has very nice bulgogi,"
"Ulsan?! What? Why are we going there? It's so far and I have to get back to work in less than an hour," she complained.
"Calm down, we are going to use a helicopter. So there's nothing to worry about," her uncle replied.
"Wait uncle, your secretary looks a bit familiar. Excuse me Ma'am have we met before?" Rosé asked
"I don't think the both of you have met. This is Sima Ju she's been my secretary in Japan and she just landed yesterday, you can't possibly know her," Mr Han assured as he grabbed her niece's bag.
Sima Ju still looked kinda eerie and a bit familiar. Her long black hair was pulled back into a sleek high ponytail and her lips were tainted with red lipstick and her eyes were firece and cat like.
They walked to the elevator that took them to the helipad on the rooftop.
The uncle and niece had their nice lunch in Ulsan and chatted a little bit until they went back to Busan.
" Thank you uncle for the meal and the trip," Rosé said as she stepped out of the elevator.
"Anything for my one and only favourite niece. Now I have somewhere to be so I'll get going," he said as he left with his secretary.
Rose walked back to her office but she bumped into someone who was wearing a whit polo shirt with denims and a white mask.
She didn't pay attention to him until she opened the door to her office only to find it in a huge mess.
"Oh God what happened?" She asked herself.
"Rosé you are ba- Wha-what happened?" Nayeon asked.
"Oh no!" Rosé exclaimed as she rushed to search her messed up files only to find the most important document in the pile missing.
"The the guy in the polo shirt. Stop him,"
"What do you mean?" Nayeon asked.
"The guy in the polo shirt and white mask stop him. He took dad's contract that we are supposed to sign this weekend. Stop him before it's too late!"
"Security! security! stop that guy in the white polo shirt," Nayeon said out of breath.
The good thing was that Rosé's office was on the 7th floor and it had taken the guy some good time to reach the lobby and when security was alerted, he was still in the building.
As he made his way to the exit, security surrounded him making him turn to the back exit.
The guards started running after him with the rest of the workers oblivious of what was really happening.
The masked guy saw that he was surrounded so he thought of plan B.
He checked his pockets until he pulled out a glocker (pistol) and shot three bullets in the air causing the people in the company to fall into total chaos.
Everyone was running to a safe place giving chance to the culprit to blend in and escape.
As the culprit was running, he didn't expect that he was being watched.
"See that? There he is. Gotcha," the person said as he ran out of the room.
Outside the company, Jimin had decided to come early to surprise Rosé but what he found inside was alarming.
People were everywhere running and screaming. He was worried that something had happened to Rosé so he ran to her office but he was stopped when he bumped into the masked guy who stood up and ran towards the elevator.
"Jimin stop that guy," HaRim yelled.
Jimin wasted no time to stand and run after the guy but as he approached, the elevator closed.
"He's headed for the rooftop. Quick the stairs,"
The two men ran up the stairs and arrived on the rooftop where they were met by the masked guy and Rosé?!
"Nobody move or else I'll shoot her and chuck this off the building," he said as he held a gun to Rosé's head and the red file near the edge.
They all stopped in their tracks as they obliged to what the masked man said.
"What do you want from her?" HaRim yelled as he kept his hands up.
"Money of course. Heard this dumb deal is bringing in all the big dogs from across the globe and I know some people who would want to buy this deal for a fortune," the guy said.
"So I can just shoot this heiress' brains out and leave Minjoo sobbing over her death while I sell this bad boy,"
By now word had reached the other security personnel and they had already stormed up the roof top.
"Everyone hold your fire," the head guard said.
"Fine I'll give you the money you want just please don't hurt me.
"Sir you need to calm down," Jimin said as he walked closer to him.
"I said nobody move or else I'll shoot,"
Rosé looked to Jimin and he mimicked a bite. Rosé saw this and bit the man's hand hard causing him to push her away.
As she ran to Jimin, the man pulled the trigger.
Rosé waited for impact but it never came, she just heard someone collapsing.
"HaRim?!"
The guards took the opportunity when the guy was distracted to grab him and secure the contract.
"HaRim! Are you okay?" Rosé said as she rushed to his limp body.
"He's losing too much blood we need to get an ambulance," Jimin said as he pressed down onto his wound.
The ambulance came and took HaRim to the hospital. The police came to collect statements from the witnesses as well as start he necessary investigations.
Mr Park and Mr Han had been informed about the incident and had left Chim and Rosé to talk with the cops.
"Hey don't worry he's gonna be fine," Jimin said.
"Chim? Why does stuff like this keep happening to me?" Rosé asked,"Why am I always targeted? Why do people want me dead? "
I wish I could tell you. I hate keeping you in the dark. How I wish I could tell you everything but I can't.
He walked to her and engulfed her in a hug.
"Hey its been a long day. Let's go home and help you clear up your mind,hmm how does that sound?" He asked.
"I don't want to go home, can I come over to your place?" She replied.
"OK let's go,"
The ride to Chim's place was silent as Rosé reflected on what had happened to her that day.
How was that man able to know about that contract? It was only me and dad who knew about it Who sent him and why. Was HaRim going to be okay?
After an hour, they arrived.
"K why don't you freshen up and I'll order us some food. What would you like to have?" Chim asked as he took off his jacket.
"Anything will be fine," she said.
"Bathroom's down the hall. I'll get you some clothes to change into once you are done," he said as he disappeared into one of the rooms.
After dinner, they snuggled on the couch as they watched a movie.
"Thanks for coming on time Chim," Rose said as she stared into his beautiful Hazel eyes.
They stared at each other for what felt like an eternity.
Jimin broke eye contact and stared at Rosé's lips.
"Hey, when was the last time I kissed you?" Rosé asked.
"I do-"
Jimin's statement was short lived as Rosé plumped her lips onto his.
He took some time to react but he gently cupped her cheeks and pulled her closer.
The kiss was full of passion and desire. It was soft and gentle and smooth like honey.
He pulled her to sit on his lap and the kiss deepened. She trailed her arms to the back of his neck and he leaned back gently hit the back rest of the sofa.
Her hands playfully went to his soft and silky hair and his went down to her laps.
(PAUSE, NO SMUT HERE COZ I SUCK AT WRITING THAT SHIT BUT LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD HEHE.)
Secret Service HQ
Busan
23:00hrs
The tech team of the secret service including Yeonjun worked in silence as they tried to create a virus to breakdown the firewall of the Han residence.
There was a fifty fifty chance that it would either work or fail but they didn't let the negative side affect them.
The new recruits (Ryujin,Eight and Yeonjun) had been filled in on the plan and they were ready to help.
After nine hours of non stop work, the computer virus was done.
"Monie I think we are done. It's time to send it. Let's just hope this works," Suga said.
All the available agents met in the tech room to watch the team launch the bug.
"OK guys let's just hope this doesn't fail. On three we all press send and-"
"Wait on three or after three?" Yeonjun interrupted.
"On three," Jisoo answered.
"K, one, two, three,"
They all pushed their buttons and waited.
"Eunwoo, Ryujin, Eight check the radars. We only have two minutes to find the place and shut down our system," Suga said.
The three hackers searched the map for the signal but it was all in vain.
"Guys hurry we are running out of time," Monie said.
They kept on searching until Kookie found it.
"It's right there," Kookie pointed out.
"OK. We've got it, Jisoo and Sana send the last virus," Suga commanded.
"Yeonjun make sure you shut down all the computers as soon as the virus sending is complete,"
"Done,"
"Yeonjun now,"
"10 seconds to total motherboard shutdown," the computer voice said.
"9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 total shut down of motherboard complete,"
Silence engulfed the tech room as they didn't know if they had shutdown on time.
"Check if we left no traces,"Monie said.
The tech team checked and indeed there were no traces left.
"System rebooting," the automatic voice said and everyone cheered.
"You guys did it," Sana cheered.
"No,we did it," Suga said.
"Now let's find Ms Moon,"Monie said.
"And Kitty," V yelled in the back.
"You know what? I underestimated you Yeonjun. You really know your stuff, good job boy," Monie said.
"Weeell does that mean I've been recruited to join the service?" He asked.
"Hmm that will depend on how you behave then we might look into it," Monie replied.
The members sat back and relaxed and chatted amongst themselves until Suga called out.
"Guys you need to see this,"
Everyone went back to the tech room and what they saw left them shocked.
"JEJU ISLAND?!"
