You were at the Avengers compound.
You and Rocket were just ending a secret Christmas visit there.
The ship was taking off.
"Yn, hurry the fuck up" Rocket nagged through his and your earpiece.
"Gimme a sec," you said.
"Yeah-no, bye bitch" he sassed.
"YN!! I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD IF YOU DON'T-" Bucky yelled.
"NOBODY CARES NIGGA!!!" You laughed back.
"YNNNN!!!!" He shouted.
"Hey Rocket?" you asked through the earpiece.
"Yeah?" he replied.
"This is a life or death situation so you might not be seeing me again," you said fake dramatically.
"In my dreams" he sighed to himself.
"I heard that" you chuckled.
"Just hurry the fuck up, I'm leaving," he said.
"YN!! GIVE IT BACK!!!" Bucky yelled.
"I'll meet you at base," you told Rocket.
"No. Im not leaving without you" he said.
"Can you shut the fuck up and leave?!" you laughed.
"You wish!!" he shot back as you tapped your chest and engaged the iron man suit that you stole leaving Bucky in the dust.
"Gimme a few seconds" you groaned.
You flew into the ship.
"Now Rocket!!" you yelled.
You sent the suit flying out the door right before it closed and Rocket took off.
"Thanks" you panted.
He put the ship on auto-pilot and turned to you.
You were sitting there in your black baggy jeans and a black jog bra.
Your black t-shirt was on your abs soaking up all the blood from a stab wound.
"You okay?" he asked.
"Yep, fine" you gasped through your clenched teeth.
"Your not, c'mere," he said walking over.
He took your black shirt and grabbed some medical stuff.
He started soaking up the blood with some towels.
"I honestly do not understand how the fuck you get yourself into situations like this" he chuckled.
"Nobody can do it as good as me" you laughed.
He rolled his eyes.
"Can you-" he started.
"Yup" you cut off standing on your knees.
He started wrapping a bandage around your waist.
Your fists and teeth clenched.
He noticed.
"Hey...relax," he said.
"I try," you said "it doesn't really work out"
"Here," he said putting away the bandages cause he was done with them "try this"
He had you sit down and lean against the wall.
He never knew why you were always so tense and anxious.
"This isn't really helping" you whispered after a few moments of silence.
He sighed heavily.
"Hey, by the way..." you started "there's something for you over there"
You pointed to another part of the ship.
He followed in the direction you pointed.
He came back with a big box wrapped in red paper and saw you standing up.
He looked at you suspiciously and you just smiled back.
He slowly and cautiously opened the box.
"Bucky's arm?" he asked, his eyes practically watering.
"Merry Christmas" you smiled.
"I'll accept even though we still have 5 days" he joked.
You laughed.
"Thank you Yn," you said hugging your legs.
"Yup" you smiled.
"You're the best friend anyone could ask for," he said looking up at you.
"Thanks Rocket"
