The week passed like a jet. After what happened that night I could expect what was coming from my mom when I got home with clothes that didn't belong to me and explain what had happened with mine. After a civil conversation that generated a discussion, my mom grounded me after I told her what really happened. I could have lied, but I freaked out and I couldn't think of a good lie at that moment.

What resulted in: no phone, no Dinah and Ally, not being able to leave the house to do anything except go to school, and most importantly, no Lauren for a week and maybe two. I honestly don't understand the reason for the punishment if I could meet with the girls at school anyway.

But when I came home after school and had to spend the entire day alone as I used to, I realized it sucks.

At least that's what happened on the first day I've been grounded. Lauren said she would stay with me at home anyway, that was obvious and I hoped she didn't obey my mother anyway, unsurprisingly. But she didn't come.

Dinah and Ally on the other hand decided to go the other way. Dinah was afraid of my mom, she's never had a problem with that, but both times we did mess and my mother scolded us, Dinah hardly raise her voice to disagree with what my mom decide and Ally wasn't afraid of my mother, but thought she should respect her decision.

For my happiness the rest of the week Lauren was with me. She invaded my room even before my mother leaves to go back to work at lunch and leave when she arrived at night. Sometimes she just hid when my mother surprised me when she got back from work and spent the night with me.

Honestly I didn't care about the punishment if I was with Lauren all the time anyway. She had problems on her side too. Actually that night she was in trouble for two things. One was about what happened at school and another because she, well, we invaded the house of a stranger that was actually a friend of Lauren's mother.

"Please, let's get out of here." Lauren grunted. She had the face hidden on my neck while I caressed her back.

She came to my room after lunch and we stay here doing nothing, well, as Dinah says, doing nothing when we were with our mouths and hands away from each other. It was midweek and everything seemed quiet, but Lauren didn't like this. She has been complaining for twenty minutes.

Lauren rolled off me to the bed and lay on her stomach. "I'm not feeling well." she sighed dramatically.

I rolled my eyes, and I lay on my side to face her but she had her eyes closed. I chuckled and took a strand of hair from her face and placed behind her ear. She tried to hide a smile but failed.

"What are you feeling?" I asked pretending to be worried.

"I can't feel my body." she said seriously.

"Really?" I tried not to laugh. "And how you want to get out if you can't move?"

She still had her eyes closed, I shook my head when she smiled but then hide it again.

"You'll have to carry me. I'm just going to be able to move if I feel the Sun on my body." Lauren mumbled.

"I can roll you out of bed to the ground near that window. The Sun looks good there."

I mentioned another window that was the front of the house and not the one she climbed to get here. The afternoon sun reflected by the window and lit up my carpet.

Lauren opened her eyes and stared at me. I looked at her innocently. "It won't be enough." she pouted her lips.

"Well, you'll have to settle for that." I smiled, giving her a gentle kiss.

"Ugh, so I'm going to drag you out of here." Lauren stood up suddenly. I looked at her confused.

"I thought you couldn't move!" I joked, pretending to be surprised. "It's a miracle."

Lauren rolled her eyes and knelt on the bed.

"Camz," she said softly. I smiled, she has called me Camz for the rest of the week. I just loved. But I knew why she's using now.

"It will not work, Lo." I warned.

It was something new she uses now. When Lauren wanted something, that's what she did: Puppy eyes, her voice was soft and she called me Camz. Unfortunately it always worked.

I've been avoiding going out alone with her, not that I didn't like to. But I didn't know what other surprises she would get and possibly put us in trouble. Or something bad could happen. But she promised me she wouldn't do something like that again.

"Please." she ignored me. I shook my head and I lay comfortably in bed. I closed my eyes and relaxed.

"Fine." she gave up. I smiled victorious at myself. "I'm going to call Dinah."

"What? No!" I sat on the bed quickly.

Lauren raised an eyebrow and pulled her phone from her pocket. She dialed the number and made the call. I tried to go to her, but Lauren moved away from the bed with a smirk on her lips.

Lauren could not have dragged me out of the room, but Dinah would definitely do that.

"Sup Dinah." Lauren said. "I need your help with something."

"Lauren, please." I complained.

"Yes, it's her." she laughed softly. "No, that's not why she's begging me, actually her voice is much more sexy than that when she does— Camz, I'm trying to have a conversation here."

Lauren scolded and rolled her eyes playfully. She smirked at me. I shot her a look. I didn't need to hear Dinah to know what she was talking about. Why the hell did she have to act like that?

"Anyway, she doesn't want to leave." Lauren said dramatically. "No, I can't drag her down the stairs!"

I looked at her with wide eyes. I got up from the bed and tried to take the phone from her hand but she walked around the room avoiding me.

"I really like her body and I don't want anything to be harmed there." Lauren continued. "God, I know. I love her ass." she winked at me.

"You two are the worst!" I grumbled.

"She said she loves you too babe." Lauren told me with a giggle.

"Okay, goodbye." she hung up and looked at me.

I crossed my arms and shook my head. "That is not cool."

Lauren pouted her lips and came to me. I avoided looking at her and keep my posture. I can't believe they would make me leave.

"Come on babe, we will just hang out." she held me by the waist but I still avoided looking at her. "And the girls are coming too, you know Ally won't let us do nothing stupid."

Lauren was right, although Ally was good at party, she was the one who had responsibility for the four of us.

Okay, I would go. I felt safer because it is all of us together to be honest, Lauren would be in control at least. But I would mess with Lauren a little just for fun, I looked at her and pouted. She shook her head sighed.

"You know that if you agree now will be less worse when Dinah gets here, right?" she raised an eyebrow, wandering her hands from my waist to my back.

She pulled me closer if possible, I kept my arms crossed and suppress a smile. Certainly, Dinah wouldn't have mercy and I knew how Lauren would try to convince me, so why not take advantage of it?

Lauren's soft lips landed on my neck. "I don't think she's going to be as gentle as I am now." she husked against my skin.

I bit my lip to suppress any sound that would come out of my mouth. She'd hardly done anything and she drove me crazy that way. I let my arms drop but I didn't move. Lauren smiled against my skin, knowing it what she was doing was working, but I had already given up minutes ago.

"I know." I muttered, closing my eyes when her hands broke into my shirt. The weather was hot but her fingertips were cold, it made my whole body tingle as she made its way through my spine.

I gave a half smile and Lauren pulled away to look at me. I smiled wide and she frowned confusedly. I wrapped my hands around her neck and intertwining my fingers within her hair. My eyes dropped to her full lips.

Lauren dug her nails into my skin lightly, she shook her head as she laughed quietly. "I can't believe you fooled me."

"I did not do such a thing." I said with a giggle. "I was just enjoying it what you do so well."

"If you wanted me to seduce you, all you had to do was ask." Lauren whispered, licking her lips.

"But I never asked for it." I purred against her lips. "And besides, what's the fun in that?"

She was surprised with my words, but soon her face softened, her lips curving into a smirk.

Lauren didn't say anything, she just shortened the small space between us and captured my lips with hers. She pulled between her teeth, sucking greedily my lower lip then released with a pop.

"Guess who's home bitches!" Dinah screamed down the hall and then entered the room. Ally came in right behind her.

I moved away from Lauren quickly, but she still had her hand inside my shirt and she pulled me back slightly, turning my body as she hugged me from behind. She rested her chin on my shoulder and laughed softly.

"Oh, we're interrupting something?" Dinah said suggestively with a grin.

"No!" I said quickly.

"She's just messing with you, Mila." Ally rolled her eyes.

"How'd you get in here anyway?" I asked confused.

I changed the subject and frowned confused. I remember leaving the door locked and Lauren definitely doesn't use the front door.

"I had a few lessons with Lauren about kicking down doors the other day." Dinah winked at me.

"What? You broke my door?!"

It was not possible, I haven't heard anything. But it was Dinah, I swear she was capable of anything even being completely unnecessary.

"Your mother gave us a copy of the key. Jesus, Mila." Ally laughed, shaking her head.

"You're so naïve." Dinah rolled her eyes playfully.

"I like her like this." Lauren said and kissed my neck gently. I smiled involuntarily, stroking with my thumb her hands that were on my waist.

Dinah laughed and raised an eyebrow. "Of course, you like your prey when they're innocent and pure soul. But since you got here Mila is not so innocent, I must tell you."

"What I am now, a demon?" Lauren laughed playfully.

"A sexy and seductive green-eyed demon. Yeah, basically." Dinah winked at Lauren.

Lauren smiled proudly. "Thank you, Dinah."

I exchanged confused glances with Ally before we fall into laughter.

"Ugh, I can't stand one more minute with you two, let's go." Ally rushed us being the first to leave the room. We followed right behind and laughing quietly while we walked down the stairs.

Before we left Ally told us where we were going and I honestly didn't think it was bad. She said she had heard about a possible Bonfire later on the beach. It wasn't exactly a party, just a meeting so we didn't have to get dressed specifically or something. I liked it because I really didn't want to go back and have to plan everything. What I was wearing seems good anyway. Just shorts and a thank top.

When we arrived at the place the Sun was almost down. The bonfire was near a big rock, almost seven feet tall and wasn't lit yet. They improvised some tree trunks around and a few meters away. I honestly had only seen this kind of thing in movies. From where we were I could see the pier. The light poles illuminating all the way, it was beautiful looking from here.

There weren't a lot of people, wasn't messy as Troy's house. And of course the first person known to us we saw was him. He wore a big smile on his face, but we realized it was to Ally.

"Hi guys." he said excitedly to us after he hugged Ally. "Come on, we have some drinks."

"Oh yeah!!" Dinah yelled excitedly and was the first to follow him and Ally.

Lauren wrapped an arm around my shoulder and pulled me to her. Automatically I hugged her waist with a slight squeeze as we followed them.

"Well, I guess someone will have to carry a drunk Dinah home today." Lauren joked and kissed the top of my head.

"Haven't you done this before?" I laughed softly.

"Yes, with someone I mean me." she said with a sigh.

I turned to look at her. "You're not going to drink?"

"I said that we would just hang out, right?" she smiled.

I stopped just to reach her lips and kissed her gently. I smiled against them and whispered. "Thank you."

Lauren stroked my cheek with her thumb and we return walking. "Although it would be fun to see you drunk again."

I pinched her waist lightly. "No way!"

She laughed out loud and squeezed her arm around me. I did it again just to hear the sound of her laugh. It was so good to hear, but I didn't dare do it again because I knew she'd fight back.

Fortunately there were also soft drinks besides alcohol. Dinah didn't waste any time, she tried to trick us saying in yellow cup in her hands had soda though was her third, she was happier than usual.

Ally said she wasn't there to get lost and she had to work next morning so she and Troy joined Lauren and me with our soda drinks by the Bonfire. The fire was still low because they turned on a little while ago but was burning fast.

I was lying with my head on Lauren's shoulder as I watched the fire burn. She slid her hand she wasn't holding the drink to mine and entwined our fingers. I smiled to myself, playing with our fingers lazily. That moment there was so good. I let my thoughts wander freely lost through my mind. I looked at our hand, I couldn't help but smile once again. I think it was not the moment itself but Lauren, to be honest. I never thought I'd be hanging out on the beach at night in the middle of week with someone I really liked.

Come on, this is totally my type of movie. The bonfire, music, friends around, it was too good to be true.  I was here for a month or two? Look at the things that have happened and things that I've done. Of course, I wouldn't do it if it wasn't for Lauren. Everything was liked to her. Although she woke up this side of me that not even Dinah had succeeded or that I had no idea I had, I couldn't be happier. I'd do anything if I were with her.

There was a song playing but came from the amplifiers from a truck near us. When an unknown music ended and began playing Summer Nights by Rascal Flatts the few people that were there cheered excited. I knew that song, it was clear that whoever had chosen knew that music would fit perfectly to the moment there.

I started to watch the people dancing from what I could see through the fire in front of me and mumbled the lyrics of the song just for me, but Lauren noticed and laughed softly, making me look at her.

"Dance with me." she said, but it sounded more like an order than an invitation.

Her voice echoed in my head, I tried to think of where I had heard something similar. At the club? I remember her taking my hand, but I was the one who had invited her to dance. Oh god, I don't dance but still I had invited her that night.

"What? No, I don't dance."

I protested but she left her cup on the sand and held my hands, making me get up.

"Oh, yes you do babe." Lauren winked at me with a big smile on her face and still with our fingers entwined she pulled me away from the fire.

"Yaaas Mila!" Ally who was sitting with Troy near us cheered, raising her cup in the air at me.

Lauren finally let go of my hand and started to dance. She also knew the song because she was singing along. I shook my head and covered my face with my hands.

"Come on, I know you can do it!" she said animatedly, swinging her hips to the rhythm of the music.

She looked so good, I honestly would rather watch her dance than embarrass myself doing the same. But Lauren wasn't going to let that happen. She held my hands once again, making me spin while she pulled my body pressing my back against her.

I tried to follow her movements, then my body was turned to previous position, she wouldn't let my hands go. She entwined our fingers again and went to the floor following the beats of the music and came back again. It wasn't like the song of the club or something but she did appear to be very sexy, and she did very well.

"Camz!" she chuckled, pulling me closer.

"Oh my God, I hate you!" I shook my head, I was slowly surrendering. I mimicked what she did, or tried to, but by the look in her eyes I was doing it right.

"IT'S SUMMER NIGHTS BABY!" Lauren sang excitedly, I couldn't help but laugh out loud.

I looked around and no one was paying attention to us but worried to have fun which gave me more confidence to do the same. And I did. I focused on the music and of course in Lauren dancing in front of me. See her dancing so well just motivated me to join her.

When I said I couldn't be happier, it changed slightly to better now. I was having such a great time there with her I didn't want to stop.

"Everybody's feeling sexy..." Lauren sang, this time joining her body with mine. She slid her hands to my waist and squeezed lightly, raising an eyebrow.

She smiled widely. Her smile was so contagious, I smiled back instantly. I grabbed her neck gently and shortened the space between us, kissing her lips softly. Lauren smiled, her arms wrapping around me and held me tight against her.

The song was over but we don't move. We just kept hugging each other and I honestly didn't care. I was smiling like an idiot, I felt happy just to be in her arms.

"And you say you don't know how to dance." she whispered with a giggle, resting her chin on my shoulder.

"I still don't." I said playfully and caressing her neck.

"Let's take a walk." she released me gently and held my hand.

I nodded with a smile as she intertwined our fingers again. We went through some people, some of them already drunk including Dinah, but she didn't notice us. She was having fun though.

We continue to walk away from them, she didn't say where we were going but I noticed when we arrived near the pier. Actually wasn't too far from where we were. I followed Lauren halfway on the pier, she stopped and leaned on the railing with the view to where we left. Looking from here didn't seem so bad, I could still hear the music and I could see people dancing.

"Have you ever been here before?"

"No. Honestly the only place I went when I got here was the mall." I giggled. "This is beautiful."

I looked at the beach, the moonlight lit up the water and the waves were choppy. The night was so good, everything seemed so perfect.

"Beautiful indeed." Lauren whispered. I looked to the side to find her staring at me.

I couldn't help but laugh. That was so cheesy. "I can't believe you did that."

"Did what?" she asked innocently and I gave her a look. "Shit, I know."

Lauren looked away when she noticed what she just said and shook her head. She tried to hide a smile.

"What happened to you?" I asked feigning concern.

She wasn't bad, I mean, I always complained how she was but it was because she made me go crazy. But she cares and I loved seeing her doing this.

"You happened." she complained with a laugh and looked at me. "It's all your fault."

"But I haven't done anything wrong." I defended myself playfully.

Lauren turned to me and cupped my face. She smiled and stroked my cheek with her thumb.

"You did, but not necessarily wrong." I frowned, landing my hand on hers.

"What is it?" I asked softly.

Lauren kept her eyes on mine, I gave her a small smile.

"You came into my life." Lauren whispered, I couldn't help but smile even more. "You turned my world upside down."

I gave her hand a slightly squeeze and pulled to my lips, giving a soft kiss on the top of it. I was speechless but I knew what those words meant. In fact I could say the same about her, she made my world turn upside down too and I loved it every minute.

Lauren rested her forehead on mine while she entwined our fingers. "I'm glad I did." I told her sincerely, pecking her lips softly.

"Me too." she pulled away and couldn't keep a smile off her face and I raised an eyebrow playfully at her.

She tried to disguise and looking away but even under the bad light above us I could see her cheeks turning red. Were the few times I saw Lauren blush and was simply lovely.

"Stop looking at me like this!" she complained, covering her face with one hand.

"I can't, you're so cute." I teased her with a chuckle, taking her hand on mine, making her look at me even though she resisted.

"Ugh, I will never tell you things like this again." she tried to sound serious, letting go of my hand to wrap her arm around my shoulder. "Let's go back."

"Nooo, please. I like when you do!" I complained with a pout but she didn't care.

"Too bad cause it won't happen again." she said decisively as we started walking back to the beach. I shook my head and tickled her side.

Lauren shrunk her body, she tried to hold my hand and let out a shriek of laughter but I didn't take my hands off her and kept tickling her waist, stomach, where I could reach even with her struggling to make me stop.

She laughed even more and I laughed along with her. I hold her when she tried to escape from my grip but she couldn't move.

"Stoop! Dammit Camila!" she complained between the laughter coming out of her mouthand it only motivated me to continue.

"Oh my God!" Lauren breathed, beating furiously in my hands in an attempt to get me to stop but I didn't.

This was hilarious. She was already crying by now and her laugh grew and it was so good to hear.

"Camz!!" she tried again but unfortunately this time she could hold my hands. The fear spread all over my face and Lauren laughed evilly while she was holding me in place.

"Oh God no!" I cried and chuckled, trying to get out of her hands.

"Oh God yes." she said playfully.

When she was about to start her torture session I got away from her grip. I ran out of the pier and went to the beach as fast as I could but I knew she was following me because I could hear her evil laughter behind me.

"Why are you running?" she yelled playfully. "Now it's my turn babe!"

"No! Please Lauren!" I laughed out loud. I kept running and peeked over my shoulder and was when she slammed her body on mine and we fall in the sand.

Lauren sat on top of me and quickly grabbed my hands and preventing me from pushing her away from me. She laughed maliciously while I looked at her begging not to do but she didn't care and released my hands only to start to tickle my belly.

"No!! Stop!" I screamed helplessly while she laughed more and more with my suffering.

"Wait, what? I can't understand you." she joked, I brought my arms together trying to cover any area that she could achieve while squirmed in the sand.

"Pleease!" I begged again, laughing out loud.

"Come on, I'm just showing you how fun it is!" she chuckled and kept tickling me even with my attempt to protect my body from her.

Lauren didn't stop until I was crying as I had done with her. I took a deep breath as I was recovering slowly. She leaned in to capture my lips on her in a soft kiss that didn't last long.I held the back of her neck while deepening the kiss. Lauren's hands slipped over the side of my body to my shirt, she pulled slightly upward revealing my stomach.

She cupped my breast and gave a slight squeeze. After ignoring the slight heat in my stomach that had caused me I grabbed her hand and pulled away immediately, she just smiled against my lips.

"Lauren." I breathed and she pulled away just to look at me with a smirk on her lips.

I knew we were still far from the bonfire but they could see us lying there just as we could hear them from here.

"What is it? I heard that sex on the beach is really good too." Lauren raised an eyebrow and leaned to kiss me again, which I reciprocate quickly.

I felt my cheeks turn red what made her smile even more when she looked at me.

"You're a pervert." I rolled my eyes and pulled her off me gently as I adjusted my shirt.

Lauren laughed playfully and stood up, helping me get out of sand too.

"Well, Dinah says you're not so innocent." Lauren commented.

I frowned at her and shook my head. I tried to remove as much as I could from the sand that had been on my clothes.

"This is your fault, you corrupted me." I admitted with a giggle.

"That's not true." Lauren pretended to be offended. "I showed that you're just like me."

I laughed softly and she nodded. This was bullshit. I'm not like that, but she made me act that way. The fresh memory of what happened in the pool last week was still on my mind.

"I'm a Saint." I say decided and she took my hand as we walked back to the bonfire.

Lauren laughed out loud making fun of me. She had to hold a hand on her stomach, but I knew it was a forced laugh. I squeezed her hand tightly and she stopped, making a pout and looking at me.

"You're such an idiot." I shook my head but couldn't help and giggle.

"I'm your idiot." she said and kissed my cheek. I smiled widely at her.

My idiot.

We came back to join Ally and Troy that but they weren't in the same place when we left. We found them away from the bonfire but with Troy's friends which we already knew near a truck parked there. I'm glad I found a sober Max, he was kinda cool to be honest.

Although the time we spent talking was good I look all the time in the place looking for Dinah. She disappeared and Ally said that no one has seen her since when we got here. I tried to control myself when my eyes landed on someone who I really was hoping not to find here. Dylan.

What was he doing here? I mean, he was related to Lauren and she no longer talked to him. I knew he wasn't a friend of Troy, or at least I thought that since Troy and his friends were always together.

After what happened last week he didn't bother us anymore. Lauren told me he had stayed at home for a week while she would just have to stay after school. I didn't understand why she got the lighter punishment since was her who beat him.

Dylan had a beer in his hand and talked to a girl who I didn't recognize. They talked happily, but I wasn't happy with him. That fucking smile on his face. Although I didn't like to fight in general I was glad that Dinah could beat him...

Oh my God, Dinah! She was already wasted by now I assume and if she find him this might not end well. I was starting to get worried and Lauren noticed it.

"I'm going to find her, okay?" Lauren told me when she noticed that I wasn't paying attention to them.

"I'll go with you." I said quickly. She still didn't know Dylan was here. I knew she wasn't going to hit him again, but I couldn't risk if she saw him there.

"It's okay babe, the place is not crowded, she must be around." she smiled.

Lauren cupped my face and kissed my lips softly. "I'll be right back."

I had to trust her, right? I had to worry about Dinah so I let her go. I went back to look at where Dylan was but he was gone and the girl too. I expected them to have gone at least.

"Of course, Mila play guitar very well." Ally said calling my attention.

"What?" I asked confused turning to look at her.

"You play." she said again. "Troy said he can't." Ally giggled.

"Me? No, I'm no good." I said with a slight smile.

"Seriously, Mila?" Ally rolled her eyes playfully. "You could give him some tips."

"I haven't played in years." I admitted. It was true, I didn't even know where was my guitar. I probably left with Sofi for when she wanted to learn.

"Don't listen to her," Ally laughed.

And then I looked around again. I regretted letting Lauren go alone. What if all that I'm thinking of bad really happen?

I turned to Ally but she was distracted talking so she wouldn't notice my presence, I got out and went in the direction that Lauren went minutes ago, like if that's going to do any good. The place was a mess.

I walked a little further and saw Lauren. And Dylan. Damn, of course she would find him. But if this happened easily where the hell was Dinah?

I went to Lauren, she was with her back turned towards me and that's when I noticed that the girl was also with them. Oh, this just keeps getting better. If she was Dylan's friend probably wasn't good thing too.

The closer I came and passed by the people in my way I had a better view of them. I looked better and I expect to be wrong. That girl's hands were on Lauren's waist? I practically pushed two people who insisted on staying in front of me knowing that I was going through there. They complained about something but I didn't pay attention.

"Reagan, not right now." I heard Lauren say. Dylan's eyes landed on me when I reached them.

"What's going on here?" I asked harshly.

Lauren almost jumped when she heard my voice. I looked at her questioning. She turned away from the girl, Reagan, who just smiled at me.

She had short hair, on shoulder at least and had braids in one side of the head only. She wore all black, reminded me of Lauren's style. Leather jacket, black pants and boots. Why the hell was she dressed like that on the beach?

"Camz, I—" Lauren tried to say but the girl cut her.

"You're Camila, right?" she asked amused and exchanged glances with Dylan.

"Yes." I said coldly.

"Hello again." Dylan said smiling. I took a deep breath to control myself and looked at Lauren for answers. She looked at me apologetically but I was getting furious because she didn't said anything.

"Oh, wait." Reagan said and laughed softly. "It's not what you're thinking."

"Then why the hell you had your fucking hands on my girlfriend?"

I asked dryly again. I wouldn't act like that, I was surprised myself, but I really wasn't up for being polite.

"Relax, I was just here telling Lauren how much I missed her." Reagan winked at Lauren who gave her a pointed look.

"Are you fucking serious right now?" I said to Lauren, she opened her mouth to say something but this time was Dylan who interrupted her.

"Wait, you really thought that I was the only one who she was sleeping with?" Dylan scoffed.

"Shut your fucking mouth piece of shit!" Lauren hissed and went towards him but Reagan got in her way. "Camila, that's not—"

I took a step back. I thought I would cry right there, I could feel my eyes fill with tears, but I didn't cry. I clenched my hands, I really was controlling myself there and I didn't know what was happening because I should have left or punched Dylan and maybe even the girl in front of me because she was so cynical and just had fun with all of this.

"I thought you wouldn't mind," Reagan continued to test my patience. "I mean, she's good at sharing, at least it was that way when she and Dylan were together."

"Shut up!" Lauren said once again, passing by her and approached me. "Let's get out of here." she tried to take my hands but I pulled away.

I continued to walk backwards, the tears finally leaving my eyes freely and rolling down my cheek. She shook her head slowly, she was about to cry too. I could see in her eyes while she stared at me.

"I can't wait to see you again, Lauren." Reagan spoke once more with a big smile on her face.

"Fuck you!" I shouted to her, she pretended to be touched which made me even angrier.

"Camz, please listen to me." Lauren begged and held my hands tightly.

"Just leave me alone, okay?" I said surprisingly calm. I couldn't and didn't want to yell at her. I felt my heart sink on my chest just to see her like that.

I pulled my hands from her grip and walked away from them as fast as I could while I could no longer hold back my tears.

It was unbelievable. I didn't understand why this sort of thing had to happen to me. I couldn't be happy that there would be someone to spoil my time with Lauren. And preferably had to be her past. I mean first was Dylan. I thought I had gotten rid of him, he should have learned some lesson, right? And now comes this girl out of nowhere and say things like that? They knew Lauren more than I do apparently. And what if it were true?

"Ally, can we, um, go home, please?" I said quietly, trying to disguise my voice though I have stopped crying.

She quickly came up to me and looked worried.

"What happened? Where is Lauren?" she stroked my face and I just shook my head.

"Please?" I asked softly again.

"Sure, it's late anyway." she nodded and looked at Troy. "We're leaving. Can you help me with Dinah, please?"

"You found her?" I asked relieved and looking around but I couldn't see her.

"Yes, she's asleep in the truck." Ally informed me and Troy appeared holding Dinah. She had an arm around his neck and could barely walk.

She looked terrible but I was happy that Ally found her and she was safe. Now we could leave as fast as possible from here.

Ally's car was parked off the beach, Troy followed us holding Dinah in his arms and helped Ally put her inside carefully. She said goodbye to him after assuring that everything was fine and he returned to the beach. Just when he left, Lauren came where he went. I was about to get in the car.

"Camz wait." she ran up to me, preventing me from entering in the passenger seat. Ally stopped on the other side to look at us.

"Lauren, don't." I sighed.

I just wanted to go home.

"No, just listen." she insisted. "They're idiots, Camz. Why do you still listen to the shit they say?"

"I just want to go home. I will call you—"

"No!" she cut me off angrily. "Just tell me now."

"Seriously, Lauren?" I said.

"Mila, don't. Let's go home, Lauren you can talk about it tomorrow." Ally said and came to us.

"No, now I'll say." I looked at Lauren. "Who was she? I mean, I thought Dylan was the problem. Why the hell would you let her act like that with you and didn't pull her away?"

"You're mad because I didn't pull her away?" Lauren asked with a frown.

"That's what you should have done at least!" I told her. "If I had delayed a little longer she probably would have jumped in your bones and you would let her!"

"Oh my God, you can see how ridiculous you're sounding now?" Lauren laughed sharply.

"Okay, you two stop now." Ally interfered.

"What's so hard for you to understand?" Lauren asked softly. "I don't want anybody else but you, if that's why you are acting this way."

I knew that. But it bothered me. I thought I had given up when she ended things with Dylan. But what he said bothered me, that at some point she would return to him. Well, Dylan didn't give a shit about what happened last week and now there was this girl.

"Who is she?" I asked again more serious.

"What? Really?" she shook her head. "Nobody, Camila. She is just a—"

"Friend?" I cut her off. "Dylan was right, you do have many types of friends."

I smiled sadly. I didn't want to cry again, not here. I hold them back one more time.

"You've got to be kidding me." Lauren complained, she ran her hands furiously through her hair. "Why are you insisting on that?!"

"They don't take me seriously. They don't give a shit about me, Lauren. Or about us."

"That's none of their business, Camila! Or ours, we don't need to worry about them, dammit!" Lauren yelled furious and came closer to me.

"Guys, I'm serious! That's enough." Ally warned us, I didn't mind.

"I don't have to worry about them?" I ignored Ally and she started getting impatient next to me. "Who knows how many friends of yours I'll find and how many of them will tell you that what we have won't last?!"

"Or should I make a list of the people you've slept to make this easier? Only God knows how many, right?"

"Camila!" Ally scolded me.

It came out harsher than I imagined. I wished I hadn't said when I saw the way that Lauren looked at me. I hurt her and I couldn't feel worse.

"I can't believe you said that." she said softly, she hold back the tears but I could see them forming in her eyes.

"She didn't mean it, Laur." Ally comforted her and touched her shoulder lightly, but Lauren retracted.

"No, yes she did." Lauren said and nodded. Wiping it with the back of her hand a tear that dared get out of the corner of her eye. "She just chose a soft way of saying that I'm a slut."

"Lauren that's not what I meant," I tried to say, my voice cracking. Now she was the one who took a step back when I tried to shorten the space between us.

"It's pretty much the same shit, Camila!"

"No, I'm so sorry I don't know why I said that." I sighed and tried to grab her hand. "I just don't want them to ruin everything."

She let me hold for a few seconds and looked down before she pulled away. I didn't want to lose her, I just wanted to not worry about any of that. But they're so sure that Lauren is still the Lauren she was before me that scares me.

"Apparently they already did." she whispered.

Lauren looked back at me as she dried her cheeks with her hands and sighed deeply.

"Let's go home Mila, you two can talk better tomorrow." Ally opened the door of the car and waited.

She was right, I've said what I shouldn't and if I keep arguing with Lauren that it probably wouldn't end well.

"I'm going to get a ride." Lauren said and walked away slowly.

"Are you sure you don't want to come?" Ally asked her.

"Better not." she said, smiling weakly at Ally and turned to look at me.

She didn't say anything, just went back to the beach while I kept my eyes on her until she disappeared.

"What's wrong with you?" Ally hissed making me look at her.

"I don't know, Ally I just..." I sighed tiredly.

"Get in." she ordered and I entered in the passenger seat.

I sank into the seat and put my knees up, hiding my face between them.

"I'm having really bad thoughts." I whispered as Ally pulled the car out the parking lot.

"What do you mean?" she asked worried.

I didn't answer and it was as if she had read my mind.

"You're not going to break up with her!"
