Side piece prt 2
It was the day before Amelia's birthday and I was putting everything together for tomorrow. While George took Amelia over to Harry and Ginny's to play with Teddy. "Knock knock!" I hear a familiar female voice yell out to me. As she walks over she looks at all the stuff I have. "This is going to be so cute! Look at this banner!" I blush "thanks I uh made that.." her jaw drops "you made this!?" Shocked looking at it. It was colorful with HAPPY in paint bottles, BIRTHDAY in paint brushes and AMELIA in paint splotches.
"Yes thanks for the compliments though. I wanted to give her her the best first birthday with me." Ginny smiles looking at all the party favors it was all different types of toys and candies I was putting into each individual paint bucket. "Teddy is going to go crazy over the little mini paints and canvas you just put in that party favor. I'll make sure he's over here when he plays with it." I laugh "I have no problem with that." I giggle as she smiles looking at the cookies I made. "You really went all out huh?" I smirk "wait until you see her outfit and her cake! And these aprons I'm finishing tonight and then that number five is going to have paint on it, and the food table is going to be all colorful, and the kids are going to decorate their own cupcake with different color sprinkles. I'm going to make cake pops where it looks like someone put paint on it then stick the paint brush on top. And they will also have canvas to paint." I say excitedly she looks at me "Damnnnn Blacks and their parties. I'm excited and it's not even my birthday! Do you need any help?" I shake my head
"I'm actually about done with the party favors if you wanted to help with those and I'm baking everything tomorrow morning... your welcome to stay though, we haven't had any love of my life time." She laughs "sounds like a plan "what are we going to do?" I look around "I don't know, we usually have the kids." She cracks a smile "talk about mom life." A familiar red head man pokes his head in. "Can I offer you two a dinner date with me?" Ginny squeals running over to her brother "your home! Oh my gosh!" She squeezes Charlie's neck as he bear hugs her. "Yeah next weekend is your wedding and I thought I would come home for my nieces birthday too." I smile and walk over to Charlie "it's so good to see you! Did you go see the boys and kids yet?" He shakes his head "no I was about to knock when I saw Ginny's red hair trough the window. Thought I would walk over and ask about a dinner date and for you two to meet my date..." Ginny's eyes grow huge "you brought a girl home! Moms gonna be so happy!"
Charlie's face goes blank "no, I don't have anyone. We work together. He wife let me borrow her for the weekend. She's taking a vacation with me. She'll be doing her own thing though until after your wedding." Ginny nods and side eyes me "what I'm already taken by a Weasley. Oh let him live! He's happy being single." Charlie nods "see she gets it." Ginny gives him a smile "I know....but I'm still happy you came!"
We walk out and get into Charlie's truck "where are we going?" He turns and drives out of the driveway "three broom sticks? If not moms?" We both look to him "bro seriously?" He laughs as we drives down to the three broom sticks. After an hour of our little dinner date we all went back to my house. When we walk in to an empty house. "Cool I don't think they've noticed that we were gone." Harry and George comes down the stairs "we've noticed, nice of you to invite us." I roll my eyes and walk over to George tapping his chest "I'll make it up to you later." His eyes go big with a smirk as I walk into the kitchen. "What did she just tell you?" He shrugs when two little screams of excitement were heard "Aunt Ginny!"
They run up to her and hug her legs she laughs and crouches down to them "where's mommy?" She nods to the kitchen where I am and Amelia takes off. "Mommy you left me with daddy to go eat with uncle Charlie!" She huffs folding her arms pouting. I smile turning around to see Charlie behind her "I'm sorry love..." he bends down and picks her up as she squeals.
Ginny comes in with Tilly by her feet. "So I was thinking.." I side eye her stirring the icing I just poured "yesss..?" She puts a book down "me you and the rest of the bridesmaids next Friday night!" My heart sinks "who is going to watch the kids if both of the bachelorette and bachelor parties are on the same night." She smirks "already took care that!" I look at her questionably "mom!" I shake my head picking up the pink color dye pouring it into the white icing. "I couldn't ask your mom to do that! I'll feel guilty." Ginny rolls her eyes "that is her grand baby and she does anything for her babies." I sigh and nod Ginny squeals in happiness.
Later that night after everyone left George and I were upstairs to our bedroom. "So you wanna make it to me huh?" He smiles crawling on top of me kissing my neck, I moan as he bites and sucks on my neck. "I guess I can..." he picks his head up and looks at he smiling "oh I got plans for tonight and you are going to love them." He says rubbing his hands down my thighs "but before I can do that this needs to come off." Taking off my night clothes he kisses my lips and it lead to a night of love and passion.
I woke up at eight o'clock that morning trying to get everyone ready for my baby's birthday. George comes walking down the stairs smelling the sugar in the air. "Damn babe it smells good in here... and you look like a cupcake exploded all over you..." he looks at me with a smile. I look down and feel all over I'm covered in flour. I shrug and keep going he walks up behind me wrapping his arms around my waist kidding me. "Do you need some help?" I shake my head and pause "wait yes! Can you put the banner up, and the tables, and the table cloth on the tables, and the cake stand, and blow up the colorful balloons so I can make her balloon arch and flowers?" He looks at me shocked "are we going to get this all done today?" I nod and kiss him "thank you!" And go back to working on her cake and cupcakes.
When I was finally done with that I walk outside, George has already put up all the tables I needed so I put the aprons on the chairs and the party favors on the smaller table. I got to work setting up the tables with the paint canvas and supplies. Then we made a beautiful ballon backdrop and put the balloons on her bounce castle, balloons on the slide and George blew up the purple kiddie pool for the clear balls to go in underneath the slide. We put colorful balloons in our pool for show.
"Wow mommy, daddy this is awesome!" I turn to see my baby girl in awe. "There's still one more thing I think you can help me with?" She nods excited. I grab the number five "I need you to throw paint on this five, then when your done I'll bathe you and get you ready for your party!" She squeals grabbing the paints. As I stand there watching her George wraps his arm around my neck, putting his chin on top of my head. "She look so happy.." I tell him, he kisses the crown of my head "I know I'm happy to see her happy." I look up to him smiling and he leans down and connects our lips. My timer goes off telling me we have an hour until the birthday party.
"Okay Mia we don't have long left come on let's go get ready!" She squeals running up to me taking my hand and walking inside. After her bath I put her in her little dress, white tshirt, little white bows with paint splotches on it, put her hair in pigtails, and she puts on her rainbow converse."how do I look mommy?" She twirls for me "you look beautiful baby! Now let's go find daddy!"
She runs out the room and bumps into her daddy he catches her before she can fall. "Hey baby girl watch out now." She giggles looking at him she stands up and does a twirl " you look beautiful my beautiful birthday girl!" Picking her up in his arms walking down stairs for me to change. George and I are matching we both have bright colored shirts that have momma and daddy on them and I have white shorts that have paint splotches on them, he's wearing pants. We both have rainbow colored converse that match Mia's that's what she wanted. I put my hair up in a messy bun and walk down the stairs everyone was already here. "Oh that's cute!" Ginny walks up beside me "I love how you and George are matching with Mia!"
"Thanks! You think everything turned out ok?" She looks at me like I've gone crazy "did it..girl you out did yourself! Everything looks spectacular!" I smile as I watch the kids run around watching Molly the second, Teddy, victorie, and Mia who are all now five run around in circles. {Y'all idk their actual ages rn so bare with me. It's just a fanfiction.}
When I walked in there was a knock on my door, I opened it, it was the post man. "Does an Amelia Black live here?" I nod he gives me a package "tell her I said happy birthday!" I tell him thank you opening the package it was a crochet bunny and when I opened the card my heart dropped and I couldn't breathe. "GEORGE!" He comes running into the kitchen and sees the box "did we forget a present...what's wrong?" He walks over and looks at the card. Looking at me and looking in the box he closes it. "Where and when did you get this?" I sigh wiping my eyes "just now.. George if we let her see this her nightmares will come back and I can't give her this..it's from her abuser. They do this type of stuff all the time. I've seen it! What are we going to do? I don't want her to hate me."
He shakes his head "she's not, because she won't know about it." He says walking out with the box "what do you.." He walks out and throws the box I got in the trash. "If she ever asks we can tell her, but I doubt she will." I hug him tightly to me as I feel tears fall down my cheeks. He picks my head up in his hands "he's never going to get our baby, do you understand me." I nod he leans down to kiss me and I kiss him back.
"Hey we were looking for you guys! Some romantic scenery huh...right there by the trash can?" I freeze and wipe my eyes turning around to Ginny and Harry. We walk in while they look at us weird "what's going on you two you would've cracked jokes about that." I shake my head walking inside to get to my baby. They both look up at George "the abuser sent her a birthday present..." their jaws drop and he walks away to find his little family. Some how during the party Tilly was covered in paint. I just stared at her as she happily walks around "who is washing the dog?" Harry asks with a smile George and I look at each other and point. Harry laughs shaking his head. "Okay child or dog pick your pick.." I was first to answer "child!" George's shoulders slump "she's a little dog George" he sighs with a smile wrapping his arms around me as we watch the kids do their cupcakes. "Yes but the hair takes so long to blow dry..." when I walk inside there was another knock when I walk over I look out the peep hole and see a familiar bleach blonde.
"Hi Dragon! Come on in!" Draco smiles kissing my cheek "sorry I'm late" I wave my hand "you right on time they just got done painting and are now decorating their cupcake.
Where's Astoria and Cissy?" I ask him as we walk outside. "Mother was feeling ill so Astoria stayed with her." I give him a sympathy look and a hug "I'm sorry Draco, I hope she feels better." He hugging me back "me too"
"Uncle Draco!" He smiles as a familiar voice yells out to him "hey sweet girl. I hear it's someone's birthday today!" She giggles "it's mine!" She hugs his neck "how about we go outside hmm? So we can sing happy birthday?" He looks at me and I nod my head. We both walk outside some people stop to look shocked that he's here "don't let them bother you cousin it will be okay." He nods and walks around with Mia. "What is Malfoy doing here?" I turn and tell Harry "not today Potter please." He nods and walks back over to Ginny. She's watching Draco too. "Why is he here?" Ron asks Harry. "Because Rae is Draco's cousin. She's Reggie's Daughter!." He nods and snears "if she's a black should she be with George? I mean she was death eater family?" The whole Weasley clan looks to him, He shuts up. Unfortunately I had heard and stayed a little bit a way from the potter and Weasley crew as much as I could. If they think about me like that what is going to happen when I tell them I'm expecting?
I stand beside Draco as we sing happy birthday and sit and hold my baby as we open presents. George watches Raleigh wondering why she wouldn't talk to any of his family anymore, everything seemed fine earlier until Draco arrived. George looks over at his brothers and notice one is giving his girlfriend the death glare. George walks over smacking him on his head figuring out why. Now he wants to know what his brother said for her to back away from the whole family.
After opening the presents Draco helped Raleigh move everything into the playroom. "Thank you Draco" he turns to his cousin watching her "are you going to tell him?" I shrug "after what I heard Ron say I don't know." Draco sighs "he called us a death eater family Draco you didn't want the mark and I don't even have one, I wasn't even here! Do you think I'm making the wrong decision being with George?" He shakes his head and wraps me in a hug "George loves you, he was the first person you told about you being a black.. you gave him an out and he never left. That man is in love with you and now with this." Putting his hand on my stomach "it will just make him love you more." I smile and hug him tight.
After everyone left George watches as his girlfriend and her cousin take the presents into the playroom, the kids are outside on the bounce house with Molly and Arthur watching them "what did you do?" He asks Ron. Ron turns confused "I did nothing!" George gives him a bored look "he brought up if you should be with her being a black, cousin to Malfoy and being death eater family." He looks at his brother "she's not a death eater nor is Draco. They never wanted this. If you sat down and listened to his story you would understand Ronald. I bet she over heard you talking and that's why she hasn't spoken to anyone since Draco's got here! It makes sense. You have to start liking her, she will be your sister in law one day." Ron nods "I'll make the effort."
While the Weasley family was inside Draco and I were outside. "Thank you for helping me dragon you didn't have to." He smiles "yes I did clearly George is ripping Ron a new one so why not help." He picks up another chair, folds it up and puts it on the wall. I was taking the rest of the party stuff off the tables when someone came up to me wrapping their arms around me from behind. "Hi beautiful.." he says kissing my cheek. "Hi handsome.." I tell him softly. I look over and see my baby girl having a blast on the jump house. "Please don't listen to my brother, I love you and I will always love you. I don't care what family you come from or anything. Gosh if you were a squib I would marry you." Draco scoffs and mutters "as if a black / malfoy would be a squib." I giggle at my cousin as he hasn't really let some things go. "Will you still be with me please?" I look at him confused "I am with you I just don't know if your family will allow it now that he brought it up." George rolls his eyes "Ginny almost strangled him when he said all of that earlier. Believe me when I tell you my love you are not going anywhere." He says as he kisses my lips.
