Narrative pov:
It had been a couple days later and Enid was allowed to return to her classes. As she was walking out of class with Yoko and Divina they were interrupted by Xavier and Kent who seemed pretty excited as they ran up to the girls. ,,Woah jeez calm down, why so excited?'' Yoko said wondering looking at the two. ,,We are organizing this big party and we were wondering if yall wanted to come? we were able to get alcohol!'' Kent said excited but not too loud so the teachers wouldn't hear.
,,Yeah right, and in the end it's gonna be chaos because everyone is too drunk'' Divina speaks up looking at Yoko who had gotten way too drunk at the last party. ,,Alright don't bring me into this-'' She says glaring at Divina. ,,What about you Enid, You coming?'' Xavier looks over at Enid who seems to question if it's a good idea or not. ,,Wednesday is coming t-'' Kent was gonna finish what he was saying but Enid suddenly got excited.
,,Wait hold up since when?'' Enid said not believing any of it. ,,We asked her before you guys and she seemed to be pretty interested i guess'' Xavier gave a soft smile hoping Enid would come too now. ,,Alright i guess ill come too'' Enid said looking at Yoko and Divina. ,,Yeah sure why not'' they both agreed to come too. ,,So when is this party?'' Yoko said looking at the clock seeing it was 4 pm right now. ,,It's starting at 9pm at Xavier's shed'' Kent said as he and Xavier walked off to invite more people.
Enid pov:
,,I did not expect Wednesday to go to a party like that'' Divina chuckled as we walked further towards our dorms. ,,Me neither, i wonder what changed her mind this time'' I said as i waved my friends goodbye and entered the dorm happy to have some rest after a long day of school. I noticed Wednesday wasn't back yet so i sat down on my bed and noticed Thing walking up to me. ,,Hey Thing, you also coming to the party tonight?'' I curiously ask as i grab my phone. ,,Yep i've also been invited'' He signed. ,,great! want me to do your nail for the party?'' I grabbed some nail polish as Thing crawled on my bed getting ready for me to put on nail polish.
,,I always enjoy our quality time like this'' i smile as i open the nail polish bottle and start to do Thing's nails. After a while i finish and i look back at the door noticing Wednesday had still not returned. ,,You like your nails Thing?'' I softly smile trying to get it off my mind. ,,Yeah it's looking great'' He signed seeming pretty happy. I look at my phone as sent Wednesday a quick text. She promised me she would charge her phone now everyday so i could text her if something's wrong.
I got a text back soon enough 'Im at Eugene's, Ill be there soon ma cheri' I blushed looking at the text. ,,She's so amazing..'' i mumble as i send a text back. 'Alright, see you soon love' I put away my phone walking into the bathroom to take a bath. I take my clothes off and fill the bath with water and soap, i get in as it has been fully filled and take a couple minutes to relax. After a bit i get out of the bathtub and i dry myself off and binding the towel around my body. I walk out of the bathroom and walk over to the closet to change into a cute dress for the party.
,,Alright what do you think Thing?'' I walk out the closet wearing a cute pink dress. ,,You look amazing Enid'' Thing signs. ,,You indeed look amazing'' I hear Wednesday's voice behind me seeing her stand next to the dorm door as i turn around. I walk up to her with a bright smile wrapping my arms around her. ,,I didn't know you were going to the party'' I say placing a kiss on her lips. ,,I already had a feeling you would go and i heard there would be alcohol and someone has to keep an eye on you'' She says returning the kiss.
,,i don't even drink alot, you should keep an eye on Yoko she's the one who got drunk last time'' i chuckle letting go off her. ,,Im gonna go change into something nicer'' she says as she leaves to the closet to change her clothes. After a bit she gets out the closet and i smile looking at how beautiful she looks. ,,You look so pretty Weds'' she stands there awkwardly. ,,We should go soon, It's gonna start in a bit'' I say to break the silence walking towards Wednesday holding her for a moment. ,,You sure you wanna go?''
I say looking at her with a soft smile. She nods and lets Thing get on her shoulder so we could get to the party. We start walking towards Xavier's shed and Wednesday lets me hold her hand while we go there. ,,Hey guys!'' Xavier says as we arrive at the shed. Wednesday quickly lets my hand go and i notice her mood change. ,,Hello Xavier'' she says as we walk inside. 'Is she ashamed of our relationship..?' i wonder. ,,Enid!'' Yoko runs up to me hugging me tight.
,,Sorry about that, she already had a bit of alcohol'' Divina says grabbing Yoko. ,,Don't drink too much Yoko'' i say smiling at her. ,,I'll be fine, don't worry pup''
Wednesday pov:
Im talking with Xavier as we sat down on a couch he had put in his shed and he offers me a drink. ,,You like strong drinks or something light?'' He asks as he gets up. ,,Don't pity me, I can handle a strong drink'' I say smiling. Since me and Enid have been in a relationship i have told Xavier i did not feel the same way. I haven't told anyone about our relationship tho, i don't know why but im just not ready yet.
,,here you go'' He passes me the strong drink and we hold our glasses together. ,,Cheers'' he says as we both drink our drink. He coughs a little as he swallows it all, it made me chuckle a little as i had no problem drinking mine. ,,Jeez that's strong!'' He says as his eyes get teary. ,,Jeez don't cry you cry baby'' I say holding in a laugh.
I notice Enid looking at me and Xavier from across the shed, she's talking with Bianca and Eugene. As i look towards them Eugene waves at me and i wave back. ,,Wanna do another round?'' I say looking at Xavier. ,,Jeez you sure? ur gonna get drunk in no time if we keep drinking this'' He says questioning if i was serious. ,,If you want me to be actually fun, fill my glass and let's drink Xavier.'' As he returns with another glass we both drink it again and Xavier seems to be less struggling then the first time. ,,At some point it tastes better'' He says chuckling.
,,Those two are gonna be so drunk soon'' Bianca says looking at me and Xavier. ,,Oh well atleast it's not Yoko this time'' Divina says looking at Yoko who is sitting down drinking from her blood bag. ,,Were gonna see Wednesday being drunk? i wonder what she's like when she had alcohol'' Kent says as he sits next to me and Xavier and also takes a drink. ,,Im not sure if it's such a good idea-'' Eugene says looking at Enid who also seems to be unsure about it.
After a bit of drinking i already start to feel light headed and i start laughing about the most random things. ,,Holy crap Wednesday is actually having fun'' Bianca says looking at me. ,,Everyone gives in once they take alcohol'' Yoko chuckles finally getting up as she feels a bit better. I finally get up from the couch and walk towards Enid. ,,You doing alright Wednesday?'' She says worried as i hug her. ,,Yeah im just a little light headed'' i say smiling not really having control of what im doing.
,,Wednesday you're getting drunk-'' Enid says trying to make sure i dont fall down. ,,What's going on?'' Ajax says walking inside the shed. ,,She drank a bit too much-'' Bianca says pointing at Wednesday. ,,Let's get you home Wednesday-'' Enid says as she wants to grab my hand but i pull back backing away. ,,No i want to stay.'' I say coldly ,,Wednesday you're drunk let me take care of you'' She says trying to get closer. ,,Leave me alone!'' I say a little harsh as i notice Enid backing away shocked about my reaction. ,,Whoa calm yourself down towards her Wednesday.'' Yoko says getting up standing infront of Enid.
I turn around sitting down in the couch seeing Xavier looking at me as im about to grab another drink. ,,Quit drinking.'' He says taking away the bottle. ,,Give me that-'' I say getting annoyed. ,,No ur gonna start drinking water and sober up, You're already starting to get aggressive'' He says putting away the alcohol. ,,Fine.'' I say coldly taking the glass of water Xavier gave me.
Enid pov:
,,Imagine how she's gonna be when she sobers up and gets emotional'' Bianca chuckles and i glare at her for a moment. I walk towards Wednesday and sit next to her on the couch wrapping my arm around her. She leans against me drinking some water before placing it on the table and cuddling up against me. ,,Were gonna go home soon and im gonna take care of you alright?'' she nods as i kiss her forehead letting her fall asleep. ,,Awh you two are so adorable'' Divina says looking at us smiling. ,,So are you two like dating or..?'' Xavier says looking at me. ,,Oh yeah we've been in a relationship for a couple days now'' I say as i get comfortable on the couch.
,,WAIT WHY AM I ONLY HEARING THIS NOW?'' Yoko says as she looks at me gasping. ,,We wanted to wait with telling everyone'' I say feeling awkward as everyone is looking at me and Wednesday. ,,Anyways, I should get her to the dorm before she starts drinking again'' I chuckle waking her up and helping her get off the couch. ,,Come on Wednesday were gonna go back to the dorm'' I let her lean on my arm as she had trouble walking. ,,You coming too Thing or do you wanna stay longer?'' I look at Thing who is having fun with Eugene ,,I'll stay longer'' He signs as he continues to sign with Eugene.
As we finally arrive at the dorm i lay her down on her bed and help her change into her pyjama's. ,,How are you feeling?'' i say as i sat down on her bed. ,,i feel like im sobering up i guess..'' she says getting under her blankets and getting comfortable. She grabs my hand and signs me to sit closer. I get closer and she rests her head on my arm and i let my other hand go through her hair. ,,Your hair looks way better without the braids'' I say smiling.
I notice she had fallen asleep as i carefully lay her head on her pillow and i walk into the bathroom putting some water in a glass putting in next to her bed. ,,Goodnight my love'' I smile as i get in my own bed and fall asleep too.
