<pre style="font-size: 9pt;">Lately i"ve been reading all these brother best friend stories so i've decided to write one of my own! :) hope you enjoy it!

Best friend plus brother equals: "why am I alive?"
"What should I do to impress Kaolin?" I asked my best friend Ashley.
"Oh, just walk around the house naked!" She suggested happily.
I scowled at her. "What!!!! What do I look like to you!?!" I said with
a bitter expression.
She pretended to study me. "You look like a slightly desperate,
sexually frustrated, teenage girl." She smiled.
"Gee, thanks!" I said sarcastically.
"Lighten up, Rose (Short for Rosalie). If he likes you, he'll show it."
"How! He's my brother's best friend. I mean, the two of them
practically have a bro-mance!" I sighed disappointed.
Ashley smiled. "Look at the bright side, if anything at least he didn't
reject you for a girl."
I scowled at her again. "Why am I friends with you?" I said quietly.
She burst out laughing.
"Rose?" My brother Heath called for me.
"Jeah?" I responded opening up my door.
"Caleb's here." He said. Caleb was Ashley's boyfriend. That lucky bum.
I sighed as he made his way into my room and kissed her.
"Hey, Rose." Caleb said with a smile.
"Hi." I said with a weak smile.
"Let me guess...Mister irresistible?" He teased.
"Would you just shut up!" I stood up. "You guys are not helping my
situation!"
Caleb sighed and sat on my bed besides Ashley. "I think you should
realize that Kaolin is fooling around with other girls." Caleb said
sadly. I looked out my door, refusing to make eye contact with them.
"Be back." I said to them. I went into my hallway and headed to the
bathroom. I shut the door and open the window trying to get some air. I
should try getting him, right? I mean, he sleeps with everyone since he
is the schools biggest slut!
"Oh, sorry." Kaolin said as he stood between the slightly open door. "I
didn't think anyone was in here." He smiled a bit. I felt my breathing
catch in my throat.
"Uh, no! It's alright. I'll just get out." I smiled at him. I got up
from the window still and watched him as I did. Kaolin was six feet
tall with light brown hair, murky green eyes, high cheek bones, and a
very muscular build. God, he looked amazing.
When I reached the door he placed his hand on my shoulder. I tried to
ignore the sensation of pleasure that it brought me. "Are you alright?"
He asked politely.
"Yeah." I said quickly. I mean, does he expect me to talk about how
heartbroken I am over him? "I'll leave you alone to pee."
He chuckled and shut the door as I left. Leave you alone to pee? What
the hell is wrong with me!
I shook my head and tried not to murder myself as I retreated back to
my room. Caleb was holding Ashley in his arms while she spoke to him.
"Alright, enough PDA!" I said jumping on top of them. They laughed and
we all started a tickle fight.
Someone passed through the hall and paused at the door before bursting
in. It was Heath. He came in with a pillow and smacked me in the head.
"Ouch!" I whined as I landed on the floor. "Oh, this is war!" I jumped
on his back and started tickling him. Heath was only a year and a five
months older than me. He's seventeen. He was in his Junior year and I
was in my Sophomore year, unfortunately. Heath was another man-whore.
He was lucky enough to inherit all the good looks in the family. He has
golden blonde hair, sparkling light brown eyes, and he was all toned
and fit. I, on the other hand, have black hair, dull dark brown eyes,
and I'm short, and curvy. I was skinny and tiny and fragile. That's
probably why Kaolin likes the tall girls that are overly developed.
"Haha! Kaolin, I need your help!" Heath laughed as I sat on his stomach
and tickled him. Kaolin rushed to the room, but was attacked by Ashley
and Caleb as soon as he made it in. He carried Ashley and flung her in
the bed before tackling Caleb. Did I mention he's on the football team?
Finally, he made his way over to me and grabbed me. He pulled me off of
Heath effortlessly and held me in place. "What should we do with her?"
Kaolin asked my brother as he rose off the floor.
"Hmmm, I think we should give her a swhearly!" Heath suggested.
My eyes popped open. "No! Heath, if you do that I'll cut off your
favorite appendage!" I threatened.
His face wrinkled up with worry. "Fine." He sighed. "Let her go." He
glanced down at his watch. "Besides the Nick's game is on."
"The Nick's game!" Kaolin released me and ran downstairs with Heath.
"Wow, boys and their stupid basketball games." Ashley commented.
I glanced around the room. "Caleb's with them." I said.
"That sob- of-a-" I cut in.
"We should probably join them." I combed back my hair.
>>THE NEXT DAY AT SCHOOL<<
I shut my locker after jamming my huge history textbook into my bag.
"Haha! Kaolin stop." A girl said flirtatiously. I turned to see Kaolin
kissing Madison's neck. Ugh! I rolled my eyes and tried not to cry as I
walked in the opposite direction. Why'd he have to sleep with every
girl. Why can't he just like me? I went into the bathroom and washes my
face. I can't believe I'm stupid enough to even try. All of a sudden
the lights went off. I quickly hid in a stall.
"Have you ever had fun in here?" Madison said. I nearly gagged when
Kaolin said yes.
"Well, then, I have to make this extra special." She said right before
I heard the clattering of a belt buckle.
Oh my god! Please tell me they are not-"Hmmm, yeah." Kaolin moaned. Ew!
I hauled out my cell phone and texted Ashley.
My text: 'Ashley, I'm in major trouble! Kaolin's having sex I think, in
the girl's bathroom with Madison and I'm stuck in here! HELP ME!!!!'
I waited for her reply as I heard Kaolin groan.
Ashley's text: 'Gross! Okay, I'll be there in five.'
I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself down. As I tried to shove my
phone back into my pocket it fell and hit the ground with a thud. Oh
shit!
"What was that?" Kaolin asked.
"Who cares?" Madison said in a husky voice.
I imagined that Kaolin must've given her the 'WTF' face. "Get off." He
commanded her.
"Whatever." She said before I heard her snatch up her items and run out
the door.
"Anyone there?" Kaolin asked, flicking on the lights.
I scrunched up on the toilet-seat praying he wouldn't find me. Just
then I heard the bathroom door swing open. Kaolin ducked and hid in the
stall beside me.
"Rose?" It was Ashley's voice. Oh, god! Why'd she have to say my name.
"You in here?" She called again. But I didn't answer. I was too afraid
too. She texted me, but I was afraid to move. Once she left the
bathroom Kaolin stepped out. He paused in front of my door.
"I know, you're in there." He said softly. I covered my face
embarrassed.
"Okay, let me explain." I said as I opened the door. "I wasn't trying
to be a pervert or anything, but you two scared me."
He laughed. "It's alright." He shrugged. "Why didn't you just answer?"
I looked down at the floor. Did I really have to explain it to him?
"Because..."
"You were embarrassed?" He guessed. I nodded. "It's fine. Just, uh,
keep it to yourself, kiddo." He patted my shoulder before leaving.
"Kiddo?" I said aloud before I clamped my hand over my mouth. He turned
and smirked at me.
"Problem?" He teased.
I scowled. "Not at all." I clenched my jaw before heading to the mirror.
He left after that and I fell to the floor. Why'd he have to call me
'kiddo'? I texted Ashley back and told her I wasn't feeling well after
that display so I was just going home. She didn't reply. She was
probably upset that I had let him get to me. As soon as I got home I
crawled in to bed. My parents were lawd knows where. They always ran
off whenever their job needed them so Heath and I were pretty much on
our own most of the time.
"Rose?" Heath popped his head into my room.
"What?" I said groggily. I must've fallen asleep.
"Are you alright?" He walked into my room and sat on the edge of my
bed.
I sat up. "Yeah, I just feel queasy." I gave him a forced smile.
"Okay, alright." He patted my knee. "Well, Kaolin and I are gonna head
off to Sammie Moore's party. If you're feeling up to it-"
"I'll be ready in five!" I said bouncing out of bed. He chuckled and
went off.
"You can bring your friends too." He added.
