natasha lets go of your hand. "maximoff will help you onto the quinjet. you know where to find the ankle brace?"
you nod quickly, pushing back a small piece of hair that has fallen out of her braid. "i'm fine, tash. you should go."
"you did great, champ." she turns to press a kiss to the palm of your hand. "go look in the front pocket of my backpack, too, okay?"
"okay."
wanda uses her powers to support you until you safely enter the quinjet. from there, you brace yourself against the wall until you reach the med kit and yank out the ankle brace from the bottom of the box.
gingerly, you wrap your ankle before grasping natasha's bag from where it hangs on the wall. unzipping the front pocket, you see two of your favorite chocolate granola bars, and a note.
