Vale near Tukson Book Trade
Jack Arthur looks at the library with his squad, Kelly Jones, Frederick Mcdougle, and Aaron Grant before going inside to wait for the owner to come out. they could hear a humming noise in the back before Jack rung the bell.
"Coming." the owner of the library said before coming out of the back with books. he dropped them and turned around to see jack and his team.
"Hello, welcome to Tukson's book trade, home to every book is under the sun." the man said
just then two people walk in one man with silver hair and a woman with green hair and red eyes and push Jack out of the way
"May, I help you?" Tukson ask
"Just browsing." the silver man said before opening and closing the book.
"Actually, I was wondering." the woman said before moving closer to the desk. "Do you have any copies of the Thief and the Buchter?"
"Yes, we do." Tukson replied Jack the others silently went to the aisles covering themselves in darkness
"that's great!" the woman exclaimed
"Would you like a copy?" Tukson ask reluctantly
"No just wondering." the woman denied causing red flags to appear in jack and his team
'So, they're the would-be murders Firestick warn us about' Jack and his team thought for getting the warning that their defector was in danger.
suddenly a book was closed violently by the silver hair man. cause both Tukson and the green hair woman to look before she returns to her questions. after going through some of them with the sliver haired man which Tuskson replied to. Jack thought it was time to reveal himself
"What about-" the Ripper?" the woman would say one last question on a book before Jack interrupted, scaring the three.
"I'm sorry?" Tukson ask confused
"The Ripper." Jack repeated
"I don't believe we have that one." Tukson said after thinking for a moment. making the two people to look at each other nervously, as they don't know the book either.
"Ahh was curious is all." Jack said, "and who are you two? you must be new here in vale."
"Oh, I'm Emerald, and this is Mercury." Emerald introduces themselves to Jack.
"Just call me Jack" Jack said "And I heard that some Faunas are up and leaving the Fang, after some mad villagers attack them. and I also heard that some humans join up with the Fang to kill the defectors."
that comment made Emerald and Mercury feezed in place, almost that this man knows what they were doing. that when the rest of the team came out, shutting off the lights, making Tukson duck under the desk knowing what is going to happen and only come out when he has to fight or when it's all over.
"So, what are you going to do Emerald and Mercury, fight me or leave?" Jack said in feral tone
"Heh and what are you going to do? make us cry?" Mercury asks tauntingly, trying to make Jack angered but was shocked when Jack laugh
"hahaha, oh there was a reason why I said the Ripper, do you know why?" Jack asked the two.
"No and why is that?" Emerald said to Jack
"it's because the name it holds brought terror throughout the world. even making the Grimm shutter on what this man did." Jack said "even though his kill count is less then Tyrians, it's how he did it that made him so infamous. and given him the name the Ripper or the Knife." Jack explains
Emerald and Mercury now had a tremor of Fear went down their spins, they didn't know what Jack was talking about, but they did catch on some clues that he was a serial killer, just much brutal then Tyrian.
"HA we can take on the Ripper." Mercury said before getting a look from Jack
"How can you fight him if you can't see him? but enough talk let's fight." Jack said before charging at the two, almost catching them off guard before Jack delivered a right hook-on Mercury, cashing him to daze when Kelly tackled him to the ground. Emerald tried to use her semblance, but Jack got the quick draw with his semblance, Chaple Fright.
Its effect works immediately on Emerald as she looks around in what could be in the night of an old city. with only the lamps on the road just barely providing any lights suddenly ethereal lights came from a graveyard, out of the graveyard look like a man, covered head to toe in Grimm clothing with a top hat and holding a knife.
suddenly the man roared in a feral way and charge at her causing her to freeze up in fear. before the man can attack her, she was suddenly back at the store with sweat pouring down her face. "Now leave this building and we won't kick you into prison for attempt murder, understood?" Jack said to them. both of them quickly nodding their heads before running away from the library.
"That severe those crooks right." Aaron said "that's some nice work Jack. using your semblance on her."
"Heh now let's go back to you Tukson, and get off the floor you look ridiculous." Jack Said to Tukson who was now getting off the floor.
"Sorry but when I notice that when you said they were going to kill me, I know I had to take cover and fight if I had to." Tuskon explain
"No worries, almost everyone could have done that if they were facing their attacker."
"So, you here for my extraction to Vacuo, correct?"
"May we see the tickets?" Jack asks
"Of course, since Roman gave it to me, I thought I was going to wait for his informers." Tukson said before giving Jack the Ticket.
"Yes, these are the tickets." Jack said before ripping them up. much to the shock and anger of Tukson
"Wha-Hey! I need to get out of here and You stopped that."
"That was the plan, however we got reports of some the goons their want their piece of White fang defector meat. So, we have to improvised." Jack explains before taking out a ticket that said 'Old Worlds Hopes'
"What's this? Tukson asks Jack and his team
"Ever heard the Story of the Lost Fleet?" Jack Ask ominously
"*scoffs* Almost everyone in Remnant heard that story. It said that a group of Faunas stole some boats and headed towards the Eternal Mist, never to be seen again. It was said that they found a super Grimm that lives there so there were not any rescue attempts" Tukson said
"Well, you're not entirely wrong. They Did steal some boats, and They went through the Eternal Mist, but they survived." Jack said looking at Tukson in the eye when he said that.
"H-How?" Tukson asks because there was nothing to prove on what he said.
"The Eternal Mist, as you call the Thor's line, was a defense mechanism of Weather Technology to keep us safe from the outside world" Jack said "we had no idea that there were more survivors before the Faunas came to us."
"I have to see it to believe it." Tukson said "and you will." Jack replied, "but first do you need anything to store for the trip?"
"Yes." Tukson said "May I keep my library with me? I want some of Remnant stories to your world if you want."
"I think that would be arrange." Jack said

"So, can anyone tell me how Vale is doing?" Alexander asks the control room of the OAI
the OAI (Office of American Intelligence) is the official name of the Agencies after the unification of the American Continents. It was birth when many spy agencies realized that while they can operate on their own. it would be disorganized that it would make terrible mistakes that would spell doom to the United Continents. So, they rebuilt a unified agency from the ground up. using many techniques that their agencies use and put them in the new agency. from interrogation to cyber extraction, they use it all. The New agency even use hackers in its ranks in case of the outside world found them.
"Atlas has their fleet in Vale for the upcoming Vytal festival. and Firestick is moving towards Area Chernobyl after a rally. fortunately, a defector named Tukson is coming to our shore with additional information, with his library surprisingly." a male hacker named "Cyslasher30"said
"I am still pissed at the fact that we can hack them so easily. My three-year-old could make a better cybersecurity. and that's just improving ours." a Female hacker named "PinkRAD" said
"Yeah, takes the fun out of it." Cyslasher30 said disappointedly

"Cut the chatter you two. We need to make sure that Fang doesn't interrupt the Vytal Festival. If they do, we have to resort to Operation Curtin Reveal."
"Yes sir." both the hackers said at the same time.
"General, we have confirmation on the Informants that something big is going on with a 'Queen' leading it" John, and AI, said
"So, we have a big chess game going on, do we?" the General of the Army said
"Affirmative, and it seems to be all happening in Vale, and the Headmaster in Vale is Ozpin. coincidence, no?" John said
"Hmm is our spy ready?" Alexander asks
"Yes sir, and he has the perfect background to put him in."
"Well, let's just wait and see."

Ozpin look out of the window to see an Atlas air fleet on the landing pads of his Acadamy. he sighs at Ironwoods overreactions again at the first sign of trouble 'can't blame him' Ozpin thought 'when Copper was in charge it made Atlas military so dysfunctional to the point Ironwood is jumpy at everything now.'
"Ironwood certainly loves bringing his work wherever he travels." Glynda said scornfully to Ozpin when looking at the action below their tower.
"Well, running an academy and a military make him a busy man" Ozpin said 'Especially trying to reform it' "but yes, they are bit of an eyesore"
suddenly the tablet on Ozpin table started beeping, alerting him that someone is in the elevator. "Come in" Ozpin said
When the elevator doors open, it reveals two men. One of them Ozpin recognized, the other however, he didn't know who this man is. but he could tell he was shocked before shaking it off and was smiling to Ozpin
"Ozpin!" the man shouted opening his arms wide.
"Hello general" Ozpin greeted.
"No need for formalities." Ironwood chuckled, "It's been so long, and Glynda! it has been too long snice we first met."
"Oh James," Glynda started sarcastically "I'll be outside"
"She hasn't changed a bit" Ironwood observed.
"And who is this I might add?" Ozpin asks
"Oh, this is-" "General, I appalled your announcement for me, but I can introduce myself if you don't mine." the man interrupted Ironwood politely.
"And you Are?" Ozpin ask again to the man
"My name is Dr. Henry Sulfur; I was a friend with Dr White before his passing." Henery said
when Ozpin heard that, he became suspicious of Dr Sulfur
"And how you friends with him? because I would have known if White had friends or not." Ozpin said
"Well, when you have Copper on the back of your necks, it kind of gets stressful that you forgot you partners name for a while. After his Raid I had to go into hiding." Sulfur said and Ozpin immediately backs down. Knowing very well how many times the old doctor was stress because of Exiled General.
"So, what in the world has brought the two of you all the way down from Atlas?" Ozpin asks giving the two men coffee, "Headmasters don't usually travel with their students for the Vytal Festival. And Docters like you need to stay in a lab with your colleagues."
"Well, you know how much I love Vale this time of year. and with you hosting I thought that this might be the right to catch up."
"And I'm here for some touring around the city, not in these clothing of course, don't need a crook to get me off guard." the Doctor said
"I can certainly appreciate quality time between friends, but the fleet outside my window has brought me concern." the Headmaster of Beacon said
"Concern is what brought them here." Ironwood said, "and don't worry about the Dr. here, he knows."
"Yes." Dr. Sulfur Replied to Ironwood claim, "I only known because of Dr. White's will that he gave to me before the Raid. and trust me Ozpin, I will finish what my friend started."
"I appreciate you determination Dr., and General I understand travel between kingdoms has become more difficult-" Ozpin start to say to Ironwood before the General interrupted him.
"Oz, us three know why I brought those men." Ironwood said knowingly, making Ozpin sigh.
"Were in a time of peace, and this is the Vytal festival, show of power like this, is going to bring up the wrong impressions."
"But what about that Man?" Ironwood ask, "he killed the White Fang mercilessly, attack you huntsman without thought, and the people have recordings of him."
"That is why we're here." a voice said from above the men before Trevor jumps down, scaring the two Atlasians, which Ironwood pointed his weapon, Due Process, at him.
"Now Trevor, there is no need to reveal yourself and scaring these men." Ozpin said to Trevor before looking at Ironwood, still trained his weapon on Trevor, "you may now drop you weapon Ironwood, he's with us."
Ironwood slowly put his weapon away, but still has his eyes on Trevor in case he does anything. while Dr. Sulfur was shock beyond belief.
"Who are you? I never seen a Grimm like you before" the Dr ask
"What is with you people think that I'm related to Death? I'm not a Grimm, just an immortal corpse." Trevor said causing the Atlasians to be shocked on what he said
"What?" Ironwood said
"The Man at the docks? he is part of a group that turn me into this, who I fought against long ago." Trevor said to those two who brought some sympathy from the two.
"And back to your point Oz, I'm just being cautious, what Qrow said is true-""then we have to do it tactfully" Ozpin interrupted "which is why we will continue to train the best Huntsmen and Huntresses we can."
"Believe me I am." ironwood said before he and Sulfur turn to leave. "But ask yourself this Ozpin, do you think that your children, will win a war?"
"I wish they don't have to." Ozpin said quietly only for Trevor to hear. Trevor looks at him with knowingly as he was in the war
"Sometimes you don't have a choice Oz." Trevor stated, "reality can hit you in the face."
"I know, I just hope that they can still have their life before it happens."

Team RWBY was playing Remnant the Game with it being Ruby's turn. she looks at her cards and looking for a place of attack. Weiss has looking at her card while behind her Team JPNR (juniper) were reading (or in Nora's case sleeping). Yang was smirking at what she had, and Blake was dosing off, thinking about what happen
"Alright." Ruby said before she looks at her half-sister "Yang Xiao Long, prepare your kingdom for battle.
"Bring it on!" Yang challenged
"I deploy the Altasian Air Fleet! looks like I get to fly right over your Ursai and attack your walls directly!" Ruby said while making airplane noises while Yang Gasp in mock shock
"You fiend!" Yang said in sarcastic anger
"And snice Atlas is part of Mantel, my repair time last one turn." Ruby said confidentiality before Yang laugh. making her gasp on why her siter is laughing
"Pretty sneaky sis, but you activated my trap card!" yang reveal making ruby scream out 'whaa' before yang continued
"Giant Nevermore!" she said slamming it sown making pieces on the board jump. "If I roll a seven or higher, fatal feathers will slice you fleet in two." "But if you roll a six or lower the nevermore will turn on your forces."
"That's chance I'm willing to take." Yang said and she prepare to roll the dice. However, before she could drop the dice, and loud 'NOOOO!' echoed in the library spooking team RWBY and JPNR and making Yang rolled a 3.
"HOW DO YOU HAVE THAT CARD?!?" a man shouted to his collage who was laughing at his friend's misfortune.
"We told you not to having him to play with us." a female state "and we also said he always wins at his fist time playing."
"I thought you guys were pulling my leg, now I know I have to listen to you guys." the first male said
"Come on I'm just lucky." the second man said while laughing
"Lucky my ass! you have your semblance turn on, did you?" the first man replied
"No, I agree with him Frank, he is lucky on his first try." the second female said
"And my semblance isn't for making cards, it's for tracking." the man joked
"Yeah, and having that kind of luck, your almost unbeatable" the first female said
"Ahh, I'm not that good, and besides, this is again my first time playing this game." the man replied honestly
"Hey, are you the one that screamed? because you made me lose my army!" Yang said to them
"Sorry but look on what he had!" the man named Frank said to Team RWBY who then in turn look on what the second man had. It was a card with three gears, and in the middle of said gears look like compete data lines going out the gears and flowing out.
"what's that card" Ruby asks
"It's called Hack Attack, if I roll a 1 through 7, it will cause any robotic unit to shut down for three turns, but if I roll anything higher, the robotic unit in the area will become MY units." the first man Explained causing Team RWBY mouths to dropped
"that's OP" Ruby said
"That is also why there is only ONE in the entire game, and there are counters to this card like CY Secure, which cause 1-5 to be unaffected, 6-10 to shut down, the 11and 12 to be hacked and controlled by you. It only works on robotic units though." the man continued
"And what is this game called?" Wiess ask
"it's called Cy war Risk. very new, like came out yesterday new. oh, where are my manners. My name is Nathinal Grenn, that there is Franics Zelenka, over there is Alice Arroyo, and she is Willow Cobalt." Nathanel said, " we're team FWAN".
"So, what are your weapons?" ruby asks excitedly.
"A Gun nut huh, well you came to the right place, my weapon is a fifty-Cal sniper mix with a great sword called Hunters sight." Nathanal said
"Mine is an SMG-45 mix with a katana, called Fury's blade." Alice said
"Mine is a Warhammer mix with a machine gun, called Found's Annihilation" Franics said
"And Mine is two pistols with a dagger, called Bane's Judgement." Williow said
"Well now good now can we go back to-""sup losers?" Weiss started to say before Sun interrupted with a blue harried man with him
"Hey Sun." Ruby greeted
"Ruby, Yang, Blake, Ice Queen" Sun announced "Why is everyone calling me that?" Weiss said annoyed
"I never got the chance to formally introduce you to my old friend. And I see that you made new ones as well" Sun said to them while also referring to team FWAN
"I thought libraries are for reading." the blue man said.
"Thank You!" Ren shouted, follow by Nora waking up and said 'pancakes'

"*GehGehGeh* Intellectual okay, thank you. I'm Neptune." Neptune said
"So, Neptune where are you from" Wiess ask "Haven. and I don't believe I got your name Snow angle." Neptune said causing Wiess to blush.
"Uhm. I'm Weiss." Wiess announce herself before Neptune
"Are you kidding me?" Jaune said out loud because he uses the same nickname earlier and got a negative view on it.

"So, Blake, I didn't know you were the Board gaming type." Sun said while looking at Remnant the Game.
"I think I'm done playing." Blake said as she started to go back to her team's dorm leaving the others behind. there was silence for a few moments.
"Women." Nora states causing everyone to look at her.
Back in the Dorm, Blake was remembering the docs, what Roman said the fight, and that Man. she had a worried look on her face especially what Ozpin said to her during his meeting with her.
suddenly the dorm room open revealing RW_Y with yang having a temper after Jaune beat them. Blake took this chance to leave before being Stop by Weiss.
"Lately you been quiet, anti-social and moody." Weiss said
"Uh have you met Blake?" Yang put her words out, which Weiss ignored.
"Which I get is kind of your 'thing'," Wiess continued " but you been doing it more than usual. which quite frankly is unacceptable. You made a promise to me, to all of us, that you would let us know is something was wrong." Weiss said causing Blake to look at her.
"So, Blake Belladona, What! Is! Wrong!?" she said as she is on a chair pointed at Blake, which confused Ruby and Yang.
"I just." Blake started to say, "I just couldn't understand why everyone is so calm. "
"you're still thinking about Torchwick" Ruby said
"Roman, the White Fang, That Man, All of it. Something big is going on and no one is doing anything about it!"
"Ozpin told us not to worry." Yang said, "between the police and the huntsman, I'm sure they can handle Roman and the Fang."
"Well, I'm not! and they didn't see what that Man did, and they don't know the Fang like I do!" Blake said to her team which caused them to look at each other
"Okay," Wiess said "between blowing up nightclubs, stopping thieves, and fighting for freedom, I'm sure that the three of you're all ready to go out and apprehend these ne'er-do-wells."
"Uh who?" Ruby interacted before Wiess continued
"But let me once again be the voice of reason, we're students, we're not ready to handle this sort of situation."
"Well yeah but-" "were not ready!" Ruby started to say before being interrupted by Wiess
"And we never be ready!" Blake shouted. "Our enemies won't just sit around and wait for graduation day, they're out there, somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is. We don't even know what the Man is now and its coming, whether we are ready or not."
"Okay, all-in favor being the youngest huntresses to single-handily bring down a corrupt organization conspiring against the kingdom of Vale say aye." Ruby said to her team
"Yes" Yang shouted
"Well, I guess it could be fun."
"Aye." a new voice behind the door said shocking the team.
"who's there?" Weiss said
"it's me Nathinal and my team, may we come in?" Nathinal said
"Yeah, let me get the door." Yang said before opening the door.
"Thank you, and what we were saying-that is a safety Hazzard." Nathinal said before he and FWA_ looking at the... 'bunk beds' team RWBY made.
"Well, it works, also can explain why your here."
"Yes, we overheard your conversation about what happen in the docks, so we want to help you." Franics said before looking at Blake "So, Former White Fang huh? got out before being too hairy?"
Blake looks at him angerly but before she can retort, Nathinal stops her. "Before you say anything, it's his way of saying you got out before the White Fang gone into the deep end. there were some rumors going around in villages that the Fang hanged kids."
Team RWBY look at Nathinal in shock "what do you mean the Fang hanged kids?" Blake asks
"It's just a rumor in the villages, but there are some reports in said villages that some guys have some screws loose and done that. Again, just Rumors."
Before team RWBY could dwell on that, Willow spoke out loud
"So, are we going to stop them?" Willow asks
"Oh yeah, lets hatch a plan!" Ruby said
"Yeah!" Yang said before Ruby remembers something important
"I forgot the board in the library!" Ruby announces dramatically
"we're doom." Wiess said while Facepalming
"I'll be right back" Ruby said to both of the teams before running into someone
"Sorry." Ruby said to the person "are you okay?"
"I'm fine, just watch where you're going." Emerald said to her before she held out her hand for Ruby with Mercury at her side
"Oh, right, sorry." Ruby said to them as Emerald pick her up "Um. I'm Ruby! and are you new?"
"Visiting from Haven actually" Cinder said
Ruby looks at her for a couple of seconds before making up her mind.
"Oh, you hear for the festival. Oh, but exchange students have their own dormitory."
"I guess we got turned around." mercury said getting a chuckle out of Ruby
"Oh, don't worry happens all the time!" Ruby said to them before Emerald and Mercury continued walking "Uh your building is just east from here."
"Thanks." Cinder said, "maybe we'll see you around."
"Yeah maybe, Oh, Welcome to Beacon!" Ruby said to them as cinder smirked evilly as her plan was in motion.
However, this was not the case
looking toward the left Emerald saw the man again for a second before he disappeared scarring her "what's wrong Emerald." Cinder said to her subordinate.
"I just saw the man again." Emerald said to Cinder looking like she just had a nightmare
"Again? that the third time this week." Mercury said
"Are you going to let someone's semblance to ruin My plan Emerald?" Cinder growled out
"No, but it just I feel death every time he gets closer to me. like I'm his next target." Emerald said
Cinder growled at that, ever since they failed to take out Tukson Emerald had nightmares and visions about the Ripper getting her. and she sworn that he was getting closer to her, but no one was there. this is causing a major problem for them.
"Try to ignore him for now until the plan is complete."
"Yes Cinder." Emerald said

Machines are working together to build up a robotic army, people in the bunker marching to the beats of Drums and scientists to create new weapons of war. the Army of his thousand-year soldiers have been achieved and now are almost ready to strike.
"My Fuhrer, it is time"
Reich Fuhrer Ewers, decedent of a scientist that left the third Riech when the war was lost, saw one of the Generalleutnant (lieutenant general) standing at the door
"of course, is the power armor test complete."
"Yes, the attack was successful." the Generalleutnante
"Excellent, now we need Atlas to have our types and let Copper back in."
"We know they would never do that by peacefully my Fuhrer."
"That is why we attack them when all of their military is in one location, which is Atlas itself. now let's look to our army"
as they both left the office, and they look toward their army that was waiting to be unlashed to rule again.
"For Hundreds of years, we have been in shadows, for hundreds of Years we have waited for this moment, and for hundreds of years we have watch as the Earth Burned and give way to Remnant, to see the Wizard and Witch fought one other on a grave. Now is the time to Rise again AND COMPLETE OUR FUHRERS DREAM!!"
The entire army cheered at their Fuhrer said, want to rule the world for a thousand years and kill all who opposed them. After all, all their emeries are gone, long since buried under a pile of ash.
"Now when their Vytal Festival comes, we strike. For this will be THEIR FINAL DAY!!" Ewers shouted on the top of his lungs "with the army shouting their ancestor's motto.
"now" Ewers said to his Generalleutnante "who will stop us from completing our dream

"I saw them." he said "I saw them returning."
"Who?" one of the people ask
