Zircon brought you a bag of chips. He untied the knot restraining your wrist, and watches you...eat.
Zircon: So cute...so adorable...
After the bag was finished, he took it and tossed it into a nearby bin.
Zircon: What to do, oh what to do with you...
You...what are you supposed to do?
Zircon: That's it! Oh, perfect...
Crap. He IS going to kill you. Well, sorry, mom, Kayla. Looks like you're not even gonna say goodbye to them...
Zircon: You're going to be my little pet!

Sorry, WHAT!?
Zircon: You're too adorable! And so weak and fragile...you'll be a perfect pet!~

Zircon: Oh, you're shaking. Poor thing.
He grabs you, and bridal carries you.
Zircon: There there...no need to be frightened, I'm not going to hurt you.
Matthew: I...don't understand.
Zircon: Oh? But it's quite simple, really. You're my pet. An obedient, lovely pet.
Matthew: N-No...I...
Zircon: Don't worry, I'll take good care of you. I'll feed you, bathe you, play with you, and I promise you'll find it all...enjoyable.~
Nonononono this is bad. You can't...go with this...thing! You need to get out...!
Zircon: Hm? Oh, don't struggle, cutie. It's useless to resist, you're not strong enough.
Matthew: Let me g-go, please...!
Zircon: Let you...go? Go where? Your home isn't going to be safe for much longer.
Matthew: Huh...?
Zircon: This school isn't the only place we came to, the whole planet is where we're coming in. So sooner or later, if not now, your home is long gone.
Matthew: No...i-it can't b-be...m-mom, I...

Zircon: Shhhh...don't cry, pumpkin, don't cry... I'll protect you, you'll never be in harms way.
He was just lying...yeah, that's got to be it. But what if it's true, then...
Zircon: Aw, there there. You're safe with me, darling.
He gently wipes away your tears, his claws...you're scared.
Zircon: See? All better. Don't pout now, you'll love your new home, Matthew.

Jacko P.O.V.
Well, we found them.
We heard that there has been a ruckus in this area, and went to eliminate the ones who caused it.
We followed their trail, and they were in a big truck. Well, time to settle this once and for all. From the trees, i jump onto the truck, while another fellow soldier clawed onto the back.
I tore a hole, revealing a teenage human girl. This was going to be easy...
???: Get them off!
???2: On it!
I made it halfway it, when I was hit by a bat at my thigh. How stupid are these creatures? It would take more than-Ack!
I got hit square in the visor by an orange ball with black stripes, getting my body out of the vehicle.
???2: Bryan, I can't keep them at bay forever! What do we do?
Bryan: I got a plan, keep making sure they stay OUT of the truck!
Oh hell no, I am NOT going to let that slide! I clawed at the hole, making it bigger. More objects were thrown my way, so I blocked with my arms. She was starting to get on my nerves...
I jumped through the hole, finally entering. I see the girl swinging her bat at the other protogen, making it's way through the back of the truck. She notices me, and focuses on me.
She takes a swing, as I block it with my arm and claw at her face. She dodges, kicking me in the leg. I slash at her face again, managing to cut her shoulder. She swings at my feet, but I jump and attack her with my claws, which she blocks with her arm, causing blood to spill.
The back of the truck suddenly flew open, causing my teammate to fall out, and me flying there too! I claw onto the side of the truck, with almost all of by body out. There was a sudden turn, and I lose my grip, causing me to fall out of the vehicle.
Landing on the pavement, I look up and see them driving away quickly. They got away...DAMMIT!
I'm not fast enough to catch up...I should probably check up on the other protogen.
Jacko: Hey, you good?
Protogen: Yeah, although my heard hurts like crazy.
Jacko: You should rest, getting hit with a bat does have its effects.
Protogen: Okay. I'm sure that they won't get far. We have soldiers everywhere.
Jacko: Hopefully they get what they deserve...
Right now, I should check up on Zircon. He was supposed to take a look at that school and destroy any survivors, but he could be distracted be something, again.
24 minutes later
Well, here I am. I enter through the front door.
Jacko: Heloooooo!? Are you here, buddy!?
Zircon: Yeah, I'm here! I wanna show you something!
I hear his voice from the corner. Seems like he found something interesting?
Jacko: What do you want to show me?
Zircon: A new pet!
A new...pet? Huh, probably a rock or something...
Zircon: Here he is!
...WAIT WHAT!?
Jacko: WAIT WHAT!? THAT'S...!
In his hands, was a scruffy human, who seemed to be in their teenage years. The human looked scared to death!
Jacko: Zircon, why do you have a HUMAN with you...!?
Zircon: Like I said, he's my new pet! Isn't he the sweetest thing?~
Jacko: But...he could be dangerous!
Zircon: Relax, I've already checked him out, he's harmless.
Jacko: But this is...I just...are you SURE!?
Zircon: I've already made up my mind! Oh, I'm so happy!
Jacko: Your pet doesn't seem happy.
Zircon: Well, he still needs some time for adjustment! But he'll get around, trust me!
Now for my decision. Should I try to talk some sense into him, or let my best friend have this...pet? Well, any species that isn't a protogen and has intelligent life are considered a threat. But on the other hand, Zircon's ecstatic, and he's not breaking any laws, he's letting him go FREE. And the human in question...looks so weak and pathetic.
Zircon: Jacko? You there?
Jacko: Ah, um...sure, you can keep him.
Zircon: Yay, thanks for supporting me!
I'm probably gonna regret this, but I'll keep a close eye on...hm...
Jacko: What's his name?
Zircon: Oh, it's Matthew!
Matthew. Got it, I'll make sure he doesn't try anything.
Zircon: Is everything going smoothly?
Jacko: We have 2 humans in a truck, but I'm sure they'll be caught.
Zircon: Then let's get back to base?
Jacko: Yeah, let's head back and wait for more instructions.
