Something About You

Storm

I'm leaning against the wall in our packed living room but my eyes instantly found her, the moment she walked in. How could they not? Feyre's gorgeous, stunning even and is easily the most beautiful girl in the room.... Or house really. I've always know who she was because she's my best friends step sister. We've been to the same parties and hung out multiple times but I've never really talked to her except for the usual hi or bye.

I remember seeing her freshman year for the first time and thought she was beautiful then. I found out once Jack and I started getting close that she had lost her boyfriend in a drowning accident a few months prior which made sense, because of the sadness in pain behind her pale blue eyes. It was one of the first things I noticed about her, how her smile never fully reached her eyes. She would force these smiles and fake laughs often and it fooled everyone.

But, it never fooled me. I could tell there was more to her than a pretty face and sadness but I was to caught up in myself to even speak to her. We've maybe said five words to each other in three years. Today at the coffee shop when I saw her for the first time in weeks, that sadness was back in her alluring eyes and there was something about it pulling me in.

Almost like when I look at her, I see something different than everyone else. She walked in only a few minutes ago with her tight, leather shorts and a strapless, figure hugging top that accentuates her perky chest and those shorts give a good few of her tight, round ass. She's like the girl next door and a little vixen all mixed into one and it has me feeling some sort of way.

Her hair is dark brown, in curls falling down her back. Her makeup looks flawless with a nude pink tint on her full lips that I've been dying to taste since this morning. I noticed some heads turned when her and Kenzie walked in. Kenzie is a bombshell in a whole different way and a lot of guys notice, especially Jack. He's liked her for a couple years now but hasn't made a move yet. Hopefully that'll change.

I watch as she walks into the kitchen and starts making drinks. Jack walks over and hugs them both, then her head turns and she looks around like she's searching the room for someone. Our eye lock on each others and I see the red spread across her cheeks. I stand a little taller and she does the same, the confidence that radiates off of her is so sexy.

She has this shyness and confidence which only draws me in even more, because she's such an enigma. I kick off the wall and make my way over to her, ignoring the puck bunnies who try to get my attention along the way. I approach her and the closer I get the more I realize our height difference. She is short and petite which makes my dick twitch as I imagine tossing her around my bed.

"Beauty" I say and she grins.

"Hey" falls from her sweet lips.

"I'm glad you came, I was waiting for you" I admit but can tell she doesn't buy it.

She laughs "I'm sure you were" she tilts her cup back bringing it her lips and my eyes follow her every move.

"It's the truth Beauty, whether you believe it or not" I take a drink of my own cup.

"Why? What about me how now caught your attention? Because you never looked twice at me before" her attitude only makes her even sexier. I like that she has this unexpected fire inside of her.

"How do you know I have to always seen you?" I counter her statement.

"I highly doubt it... but whatever floats your boat" her eyes trail down my body and then back up to my face and I feel hot under her gaze.

"It was me, not you that was holding me back from saying something before. If I'm being honest" her eyes widen with curiosity.

"And why were you holding yourself back?"

"I had gotten out of a shitty relationship right before we started here and I swore of girls. Trust me when I say I noticed you then but told myself to stay away"

She rolls her eyes in disbelief "Well I swore off guys like you a long time ago so... sorry to waist your time" she tries to step around me but I stop her.

"Guys like me? You don't even know me" I say defensively.

"Yeah and I don't want to... I know about guys like you Storm and the last thing I want is to be another puck bunny crossed off your list"

"You're not a puck bunny Feyre" I say seriously.

"Exactly, so why are you talking to me?" She drinks down the rest of her solo cup and sets it on the counter.

"Because I find you to be the most beautiful girl at this party along with in general. You peak my curiosity and captured my interest, which is rare so I wanted to take a chance getting to know you"

She lets out another laugh "Do you realize how arrogant that sounds? My God.... Do girls really fall for that crap? Because I'm not. I'm flattered that I somehow 'pierced through your wall of curiosity' but I refuse to think it makes me special or different. Go try that on someone who will believe it" she walks around me and disappears into the sea of people.

Jack walks over and pats my shoulder "We're you trying to flirt with Fey?" There's no anger or irritation in his tone.

"I... uh... yeah I tried but failed miserably" I drink down the rest of my beer and then walk over to pour myself another one from the keg.

He follows and refills his own cup "Let me give you some advice since I've known her practically my whole life. She isn't charmed easily and she doesn't fall for the usual bullshit that we spill. She likes to keep it real and honest. When her and our best friend finally got together it took time. He tried everything on her and nothing worked until he stopped and acted like himself. She fell in love with him hard. When we lost him and almost her that night I was scared that she would never recover"

"But she did?" I say as more of a question.

"Eventually yeah, but she hasn't let another guy in. Many have tried but she keeps her guard up and ice around her heart. If you want her to give you a chance than just be yourself and be patient. She's worth the wait" he walks off after that and I'm left processing his words.

The things is I usually don't try with girls... ever. But with her itself different and I want to try but apparently that's the wrong approach. I need to cool it on the nicknames and stupid flirty lines that keep falling from my dumb mouth. I chug my beer, then pour another and walk through the living room into the game room and find her playing beer pong.

She's partnered with Kent one of our top defenders and they're playing against Dax one of our forwards and Jake who's our kick ass goalie. I watch as she throws the ball, making it in another cup and Kent nudges her to tell her good job. It bothers me watching him get close and make her laugh.

Once they finish and kick the other teams ass I walk over "I want to play you two" I say with a smirk.

"Who's your partner Cap?" Kent asks.

"Me" Kenzie walks over with Jack and he stands aside to watch us.

"But let's make this interesting...." I suggest and see her eyes light up.

"How so?" She asks.

"If we win I get to kiss you" Kenzie laughs next to me and so does Kent.

"And if we win?" She asks.

"You choose" I say and she thinks for a moment.

"You have to give me a lap dance in front of everyone to a song of my choosing" she counters.

Kenzie grins at her and Kent cracks up "I would pay to see that" he adds.

"You'll get a free show as long as we win" she says and starts to set up their cups.

I grab some more beers as Kenzie sets our side up and honestly I feel like it's a win, win for me. Either way I get to be close to her whether it's a kiss or lap dance I'm game for either at this point. The game starts and they make their first time cups, getting balls back and then make them again. I won't lie and say I'm not nervous about us getting our asses kicked.

When it's finally our turn I make mine in but Kenzie misses. This continues to be our flow until she makes two in a row which puts us in the lead. We go back and forth until we each only have one cup left. I'm up and make it, then Kenz goes and misses. Feyre and Kent both plop it right in and take the win. Everyone watching claps and cheers as they hug, Fey looks over at me with a smirk.

"I'm ready for that lap dance" I sigh in defeat.

"Fine, let's do this" Jack grabs a chair and drags it to the center of the room.

Feyre tells the guy playing music what song she wants and then sits in the chair. I do a pretend stretch and try to hype myself up, luckily I'm not a completely terrible dancer. Pony begins playing through the speakers as people start to whistle and cheer for me to start. Fey sits back in the chair staring at me as I slowly walk over to her.

I shake my hips to the beat and take my jacket off, tossing it at her and then I turn around and shake my ass in her face. She playfully smacks my butt, then I turn around to face her and drop it low right in front of her, she looks at me surprised.

I lift a leg over her and grind my crotch against her as I lift my shirt over my head. People are clapping and laughing all around us but I only keep my eyes on her. I'm half naked dancing on her and shaking my ass on her lap she has red cheeks and a grin on her face but she seems to be impressed as well.

When the songs over I'm straddling her small frame and we're face to face kind of. My chest is heaving as I try to catch my breath, she parts her lips to speak and I capture them with my own. We hear whistles around us as I slowly pull away and she looks at me with her big doe eyes.

"Looks like we both won now" I say with a smirk and climb off of her.

I grab my shirt and pull it over my head, along with my sweater. She stands up from the chair and the crowd disperses, everyone going back to the party. She moves the chair aside and walks over to me "You kissed me" is all she says.

"I did" she just stares up at me and I can't read her expression.

"Why?" Her eyes search mine.

"Because I wanted to... whether or not I won that bet" I say with a genuine smile.

"But why? Why me?" Her voice is fragile not angry or annoyed which is unusual.

"I've been wondering what your lips tasted like since I saw you at the coffee shop this morning" I say as I look into her breathtaking eyes.

They slowly part like she wants to say something but she hesitates and then her demeanor changes and she becomes cold again "Well next time, don't" she walks off after and I stand frozen in place.

I turn around to find her and see her with Kenzie. She talks to her animatedly and then they walk out the front door. I'm so confused by whatever the hell just happened between us. For a moment I thought she might have liked the kiss because that's what it felt like. She kissed me back instantly with just as much intensity and it lit my soul on fire.

I end up drinking away my feelings to forget the rejection I feel deep inside. I get hammered and then end up passing out in my rook with a trash next to me incase I puke up all the beer I drank. Too bad there's not enough beer or whisky that could take away the whole she left inside of me when she walked out that front door.
