About a week in Bejing has passed and Qie , Niu and Y/n had went to the ice cream parlor after school and they got ice cream together , they sat at a round table outside chatting with each other
"Hey y/n youre english is getting better!" Qiu says smiling as she ate her wildberry ice cream (is that even a thing?)
Y/n smiled "really? I have" y/n asked and the two girls across from her nodded
Y/n could understand a lot of what people tell her , she learns fast
(For my sake she learns fast😭)
"Hey y/n I noticed that you live in a small apartment but your like rich , why?" Niu asks and y/n smiles
"Well its just me and my..appa so I mean , it not that bad?" Y/n responds and Qiu tilts her head
"Appa? What's that mean?" She asks and y/n smiles "its dad , or father in Korean" she explains taking in more of her I/f (ice cream flavored) ice cream
The two girls "awe" at her and they talk more about where they came from and what enthnithiy they are
"Wow y/n your also Mexican , that's so cool!!" Niu yells
Y/n nods "yeah , my quince my was really nice too!!" y/n says an the girls nodded " I wish we could have been there , the pictures looked really fun" Niu said and Qiu nodded
The three girls were chatting again till a boy n jeans and a purple pladded polo shirt came up to their table
Y/n looked at him and cringed "你想要什麼？(what do you want?)" Y/n asked and the boy also known as Cheng looked down at her ice cream "你的冰淇淋(your ice cream)" Cheng says pointing at it
"你沒有自己的錢來支付嗎？為什麼要讓我做？(dont you have your own money to pay for it? why make me do it?)" Y/n asked and Cheng shrugged "因為我想要你的(cause I want yours )" Cheng responded
.y/n sighed and looked at Qui and Niu " ¿Lo conoces y/n?(you know him y/n?)" Qiu asked and y/n nodded "Sí lo hago(yeah , i do)"
Cheng sighed "you know a lot of languages " Cheng said and looks around . y/n nodded "yeah? Is that problem?" Y/n said ,her accent thick with attitude
Cheng chuckled "just buy me ice cream that's all I want " he said putting his hands up "No lo hagas y / n, haz que consiga la suya!(dont do it y/n , make him get his own!)" Niu yelled and Cheng scoffed
"Well?" He asked growing impatient , y/n sighed and shook her head "自己拿( get it yourself )" y/n told him and Cheng smiled
"我不是在問 y/n (i wasnt asking , y/n)" Cheng said and he took ahold of your hand y/n could feel his intimidating aura and stood up "美好的!(fine!) " she yelled and went to buy his ice cream.
Y/n got him mint ice cream not really knowing if he would even like it anyway , she went to him and handed it to him
Cheng smirked and patted her shoulder "nice doing business with you , see you later" he said and walked away
Qiu and Niu laughed and threw away the rest of their ice cream , y/n turned to them "he is so annoying" y/n whined and the other two laugh
"You two would make a really cute couple !" Qiu yells and y/n tilted her head before understanding
Once she understood she scoffed and shook her head "no" is all she said
"He is like hella annoying and he just , he is a bully..." Y/n says looking down and the other two sigh
"Yeah we know everyone knows but you don't know his side of the story " Niu said and y/n paused for a minute and sighed
"I guess-" y/n was cut off by her phone buzzing , she got a bunch of notifications from her dad saying that she needs to come home for prayers and to call her grandparents
She sighed "that's my call , I've gotta go my dad is gonna blow a fuse if I don't" y/n said and the girls nodded
"See ya later !!" The said in unison and ran off
Y/n smiled and walked home , but someone not too far was watching her...

After prayers with her father y/n CV alled her grans parents for a little and then changed

Y/n was sitting on her bed scrolling through insta and looking at Nao-yins story when she heard her dad calk for her .
She sighed and went to him " 아빠는 무슨 일이야?(what's up dad?)" Y/n asked as she came to him to see him sitting in the living room with what seemed to be mathematical equations on his papers
"Y/n please help i don't know the answers to any of this!" He said in a pleasing voice
Y/n looked at the papers , I can do them for you" she said and he smiled "really?" But she smirked "but you have to give me 100 dollars for the next 4 weeks " she said and he sighed "fine whatever please just help!"
She smiled and nodded "알았어, 오늘 밤 늦게 돌려줄게(I got it , I'll give em back later tonight)" she said walking back to her room
-time skip-
Y/n was at her desk finishing up the last math problem , it was about 8pm and she finished it , she put it to the side "정말 쉬웠는데 어떻게 그걸 몰랐지??( that was really easy, how did he not know that?)" She asked herself as she heard a knock on her door
"올!(come in)" she said and the door open "당신의 친구가 당신을 만나러 왔고, 그는 함께 숙제를 하자고 말했습니다.(a friend of yours is here to see you , he said something about doing homework together)" her dad said and she tilted her head
"그?(he?)" She asked confused
"그가 오게 해주세요(I'll have him come)" he said going downstairs
A few minutes later a boy she wish she never met came in her room and closed the door lightly behind him

Y/n sighed and turned to the work on her desk "왜 아빠를 들여 보내야 했니?(why did you have to let him in dad?)" Y/n asked herself
"What the matter , you seem upset to see me?" Cheng asked in a teasing manner which made y/n's blood boil
"가다(go)" she started and Cheng tilted his head "저리 가요(go away)" she said in unison
Cheng tilted his head "you know I don't speak Korean " he said sitting on the edge of her desk
She glared at him "what do you want ?" She asked bitterly "I just wanted to see you , and thank you for the ice cream " he said with a grin
"And you couldn't have waited till tomorrow?" She asked him and he shook his head "take the moment " he said .
"You got a nice room y/n" he said and she looked at him looking around and taking the photos she had to look at them
A lot of the photos she has were of her quince
Cheng tilted his head at the picture he had in his hand
Y/n had a red dress on with an off the shoulder sleeve

He awed at the dress , he didn't know what she wore it for but she looked pretty , like royality
She had a silver crown on her head and he hair was curled and put up with pins
He glanced at her "this was you?" He said showing her the picture
"Oh yeah , that was when I had my quince " she said and he tilted his head
"A...quince" he said chopping up the pronunciation a little
She nodded and explained it to him and he nodded "looks like fun , when was it ?" He asked looking threw her other quince pictures
"It was in july " she said "ah that was a while ago" he stated and she nodded
"Do you still have the dress?" He asked sitting on her bed still going threw the pictures
She nodded "yeah , I don't wear it though , not unless I really feel like it" she stated and he nodded
"Well" he got up going to her desk "so they weren't lying , you are an honor student , a damn smart one at that" she said looking at the math
"Oh... Yeah" she said grabbing the paper and putting it Into a folder
He looked at her for a minute "anyway thanks for the ice cream" he says with a grin
She took a deep breath "that's not what you're actually here for huh?" She asked and he smirked and nodded
"God what do you want ?"
"No absolutely not" she said shaking her head
"I know its early and all , about a week early that is but please " he asked her and she shook her head" I'm not even going to the festival in the first place " she stated and Cheng sighed and stood up from the bed
She watched him closes as he got closer to her , she looked to the side a little uncomfortable with him being closer than she really wanted him
All though she wants him 400 feet away from him anyway so I didn't matter cause no matter how far he was it was still too close
She looked to the side avoiding his pleasing gaze , her problem was that she was too nice to people , even the ones she hated
"God fine just - just get away from me!" She said shoving him away , he looked at with an amused face , she wasn't blushing or an yt thing but he knew she was flustered and it made him laugh cause he thought he could never make her flustered , or anyone at that matter
"Well its settled , I got myself a date with Meiying !" He said laughing
He smiled and y/n looked at him , she was going to get him meiying as a date for the Qi Xi festival
She was gonna get him a date with the girl she had an innocent crush on .
She sighed "now if that's-" she got cut off by her dad yelling.
"My god..." She started "Y/n!!! 여기와!!!!(y/n!! Come here!!)" He yelled and Cheng tried not to laugh at the girls annoyance
"I'll be back , don't touch anything!" She yelled as she went to her father
Cheng looked around and saw her phone open 'why did she leave her phone open?' Cheng thought as he picked it up
He saw a few Instagram notifications , he decided to try and put his Instagram in her phone
But there was one problem....it was in Korean
He sighed , he found her settings and spent 10 minutes trying to find the language setting.
.after he did he changed it for a little so he could add his Instagram in her phone
He changed it back and set her phone down
A few minutes later she came back "okay like I was saying , if that's all you needed , you can let yourself out" she said coldly
Cheng chuckled , but for some reason it made y/n shiver a little 'hm?' She thought
"I said you can go now" she said and Cheng came to her "I will let myself out , that's for a great time " he said leaving
"My god he is unbelievable"
