Single + Double Date?

It has been a few weeks since Arin and I started dating. It has been going smoothly, and no one besides Todd has found out about us. We mostly just hang out at my place after school or after Arin finishes his basketball practice. He ordinarily goes home after dinner where I usually cook something simple for us or if I'm feeling lazy just order takeout, I wish that he could live with me but I understand that it might be too fast for that.

We haven't gone on any dates yet since Arin's usually busy with practice and tired afterward while I am a homebody and hate going outside. And we were mostly fine with it. We liked hanging out with each other at my place and considering that back at my place, we have the privacy to do what we did last time, we didn't mind. That had been the status quo until today at least...

It was a sunny afternoon and classes have ended already. I was sitting in the empty classroom nearest to the locker room, waiting for Arin to finish his basketball practice so we can go home and hang out. I rested my head on table and peered out the window, looking at all the people walking from school when a sudden hand tapped me on the shoulder.

I jumped in shock to see Todd standing beside me waving his hand at me with a cheeky grin on his face. This is bad. He must want a favor.

"What do you want?" I said resting my head back on the table with my arms acting as a little cushion so that it's comfortable but now instead of looking at the window, I was looking at the man beside me.

"Yo dude, you gotta help me out." He pleaded as he started babbling about how friends always help each other out and that he'll help me if I were ever in the same situation even though I don't even know what the situation is...

"Cut to the chase." I hurried him, not wanting to hear any of the bullcrap as I was brooding, waiting for Arin

"Well, you know the chic I'm trying to bag right? The one who likes to arrive early to class?" He asked, speaking faster than usual

"What was her name again? Jacqueline?" I answered trying to recall

"No, it's Jessica." He corrected me as he seemed to go all dreamy eyed when he mentioned her name

"Yea yea, whatever. Same thing." I said, dismissing the mistake

"Well, she's a writer for the school newspaper right?" He said as I briefly recalled about it

"And?" I asked, not knowing where this is all leading to

"Thing is, I asked her out on a date and it took some convincing but she would only agree to go on a date with me if it was a double date and that you were going with us." He explained

"And why would she want me to go on a double date with me?" I asked, dumbfounded at what the reason might be

"I was getting there. You remember the whole thing with you standing up to the basketball bullies and you being nicknamed one punch man?" He asked

"As if I could forget, the whole school has been calling me that since it started. And it starts to feel more like something to mock me with rather than a nickname." I sighed as I hated being called that because I think it makes the bullies angrier at me and in turn angrier at Arin. I'm still waiting for the day it all implodes and all the consequences hit me all at once.

"Anyways, she's the one who came up with the nickname and printed it in the school paper and wants to interview you on the situation and was hoping you would answer some questions during the date." He explained more.

Ohhhhh... that Jessica.. I have blocked her out of my mind for quite some time. A few days after the incident with the bullies happened she approached me asking for an interview and I declined. After that she kept asking me for interviews but I told her to fuck off in a more polite manner every single time as I didn't like talking to strangers in general.

"Not happening." I stated immediately after remembering which Jessica he was talking about.

"Come on man, please. She has the most perfect size of tits and she'll bring a hot friend of hers too for you." He bargained as I gave him a look of disgust after he said that.

"You know there are more to finding a girlfriend than a nice pair of tits. And more importantly, I have a boyfriend and I do not plan on cheating on him." I replied looking at the window again, hoping he'd go away. I suddenly heard the sound of him dropping to the floor as I looked back at him, he was on his knees now.

"Come on man, please. I'll pay for all the food and just make Arin wear a skirt and a wig or something. I'm sure he'll pass as a chic." He begged as he put his hands together  begging me for help with puppy eyes.

"Still not happening. And besides  I don't know if Arin will even want to crossdress." I turned him down as I didn't think Arin would even want to try crossdressing let alone crossdressing in public. Not that I disliked the idea.

"Come on, it's your chance to take Arin out on a date too. I know that you two haven't been on any." He argued, trying to convince me

"I- I take Arin out on dates." I retorted, not wanting to admit I haven't took Arin out on even a single date yet

"Oh yea, where?" He quickly asked for examples

"W-we have dates at home." I admitted, a bit embarassed

"What? What do you guys even do staying at your place?" He questioned further

"Uhmmm, we play mario kart, watch netflix, and eat dinner together." I said trying to think of the usual things people do on a date that we do at home

"Dude. That's just what friends do not people who are together together." He said as he looked at me with a pained expression

"Well, he also sucks my dick." I quickly blurted out

"COMMMME ON DUDE. I don't want to think about that shit." He said as he looked away in disgust

"The answer is still no. By the way." I added as I chuckled a bit looking at him uncomfortable about the topic of gay sex

He was about to try to convince me again when our attention was shifted by the door to the classroom opening. It was Arin. Still in his basketball jersey, covered in sweat with a towel around his neck. He looked pretty hot in my opinion but then again when is he isn't.

My lips almost instinctively turned into a smile when I saw him as my eyes lit up. But Todd's eyes seemed to light up too, probably seeing this as a chance to convince Arin in order for me to go.

"Hey David, I was just about to change, thought I should let you kn-" he said when he was rudely cut off

"Oh Arin. You've gotta help me. Please." He said running up to Arin and kneeling in front of him now

"Ignore him." I said as I stood up and leaned on the table ready to leave and accompany Arin to the locker room.

"Oh didn't see you there Todd. What seems to be the matter?" He asked as he looked down to see Todd.

Todd took quite some time explaining the entire long and complicated situation to Arn.

"Please Arin. Whatever clothes you need I'll buy them for you. Just send me the bill afterwards." He begged as Arin was his last hope of going on a date with Jessica

"What??? I need to dress up as a girl?" He asked in shock as he stood there all embarassed, his face turning red, him sweating more than before and now his cute emerald eyes moving left and right in embarassment

"So cute" I accidentally muttered under my breath looking at him all embarassed. Thankfully, the both of them didn't hear me and I was just staring at Arin in awe at the level of cuteness he was exhibiting.

"So Arin? Will you help a brother out? Please, I think this is my only chance at finding love and after seeing what you and David have. I really want that too." He begged as he tried guilting Arin into agreeing. The guy sure knows how to talk. But I'm fairly certain that Arin wouldn't agree to something as embarrassing as cross-dressing

"F-fine. But only once got it?" He agreed but was clearly uncomfortable about it.

"YES! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I WILL REPAY YOU FOR THIS ONE DAY. I PROMISE!" He shouted before quickly standing up and running outside to what I assume would be a victory lap.

"Damn you Arin and your kind heart." I sighed as I walked to him

"W-what? He said that he wanted what we have and I kind of felt bad for him." He tried defending himself as he pointed his fingers together

Oh Arin. You and your pure heart. He's not trying to find love. He just wants to find the biggest pair of tits to grab and go home with it. The womanizer... but I didn't want to say all that to Arin.

"So, you really going to buy a skirt and a wig to play dress up?" I asked, chuckling a bit at the image in my head

"Well, I promised... accompany me... please?" He pleaded as he held my hand and looked at me with his puppy eyes

Now I usually can reject any request no matter who it's coming from. But from Arin... I couldn't... even if he told me to jump off a cliff... I think I would...

"Of course I will." I said as I held his hand as well

"Now go get changed already. I want to go home and stop thinking about what we have to do." I said as my free hand was between my eyes, rubbing the space between them

"Hehe, but it sounds fun, you know? Going on a date." He said, sounding a bit excited.

We walked towards the locker room, comfortably holding hands since the university was now mostly vacant by this time.
