It's been an few days since the Friendship Games and a few things happened.
First up, your dad and some government agents were able to cover-up the whole magic incidents at the Friendship Games so that no one would ask questions about what happened.
Second, Cinch resigned as principal of Crystal Prep and left Canterlot City. Some say that Cinch left the country to try and work at an different school and as for who Crystal Prep's new principal is, Cadance was chosen and promoted from dean to principal.
Third, Crystal Prep changed back into it's old self, an school where everyone gets along and is friendly with each other like CHS which made your dad rather happy to know about this.
Fourth, Twilight explained to you and your girlfriends why she didn't come back to the Human World sooner. Apparently she had to save Equestria from an unicorn named Starlight Glimmer who went back into Equestria's past to prevent the Equestria version of Rainbow Dash from performing a Sonic Rainboom which would help her and the Mane 6 get their Cutie Marks and become friends in the future and become the bearer to the Elements of Harmony as payback when the Mane 6 stopped Starlight's plan of making all ponies be equals by getting rid of their Cutie Marks and replace them with Equal Marks but Starlight did it because her only childhood friend got his Cutie Mark for being talented in magic and left to Canterlot to study magic which made Starlight felt abandoned and blamed Cutie Marks as a result. When Starlight learned that if that the Mane 6 don't gain their Cutie Marks thanks to the Sonic Ranboom and become the bearers to the Elements of Harmony in the future as a result, Equestria would be doomed so she allowed the Sonic Rainboom to happen, become Twilight's student and study both magic and friendship. Fifth, you helped Sci-Twi and the Shadowbolt girls get used to being at Canterlot High and they got along with a few people and your girlfriends.
Sci-Twi became great friends with her Equestrian counterpart and Sunset Shimmer as she learned more about Equestria from them.
Lemon Zest got along with Pinkie Pie as they both like to make desserts with Lemon Zest's favourite dessert being lemon tarts and she also got along with Sonata Dusk for their love of music.
Indigo Zap became good friends with Rainbow Dash as the two of them would compete in friendly competitions and she also got along with Aria Blaze as they are both tough girls.
Sugarcoat was able to get along with Applejack because they were both honest girls with Sugarcoat being a little more blunt and she also got along with Adagio Dazzle for both being a little smart and straightforward.
Sunny Flare and Rarity got along as they both shared a love for fashion while Sour Sweet surprisingly got along with Fluttershy as Sour Sweet has a soft spot for animals.
You were rather happy that your girlfriends were getting along with Sci-Twi and the Shadowbolt girls after everything that happened at the Friendship Games.
Things have been going alright lately with you and your harem but little did you know that your harem was going to expand...
It's another Friday and school is over, your girlfriends along with Sci-Twi are at Sweet Shoppe and Sci-Twi was wearing causal clothes and changed her hairstyle into a ponytail.
And she wasn't the only Twilight wearing an new outfit for her Equestrian counterpart was now wearing an updated version of her previous outfit with a new shirt, a new bowtie, a new skirt with a new design, new socks with new designs and new shoes

Sunset Shimmer: "So Twilight, how are things in Equestria lately after the whole time travel stuff you went through?"
Twilight Sparkle: "It's been alright lately. I'm going to be an aunty soon." She said which surprised everyone, especially Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "Really? Our brother, well your brother has an girlfriend?" She asked curiously.
Twilight Sparkle: "Actually Shining Armor has an wife." She revealed which shocked Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "Who is it?"
Twilight Sparkle: "Princess Cadance." She said which made Sci-Twi gasp.
Sci-Twi: "Cadance?! The Cadance in Equestria is a Princess too and she married your brother?!"
Twilight Sparkle: "Yep, my Cadance is the niece of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and she is the current ruler of the Crystal Empire." She said which completely shocked Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "Whoa! That's a lot to take in. I can't believe the Equestria versions of my brother and the dean-now-principal of my former school are married and going to have a child." She said. 'Now that I think about, I sometimes see Shining Armor and Cadance hanging out a lot back at Crystal Prep and Cadance did say she was interested in someone and it could be my brother. I wonder if my brother and Cadance will get together.' She thought.
Applejack: So what else is goin' on in Equestria Twilight?"
Twilight Sparkle: "Well I've hanging out with my friends in Equestria and I'm teaching my new student some magic and a few friendship lessons."
Sunset Shimmer: "Oh yeah you have a new student. What was her name again?"
Twilight Sparkle: "Her name is Starlight Glimmer and you might like her Sunset. She is like what you used to be when you changed, someone who wants to right the wrongs she had done and become a better person."
Sunset Shimmer: "I would like to meet her one day."
Sci-Twi: "Um can I ask you girls something?"
Sunset Shimmer: "What is it Sci-Twi?"
Sci-Twi: "When you said that you were all okay with F/N getting more girlfriends in his harem, did you really mean it?" She asked.
Sunset Shimmer: "We did as long as F/N can spend enough with all of us and those girls who are interested in F/N must have the same feelings of love we do."
Twilight Sparkle: "Sci-Twi...do you have feelings for F/N?" She asked her counterpart who looked down with an slight blush.
Sci-Twi: "I do. I'm in love with F/N." She admitted.
Rarity: "Darling when did you realize your feelings?"
Sci-Twi: "Well it began when we first met. I was in the bookstore, reading an science book when F/N approached me and he wanted to talk to me because he said he noticed me being lonely and when we again at the Friendship Games, he told me to come and talk to him whenever I felt lonely and he's being helping me getting used to being at a new school." She explained.
Sonata Dusk: "That's our F/N for ya. He knows how to make you feel safe, warm and fuzzy." She said which made everyone else nod in agreement.
Applejack: "So Sci-Twi, since ya have feelings for F/N, just tell him how ya feel."
Sci-Twi: "I don't know. I mean he is dating the other me here." She said unsure.
Twilight Sparkle: "Sci-Twi, I'm sure F/N will accept your feelings and we are the same person but we are also completely different."
Fluttershy: "F/N did say that and he did say you are perfect in your own way."
Sci-Twi: "I got another question, do your families know that your in a harem?"
Rarity: "Yes they do."
Sci-Twi: "How did they take it?"
Pinkie Pie: "Well my parents weren't exactly open to the idea at first but they want me to be happy so they agreed to it and my sisters were alright with it."
Applejack: "Yeah, Granny Smith wasn't too keen to the idea and Big Mac wasn't too happy about it but they gave in and let me be in an harem."
Rarity: "My parents had mixed feelings about me being in an harem but they're okay with it."
Fluttershy: "My parents were a little weirded about it but they supported me anyway."
Rainbow Dash: "My parents were actually okay with it and the one good thing that has happened since I've joined the harem is that Fluttershy's brother has stopped bothering me about going on an date with him." She recalled.
When everyone at CHS learned that you got a harem and that Rainbow Dash was in it, Fluttershy's younger brother Zephyr Breeze was sadden that he wouldn't get a chance to be with Rainbow Dash but you helped him out and Zephyr eventually got over his crush on Rainbow Dash.
Sci-Twi: "Hey Twilight, what about your family and friends in Equestria? Do they know about your relationship with F/N in this world?"
Twilight Sparkle: "Yeah I told them and they are rather okay with it and they really want to meet F/N one day."
Sci-Twi: "So what do I do? How do I tell F/N how I feel about him?"
Adagio Dazzle: "Why not ask him out?"
Sci-Twi: "You mean like a date?"
Aria Blaze: "Yeah and during the date, tell him how you feel."
Sci-Twi: "I guess but I'm worried about what my family will think when they learn the guy I have feelings for has multiple girlfriends and I want to be one of them."
Twilight Sparkle: "Well if your family is anything like mine, they will want you to be happy and they might be okay with you being in an harem."
Sci-Twi: "I hope so. So where is F/N anyway?"
Sonata Dusk: "Isn't that him?" She pointed out an window as your girlfriends looked to see you walk pass by.
Pinkie Pie: "It is. Hey Sci-Twi, you should quickly go up to him and ask him out."
Rarity: "I agree with Pinkie. This is you chance."
Sci-Twi: "O-Oh, ok." She said and left the café.
You were walking around Canterlot after school had finished, thinking about what happened to you at the Friendship Games.
F/N: 'What happened to me? That was the second time I entered that dark rage thing and it happened when some sort of dark magic effected me, made me experience a huge amount of pain I never felt before and I entered an rage like never before.' You thought to yourself as you were worried if you would enter the Rage of Darkness again. 'I can't let myself enter that rage again because who knows what will happen if I do.'
Sci-Twi: "Hey F/N." She called out to you which made you notice her.
F/N: "Oh hey Sci-Twi."
Sci-Twi: "So what are you doing F/N?"
F/N: "Not much, just have been thinking lately. So what's up Sci-Twi?"
Sci-Twi: 'This is my chance.' She thought. "Say F/N...I was wondering if you were doing anything tomorrow." She asked you which made you thought for a moment.
F/N: "Hmmm...no not really. Me and the girls are probably just going to hang out or something."
Sci-Twi: "Well...I was wondering...if you and me could go out tomorrow." She asked you nervously as you realized what she asked.
F/N: "You...want to go on an date?" You asked her and she nods her head.
Sci-Twi: "Well the others suggested that I go on a date with you so I was wondering if you were okay with it."
F/N: "Sure why not." You said which made Sci-Twi smile.
Sci-Twi: "Really? Thanks F/N." She hugged you.
F/N: "Your welcome." You said as you returned her hug before letting go. "So how about I pick you up around ten a.m?"
Sci-Twi: "Sounds great. I'll be ready."
F/N: "Okay then, I gotta go now. See you tomorrow for our date." You tell her.
Sci-Twi: "Alright I can't wait."
You left while Sci-Twi returned to her in Sweet Shoppe with a smile.
Pinkie Pie: "So how did it go?"
Sci-Twi: "He said yes! I got a date tomorrow!" She said excited before having an look of realization. "I got a date tomorrow! What do I do?! I've never been on a date before!" She began to panic as her counterpart looked at her stunned.
Twilight Sparkle: 'Do I really look that bad whenever I freak out?' She thought.
Rarity: "You can relax darling. We will help you out."
Sci-Twi: "Really?"
Fluttershy: "Yeah we'll help you."
Sci-Twi: "O-Okay."
Rarity: "Now let's help you find an outfit to wear for tomorrow." She said as she and the girls leave the café.
The Next Day
You drove your car through Canterlot until you arrived outside of Sci-Twi's house after you called her earlier to tell her you were going to pick her up and she gave her address to you. You got out of your car and looked at Sci-Twi's house.
F/N: "This must be the place." You said as you went up to the front door and knocked on the door.
The door opens and you see to Sci-Twi's older brother Shining Armor wearing an simple T-shirt and pair of jeans.
Shining Armor: "You must be F/N L/N correct?"
F/N: "I am and you must be Shining Armor right?"
Shining Armor: "Yes I am. I'm Twilight's older brother and she told me all about you F/N. She speaks highly of you."
F/N: "Oh really?"
Shining Armor: "She did, along with your other girlfriends and the other Twilight." He revealed which made you freeze.
F/N: "Oh...I can explain."
Shining Armor: "There's no need. Yesterday, my sister along with her lookalike and your girlfriends came here and told us that my sister is going on an date with you. They told me about you, your harem and who the other Twilight is and where she came from. While I'm not exactly too thrilled with my younger sister going on an date with someone who has many girlfriends, she and her friends convinced to give you a chance." He explained.
F/N: "Oh...well I understand and you don't have to worry Shining Armor, I promise I won't try anything with your sister or force her to do anything she doesn't want to do." You tell him.
Shining Armor: "That's good to hear and I will allow you to go on an date with my younger sister but if you do try anything funny or hurt my sister in anyway, I will NOT be happy. Do you understand?" He said.
F/N: "I understand."
Shining Armor: "Very well then. I'll go get my sister." He said and walked off while you wait outside and looked through your phone until Spike approaches you.
Spike: "Hey F/N, how's it going?"
F/N: "Hey there Spike, I'm alright. How are you?"
Spike: "I'm alright and you should have been here when Twilight's parents learned I could talk. Their reactions were priceless." He chuckled.
F/N: "That sounds funny and I heard Princess Twilight was here yesterday."
Spike: "She was and you should have really seen the faces of Twilight's family. They were completely shocked beyond belief but she was able to explain everything."
F/N: "It must have been quite the mind-blowing experience."
Spike: "Yeah it was."
Sci-Twi: "F/N, you're here." She called out to you.
F/N: "Yeah I said I would-" You said as you looked up and eyes widen as you looked at Sci-Twi who was wearing an different outfit for the date and she has a book-themed purse.
Sci-Twi: "Well...what do you think?" She asked as you regained your focus.
F/N: "You look amazing Sci-Twi." You commented which made Sci-Twi blush slightly and smile.
Sci-Twi: "T-Thanks F/N. Rarity and the others helped me with choosing this outfit."
F/N: "Yeah that sounds like something Rarity would do. So are you ready for our date?"
Sci-Twi: "I am. So where are we going to first?"
F/N: "I was going to ask you where you want to go to."
Sci-Twi: "I was thinking of going to the museum. I know it's not the most romantic of places but-"
F/N: "I don't mind going to the museum with you as long as we can have a good time so let's go to the museum then." You said which made Sci-Twi smile.
Sci-Twi: "Okay."
Spike: "Bye Twilight, bye F/N." He said as you and Sci-Twi go to your car, get inside and drive through the city.
You and Sci-Twi arrived at the Canterlot Natural History Museum.
F/N: "Here we are. The Canterlot Natural History Museum."
Sci-Twi: "I wonder what they have on display inside."
You and Sci-Twi entered the museum and look around. You both looked at the exhibits such as plants, animals, fossils, minerals, rocks, meteorites, human remains and ancient artefacts which was really interesting.
Sci-Twi: "This place has everything." She said happily.
F/N: "You really like to learn new things don't you?"
Sci-Twi: "Yeah I really do." She admitted until you both same a group of people staring at an exhibit. "I wonder what's going on here." She wondered as you and Sci-Twi go to see what everyone is looking.
You and Sci-Twi saw the people looking at an book in an display case.
Museum Worker: "Okay folks, this tome here is the oldest artefact in the museum. It was one of the first artefacts to be displayed here at the museum and it continues to be put on display here ever since. Any questions?"
Sci-Twi: "Yeah I have a question. What's inside the tome?"
Museum Worker: "That's the thing, no one knows. The contents of the tome are in an language no one has ever known. Many historians have tried to translate the language but none of them have figured it out."
You started at the tome with an emotionless expression, you felt an unknown force making you look at it as if it was important and it was calling out to you.
Sci-Twi: "F/N?" She called to you which made you regain your focus.
F/N: "Huh? What is it Sci-Twi?"
Sci-Twi: "You were staring at the tome for awhile."
F/N: "Oh...I was interested. I wonder what it's contents mean."
Sci-Twi: "Yeah I was wondering too. I wonder what kind of language it is inside that tome."
F/N: "Right, so let's go."
You and Sci-Twi left the group and looked around while you had an sense of unease.
F/N: 'That tome...there's something about it I don't like.' You thought as you had a bad feeling about that tome.
You and Sci-Twi eventually left the museum and went to an café for lunch.
F/N: "So how are you doing at CHS?" You asked Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "It's great at CHS. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they all get along. My time in CHS is better than my time at Crystal Prep."
F/N: "Was your time at Crystal Prep that bad?"
Sci-Twi: "It was. Spike was my only friend during my time at Crystal Prep and all the other students only cared for themselves and wanted to better than everyone else thanks to Cinch's corruption." She said sadly and looked down.
You grabbed Sci-Twi's hand and she looks at you.
F/N: "Sci-Twi, you don't have to worry about those days anymore. Cinch is gone and Crystal Prep has become a better place as a result and your at CHS now along with me and many friends. If you worried that Cinch will come back for revenge or something, you don't have to worry because I won't allow her or anyone to hurt you. You have my word." You tell Sci-Twi who felt touched by your words as she blushes and smiles.
Sci-Twi: "T-Thanks F/N."
After you and Sci-Twi have finished lunch, you both went to the mall to look around and you both saw an familiar store.
F/N: "Hey Sci-Twi, do you recognize that store?"
Sci-Twi: "Yeah, it's the bookstore where we first met." She said with an smile as she remembers that day.
F/N: "Yeah I remember. At first I thought you were Princess Twilight so I went inside to check and when I sensed no magic energy coming from you, I realized you are this world's Twilight and I saw the look of loneliness you had on your face so I wanted to see if you were alright."
Sci-Twi: "Yeah and you called me a cute nerd." She said with a slight blush as she remembered the nice comment you gave her.
F/N: "I did? Well I still think you're a cute nerd." You said which made Sci-Twi's blush darken.
Sci-Twi: "You still think I am?"
F/N: "Of course I do and I also think you're beautiful." You admitted which made Sci-Twi hug you rather tightly.
Sci-Twi: "You really know what to say to a girl F/N?" She said with a smile. 'I guess it's really true. I do love you F/N.' She thought.
F/N: "Well I guess I have a way with words." You said as you hugged Sci-Twi back. "So what's say we go into the bookstore and see if they got any new books?"
Sci-Twi: "Okay." She said as she stopped hugging you as you both went into the bookstore.
You and Sci-Twi bought a few books and left the mall. You took Sci-Twi to one of your favourite places in Canterlot as you were both on an hilltop that overlooked the city.
F/N: "This is one of my favourite places to relax because you an amazing view of this great city." You tell Sci-Twi who looked at the view of the city in awe.
Sci-Twi: "This is an great place to see the city at an amazing view." She admitted.
F/N: "Whenever your feeling down, come to rest, relax and think here."
Sci-Twi: 'I think it's time I told F/N how I feel about him.' She thought. "F/N, there is something I want to tell you."
F/N: 'I think I might have a good idea where this is going.' You thought. "What is it Sci-Twi?"
Sci-Twi: "You have been real nice to me ever since we first met and helped me out a lot these past few days which made me...gain feelings...feelings for you."
F/N: "Sci-Twi..."
Sci-Twi: "F/N, you're the nicest and handsome guys I have ever met and you were one of the first people to ever be so kind to me besides my family and because of it my feelings for you have grown and now I want to tell you...that I love you." She confessed.
You stood there for a moment before smiling.
F/N: "Sci-Twi, I know we've only known each other for a few days but in those few days we've known each other, I see in front of me an beautiful and smart girl who no longer deserves the loneliness she had an endured at her old school and I gained feelings for her as well." You confessed back.
Sci-Twi: "F/N, are you saying you want me to be one of your girlfriends?" She asked with hope.
F/N: "Yes Sci-Twi, I accept your feelings because...I love you as well. Will you be one of my girlfriends?" You asked her and she smiles brightly.
Sci-Twi: "YES! A thousand times yes!" She said really happily and hugs you.
You then grabbed Sci-Twi's face and kissed her on the lips which she returns. You both kiss for a few seconds before having to breath for air.
Sci-Twi: "That was amazing!" She admitted with an blush on her face.
F/N: "I'm glad you enjoyed it Sci-Twi and since you're one of my girlfriends, you can kiss me whenever you want to." You said and gave Sci-Twi a quick peck on the cheeks which made her giggle.
Sci-Twi: "I think I will take you up on that offer."
F/N: "Let's relax and enjoy the scenery for awhile." You said as you held Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "Okay." She said.
You and Sci-Twi sat underneath an tree on the hilltop as you and Sci-Twi cuddled and looked at the view of Canterlot City.
After half an hour of looking at the city, you took Sci-Twi back home and walked with her up to the front door.
F/N: "Did you enjoy yourself today?" You asked Sci-Twi.
Sci-Twi: "I did. Thanks for the date F/N."
F/N: "It was nothing Sci-Twi and if you ever want to go out again, just tell me and we can organize another date." You tell her.
Sci-Twi: "I hope we can soon." She said.
You and Sci-Twi kiss for a few seconds before stopping.
F/N: "I better get going. Sunset and the Dazzlings are probably wondering where I am at the moment."
Sci-Twi: "Okay then. See you later F/N." She said and kissed you on the cheek.
F/N: "See you soon Sci-Twi." You said and went back to your car and drove off.
Sci-Twi goes into her home, upstairs into her room, lays down on bed and giggles rather cutely.
Sci-Twi: "I'm so in love." She said happily.

[AN: You are all probably saying or thinking "FINALLY!" that I've finally updated this story and released this chapter. I apologize for making you all wait for this chapter as I've been busy with my personal life but I'm working on this story again. Sci-Twi is now in the harem and I'm glad to have added to her it. Sunset Shimmer is my favourite EG character and my first EG waifu with Sci-Twi being my second EG waifu and I totally ship them together. Before moving onto the next story arc, I'm going to do some original chapters to have more girls join the harem and the next chapter is going to have two more females join the harem.]
