3rd Person POV
Willow is brought into the DEO with her head down and her hat covering her face. The armed agents have her in a tight hold on each arm, her hands already bound behind her in power-dampening cuffs. Other agents watch as Willow is basically dragged through the DEO and toward the center room where J'onn is standing with his arms crossed
The agents come to a stop, Willow's dragging and stumbling feet come to a stop as well, but they do not release their hold on her arms. Not in the slightest. And why would they? They were treating her like she was the enemy, like she was a National Threat
"Take her to a cell." J'onn orders the agents
"J'onn!" Alex exclaims, rushing in with Marvin following close behind
"Willow!" Marvin exclaims, rushing over to her and trying to see her. The agents do not let him get close, holding up electrifying sticks and showing the shock levels to Marvin who backs up with his hands up in surrender. Upon hearing the electricity spark, Willow shoots her gaze toward Marvin and he finally gets a look at her face. And he's pissed. "What the hell happened to her?" He whispers through his teeth, his eyes only on Willow's black eye and split/bloody lip. He looks at the agents who remain silent. "I said, what happened to her." He repeats, seething through his words
"They did what they were ordered." J'onn says. "They brought her in."
"They hurt her." Marvin emphasizes, gesturing at Willow's face
"Take her away." J'onn orders the agents who begin to pull Willow down the hallway once again
"Where are you taking her?" Marvin asks and J'onn does not answer. "Hey!" Marvin yells at J'onn, rushing over to him and turning him to face him. "You hurt the girl whom I love as my daughter." Marvin growls through his teeth. "And for that, I should make you pay. But if I do that, then you will never see Kara awake again."
"What the hell are you talking about?" J'onn asks
"I figured it out." Marvin spits at J'onn, pissed. "I found out what we need to do to get Kara out of her coma, to get the kryptonite poisoning out of her system."
"What do we need to do?" J'onn questions eagerly
"We need to find Superman." Marvin says. "So send out smoke signals, get him on the phone, do whatever it is that you need to do in order to get him here. You'll know where to find me when he arrives." And with that, he stalks away

"Marvin!" Willow exclaims, running forwards but then hitting the forcefield that was keeping her locked in the cell. She grabs at the side of her face where her eye is black. "Marvin...what's going on?" She questions with tears in her eyes
"J'onn thinks you're a threat." Marvin tells her
"I know that part." Willow says
"Kara's still in a coma." Marvin tells Willow. "I just presented an idea to J'onn and hopefully it works."
"What's the idea?" Willow asks
"I will let you know after we have tested it." Marvin says. "Right now, you need to worry about yourself."
"What?" Willow breathes, her whisper almost like a scoff. "I need to worry about myself?" She repeats what Marvin has just said. She clears her throat, trying to keep her composure. "I hurt Kara. I almost killed her. I did kill her. She's the one I need to worry about!" She yells
"Willow, you need to--" Marvin tries to calm Willow down
"No, you don't understand! I love her!" Willow shouts and then she snaps her lips shut, tears streaming down her face as she stares at Marvin. Her chest rises and falls heavily and quickly and her face burns -- from the admission or the salty tears stinging her black eye, who knows. It's silent for a long moment as Willow flops to a sitting position on the floor and buries her head in her hands
"I know." Marvin whispers, breaking the silence after a long moment. "I know." He says, walking forwards. "I know about your feelings for Kara." He tells her and Willow looks at him. "And it's okay. I know you love her..."
"I can never be with her." Willow says, choking on her words as more tears stream down her cheeks
"Never is a bold claim." Marvin tells Willow
"God, Marvin, will you wake up?" Willow scoffs. "Look at where I am!" She exclaims, gesturing to the cell around her without even bothering to get up from her spot on the floor. "I'm lethal to Kara. J'onn was right this whole time." She buries her head in her hands again. "I'm dangerous and it was stupid of me to ever think that Kara and I could be together..." She mumbles her sentence
"Don't you dare." Marvin growls and Willow looks at him, turning her head. "Don't you ever call yourself stupid." He tells her, stepping towards the cell, all the way to the forcefield. "You are not stupid. Your feelings for Kara are not stupid. Don't you ever think that. Mark my words, Willow Greene, I promise you that I will find a way for you to be with your love." He promises her

"Why didn't anyone call me?" Superman -- Clark Kent -- asks as he quickly follows J'onn down the hallway towards the medbay
"It's been hectic here lately." J'onn explains
"That doesn't mean anything." Clark says. "This is my cousin, my family. She's dying, you pick up the phone and you call me."
"I'm sorry." J'onn says as the two make their way into the medbay to see Kara laying in the bed unconscious and hooked to the ventilator
Clark's heart stops as he sees his cousin laying in the bed and fighting for her life. He sees Alex sitting next to Kara, their hands connected, as the heart monitor beeps steadily. He also sees the green veins all over Kara's body, glowing beneath her skin
"What is happening to her?" Clark asks in a whisper, trying to keep his composure, and walking forwards, taking Kara's hand in his own
"She was exposed to a high amount of kryptonite." J'onn says
"How?" Clark asks, looking at J'onn
J'onn doesn't answer. So Alex speaks up, summing up everything that has happened, who Willow Greene is, and what runs through Willow's DNA
"Oh my god..." Clark whispers
The door opens as Marvin and Brainy rush into the medbay. "You need to authorize the release of Willow." Marvin tells J'onn
"Like hell I do." J'onn scoffs, crossing his arms over his chest
"Please, she's crucial to helping Kara." Marvin pleads
"I'm not doing anything further until you tell me what the plan is." J'onn says. "I have Superman here." He says, gesturing to Clark. "How can he help?"
"His blood." Marvin answers quickly. "Him and Kara are related so they have the same kryptonian blood. Not only that, but his blood has healing properties that can help."
"Great, so we start a blood transfusion." J'onn says
"In theory, that would be the only thing we need to do." Marvin says. "But we need Willow to pull the kryptonite from Kara's system. From the epicenter of where it all happened..." He says that part carefully
"You're deranged if you think I'm letting Willow anywhere near Kara." J'onn says
"J'onn!" Alex exclaims and J'onn looks over at the girl with tears in her eyes. Alex turns her gaze to Marvin. "Will this save Kara?" He nods. "You're sure?" He nods. She looks back at J'onn. "Then we have to try..." She whispers, looking back at her sister's face
J'onn looks at an agent in the doorway. "Go get Willow Greene." He orders and the agent runs out of the room
And in the short moment that it took for the others to hook Superman up for blood donation, Willow is brought into the room with her hands cuffed with dampening cuffs
"She needs her full power." Marvin tells J'onn. And, instead of arguing, J'onn nods to the agent walking in with Willow and the agent takes the cuffs off
"What's going on?" Willow asks with tears in her eyes, her gaze on Kara as her heart leaps in her chest. Marvin makes his way over to Willow and hugs her. And while he hugs her, he whispers what she needs to do in her ear. He pulls away and gives her a nod. Willow shakes her head. "What if I hurt her again..." She whispers
"You won't." Marvin whispers. "This is your chance to save her." He says, gesturing to Kara's body. Willow looks to see J'onn and Alex had removed the ventilator and Kara's breathing was getting shallow...almost stopped
Willow takes a deep breath and nods, stepping towards Kara. As Superman's blood begins to pump into Kara's system to heal her, Willow works on extracting the kryptonite. Willow activates her powers, her eyes glowing green, and she closes her eyes. After a moment of silence, she presses her lips to Kara's lip, the green veins in Kara's body turning vibrant green as her body shakes a few times
"How do you know this will work?" J'onn asks, wanting to step in and help Kara's shaking body but knowing he had to stay back
"It has to..." Marvin whispers. "You and I both know we're out of options."
With Willow's lips gently pressed to Kara's, Willow activates her telekinesis. The green veins slowly start to leave Kara's body, making their way back into Willow. And within moments, when all the green is gone, Willow pulls her lips from Kara's, breathing heavily
And in the moment of silence, the moment where only heartbeats and breaths being held could be heard, Kara's eyes snap open and she gasps awake
