Leaning her head against Moonbin's back, y/n watched the morning rush with interested gaze as Moonbin drove around swiftly.
At the end he didn't let her drive.
The crowd was mixture of kids going to school, people going to their work or maybe coming back after completing their shift and some who were in their way back home from their morning errands but in all her eyes seems to focus more on families, kids and parents laughing together.
She shrugged it off, she can't be bothered with something that isn't possible and unreal.
"Where are we going?" she questioned when he turned to an unknown Street.
"Your school. It's a shortcut" he told her adding that she doesn't need to use this way.
But y/n being herself focused carefully on every sign boards to remember the way.
"Hae" he voiced out.
"Hmm" she hummed in reply still using him to rest her head.
"How do you feel attending school everyday"
"Incredible" her answer was short and bland but enough to tell him she is enjoying her school atleast.
"Binnie stop here" she said abruptly when they were a block behind her school building.
"I will walk from here" she informed him as she stepped down.
"Why?"
"I don't want others to think you are my boyfriend" she stated.
Moonbin, "Why can't I be your brother?"
"This is society we are talking about, hun" she handled him the helmet as she walked towards her destination.
That was kind of truth but for her it was a lame excuse she made. She knew Eunji will be there waiting for her at school gates and she isn't ready to tell about her to her friends, not yet.
And she was right. The first thing she saw was the girl waving in her direction.
She walked to her and they greeted each other.
"Jae, Library duty" their class president handed Eunji a paper.
"Got it, Ina"
"See you girls in class" Ina said as she went away. While the friends duo moved to their classroom.
Various task are usually distributed among students to make them realise their duties such as Cleaning the ground in morning or watering and grooming the school garden or arranging books in library or cleaning the classrooms. And it was duty of class presidents to inform students about tasks assigned by School President or vice-president.

The ring of bell announced the lunch break as the teachers left their respective classes to let students pack their belongings before heading to cafeteria.
Y/n requested Eunji to directly go to Library because this way she can avoid Lisa and Chaeyoung.
Yup! they joined school the past Monday. Decided not to publicise their friendship so this is strangers' game currently.
Y/n's Pov-
Eunji walked ahead of me making a beeline to our destination. She is big fan of our school library unlike me.
I went to library with Eunji, in this short time, more than I ever did in my lifetime. The place usually need you to be quiet, not my type.
"Welcome back girls" the hot librarian with round glasses spoke as Eunji handled him the slip with a whipped smile.
The guy is few years senior than us, currently a university student. Bless the authorisation to actually think about it and hire a hot young guy at that post. He would spend all his work time looking down at either his phone watching anime or his books studying but dare you make any move him unknown. At first I thought the guy has eyes at the back of his head.
Come closer. I will tell you a secret.

Anyhow. She will sit in there for hours admiring the boy with star eyes and will tell me literally everything about him. Even his ex girlfriend who he had in middle school. I don't even know where she get all these information from.
But that makes one more thing common between us. 'We both are crushing over the older boys'.
One more sign universe want us to be bestie. But I didn't told her about this. About Chief, my friends or my double life.
Anyone will freak out knowing you are friends with a mobster.
Eunji dragged me towards the shelf she is supposed to arrange. And started dividing the books as their genre and then alphabetically. While I sat down with my phone in my hands giving her my best moral support.
The only reason I could keep up with the silent room is free wifi. I can sneak in to use my smartphone in much better secured way here. Unlike my old school where the library looked like from some gothic era you know big shelves with those thick dark covered books, the big windows supposedly only source of light, a chandelier hanging in centre and a mean nerdy librarian with thick glasses who will shout more than the students even if the only thing I asked her was 'does she know how annoying her voice is?' when she came and shouted when I was quietly sleeping in there.
Huh, I never went back to that ugly den.
But here the bookshelves are beautifully designed with proper bright lighting, tables near every row, books arranged wisely plus the nice librarian.
"Y/n you are supposed to be helping me" Eunji groaned picking up a pile of book.
"Am I?" I looked away from the screen only to go back when I saw her working well.
"You are doing great Jae, Go and impress your man girl" I cheered from my place and she let out an audible sigh, working alone.
Some time later~
Eunji dropped herself beside the girl who was busy using her phone.
Y/n looked up to her and then to the bookshelf.
"Wow. Eun you did a great job" she praised.
"Tell me. What you want for lunch. My treat" Y/n offered.
Since they still had enough time, thanks to the long lunch break, y/n said she will bring lunch for both of them so Eunji can take a breath.

Y/n's Pov
I was looking for Eunji because the girl went missing when I came back from cafeteria, even Mr. librarian was nowhere in sight. I left our lunch by the table then started calling her.
'I guess she isn't here'
Before I can leave the library, I heard a sound. Thinking that it was Eunji, I went to look in the direction.
But Instead I saw Kim Jungkook.
Skimming through the rows of books, with atleast 7-8 thick books balancing in his hands and adding more on the pile.
I glanced at the section. Historical books.
Not wanting to involve myself with him after my last night sour mood. I decided it's better to go and do what I was doing.
*thud*
I heard the sound of something falling as soon as I turned to leave. I saw Jungkook fallen down with a book on his head and... oops! one more fell on him from the self.
Not having the usual control over myself.
BWAHAHAHA.
I broke into fit of laughter which soon turned louder that I had to hold my stomach. When I tried to shut myself, my eyes wandered to the boy with books scattered around him and I lost it again.
