You returned home and went inside to see your parents.
F/N: "Hey mum, hey dad."
M/N: "Hi honey how was school?"
F/N: "Well...there's a new magic problem now at Canterlot High."
D/N: "Really? What is it this time?"
F/N: "First off, Twilight and Spike are back."
M/N: "Really?! But it hasn't been thirty moons so shouldn't the portal still be closed."
F/N: "Let me explain, there are three girls are Canterlot High who have dark magic and are using it to turn all of those who are participating in the musical showcase against each other, not to mention the musical showcase has been turned into a Battle of the Bands. We tried to explain it to Principal Celestia but she along with Vice Principal Luna have fallen to the new girls dark magic so we didn't know who to turn to. It turns out that Sunset has a magic journal which allows her to send messages to her former mentor's own magic journal so Sunset sent a message about the new girls and their dark magic which result in Twilight making a device back in Equestria to reopen the portal between our world and Equestria now Twilight here in this world, she told us the new girls are sirens who were banished from Equestria who feed off of negativity to gain more power and we need to make a counter-spell through a song to break the sirens spell." You recounted.
Your parents just look at you and blink a couple of times.
D/N: "I know you said your normal life is over but to think something magical would happen so soon."
F/N: "Yeah so the girls are having a sleepover at Pinkie's house and they've invited me." You said which made your dad's eyes widen.
D/N: "My son...has been invited so a sleepover with girls...you are one lucky guy F/N."
F/N: "Seriously dad?" You just sweatdropped.
M/N: "So tell me F/N, which girl do you want to date?"
F/N: "Wha-Mum?!"
M/N: "Come now dear, your friends with a bunch of girls so you gotta be interested in one of them."
F/N: "Well...I wouldn't know which girl to choose. They look beautiful, they have great personalities and they are special in their own unique way. I'm afraid if I choose one of them over the others, it would make everything awkward and I feel like the girl I do chose might lose their friendship because of it." You explained.
M/N: "I know you'll figure something out eventually dear."
F/N: "I'm going to pack some stuff and head to Pinkie's house." You said and went to your room.
After you finished packing some of your stuff into a bag, you left your home and went to Pinkie's house where you knocked on the front door which is opened by Maud.
Maud Pie: "Hello F/N, Pinkie told me you were coming."
F/N: "Hi Maud, it's good to see you again. So are the girls here?"
Maud Pie: "Yes they are all here."
F/N: "So are your parents okay with the sleepover?"
Maud Pie: "They are. Mother and father along with Limestone and Marble are out of town at the moment. They have gone to help a family friend who is in trouble and needs some help."
F/N: "I see. I'm better go see Pinkie and the others."
Maud Pie: "Very well and F/N, you better not try anything inappropriate to my sister and her friends." She said as she narrowed her eyes at you which made you spine shiver.
F/N: "I'm not that kind of guy so you don't have to worry about me doing anything, I promise." You said which made Maud stop staring at you with narrow eyes.
Maud Pie: "Very well then." She said and walked while you sighed in relief.
You walked up to Pinkie's right and knocked on the door.
Pinkie Pie: "Who is it?" She called from her room.
F/N: "It's F/N." You answered.
Pinkie Pie: "The doors open, you can enter."
You opened Pinkie's bedroom door and saw the Rainbooms wearing their PJs.
F/N: "Hey girls."
Rainbooms: "Hey F/N!" The exclaimed.
Sunset Shimmer: "We're so glad you came."
Twilight Sparkle: "Agreed. We're hoping you would come."
Pinkie Pie: "Okay now everyone's here, let's get this party!"
F/N: "Alright but let me get changed into my PJs." You said and went to the bathroom.
Your changed into your PJs which were just a grey tank top which showed off your arm muscle and black pyjama pants and went back to Pinkie's room.
F/N: "So how do I look?" You asked the girls who look at you as their faces turn beet red as they stare at your arm muscle. "Um...you girls okay?"
Rainbow Dash: "Um y-yeah." She said as she and the other girls got rid of their blushes.
Soon you and the girls were enjoying yourselves with Applejack and Rainbow Dash playing a video game with you watching, Twilight looking through a book, Pinkie on her laptop, Fluttershy petting spike, Rarity getting her phone ready while Sunset waits.
Pinkie Pie: "Status update: "Okie-dokie-lokie"." She types to her MyStable account.
Rarity, Fluttershy and Sunset take a selfie together on Rarity's but a certain purple dragon turned dog photobombs the picture.
The three girls look at the photo, only for Rarity to glare a little angry at Spike while Fluttershy and Sunset try to keep themselves from laughing.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack are still playing their video game with Applejack looking like she's going to win until Rainbow Dash decides to be a sore loser and press a button on the gaming console which turned the console off, much to Applejack's annoyance.
Applejack: "Hey! I was about to beat you!" She protested.
Rainbow Dash: "I doubt it."
F/N: "Sore loser much?" You said which made Rainbow Dash glare at you while Applejack snickers. "So anyway, Twilight, how's that counter-spell coming along?" You asked Twilight who looked a little nervous.
Twilight Sparkle: "Huh? Oh, uh, good. Great." She said a little nervous before looking at Fluttershy. "Thanks for letting me use your notebook Fluttershy. I really like the song you wrote for the Rainbooms."
Fluttershy: "Thanks." She said as she held an alligator plushie before sighing and having an unhappy look on her face. "Hopefully one day, we'll get a chance to play it." She said as she watched Rainbow Dash take Applejack's controller away and laughs at Applejack tries to get it back.
Rarity: "Twilight, I think I speak for all of us when I say I don't know what we would have done if you hadn't come back to help us." She said which everyone else agree then you all hear the doorbell ring.
Pinkie Pie: "Pizza's here!" She said as she along with the other girls and Spike leave the room except for you and Twilight who has a worried look on her face.
F/N: "You okay Twilight?"
Twilight Sparkle: "I'm fine, just having a little trouble with the counter-spell but it shouldn't be too hard to solve." She said.
F/N: "Well I'm sure you'll figure something out, your a smart girl Twilight." You said which made Twilight blush then Pinkie enters the room with a piece of pizza in her mouth.
Pinkie Pie: "Don't you two want any pizza?" She asked.
F/N: "We will be down in a sec." You tell Pinkie who nods and leaves while Twilight puts the notebook away into a drawer.
You and Twilight joined the girls and Spike for pizza.
Fluttershy: "Hey F/N?"
F/N: "Hm?"
Fluttershy: "What was it like growing up?"
F/N: "Not too bad I guess. Believe it or not but I was actually born here in Canterlot."
Applejack: "You were. What happened?"
F/N: "We moved to Manehattan when I was only a year old because dad got a job in Manehattan but we moved back here to Canterlot because dad had to get a new job which he took here."
Rarity: "So what was it like growing up in Manehattan?"
F/N: "It was alright. I made a few friends growing up but I will always remember my first friend."
Pinkie Pie: "Who was it?"
F/N: "Well...the thing is...I can't really remember her name." You scratched the back of your head. "All I remember of her is that she was very optimistic, had a childlike innocence and a very active imagination."
Applejack: "So what happened to her?"
F/N: "She and her family moved far away and I never got to see her again." You sighed sadly.
Twilight Sparkle: "You and her must have been great friends."
F/N: "You have no idea." You said as you smiled nostalgically. "We would make up our own games in which she would always make up rules on the go to make things more fun." You chuckled. "Ah those were good times."
Sunset Shimmer: "So F/N, what school were you previously at before moving here to Canterlot?"
F/N: "I was at Manehattan High. It was an okay school, I was bit a popular with the students and teachers for helping them out while defending the weaker students from bullies. I remember one bully who was jealous of my popularity that he tried to beat me up but I defended myself."
Rainbow Dash: "What happened to the bully?"
F/N: "He got expelled. It turns out he was harassing the female students that refused to go out with him, not to mention he was beating up a lot of people whenever he felt like it."
Applejack: "Well good riddance to a guy like that."
Rainbow Dash: "Yeah good riddance."
Sunset Shimmer: "Hey F/N, do you have any siblings?"
F/N: "Unfortunately no." You said sadly.
Fluttershy: "Have your parents considered having another child?"
F/N: "They have but they wouldn't be able to have children." You said which gained the girls' attention.
Rarity: "F/N darling, what do you mean your parents are unable to have children?"
F/N: "My parents are unable to conceive children." You said which made the girls' eyes widen in realization.
Twilight Sparkle: "So that mean-"
F/N: "Yep, M/N and D/N are not my biological parents, they're my adoptive parents." You revealed.
Twilight Sparkle: "If M/N and D/N aren't your biological parents, then who is?"
F/N: "I don't know. I learned I was adopted when I was ten, I was bored one day so I went into my parents room and went through their belongings until I found a folder with paperwork that said they gained custody of me when I was a baby."
Sunset Shimmer: "Did you talk to your parents about it?"
F/N: "I did. I asked them about me being adopted so they told me truth. Seventeen years ago, my adoptive parents were trying to have a child but they could not conceive one. When they learned they couldn't have a child, they were sadden at the news and were heading home from the doctors when they heard crying and found me as an infant, all alone and according to them, they found me in front of a statue. They looked around for any clues to where my biological parents are or why I was abandoned but they couldn't find anything but they couldn't leave me alone so they adopted me and raised me as their real son." You explained.
Pinkie Pie: "How did you take the news? Were you like super-duper sad?"
F/N: "I was a little but I soon got over because no matter what, they will always be my parents."
Twilight Sparkle: "Haven't you always been a little curious to who your biological parents are?"
F/N: "I have but I don't where I would find them. There have been no clues to who my biological parents are or where I could find them so if I meet them, I'll meet them. Anyway let's continuing eat." You said and started eating your pizza.
As the girls continuing eat their pizza, Sunset is thinking.
Sunset Shimmer: 'F/N said his parents found him in front of a statue...could it be the statue in front of the school? The same statue that acts as the portal to Equestria. Could F/N be from Equestria? If he is then that would explain why he has magic but does this mean there's could be another F/N here in this world?' She thought.
You and the girls returned to Pinkie's room and stayed up for awhile before it was time to go to sleep as you and the girls who were invited got your sleeping bags ready.
Pinkie Pie: "Alright everyone, it's time to go to sleep and having really great dreams! I'm going to dream about delicious cakes and sweets!" She said.
F/N: "Yeah sure, but first..." You said and took off your tank top, revealing your abs. [AN: Yes you got abs in this story.]
The girls saw you take off your tank top and saw your abs which made the girls' faces blush bright red.
Fluttershy: "Oh my!" She muttered as she has a slight nosebleed.
Rarity: "Oh wow!" She muttered and licked her lips.
Twilight Sparkle: "F/N...why did you take your top off?" She asked as she looked away slightly.
F/N: "I can't sleep with a shirt on." You answered. "So let's get to sleep." You said.
Sunset Shimmer: "Ummm...right."
Later that night, everyone is asleep...except for Twilight gets up, goes to the drawer where she put the notebook to write the counter-spell in, opens the drawer, takes the notebook, closes the drawer and leaves the bedroom while you opened your eyes.
Twilight is in the kitchen, working on the counter-spell in the notebook as she writes down before putting her pen down.
Twilight Sparkle: "No, that's not gonna work." She said and rubbed her eyes until she sees someone enters the kitchen which turns out to be you and Sunset.
Sunset Shimmer: "Hey Twilight, you're up late."
F/N: "Having trouble?"
Twilight Sparkle: "Just looking over the counter-spell. We only get one shot at this. It has to be perfect."
Sunset Shimmer: "We really are lucky you're here." She said as she goes to the fridge and opens the fridge door.
Twilight Sparkle: "That's what everyone keeps telling me." She said sadly while Sunset looked through the fridge and saw nothing but cans of whipped cream.
Sunset Shimmer: "Who could possibly need this much whipped cream?" She wondered.
F/N: "Pinkie Pie." You simply stated.
Sunset Shimmer: "...Never mind. Anyway it must be nice to have everyone always looking to you for answers to their problems...instead of waiting for you to cause a problem." She said sadly.
Twilight Sparkle: "Just because everyone expects something from you doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen."
Sunset Shimmer: "Well that doesn't stop them from expecting it."
Twilight Sparkle: "Which only makes things harder because the last thing you want to do is..."
Twilight & Sunset: "...let everybody down." They both said at the same time which made them look at each other with small smiles on their faces.
Sunset closes the fridge door, only to see Maud which surprises her.
Maud Pie: "Boulder is hungry." She said as she took out a rock, open an pantry door, took out a box of crackers and left the kitchen.
Sunset Shimmer: "I still can't get over the fact that she's related to Pinkie Pie." She said to Twilight.
Twilight Sparkle: "You and me both." She said and both girls chuckle.
F/N: "You think that's something, you should meet Pinkie's other two sisters."
Sunset Shimmer: "What are they like?"
F/N: "Pinkie's oldest sister Limestone Pie is pretty aggressive and protective of her sisters while Pinkie's youngest sister Marble Pie is really shy, like even more shy than Fluttershy and that's saying something." You said which made Sunset blink a couple of times.
Sunset Shimmer: "Pinkie's family is really unique."
F/N: "You have no idea. Anyway Twilight, I know you'll figure the counter-spell out and Sunset, everyone will trust you eventually, it just takes time." You tell them.
Sunset Shimmer: "Thanks F/N." She said with a smile before yawning. "I better get some sleep. Good luck with the counter-spell. Not that you'll need it. This must be nothing compared with the stuff you're expected to deal with as a princess in Equestria." She said and started to leave the kitchen.
Twilight Sparkle: "Sunset Shimmer?" She called out which made Sunset stop. "...Never mind. It's not important." She tells Sunset who then leaves.
F/N: "I better get some sleep too. We got a big day tomorrow and Twilight, I know you got this." You tell her and left.
Twilight Sparkle: "F/N is right. I have to do this, no, I got this." She said with resolve.

[AN: Another chapter done, I was trying to work on this chapter yesterday but I didn't get much sleep so I couldn't think clearly. Anyway some of the reader's past has been revealed and more will be revealed later in the story at some point.]
