A year has passed since that whole demo-dog accident but ever since then i had friends and i got closer to my brother oh i also quiet highchool my parents were supportive with my choice of quieting highschool in grade 11
I also got a job with steve the job was fun and we met someone new her name was robin and she was a very cool person i really enjoyed her company and she also told me that she liked girls which i was completely fine with i mean love is love
But Steve didn't know about that and robin wanted it to be kept that way oh and billy and me became great friends but sometimes when i look at a guy or find a guy cute he glares at the guy or even when i talk with a guy they suddenly disappear the next day which was wierd but oh well a lot of wierd things happen in this town Thats why i like it here
I was now talking with Steve about stuff i then heard the bell ring and heard robin say
"Hey dingus,you children are here"
Steve then opened the window thingy and i smiled as i saw the kids
"Again?seriously?"
They then continued ringing the bell i shook my head smiling we then let the kids secretly go watch the new movie
"Come on,come on"
"I swear if anybody hears about this-"
"We're dead!"
All of them said
"Stay safe!"
I shouted
"We will!"
All them shouted back
Steve sighed i laughed lightly
"Come on doofus"
I then pulled him inside we then continued with giving people ice cream suddenly the power went out i groaned
"That's wierd"
Said Steve walking up to a switch he turned it on and off but it didn't do anything
"That isn't gonna work,dingus"
Said Robin to Steve
"Oh really?"
I smiled as he continued then the power went back on
"Let there be light"
I shoock my head smiling but i got a wierd feeling about how the power went off i shook it off maybe it was just a power outage
The next day
Today was one of my free day's where i don't have to go to work i decided to go to the pool area where billy worked i went to the changing rooms and got dressed into a f/c bikini when i was done i walked out and i found a seat i put my towel on the seat and my bag that has my clothes in it i watched as everyone swam and had fun i smiled as i saw a phew kids play margo polo
I then saw billy come out of a changing room he then blowed his whistle
"Hey lard-ass!No running on my watch!i gotta warn you again and you're banned for life you wanna be banned for life,lard-ass?"
The poor kid shoock his head
"Didn't think so"
He then blew his whistle again everybody then continued playing i shook my head and sat down on the seat and layed down after a hour i decided to go to a swim
I got in the pool and dived down i then got up and pulled my hair back i then saw a ball getting thrown over to me i took it and looked around at who threw i saw a kid wave her hands i smiled and threw the ball to her she caught and waved a thank you and swam away i smiled
I then wanted to get out and when i made it out i then made my way to my seat but then i felt someone tap my shoulder i turned to the person who tapped my shoulder it was a man probably in his late 20's
"Yes?"
I asked him he looked me up and down making me glare at him
"Hey!her eyes are up here!"
I heard someone say to the man i turned to who said it and it was billy the man looked at billy
"Sorry man"
"Scram before i beat the shit out of you"
The man rolled his eyes and walked away
"Thanks billy"
"No problem princess"
I smiled
"A lot of guys were staring at you"
"Well i can't do anything about it anyway is your shift over?"
"Yeah"
I nodded
"Hey do you want to come over tonight?"
"Of course"
"Awesome okay i gotta go"
"Why?"
"Oh dustin came back from his camp and i wanna see him again but i'll see you tonight"
He nodded
"See you tonight"
I then grabbed my back and went into the changing area and got dressed then walked out of the changing room then i got i to my car and drove to the mall and made my way to scoops ahoy knowing that dustin will come there to see Steve
When i got there i saw steve giving ice creams i went in line then when it was my turn Steve smiled
"Ahoy m'lady"
I smiled
"Hey Steve"
"Hey y/n what do you want?"
"Nothing really just wanted to see dustin"
"Oh right"
"Arn't you excited?"
"Im so fucking excited"
He said smiling i smiled then i went over to him
"You know what let me go into my suit and we can work together"
"Sure go ahead"
I smiled then i went to go change and when i came back i went to the back and saw robin holding a board ah yes the board that says if steve sucks with gettings girl or does he rule with getting girls
"I see another suck huh?"
She turned to me smiling
"Yep another suck"
I then saw steve come to the back
"Okay you rest mister and im gonna go handle the ice cream's"
I then walked out of the back and waited for a customer i then saw two guys come up to me
"Ahoy there what can i get you two fine men"
They smiled
"Are you on the menu"
Asked one smiling at me my smile dropped
"Uh no but we do have vanilla,chocolate,strawberry,caramal you name it"
They guy looked a pit embarrassed
"Uh we would like the chocolate please"
I nodded
"Cown or cup?"
"Cown please"
Said the both of them i nodded and got two cowns then i poured the chocolate in the cown then gave them the cown they thanked me and walked away
Time-skip
I groaned tiredly
"Who knew dealing with costumers"
I Asked Robin my the otherside of the window because she was now dealing with costumers
"I have no idea where is steve?"
She asked me i shrugged my shoulder
"I have no clue"
"I'm back"
Said Steve rushing in he turned to me i saw a pit of blood on his cheek
"Why do you have blood on your cheek?"
He looked at me
"I don't know what your talking about"
I shook my head and came closer i grabbed a tissue on my way
"Here"
I then wiped the blood away im not even gonna ask why he even has blood on his cheek
"Dude i gotta change i don't want to be in this uniform anymore"
I said i then walked away to change
Time-skip
When i was done changing i walked back to steve and robin
"Okay i gotta go home dannie is probably already home and billy is coming over so i will maybe see you guys tomorrow "
"Why maybe?"
"Im skipping work tomorrow so yeah goodluck"
I then walked out of scoops ahoy and walked out the mall and to my car i then got in my car and started it and drove away
Time-skip
I was finally back home it was already dark i then also saw dannies bike knowing that he's here i sighed in relief and went inside
"Hey dannie how was it with dustin?"
"It was great he apparently got a girlfriend"
"Oh really?well congrats to him"
I smiled
"But we believe he's lying so yeah"
"And who do you believe?"
"Dustin obviously"
I nodded
"Well billy's coming over so if you hear a knock in the door can you please open it"
He nodded i smiled
"Okay thanks bud"
I then ran into my room and layed down on my bed and turned in my radio
A phew hours later
I got worried because billy didn't come and it was already 4 hours later i shock my head maybe he couldn't come so i just turned off my radio and put my book away and turned off my lamb and went to bed
