Reason behind this is so cute.
For the past few months, rumors that the idols were dating had been circulating. After photos of the two allegedly kissing was published. Knowing that this wasn't the first time, fans hadn't accepted it to be true until the company would speak up. They hadn't.
Today, October 6th 2022, Mini posted a picture of her and someone with the caption " Just us." Fans didn't get the chance to process it as, Jimin seemed to have posted the other half of the picture. Him and someone with the caption "Just us."
Coincidence? I think not, so do netizens.
This seemed to have shocked everyone as even THE Nicki Minaj tweeted about it. Literally. While some are sure that the idols are dating, others think they are releasing a song together.
Edit: As I was editing this, a notification popped up. Jimin seemed to have updated A picture of the two with the caption "Promise"
Edit #2: As I was about to publish it, Mini also updated her Instagram with a picture of her and Jimin with the same caption as the latter. "Promise"
