Why the fuck did I tell my aunt and pinky swear I would walk home from school everyday and that she wouldn't have to pick me up? It's cold as shit and my will to live is already low from having to breathe in the vicinity of others for a whole fucking six to eight hours.
I spent my whole twenty minute walk reminiscing about my not so eventful school day, and honestly the best part was dance class.
I actually think I feel comfortable at this school compared to past ones I have been to.
Hopefully this one will last unlike the others.
There wasn't much to do on the walk home, just kicking rocks every now and then on the pavement seemed like the only thing to pass this seemingly long walk.
All I could think about right now was Heeseung.

I couldn't get his scoff out of my head, I don't know why it has been bothering me so much.
It's like he can read my mind or something, and it's very off putting.

After reminiscing for what seemed like ages, I finally arrived at my house, opening the door to see my aunt making dinner in the kitchen.

The cherry eyed women looked up at me with a bright smile,"Hello Hayoon my love, how was school? Tell me everything!"
I shrugged my shoulders,"I guess it was okay, not too exciting for a first day. I did make a couple friends though, and we are all in a dance group together for dance class and we have a huge assignment due sometime this month. Is it okay for them to come over here at some point so we can practice? "
"What are these peoples names and are any of them boys?"
I rolled my eyes,"They're all guys in the dance group other than me, but I did make one friend of the female persuasion today, so be proud."
Yeah, she's aware that I struggle to talk to people, but for some reason it's easier for me to talk to guys than it is girls.
My aunt gushed,"Are any of them good enough for you Hayoon? You know your Auntie is looking to be a Great Auntie someday!"
I verbally gagged at her words," God, nobody's good enough for me and even you know that, don't make me throw up all over the food with your remarks. So can they come over here to practice sometime or not?"
The women laughed,"Fine, fine I'll stop. You can, as long as you let me know when and you wear your lenses and don't take them off. Now that we got that out of the way, could you possibly go set the table? Your spaghetti is almost ready!"

I wanted to push for the reason why I still had to wear my lenses, red lenses aren't exactly attractive, but from this school it seems that almost everyone has multicoloured eyes, but most seemed to have red. I know she doesn't want me to stand out, but at this point I just want to know her reasoning after all these years.
After slurping up the noodles my aunt made and putting my plate away, I made my way up to my new bedroom and stripped my school clothes off of my body, replacing them with freshly clean oversized clothing items, plopping myself down onto the bed, and opening up my phone once again to Fever Hotline.

I shut off my phone, spending the rest of my time just staring at my black ceiling aimlessly, thoughts were just spinning in every which, way, shape, and form that they could, it seemed like they wouldn't stop.
I don't understand Heeseung. You know, the way he acts the way he acts sometimes, or says the things he says.
It really does come off controlling, but I have a sense that he's trying to be more protective than controlling, but reading into peoples behaviour is what I'm good at unfortunately.
Like my Aunt, for example. Acts exactly the same way.
I already know what she would say if I even asked to go to that full moon whatever party at the end of the week. No discussion, just a no, final sentence or their would be consequences.
I'm so unbelievably tired of the word no, I don't think I've even heard my Aunt utter the word yes in the years I have known her.
But I feel like I haven't experienced a single real thing in my life because of my doting Aunt, all I want is to live.
