You were walking fearlessly on the stage after Midnight had called your name. It was this time you first to step on up, so you had to do your extra best to stand your ground until your competitor arrived.
Finally reaching your desired destination in the far left corner of the arena, you stomped your foot on the ground- making some small dust particles fly around- and stared off at the distance where Todoroki was expected to be walking out of.
"And now- ladies and gentlemen, Todoroki Shoto!" Announced Midnight as she flung her arm towards her right, with a huge memorable smile on her gorgeous face.
Todoroki was walking now towards the arena as well with his resting, recognizable, ice cold face. It seemed like the ice king himself wasn't stressing at all about his upcoming match due to his hands resting in his pockets.
You felt an slight vein pop up on your forehead in annoyance. Did this guy really look down on you that much? Even after what happened just five minutes ago? DIDN'T THE TWO OF YOU HAVE A BIT IF A BONDING MOMENT JUST NOW!?
Clenching your jaw, you silently waited for the slow boy to stand firmly on the opposite ground of you. Your eyes under your blindfold darted over towards Midnight's, and saw that she was about to start the match.
Your quick thinking made you grasp your blindfold and hurriedly snatch it off before she could yell start. This was all so you could use your quirk on the boy before he shot all his ice towards you- yet, you were too late.
By the time your blindfold was off, the UA teacher yelled 'START!', and Todoroki's ice was already coming your way in a speed your eyes couldn't focus on.
You let out a small yelp as you dashed to the side to escape from the trail of ice that came from Todoroki's foot, and yelled the following words out loud while looking at the ice; "Break!"
Just by that, the ice shattered into a million pieces and the arena was just like before. Just with a little bit of 'snow'.
"You know, you can't keep on yelling to win this match." Todoroki bluntly said, and shot two ice trails this time towards you. You couldn't dodge this time since they were coming from two different ways, so you had to use your quirk once again.
"Break!"
'I know this guy wont stop sending ice my way, maybe even fire later, so i have to think quickly before he can trap me..' You thought while running around like a maniac while Todoroki tried to lead you all kinds of different directions, though, you kept yelling 'break', making pathways for yourself.
"I know you helped me and all, but right now you're getting on my nerves by running around like that, Yagi." Todoroki grunted and shot ice shards your way and a path. You dodged them both and crouched down, making it hard to see you due to all the smoke emitting from the shattered ice.
As you were laying low, you noticed some ice shards still left on the ground by all the previous breaks you made. This gave you an idea.
Since you weren't able to get close to the boy or not even see him once by his ice walls, you'll just have to get him from above with his own quirk.
You commanded every single little and big shard to float high up in the air, while running towards the boy, who was creating even more walls, giving you more opportunities.
'You're going to lose cold soba man.' You snickered to yourself as you were now standing still in the middle of the arena. Thank god that he still hasn't noticed anything yet for what was happening right above him.
Just a meter above his head were about thousand of ice shards, blocks and more floating, ready to pierce him out of the arena.
While the smoke finally cleared, Todoroki widened his eyes by the surprise that you were standing in front of him now. He acted quickly and created an huge ice wall in between you two. With that, he began moving the wall your way, trying to push you out of bounds.
'His small fry brain thinks that im tired, eh? Think again, bastard!' You smiled widely, opening your eyes and looking upwards.
...
"Woah! Do you think Y/N is tired from breaking all of Todoroki's ice!?" Kaminari gasped out loud and held tightly on his trousers. It seemed as if the yellow head was a bit nervous for your sake.
"Honestly, i don't really care. I can at least admire her pretty face now..." Mineta mumbled but got hit in the face by Tsuyu's frog like tongue.
"You idiots aren't seeing the plan she's working on. It's just like Uraraka did. Don't underestimate anyone." Bakugo mumbled the last part, but the first sentence surely got some attention of the people around him.
"Wait! You're right! I totally didn't notice since that ice reflects the sun a lot, making it a bit invisible. Clever thinking, Y/N!" Midoriya praised you silently and fist bumped the air.
"She surely is... something." Bakugo coughed under his breath while folding his rough arms. He smiled evilly to himself and had a nice thought about how your match would go with him. If you won, that is.
Kirishima's ears perked up by his best bro's comment and leaned onto the ashy blonde. "Huh?? What was that Bakugo? Was that you giving out a compliment to Y/N? How rare!" The red-head snickered and elbowed his mate.
Kaminari also decided to join into the teasing, but sadly got blown up in the face by the angry teenager.
"Shut your damn mouths, nerds!" Bakugo yelled aggressively and huffed once again in his seat with crossed arms like a toddler.

You were furrowing your brows with a wide smile as you looked upwards. Your arms behind your back while you were slowly being pushed by the ice wall your opponent created.
Puckering your lips, you whispered with a sweet tone, catching everyone's attention in the arena. The camera's were all rolling on your face now, and Present Mic was screaming in the mic at this point about what was happening. The audience were chanting your name and some were standing up in shock with their hands behind their heads. Your class was cheering you on... and Mineta. Mineta was being Mineta.
"Pierce him out of bounds."
All the floating ice began flying towards Todoroki, making him caught off guard. He tried his best to melt some of the ice with his fire quirk, but noticed endless shards coming his way. The boy finally gave up and let the shards hit him all out of bounds, making him fall silently in defeat on the grass.
Everyone was now silent, Present Mic, Midnight, your class, Todoroki and... you. A heartwarming smile formed on your delicate, exposed face and you began moving your legs to the side of the ice wall that was first moving you.
"...Y/N Yagi wins this round! We'll have a short break!" Midnight announced, making the silence break and everyone cheering again.
You finally stopped walking once you reached the still laying Todoroki. His face was totally expressionless while looking towards the sky, his back facing the green, flowing grass. You peeked above him, blocking his view of the sky.
"You did good." Todoroki mumbled, And looked over to his side to avoid as much eye contact as possible. You smiled once again and put your blindfold back on. "Thank you, Todoroki. It was a pretty intense match."
Todoroki nodded and began trying to stand up, but you were quick to catch up and lend the loser your small hand for support. He silently took it and you pulled him up on his feet.
The said boy then suddenly began walking away with no words coming out of his mouth and not even looking your way once, but what caught you off guard the most is... he was still holding onto you.
It seemed as if Todoroki hadn't noticed so you just let it slide and walked with him, hand in hand.
After a while of silent walking around the arena, you began feeling his thumb rub on the back of your hand. You figured he noticed he was dragging you with him since he shoved your hand away in a hurry.
"..."
'Hand fetish?' You thought to yourself as you watching him speed walking away from you.
Though, what you didn't notice is the burning hot face he had under his hair, hiding it pretty well. Sadly, some students and a certain parent saw all of that.

'Just what is that idiot trying with blindfold?' The ashy blonde growled under his breath with a ticking eyebrow.
Midoriya looked down at the speed walking cold student he fought moments ago with a stern look plastered on his face. The only thought that was going through the boy's mind was; 'oh.'
While Uraraka was looking in every direction, denying what she just saw in a panic and jealousy. She couldn't believe it, did he have... feelings for her? Or was he just embarrassed? Wait why is she even thinking about that, it's not as if she cares! Or does she?
Mina was just laughing with an evil tone under her breath and rubbed her hands together while looking mischievously at you.
You honestly felt a pair of burning eyes on the back of your head but shrugged it off.

Then there was the one parent.
All Might stared in shock behind the bleachers as he saw you silently standing there while Todoroki was still walking away with the noticeable red face.
'Just when did she grow up!? What even is happening!?' He cursed to himself like a worried parent for his only daughter. Even though you're old enough to find love, partners etc, you were still his innocent daughter. You were still 5 years old in his eyes, and he surely enough wasn't ready to let you go on your own.
The man's about to faint due to the thoughts he's having about you leaving him. Poor man.
