Backstory| Latiesha had a good life, good parents, a loving sister. Things were good, she grew up normal and nothing bothered her. Michonne did her own thing and she did hers, both just finding comfort in knowing they cared about each other. By High School Latiesha had decided she wanted to be Marine Biologist, she wanted to help all living beings which of course included animals. She was going to college for it, she had heard about Andre. Being so proud for her sister and asking when she would just marry her damn boyfriend, getting waved off with a smile.
She was almost done with college, Michonne being so proud. Til the world decided to go to shit, Michonne being so far away that Lateisha didn't even know if she was dead or not. She never got to find out, being forced into a camp. She tried to help people, but it wasn't enough. The camp's falling apart quickly, leading to her having to learn how to fight and run.
She was on the run for a while, when someone tried to hurt her. Cutting her ankle, leaving her to limp and run. She thought she was gonna die, either to the person or Walkers. When she stumbled onto a road, almost getting hit by the Truck. Abraham getting out to yell at her, before realizing she was hurt. They took her in, treating her wound as long as she agreed to help them get Eugene to D.C.
She of course agreed, saying she could help out somewhat with medical things. They let her stay and traveled further and further, before...having a run in with a certain group.
