"You have a crush on Chat Noir?!"
I didn't know where it came from, but it sounded a lot like Chloe. Someone has a crush on me, no, not me, my alter-ego, Chat Noir, who is me. That just makes me jealous of myself.
I was thinking about last night, rescuing Luka's cat, how she got in the tree, I don't know, but he said she escaped and chased her into the tree, he wanted me to get her down because he's afraid of heights. Makes sense though.
Plagg teased me about it. "Are you sure you're not catching feelings for him?" Me? Catch feelings for Luka? I can't be catching feelings for him, I'm not gay. Or am I? I had true feelings for Marinette so maybe I'm bi? I could be.
But it can't be Luka, he's one of my closest friends, it would probably ruin our friendship. "If not Luka, what about Viperion?" Plagg said suddenly. I shook my head, "Just like Luka he's one of my closest friends, well, he's my teammate, it would still be awkward, we work together everyday." I told him and Plagg just rolled his eyes.
"Remember that Supervillain you fought? Heartbreaker was her name right? And she put him in a deep sleep and he would relive getting reject in the worst possible way?" He asked, "Yeah, what are you getting at?" He continued. "When he woke up, he said that you were there, right?" I nodded. "Yeah, he said I was like his knight in shining black leather, so?" Plagg shook his head. "He was getting rejected by his crush, who he already confessed to, and if you were there to save him, that means...?"
What does that mean? "He said you shouted in his face and shook him, but he was on the ground because he was pushed, meaning you had to have knelt down to do those things, right?" I still don't get it. Plagg sighed in frustration. "He has a crush on you, idiot!" Plagg shouted in my face.
"If you were in that strange realm, then he has a crush on you, since you haven't rejected him you ended up saving him, who knows what else you did to him." Plagg smirked.
At first I was confused until it hit me. My whole face went red. "Plagg! Are you crazy? We're both fifteen! None of my teammates look like adults so we must all be the same age," He has some nerve, I would never... Why would I..?
"Oh yeah, you probably didn't know this but that ridiculous little bell on your costume is a zipper. Now get me some camembert." He informed me, immediately demanding that stinky cheese he loves so much.

"PLAGG, CLAWS-"
"Adrien?" I turned around to see Viperion. "What are you doing? Its too dangerous around here." How am I supposed to transform now? "I was uh, hiding." Lying is not my strongest point. "You sure picked a terrible place to hide. I'll get you somewhere safe." Picking me up bridal style, he carried me to safety. Bridal style is the safest way to carry someone. But his face is so close to mine.
I caught myself staring at his chest. Are there abs under that suit? He's so strong, I wouldn't call myself light. "I'll need backup," He said as he set me down on... A building. "Let me just contact Chat Noir, he'll help me." Yeah I'm not so sure about that.
He opened his phone like thing in his mini harp. Like mine on my stick and Ladybugs on her Yo-Yo. "That thing has a phone?" To hide my identity, but honestly I had no idea it was there. I think it's in the weapons. Would that mean Carapace has a huge computer in his shield? That would be so cool.
Queen Bee has hers in her spinning top, Rena, I'm not so sure, maybe it's like mine, in her flute. "He's not picking up," Viperion said, looking annoyed. Why does he look cute when he's mad? "I'm sure he'll be here soon, maybe he's busy." He is busy. I'm right here. But of course I can't say that or he'll know it's me.
"Where are your other teammates?" I asked, I haven't seen Ladybug, I hope she's okay. "They're fighting, this Supervillain is powerful, I don't think we can beat him without Chat Noirs Cataclysm." They need my Cataclysm, I need to transform.
"Just drop me off somewhere so you can help them." He stared directly in my eyes. "No way, I'm not leaving you until you're safe." Great, now I'll never be able to help Ladybug and the others. "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." I told him. I will be fine, I'll be Chat Noir. "Are you crazy? What if the Villain finds you?" He asked, concerned. "I'm really good at hiding," He raised an eyebrow.
"Oh really? You were in a really bad spot when I found you." He said. I was trying to transform, you just showed up at a bad time. He sighed, "If I take you home, do you promise not to leave?" I nodded, "Yes, I promise." I'll be back there before he even noticed I was gone. "I'll come visit you once the Supervillain is defeated." He picked me up once more and took me home. Glad I keep a window open.
He set me down on my bed. "Stay here, I'll be back as soon as I can." He winked and quickly left my room. Plagg came out. "Don't you dare say anything." I threatened, but he as usual ignored me.
"You are so in love with him." He said, turning to me. "Whatever. PLAGG, CLAWS OUT!"

"There you are, what took you so long?" Ladybug demanded, "Sorry, I was busy." I lied, "Well it doesn't matter, you're here now and we need your Cataclysm." She tells me and I nod.
"Cataclysm!" I hold up my hand, "What do you need me do destroy?" She rolled her eyes. "His staff, that's where the Akuma is, it's too strong to break so we need to turn it to dust." She explains. "I don't want a repeat of last time, no one is sacrificing themselves." She said with a firm tone, she means it.

"Miraculous Ladybug!" Everything went back to normal. "Pound it!" We all shouted. I have to leave before Viperion. "I have to go or I'll transform back, see you guys soon!" I ran as fast as could back home.
"Claws in." I threw Plagg cheese, I had a chocolate in my pocket so I ate in quickly and right at that moment Viperion showed up. I was sat on my bed, Plagg hiding and enjoying his cheese.
"So, how was it?" I asked him, he smiled, "I'm glad you stayed out of danger." I blushed as he sat next to me. He looked over at my face, staring down at my.... Lips... "You have a little something..." He pointed to his own mouth, I must have some chocolate smudged there.
I tried to get rid of it, "Did I get it?" He chuckled and brought his thumb to my mouth. He gently wiped off the chocolate from the side of my lip. Why does he have to make me feel like this? He began to lean in closer to my face.
I let my eyes flutter shut as he got closer. If he takes my first kiss I'll be happy, because it was him. I waited to feel his lips, but a voice just had to interrupt us.
"Adrien? Are you in there?" Nathalie called, knocking on my door. I gently pushed Viperion away from me, "You need to leave before she sees you, hurry!" I whisper yelled to him, he nodded and quickly got up, leaving.
Once I was sure he was out of sight, I responded to Nathalie. "Yeah, I'm here, come in." I called back and she entered. "Dinner is ready if you're hungry." She informed me and I smiled. "Thanks Nathalie, I'll be down soon." She nodded and exited my room. Once I heard my door close I fell back on my bed.
"We were this close Plagg..." I said, holding up two of my fingers a little distance away from eachother. "Why didn't you just grab his face and kiss him to get it over with?" Plagg questioned, I shook my head at him. "I can't rush something like this Plagg, we need to take it slow."

"Do you really think he's going to show up?" Plagg questioned. "Of course he is, he's the one that wanted me to meet him here, now hide! I see him!" Plagg hid and Viperion landed a few feet away from me. "Hey.." I waved shyly but he didn't say anything. What's wrong with him? He walked up closer until he was right infront of me.
"Listen Adrien, what happened that night was a mistake, I'm so sorry I did that to you.. It's just.. There's someone else I like and I feel like I would be betraying him if I did something like that with someone else, so I'm sorry..."
Did I hear that right? My ears are not playing tricks on me, right? Nope, I heard it right. That, is the pure sound of udder rejection. The feeling of the heart being ripped in half, then both pieces getting taken out of one's chest and stomped on with no mercy.
I don't even need to ask who it is because I know. It's me. Chat Noir, but I'll ask anyway so he won't get suspicious.
"Uhm.. Do I... Know who it is?" Viperion looked away and blushed. "Yeah... It's.." Wait for it... Wait for it... And now! "Chat Noir." I knew it. "Oh... Okay then... He's a lucky guy then... I should go home now..." I said, starting to walk away. "Wait! Let me take you home!" He called after me but it would hurt more if he did. "I'll be fine! I just want some alone time right now..." I called back and walked away from him as fast as I could.
Once I was alone I stopped. Plagg took the time to come out. "So what if he likes Chat Noir, you are Chat Noir, you would just be jealous of yourself." I have to admit he's right. "I just need someone to talk to right now that's not Viperion..." I heard a sigh from Plagg, "What about Luka? Don't show up as Adrien, transform into Chat Noir and visit him." He suggests.
"Okay," I said. "PLAGG, CLAWS OUT!"

Once I arrived at Luka's ship home, I went to the window of his room, he shares it with his sister Juleka, but she's already asleep, Luka, is awake, tuning his guitar. I tap on the window and he looks at me.
Getting up he opens the window. "Chat Noir? What are you doing here?" He moves aside so I can slip in. "Sorry to bother you this late but I just really needed someone to talk to right now." I told him honestly. He smiled and patted a spot on his bed for me to sit.
He leaned in close and had his ear to my chest. "Your inner music tells me you just had your heart ripped in half, both pieces taken out of your chest, and both of them were stomped on with no mercy." I chuckled dryly.
"Yeah that's pretty much exactly what happened." He leaned away. "Can I ask what happened?" I guess I can trust Luka enough to tell him how Viperion completely, utterly, totally rejected me.
"Well you see, it wasn't really a confession, something almost happened between us and when I went to talk to him about he said it was a mistake and told me he liked someone else and I got upset, ran away like a lost child and here I am. You know the rest from there." It was the shortest I could make the story.
"Someone rejected you? The famous Chat Noir? Man, that guy must be an idiot." I wouldn't call Viperion and idiot, but he was an idiot. "You could say that, but I don't think I could survive if I ever had to see him again." There's no way I'm telling him it was Viperion.
"You probably won't, but, if you don't mind me asking, who was it?" Would he really believe me if I said it was Viperion? Nah, I'll just lie. Again. "Just some guy I've known for a pretty long time, I'll just have to avoid him." Luka and I were sitting in an awkward silence.
There was a groan, then an annoyed half asleep female voice. "If you two are going to make out do it quickly and quietly, I'm trying to sleep and the sexual tension in the room is making that very difficult." She snapped, rolling over and going back to sleep.
In the corner of my eye I can see that Luka's entire face has gone red. "Juleka!" He wined, hiding his face in his hands.
"I am so sorry about her, she acts so much different when we're at School, I like the shy, rarely says anything Juleka." He said loud enough for her to hear, but her response was just a loud snore.
"Maybe I should leave..." Would this count as betraying Viperion if I just kissed Luka right here and now? It wouldn't hurt anyone... But I can't date him, and it would break his heart if I told him the kiss was a one time thing, or a mistake.
I can't do it, I couldn't, it wouldn't be right. Unlike Viperion I'll let Luka down gently, not telling him I would feel like I would betray my crush.
"Luka. I'm going to be honest with you, I.... Have a crush on Viperion!" Shit! That's not what I wanted to say. Fuck, he's going to hate me now. I live in Paris so please excuse my French.
"Oh! Uhm... Okay then, yeah, he's a Superhero, you're a Superhero, you'd make the best power couple, get it? Because you have powers?"
In all my life I haven't heard anything this hilarious... I have to admit it was funny, very funny, I would laugh at anything no matter what it is. But he should really leave the pun making to me.
I need to keep a straight face. Making my gay face would make it weird. Doesn't matter there's nothing straight about me.
An awkward silence and a cricket. "I'll leave the pun making to you." He said. "Good idea." I replied. More cricket. I spotted it's hoping black body.
"Cataclysm!" I was about to destroy the thing but Luka held back my arm, his hand far away from mine.
"You could just flick it outside instead of turning it to dust, give the creature a chance to live and have children." He has a point.
I looked over at my hand, anything I touch would get destroyed, I can't risk destroying any of Luka's prize possessions. "Do you have an old moldy shoe you need to get rid of?" I said, pointing to my hand that's active with destructive power.
"Juleka has an old doll she doesn't play with anymore, you could destroy that." He shrugged, then out of nowhere a pillow was thrown and hit Luka's face.
"Don't touch my doll." It was Juleka. I didn't want Luka to fall so I grabbed the end of his shirt, with my Cataclysm hand.... Leaving him... Shirtless.
At least I managed to stop him from falling plus I didn't Cataclysm him, just his shirt, and now his bare chest was exposed. "S-sorry!" I turned away from him.
"It's okay, I can just put on a new one," He reassured me. "Why? Now you can show off you abs, it's a six-pack, right?" Juleka snickered.
I got a glace of them before I turned around. Holy shit, he did have a six-pack. I covered my nose. A box of tissues came my way and I caught them.
"For your nosebleed," Juleka informed me. "Now shut up and let me sleep." She turned in her bed again and went back to sleep.
Did I seriously get a nosebleed? I put a tissue to my nose and looked at it, blood. Fuck, I did get a nosebleed. I'm sure my face matched the blood running down my nose.
Why was Luka making me feel this way? Was the rejection from Viperion enough to make me fall out of love with him and in love with Luka? This is so confusing.
If I stay any longer I'll probably end up doing something I'll regret. Like shove Luka against the wall and kiss him breathlessly. And that's something I should not do.
"I really should go home, maybe I might see you later?" Luka stayed silent at first. "Yeah.. Okay..." Was his answer. "Okay, bye..." I said, I waited for him to say bye.
"Bye.." He mumbled and I left.

The cold night air blew in my hair. Am I really in love with Luka now? I can't, my feelings are for Viperion, and he even told me he has a crush on me, as Chat Noir, he just doesn't know I'm Adrien.
What do I do?

"Claws in..." I fell on my bed. "Adrien? Are you okay?" Plagg asked me and I didn't answer. I just wanted to sleep. Hopefully tomorrow isn't awkward between me and Viperion, it shouldn't be between me and Luka because he doesn't know I'm Chat Noir. I'll never know unless I sleep and go to School.... "Goodnight Plagg..." I whispered and Plagg flew on my pillow.
"Goodnight kid..."

Bruh. Damn, Luka must work out if he has a six-pack. This must be like the most complicated love-square I have ever encountered. First Adrien is in love with Viperion, then he starts falling in love with Luka, who is Viperion he just doesn't know that. Luka is still in love with Chat Noir but now he must feel bad after brutally rejecting him, he needs advice from Chloe and Marinette on how to not make the rejected one feel like shit.
If I don't update it means I'm working on another story, I have six published stories to keep track of, I'll update as often as possible but I ask you to please be patient. I can't work on all of them at the same time, I need to do one by one. Thanks, bye!
