Ash had soon lost to Tyson and the league was officially over.
"Goodbye, Morrison!" You waved to the orange haired guy, Ash's rival-friend who was finally leaving as the league was over.

"Bye, Tyson!" Everyone waved at the champion of the Hoenn league, who also left the place, but on a different ferry than Morrison.
Now, it leaves You, Ash, Brock, May, Max and Arlo.

"Yummy!" You and Arlo yelled eating the Riceballs Brock made
"If there's something I'm gonna miss, then it's Brock's cooking!"
"Yeah!"
Everyone was eating the rice balls happily while you looked up to see the others eat happily for the very last time...or so did you thought ;)
'So...the adventure in the Hoenn region is over then...no more contests anymore..no more seeing May, Max and Brock anymore...no more seeing Drew, Harley or Soledad...gosh I should've said her goodbye at least...'

"So this is the end then guys...i guess" Arlo said standing beside Max, the sadness could be seen on his face
"Yeah..." You replied, gripping the pokeball spearow was in.
May quickly embraced you in a tight hug
"So, Max, thank you for being a great friend!"
"No problem!" Both the kids smiled.
Everyone stood in a circle with Max and Arlo's hand at the bottom, then Ash's then May's, your's and at the top was Brock's hand
"Take care of yourself, Pikachu" May said "Pika!"
"give your Skitty some of the pokéblocks I made, ok, May?" You asked
"Of course!"
"Then...this is the end"

May and Max soon reached the Petalburg city where their home was. You, Ash and Brock went to Professor Birch to get your stuffs from there and to have a quick talk before leaving for Kanto...
Upon reaching the road which got two separate ways and a sign at the middle indicated that it was time for Brock to leave for Pewter City and Ash, arlo and You to leave for Viridian City and then ultimately reaching to Pallet Town.
"So, it's time for us to separate once again" "Spe" "It was fun travelling to the Hoenn with you, thank you for the memories Brock, gonna miss your food, hands down"
Brock chuckled at the last part.
"Take care of yourself" "pi pika pi"
"Of course, and the same goes for both of you too...so where will you two go now? Like as the Hoenn league is over, I believe you both won't go to the Hoenn region again"
You and Ash looked at each other before you spoke up "Me and Ash had a talk a few days ago in Hoenn and I decided that I'll also go with him in the next place where there will be a league and about the place, it's still not decided, we will think about it once we get back home"
"And what about me???" Arlo whined
"You gotta ask your mother if she's fine with you going to another region with me again"
"Fineee"
"Alright both of you, I wish you both will do your best and at least one of you will win the league, cause two people of course can't win"
"Unless it's a draw" Ash said smiling
"Of course, if it's not a draw"
You four did a high-five before parting ways...

There was a small break before reaching to the Viridian city.
"Look, Ash! The gym looks brand new! I wonder who's the new gym leader and which pokémons he uses!"
"The last time I came here to battle, it gave me and Gary a trauma"
"You both told me that beforeeee" You groaned
"Wait, how did you even managed to defeat that gym?"
"Uhh, by the time I reached here, the gym was not in a great position? And like the leader was no where to be found...so like a temporary leader was selected for a few days, and he wasn't hard to defeat, so on his first day, on his first battle as a temporary gym leader I made Magmar and Spearow beat the hell out of his pokémons" You said sticking your tongue out in a playful manner "hehe"
"What the hell-" Ash and arlo gasped in a funny way "pika pi?!" Pikachu joined too
Thats when a car came in front of you and the others and a guy came out of it
"Hi there pals, are you all pokémon trainers?"
"Yeah" You and ash replied
"That's great, my name is Scott and i'm an agent"
"Nice to meet you"
"Are you both here for a gym battle? What's you guys' name?"
"My name is Ash and thanks but I already have this gym's badge"
"My name is Y/N and I have this gym's badge as well"
"Then you both must be pretty good, maybe you both could qualify for the battle frontier" He said grinning
"The battle frontier?"
"Whats that?"
"Well I'm glad that you asked---"
A sudden scream interrupted Scott and everyone turned around to see an old woman who fell from her cycle
"Oh no, don't worry, I'll help you out ma'am" Ash said helping the woman to get up
"And I'll carry those bags for you" You said taking the grocery bags from her
"And I'll pick up your cycle" Scott said picking that up
"Oh thank you, please put it anywhere inside the Viridian gym"
"The gym?" Arlo asked "Do you work for the gym?"
"Yeah, I've been working for the gym for several months already, as the new gym leader"
"The gym leader?!" "Spe spe?!"
"My name is Agatha, Nice to meet you"
Agatha led you all inside the gym and Scott suggested that Ash and you can battle with her for fun, but you weren't in a mood to fight so you and Arlo sat at the benches and cheered for Ash.
-time skip to the part where team rocket lost and Scott said that he will contact you and ash soon so now the three of you are at the slope where the entire pallet town could be seen from there-
"Y/N, Arlo, wanna come in?" Ash asked opening the door
"Sure! We would love to"
"I'm here! Is anyone home?" Ask yelled getting inside with you and Arlo trailing behind
"Coming right up!" Ash's mom responded
"Hey, guys!"
"Misty!" The three of you yelled
"Pikachu pi!" "Spearow!" The two pokémons suddenly jumped onto Misty hugging her
"Professor Oak told me that you both would be coming home soon, so I decided to come and say hi"
"Hey, guys"
"Professor Oak?!"
"Long time no see professor"
"Ash! I'm so glad that you came back that I made all your favorite dishes"
"Thanks mom"
"Y/N, Arlo, will you join us for the lunch?" Ash's mom asked but someone rang the door
"I'll get it" Ash opened the door to see Professor Birch and Max!
So fast forward to what has happened is that, May wants to participate in the Kanto grand festival, Professor Birch was coming to meet Professor Oak, so Max came along with him and you and Ash wants to battle in the Battle Frontier.
So now Ash's mom and the two professor's are discussing something while the rest of you are going to visit your and Ash's old pokémons!

"Hey guys!!! I'm back!!!" "Spearowwww"
And immediately you were tackled into the ground by your Pidgeotto "pidgo" She licked your face
"Pidgeotto! It's you!" You hugged her back tightly as she let you get up and started to hug Spearow
"Is that your pidgeotto, Y/N?" Max asked excitedly
"Yep! Oh and look! That Magmar, Electabuzz, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are also mine!" You exclaimed, pointing towards the four pokémons running to greet you as fast as possible
"Ahhhhhhhhhhh" A group of Tauros ran past you with Ash yelling on top of one of them and Beyleaf following the group to save Ash
'This thing never changed' you sighed and hugged the four pokémons who came to you
"Voiiii" "Buzzz" "eeee" "Rattata" "Tops" "Hoothoot"
"Eevee, Beedrill, Butterfree, Rattata, Kabutops, Hoothoot!" You hugged all of them and let them go "hmmm, guys, I want to you all to meet all my pokémons from the Hoenn region! But first, we have to meet with Seaking and Lapras now" They all cried out and started to walk to the pond a bit far away where Lapras and Seaking were.
The two water types immediately jumped out of the water and tackled you into the ground again.
"Calm *giggles* down guys!" The two water types got down and went into the water, watching you from there "alright! So everyone! Meet my new friends from the Hoenn region now!" You said and let out Mightyena, Dustox, Swellow, Kirlia and Minun.
"Evoi!" Eevee immediately went towards them as it was the only one who knew all of them
"Guys, meet Mightyena, Dustox, Swellow, Kirlia and Minun!" You introduced the Hoenn squad to the rest.
Everyone immediately became friends and started to play.
"*sigh* I don't know why but I really thought that they will hate each other...glad that they don't"
"Hey, Y/N" You looked at Tracey who came towards you with two pokéballs in hand
"Oh, hey Tracey!"
"It's been a long time"
You started at his face with a blank expression before replying "o-oh yeah, it sure has been....I was in the Hoenn region for a seriously long time"
"Yeah..." He looked down a bit before giving you the pokeballs "these are Magnemite and Murkrow's"
"Ohhhh yeahh, I forgot that I had them!"
"Your Magnemite is able to get out of the pokeball into the normal environment now, prof. Oak and I along with Nurse Joy helped it out a lot, so it's fine now"
"Really? That's great! Thank you so much for the help, Tracey!" You smiled "alright! Murkrow! Magnemite! C'mon out!"
Magnemite came out of the ball and rubbed itself on your cheeks "aww you're so cuteeee"
On the other hand, Murkrow, immediately went over to Spearow and attacked her
"Hey! What was that for now?" You went over to pick Spearow up
As the pokemons' attention were at Spearow, Murkrow attacked Magmar and then Lapras
"Y/N! You need to return h-"
Before Tracey could finish, Magmar angrily used fire blast, followed by Lapras' ice beam which completely froze the pinkish bird pokémon
"Murkrow return! You three are fine, right?!"
"Lap" "Mar" "..Row" The three nodded
"Guys, what happened here?! We heard a scream" May panicked
"It's fine guys" You explained what happened just now and looked at Murkrow's pokeball
"It's not the first time" Tracey said "when you first caught the Murkrow, it was immediately sent to us. Then we released it and my Marill who was nearby was attacked by Murkrow. We had to return it immediately and during their lunch, Murkrow would attack the pokemons nearby. Thus, we had to feed it separately and keep it outside the ball at an empty safe place"
"If that's the case, then I think that I'll take care of Murkrow from now on"
"So Murkrow's gonna be in your team now?" Arlo asked
"Yep! And I'll like to take the pokémons who I barely used too!"
"But Y/N, the Battle Frontier is gonna be hard, you think that you will be able to defeat them with the pokémons you never used? Like it won't be easy"
"Hmmm, I can always transfer them before the fight right?" You looked at Tracey who nodded "then it's settled! I'll be picking Rattata, Murkrow, Hoothoot and Magnemite and uh....Pidgeotto!"
"I'll just take them with me" You smiled "Tracey, can you give me their pokéballs?"
"Sure, Y/N!"

"I'll meet with you guys tomorrow!" You waved and left the place with Arlo
"I'll ask my mom if I can go with you or not"
"Alright" You nodded and went to your home 'I have to sort things out with my parents...as I really don't want to be scared to come back into my house all the time' You thought and tried to open the door but it was locked "hello!!" You rang the door bell but no one seemed to be at home
"Y/N!" Arlo called "my mom is calling you!" He shouted from his window
"Coming!" You ran to the his house and got inside
"Ah Y/N! welcome back to Pallet Town...Your mom and dad aren't coming lately...it's like, they come back here, once a week and then leaves again in a few days"
Well that was surprising?
"What?"
"Yeah...and they told me to keep these keys for you, incase you come back home after your adventure"
"Um ok?" You took the keys from her and went to your house.
'This is weird' You shrugged and released all your pokemons except Murkrow "guys, I'm gonna unpack the stuffs I got, so can you all help me out?" All of them nodded and followed you.

"This new journey sounds exciting in every way possible...can't wait for tomorrow morning to arrive!" You thought lying on your bed, watching the once empty desk, full of trophies and badges and ribbons
