In 3 seconds flat, a video call invitation appeared. I could see Bruce staring at his screen.
I instantly picked up and he smiled.
"Did I ever tell you how beautiful you are?" He smiled.
"Mmm I don't think so," I smiled as well.
"I really missed your smile," He said.
Call me crazy or whatever but I swear I saw his eyes shine when he said that.
"I could say the same for you," I said as I propped my phone on my dresser.
"Do you wanna see my dog?" I asked. "Of course gorgeous," He chuckled.
I blushed but I walked to my door quickly so he wouldn't notice.
"Athena!" I yelled from the door.
"Shut up Y/N!" I heard Jared yell from his room. I ignored him and Athena ran up the stairs. I struggled to pick her up since she was a buff rottweiler. I heard Bruce laugh.
I walked to the camera with Athena's legs dangling.
"Damn! That dog has more muscles than me," He said then flexed his muscles.
I giggled and put Athena down and grabbed my phone and laid down on my bed. I saw Bruce focus on his video game, gunshots being heard.

It was now 10:27 and I was getting tired, Bruce was still playing his video game.
"Im tired," I said. "We could sleep on the phone if you'd like," He offered, I didn't miss the slight pink on his cheeks.
"Sure," I said
He turned off his game and laid on his bed. "Do you wanna see my cat?" He offered. "Sure!" I smiled.
I saw him leave his room and walk to what seemed like a living room. He tried to pick the cat up but it scratched him. His sad yet funny face made me laugh.
"Why are you laughing, my cat doesn't love me anymore," He said as flipped the camera and showed me and grey and white cat with blue eyes. "His name is Zeus," He tried to pet the cat but it slapped his hand away.
"We both named our pets after greek gods," I stated. "Oh right, that's super cool," He smiled once he flipped the camera back.
He walked back to his bedroom and laid down. "You're so pretty," He complimented. "You can even see me, my room is dark," I stated. "I can see your pretty eyes though," He smiled. I giggled "Im going to sleep Bruce,". "Good night precious," He said and put his phone down.
