I sighed. What if my mom was pregnant? She works 10-12 hour shifts to care for Jared and me. Would she even have time for a new baby? What if the man is a total douchebag? I don't want to see my mom be hurt again. I grabbed my towel and walked to the bathroom

I walked towards my dresser and looked for an outfit to wear. We would be at his house so it would be smart to wear something comfortable and stretchy. I grabbed a pink long-sleeve shirt along with some grey flare leggings.
(You can choose your outfit in your head but it is what I'm currently wearing since I'm going out later and it's the first thing I thought about)
I walked towards my closet and picked up a pair of brown loafers with fur inside. I stared at myself in the mirror and pozed at different angles. "Hmmm, Im missing something," I told myself as I walked towards my vanity and opened the first drawer.
I began curling my eyelashes and applied mascara to have a longer and thicker effect. I applied my favorite lipgloss and a bit of blush that complimented my skin tone. I opened the second drawer and my eye caught 2 pink ribbons. I tied two sections of my hair into tiny pigtails and tied the ribbon into a bow. I went back to the mirror and checked myself out again.
