so something else that's been happening is weird paranoia about dark areas of my house, not all of them though. particularly the show at night when the curtain is closed and as I said before, the closet. the shower is the most prevalent one. I just really feel like someone is hiding behind it whenever I go in there. I was thinking about the waking up super early and also I've been waking up a few times every night. creepypastas usually appear in the early hours of the morning I'd say probably midnight - five am. and that's when I wake up, around 2am to 5am. never past 6am though, I think its because that's when it starts getting lighter outside. my sensory issues have also gotten worse, idk if that's really a super common symptom from my other research I've noticed symptoms that arent really talked about so that'll be next chapter.
