Letting go
I let you go. Because they say " if you love something, let it go". But what I felt for you wasn't simply love but something much more, a force that still taunts me to this day. This feeling I don't know what to call, but the way to describe it is 'attraction', because love won't do. Love is to weak to describe what I felt for you. The attraction that I feel for you is like a magnet that keeps pulling me back to you.
I try to let you go but my soul won't. I hate myself for feeling this because others will tell me I'm dramatic, and I will most likely look at this and laugh but to me; this is the worst kind of pain.
So With tears in my eyes for every time I feel the hurt I say " I let you go. I let you go."
