~Flashback to chapter 17~
Matteo smalls and a blast forms on her face.
Dante interrupted them " are you done we already got our room"
he said looking at Matteo and then at me.
I look at him confused. what did he mean about that and why did he say that Matteo gave him a look. but before I could even say anything. Matteo grabs the room key and started to walk toward the elevators.
after the door in front, our close we set there in complete silence, not compelled sites I could hear Matteo's finger typing away on his phone.
"What are you typing about I ask very bored of just seeing the numbers count upward.
"About the car accident"
I was shocked that he told me. Like yes, I was asking but he told me.
"Someone was following us," he said with a serious
face.

Chapter 18
We have an event going on day and you need to come" he said looking at me
We haven't talked in the last two days we have been here and I am starting to get worried. Like I know he is mad but what about me do I not have any emotions( not when it comes to him) the late few days we were here we went to business meetings, and sometimes Dante would convince us more Matteo to go eat out.
"But that wasn't on your schedule," I said, confused. And for the last few days, I couldn't stop looking at his schedule and waiting for him to have a free day. "I know," he said and you need a dress for the event.
" He said walking off like nothing just happened." You can't just

I said trying to keep a calming voice. I walked to 'our' hotel bedroom But it was not ours because he had been sleeping on the couch for the last two days.
He stop but did not say anything. " this is so last minute-"
"Do you own a business?" said but this time he was looking at me.
I didn't answer
He waited
No answer
Still waiting
No answer
Waiting
No answer.
It has been going on for 2 minutes the only thing that's talking now is our eyes.
His eyes seem so annoying but at the same time regretful.
Maybe he is going to regret saying that but why oh why do I feel like he doesn't owe me anything?
I don't want to open a business. I don't want the responsibility of owning a business.
"You should go get dressed" he finally says
I nod. Why do I do this to mine I could have said no but I stand there.
"I am sorry," I said walking off.
"you're only making it worse when these words"
I stop now I am looking at him. Confused.
Now he is reading me.
"Wh-" before I could even says it he walk off.
I would walk after him and ask him what he meant about that but right now time

M- yes he stop me but I don't think I brought
Any fancy clothes with me?
A- ask M to go shopping with you and it's not him it's M.
Before closing my phone I made sure to send a "block".
I should double-check if I don't have a dress to wear.

After half an hour of trying to find a dress that looks good on me and that I could wear in the luggage that I brought on the trip.
I could find not a single one.
So I did plan B
And it was not as bad as I thought it would be. As soon as the words came out of my mouth
He just nod and started walking to the car.
After watching the vines race with the car we made it.
It was a fancy mall with waterfalls at every corner and even a golf cart car To ride through the mall.
I didn't feel like going to the mall anymore. We were stopped at a red light when we see a middle age guy that look like he could be going to college. Walking with the grocery cart. But we were not carrying only groceries but his whole life in there.
The first thing that came to mind was how could he just throw his life away like he is so young. but as we go closer and closer to the mall I think about it more and more maybe he had no choice or maybe it was not his decision to be homeless.
It is not their fault that something went wrong in their life. Like could at Matteo but he was already looking at me. And it seems like his eyes were watching me for a while, while I'll look at the middle age guy.
I stepped out of the car telling myself I would not spend unnecessary money.
After dinging a dress that was less the. 600 dollars I wasn't satisfied but I had to because Matteo would not let me look at the price tag all day until we got into the car.
I was so mad/ frustrated.
I could talk to him in the car even if I wanted to I would have yell not talking like a normal person would do.
I hated this.

The car ride was quiet but I was feeling up with anger.
But something g happened that made my anger want away.
We sew the same guy walking on the sidewalk but with new and old things In his grocery cart.
The guilt starts rusting taking the anger away. Hiring every spot.
" stop the car, "Matteo said
"But sir we are on the hi"
" I said stopping the car" now staring him down. The car wants to completely stop.
Mateo waves had the guy.
Not even a few seconds the fit starts raining over to the car.
Matte hands him a few hundred but before the guy could even walk off he hands him a note.
" start the car," Matteo said
"Yes sir"
The car starts
"Thank you," the guy said walking to his grocery cart with the biggest smile on his face.
This is the nicest thing that Matteo had done.
" hey if you get drugs get it from me and me only me."
And never mind
