(Y/N) continued to train on how to better he's stance and and fix his motion skirmisher even started training him in soryu style because (Y/N) was previously just fighting off he's own knowledge of combat skirmisher even taught how to control he's Shock waves in he's feet better since he thought (Y/N) was to focused on using he's hands although threw this whole time he still wasn't able to take fatgum down once
Fatgum: Are you actually trying ?
(Y/N): *pant* if *pant* I could just use my
Annihilation blast I could take you down
Hakuji: No that move is too powerful too use indoors you could accidentally injure civilians or your fellow heroes
(Y/N): danm it
Fatgum: Hey why don't we try a change of pace and go out on a patrol and while we're out you can think of something
Hakuji: Good call
(Y/N) and fatgum then exited the agency and went on patrol
(Y/N): Hey Mr fatgum you really don't seem to have a problem with my da.. ah I mean skirmisher taking charge why is that
Fatgum: Well that's because skirmisher is a natural leader he does it without even realizing it. But then again it's only because he cares. I remember back when I first became he's side kicks he was pretty tough on me I honestly hated it at first but I soon realized he only pushed me that hard because he believed I could take it and that I could become stronger see kid he only pushed you so hard because he believes in you heck I even believe in you
(Y/N) was taken back a bit but he's determination only grew
(Y/N): I promise sir I'll work my hardest so I don't disappoint skirmisher or you
Fatgum: haha Well you definitely got the same determination as your old man
While on patrol fatgum stopped to buy some snacks
Fatgum: Hey Shock wave what do you want ?
(Y/N): Oh I'm okay
Fatgum: c'mon kid you gotta eat something to keep your energy up
(Y/N): well ok then
They then walked off after purchasing the snacks and began eating them
Fatgum: mmm these vanilla flavored ones might not be as good as the chocolate ones but there still pretty good
(Y/N): Not as good as the chocolate flavored ones...huh wait
Fatgum: what is something wrong
(Y/N): It's like my shock waves skirmisher said I can't use such a powerful attack like my Annihilation blast indoors but what if
I make a knew technic something just as effective but on a smaller scale
Fatgum: Well would you look at that snacks to the rescue again it hasn't even been 2 hours and you already came up with an idea
(Y/N): I guess snack break was a good call now I just need to figure out how to make this new technic
The two continue there patrol which was uneventful when they got back to the agency they continued the training but (Y/N) still wasn't able to knock fatgum down that night when he went too bed he saw that midoriya had sent he's location to everyone
(Y/N): Why would midoriya send he's location (sigh) I just hope it's nothing to serious
The next morning (Y/N) saw on the news that Endeavor had stopped the hero killer while saving midoriya,Ida and Todoroki at the same time
(Y/N): Well that's the number 2 hero for you I guess
(Y/N) went to the training area and practiced alone since fatgum and skirmisher weren't there yet
(Y/N): I've thought about this move whole night now to just try and perfect it
He then continued to train on he's own when fatgum had arrived he told (Y/N) that they'd first go on patrol this time while on patrol fatgum received a call on a hostage situation and they headed there straight away when they arrived fatgum spoke to the officer in charge
Outside of an old warehouse
Fatgum: so what's the situation?
Officer: There's two villains in there with 4 hostages the hostages are part of a wealthy family so as you can guess the villains want the family to pay ransom we've tried infiltrating the building but it's rigged with traps two of our officers have already been injured and we're having a really hard time to detect the traps
Fatgum: So we need someone with a suitable quirk that can detect the traps
Officer: Correct but there's no one here with that type of quirk
(Y/N): Actually *raises he's hand* Skirmisher taught me a technique I can use with my shock waves to locate traps,mines and other things
Fatgum: I remember he use to do something like that
Officer: I must warn you though these 2 villains are dangerous
Fatgum: Who are these villains anyways
Officer: One of the villains is called arsenal he's able to take an object like a rock and turn it into a knife the second villain is called Warhammer he's quirk allows him to turn his hands into hammers
Fatgum: Ok listen up shock wave your the only one who can detect the traps but I don't want you fighting the villains leave them to me and the officers you just focus on getting the hostages out only fight if you have to got it
(Y/N): Yes sir !
They then assembled a small team of fatgum, (Y/N) and three officers they snuck in through the back while sneaking around the warehouse (Y/N) sent tiny shockwaves into the ground and walls so he could detect the traps and instruct the team on how to avoid them they hadn't seen any signs of the villains but after a few minutes of searching they found the hostages it was they were in quite a large room
Hostage: please help us
Hostage: the villains just left but they'll be back soon
Officer: Don't worry we'll get you out of here
The officer tried to head over to the hostages but was stopped by (Y/N)
(Y/N): There's a trap between them and us if we're not careful it will seal us off from the hostages
Fatgum: Shockwave you get the hostages well keep an eye out for the villains
(Y/N) started making he's way to the hostages when the wall behind the small team broke open revealing the villain known as Warhammer he was quite tall almost the same height as fatgum but before they could react someone came dashing from behind him to the hostages he set off the trap causing the roof to collapse
(Y/N): Danm the hostages
He dashed as fast as he could to get to the hostages he quickly made it before the roof collapsed
Fatgum: Shockwave!!
(Y/N) was now cut off from the team he was with the hostages and the villain known as arsenal
Arsenal: You must be pretty stupid kid taking on a villain all by yourself
(Y/N): coming from the guy who cut himself off from he's only ally * stands Infront of the hostages *
Arsenal: Oh you mean Warhammer this was part of the plan that idiot actually thought I would split the money with him he's such a joke hahaha and now the only one standing between me and my fortune is some idiot kid *grabs two pieces of rubble and turns it into knifes*
(Y/N): *in mind* danm even with all that training I did I can't use it I can't even use my new technique I developed without a hero license atleast skirmisher taught me a technique to use Incase of a situation like this one my first day of the internship
Arsenal: Now DIEEE
He dashed at (Y/N) as fast as he could
(Y/N): shock wave technic : air palm
(Y/N) palms the air creating a Shock wave that blows the villain back but he lands on he's feet easily since the Shock wave was so weak
Arsenal: haha was that supposed to hurt *dashes at (Y/N) *
(Y/N): If I was allowed to fight you I'd beat you to a pulp you cocky bastard * uses air palm again*
(Y/N): *in mind* I can't actually attack this guy or fatgum will be in trouble
The villain the throws the two knifes one went for he's face that he was able to dodge while the other one hit (Y/N) in the leg he winces in pain while arsenal runs up to him
Arsenal: oh is the little hero hurt
Arsenal tries to attack (Y/N) but he air palms him back once again
Arsenal: arrggh your so annoying blowing me back all the time !
(Y/N): *in mind* I just got to focus on getting the hostages I can't just keep blasting this guy away but if I can just restrain him then
Arsenal dashes at (Y/N) again after turning a piece of rubble into a knife but notices he isn't trying to blow him back this time
Arsenal: ha what's the matter you frozen in fear * tries stabbing (Y/N) in the gut*
But (Y/N) managed grab the villain's hand and spun around pinning the villain onto the ground (Y/N) put he's knee on the villain making it hard for arsenal to get up (Y/N) used he's other hand to pin the villains other arm down
(Y/N): ha got you danm, your lucky if I was able to use my quirk I would of finished this a long time ago your actually disappointing
Arsenal: Why you little when I get up here I'm gon...
Before he could finish Warhammer was sent through the wall of rubble that was created by the trap Warhammer then laid on the floor unconscious
Fatgum: woah that took longer then I thought
The officers come rushing in and cuff Warhammer and arsenal and untie the hostages
Officer: Hey kid your leg
(Y/N): oh that don't worry it didn't go deep
Fatgum: Still let's take you to the paramedics
(Y/N) then gets he's leg bandaged up he didn't need to go to a hospital since it didn't go deep the head officer then praised (Y/N) for showing constraint with he's quirk and not actually injuring arsenal even fatgum gave him a pat on the back for it
When they got back to the agency fatgum told (Y/N) he'd have to take the next day off just to make sure he's leg was alright
After the one day (Y/N) didn't go out on anymore patrols instead he continued to try and knock fatgum down he didn't use he's new technique since it was still in development but on the last day of he's internship
Fatgum: Ok kid this is your last chance to knock me down
Skirmisher: You better of come up with something because what you've been doing the past few days hasn't even worked a bit
(Y/N): woah so it's go big or go home and without Annihilation blast this is alot harder but *smiles* I think I developed the perfect technique
Hakuji and fatgum: Well don't tell us show us
(Y/N) then got ready to deliver he's attack he's fists started glowing with he's blue energy
(Y/N): Shock wave technic: Blue silver barrage !!
(Y/N) then hits fatgum with a flurry of punches
Hakuji: *in mind* what's going on why isn't he's shock waves going off on impact
(Y/N)'s attack creates a barrage of thin and sharp shockwaves that go through the targets body with each hit
After the attack fatgum stumbles back and fourth a bit
Fatgum: Hey that one actually hurt * falls on he's back *
(Y/N): Fatgum!!
(Y/N) rushes to fatgum to see if he's okay
Fatgum: Relax kid I'm ok just give me a sec to catch my breath the pains already pretty much gone
Skirmisher and (Y/N) help fatgum up
Hakuji: impressive use of your shock waves
Fatgum: Yeah if it wasn't for my quirk I think I would of been knocked out cold
(Y/N): I'm just glad your okay and that all that training paid off
(Y/N) then said he's goodbyes to fatgum and thanked him for all the lessons he learnt and left with he's father and headed home the young hero had learnt alot in just one week
Hakuji: Hey (Y/N) make me a promise
(Y/N) looked at he's father a bit surprised
(Y/N): Yeah sure what is it
Hakuji: Don't become one of those heroes who are bothered by there rank just try to be the best hero you can be
(Y/N): *smiles* I promise
