"We were all done with college and Seokjin and Soomin had landed a great intership opportunity at one of the biggest companies in South Korea. I still remember how happy he was that finally all their miseries will now come to an end" namjoon smiled sadly looking at Seokjin's photo and running his fingers over it
"Meanwhile I got busy with my music. I had gone to USA during that time to look for some opportunities in their music industry" continued Namjoom.
"We used to talk over the phone almost every day and Seokjin used to tell me that he really loves his job but some where he was a bit disturbed by the boss. I used to tell him that not to worry about it so much but then one night......
The young girl was eating her food when her eyes fell on the teenage boy sitting opposite her "Aahh taehyung dont eat that, its spicy... You won't be able to tolerate it" she then took away the bowl from him
"urgh noona it looks so tempting".. whinned the 16 year old
Seokjin comes and smacks Taehyung's head who looks back at him with a frown while munching his food
" how many times have i told you not to spicy food? You eat it and then you get allll.....
Jin started to mimic the huffing and puffing Taehyung does after he eats spicy food
" yaa hyung" whins taehyung
Somin bursts into laughter seeing all these while Seokjin gets back to the kitchen
Taehyung feels a kick on his foot so he looks under the table and abruptly looks up
It was Somin kicking him
She slightly leans forward and whispers "when are you going to tell him about the scholarship??"
Taehyung quickly chews his food and takes a big gulp "soon"
"taehyungie i cant believe you got a scholarship offer from such a big college in uk" soomin says quitely but proudly. Throughout the years she has seen how her friend, Seokjin, took care of his little brother and how that brother was also so fond of his hyung. It wasn't soon that she had also become a part of their little world along with Namjoon...so much so that Taehyung actually considered her to be the sister he never had...
Taehyung grinned "i cant tell you how happy i am noona this was my dream to study literature"
"but Seokjin will be so pissed when he finds out you told ME first" she emphasized on the word me
Taehyung rolls his eyes "noona i didn't tell you.. You found out"
"what are you two whispering about?" Seokjin appears with the lunch boxes for all 3
"NOTHING" taehyung and soomin says in unison
Seokjin gives them a suspicious look "whatever lets go we are going to get late"
It was a long tiring day at office and Seokjin was ready to leave. As usual he goes to Soomin as they always leave together
"Jin you leave the boss asked me to stay back" she says rather sadly.
No its not that she didn't like to work.. It was something or rather SOMEONE else....
Seokjin frowns sensing her discomfort. Actually he himself wasn't OK with the situation
"Minnie" he gently puts his hand on her shoulder "do you want me to stay with you? Its totally fine.."
"No jin go home. Boss doesn't like this remember last time he was so angry when you tagged along in that trip? I don't want you to lose the job"
"this job is not as important as you!! I just want you to be safe"
She smiles and takes his hand "i will be jinnie dont worry"
"fine but call me okay?" he gave her a last concerned look and left
Seokjin glanced at his boss's office who was talking over someone on the phone. Oh! He loathed that man... How obnoxious and disgusting he was especially around girls.
Even though he didn't like leaving his friend alone but still he left....
It was almost 1a.m when Jin's phone started to ring..
"hello" he said in a croaky sleepy voice
"jin its Soomin's mother" Jin immediately sat up
"yeah aunty"
"do you know where Soomin is??" she asked in a panic voice.
"umm no she didn't leave with me today... She said the boss asked her to stay back for some work"
"jin she is not back yet please do something i am really worried"
Hearing that he immediately left for the office to look for his friend
As soon as jin reached the tall building he asked the guards if he saw her leave and they just shook their head
Taking the elevator he reached the 13th floor... Their office floor
It was all dark only a few lights were on here and there. In that darkness a loud screeching scream echoed
Seokjin immediately understood its soomin
"soomin" he called loudly "soomin soomin" he kept screaming
And then the door of his boss's office opened loudly and came out Soomin
Her appearance made Seokjin lost all his conscious as he saw his Best friend limping towards him. Dress all torn, blood on her neck and lips and hair all messy. The poor girl couldn't even reach till Jin... she collapsed before that but jin held her before her body could hit the floor
"Minnie minnie hey wake up please minnie" he tried to wake her up but nothing worked. His eyes scanned through her body which was covered with scratches and bites
An old man with a big belly and a disgusting smile walked towards them while fixing his shirt
"only if she would have cooperated i wouldnt have had to be so rough"
Seokjin looked up at him with eyes full of tears and anger...he wanted to rip him apart then and there. Every inch of his body was now filled with hatred for that man.....
"how dare you!! YOU MONSTER" he screamed
The man just smirked and took out some money. He threw it on Seokjin's face
Then he crouched down to their level "if you want to stay alive... Keep your mouth shut" he said grabbing his jaw and then let it go harshly
He got up "and let me know if you need more money....just make sure she doesn't say anything and if she does i know how to make her quite... Forever"
Laughing he left... While Seokjin quickly rushed her to the hospital.....
How the hell is he so gorgeous??
Also i am so sorry for late updates...my exams are on so a bit caught up with that.
