~Lucy's POV~
My smile grew the more he came into view, "Natsu!" He turned with the largest grin on his face and tattered clothing draped on his body "Hey Lucy!" I ran both crying and laughing towards him until I collapsed into him on the ground. My tears spilling out while he discreetly covered me in his arms, we sat there for a while like a couple of idiots grinning ear to ear. "I was so worried about you Natsu, but I never lost hope that you weren't gonna win, that you wouldn't come back."
"A member of Fairy Tail never backs down," "never." He lifted my chin stared into my eyes and took me by surprise. He inched closer and closer to my face, he closed his eyes, opened his mouth, and was still nearing. Natsu was less than an inch away before Gray bumped into us wearing nothing but his underwear me and Natsu crash down to the floor but just before he could start to yell I grabbed him with both my hands and rush to finally kiss him.
